3-Phase Current Estimation of SRM Based on the DC-Link Current (직류링크 진류정보를 기반으로 한 SRM 3상전류 추정법)

  • This paper proposes the SRM drive system based on DC-link current, from which the phase currents can be estimated in accuracy and also they can be used in driving SRM instead of the three-phase currents. In additional, the detecting circuit for DC-link current is also proposed for increasing the resolution and decreasing the off-set. Comparing to the general drive system based on the phase current, it is verified through the experiment that the proposed SRM drive system has the good performance in steady-state responses of the speed control. Using the DC-link current, all of the 3-phase currents can be easily estimated in driving the SRM.

  • This paper describes a novel method of detecting excitation position in switched reluctance motor(SRM) drive. Some strategies of position sensorless control methods for the motor include the measurement of phase current and applied pulse voltage in an unexcited phase is suggested. The principle of the estimation of a rotor position is based on the detection of inductance by pulse currents. This sensorless method is very simple to detect excitation position estimation and gives efficient control of drive system. Suggested method is verified by some simulations.

  • 전원의 변동이 심한 전압원을 사용하는 선박, 전기자동차 등에서는 DC-Link전압이 가변하기 때문에 낮은 영역의 전압에서는 최대출력 운전을 할 수가 없다. 낮은 영역의 전압에서 최대 출력을 하기 위하여 유도전동기 ${\Delta}$결선 운전을 해야 하지만 ${\Delta}$결선 운전시 높은 입력 전류로 인하여 인버터 전력소자의 온도가 상승하게 된다. 따라서 유도전동기 Y결선 운전을 하고 부족한 출력은 유도전동기 약계자 제어를 하여야 한다. 본 논문은 가변 DC-Link 전압에서 최소의 상전류로 전력소자와 유도 전동기의 상태에 따라 최대출력 운전을 하는 약계자 제어 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 ADALINE (Adaptive-Linear-Neuron) 구조의 ANN(Artificial Neural Network)을 이용한 3상 PWM 컨버터의 개방고장 진단 방법에 대해 제안한다. 3상 PMW 컨버터에서 스위치의 개방고장이 발생한 경우 보호회로에 의해 시스템이 중단되지 않으며, 개방고장으로 인한 상전류의 고조파와 직류 성분에 의해 주변 기기에 고장에 의한 파급효과가 나타날 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 ADALINE을 이용하여 각 상의 THD(Total Harmonics Distortion)와 직류 성분 얻고 대소비교를 통해 개방고장이 발생한 스위치를 진단하는 방법에 대해 제안한다.

A Study on the Normal-zone Propagation Velocity in a Superconducting Coil (초전도 코일의 국부 퀜치 발생시 상전도영역 전파속도 해석)

  • Longitudimal and transverse normal zone propagations in the superconducting coil are analyzed and propagation velocity is derived from the heat balance equations in the propagating boundary region. The results of applying to the specific superconducting wire show that propagation velocity is linearly proportional to the transport current and increasing ramp current speeds up the longitudinal velocity by 1.22[m/s] under the applied field of 2T. Transient heat transfer has a significant effect on the normal zone propagation velocity and it decreases longitudinal velocity by 5.2[m/s] under the applied field of 2T as being compared to the steady-state heat transfer. Increasing ramp current speeds up the Z-axis transverse propagation velocity by 0.042[m/s] and transverse velocity of R and Z axis is costant regardless of the current flows.

  • Electrical breakdown characteristics of liquid nitrogen(LNd used as both coolant and insulator for high $T_c$ superconductor system is very important. This paper presents dynamic breakdown characteristics of liquid nitrogen by quench penomena of thermal bubble under high electric field. As the result, the breakdown mechanism of $LN_2$ depends on thermal bubble effect. The breakdown voltage decreases slightly with increasing heating. In the Electrode arrangement, electrical breakdown voltage of horizontal arrangement appears lower than that of vertical arrangement.

  • 전동기의 속도 및 토크제어 운전시 인버터 제어 방식으로서 최대 효과적인 전력을 사용할 수 있으며 저차 고조파를 저감시키는데 효율적인 스위칭방식으로 공간전압벡터 변조(SVPWM)를 사용하고 있다. 따라서 많은 논문들이 SVPWM의 방식을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 하게 되는데, 본 논문에서는 최근 시뮬레이션에 많이 사용되고 있는 Matlab/Simulink를 이용하여 SVPWM 인버터를 구현, 이를 유도전동기 구동시스템에 적용하여 속도 및 토오크 응답, 상전류 파형을 시뮬레이션 결과를 제시하여 본 논문에서 제안한 SVPWM 인버터의 블록 모델의 유효성을 보이고 있다.

  • Experiments and design efforts have been made to develope a hybrid-type magnet for magnetically levitated(MAGLEV) vehicle using NdFeB permanent magnet. The permanent magnet, which embedded in both poles of the magnet, has been designed, analyzed using FEM program. The model is manufactured and tested to verify its performance.

  • Two phase voltage controlled oscillation was realized by using the Electronic analog simulation of nonlinear simultaneous 2st order equation in terms of vibration and it's usefullness was sustined. Sinde it is complex and expensive to implement the circuits actually which composits and multiplicate the two phase signal squared respectively, this paper is obtained the simplificotion and switching circuit. The circuit introducced in this paper had propotionality of frequency to control input voltage, rapid response time, and little phase error, also this circuit operated with very low THD(Total Harmonic Distortion) and constant amplitude at higher than 10 :1 of frequency ratio.

  • In recent years the research has been focused on the preparation of special glasses, i.e., chalcogenide and heavy metal oxide ones that can transmit optical radiation above 2 um and also other optical parameters exceed those of silica based glasses. The attention in this paper is focused on chalcogenide glasses, on preparation of high quality base glass, for an application in infrared optical product design and manufacture. The amorphous materials of As-Se and Ge-As-Se chalcogenides were prepared by a standard melt-quenching technique. The compositions were mesaured by ICP-AES and EPMA, and structural and thermal properties were studied through various annealing processes. Several anomalies of glass transition and crystallization were observed in the DSC/DTA/TG results of the chalcogenide glass.
