본 연구에서는 창업 성장단계별 특허분석 요인들의 중요도와 우선순위를 제시하였고, 구체적으로 창업준비기, 창업기, 성장기, 성숙기 창업 성장단계 기준으로 구분하여 가장 먼저 선행되어야 할 특허분석 요인을 AHP기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 상위요인의 중요도는 창업준비기(.633), 창업기(.231), 성장기/성숙기(0.136) 순으로 나타났다. 상위요인인 창업준비기의 하위요인 중요도는 환경분석(.593), 특허조사(.236), 특허분석(.171) 순으로 분석되었다. 창업기의 하위요인 중요도는 사업화전략(.415), R&D전략(.333), 보완출원전략(.138), 보유특허분석(.114) 순이고, 성장기/성숙기 하위요인 중요도는 후속IP창출(.337), 핵심특허 대응전략(.260), 후속R&D방향제시(.183), 특허인프라구축(.137), 라이센싱(매입)전략(.083) 순으로 나타났다. 전체 복합신뢰도 상위권 중요도 순위로는 1위 환경분석, 2위 특허조사, 3위 특허분석, 4위 사업화전략, 5위 R&D전략, 6위 후속 IP창출 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 창업을 준비하는 창업자에게 특허와 관련하여 단계별 집중해야 하는 요인의 중요도와 우선순위를 제시하고 더 생산적이고 효율적인 일들에 집중할 수 있는 가이드가 되기를 바란다.

국내에서 DMB 방송은 대부분의 국민이 휴대하는 휴대폰에 수신기능이 구현되어 있고, 차량 네비게이션에서도 DMB 수신이 가능하여 상당히 보편적 미디어 창구이다. 본 연구에서는 DMB기반의 국지적 재난방송은 국지적 재난의 빈번한 발생과 휴대 기기가 갖는 고유의 개인 중심성과 이동성은 국지적 재난 미디어로 활용할 기술 개발은 큰 의미를 가진다. 국지적 재난방송을 위한 DMB 재난방송 서비스 모델과 방송 시스템 상위 설계 및 기술요구사항 도출 등의 연구를 연차별로 진행 하였다. DMB방송 시스템을 운영한 KBS의 경험을 반영하고, 국지적 방송을 위한 저비용의 시스템을 목표로 국지적 재난 정보 전달에 적합한 방송 시스템 상위 설계와 시스템 간 인터페스 및 기술 개발에 필요한 상세 요구사항을 분석하였다. 이러한 연구의 정확성과 실제 상용화 가능성을 높이기 위해 DMB 방송 차량을 이용한 필드 테스트를 추진하였다. 필드 테스트 에서는 KBS 재난방송시스템과 실시간 연동을 통해 향후 실제 재난방송에 활용 될 수 있는 방송 시스템 운용에 필요한 사항 들을 점검하였다.

In this paper, CPLD low power technology mapping using reuse module selection under the time constraint is proposed. Traditional high-level synthesis do not allow reuse of complex, realistic datapath component during the task of scheduling. On the other hand, the proposed algorithm is able to approach a productivity of the design the low power to reuse which given a library of user-defined datapath component and to share of resource sharing on the switching activity in a shared resource Also, we are obtainable the optimal the scheduling result in experimental results of our using chaining and multi-cycling in the scheduling techniques. Low power circuit make using CPLD technology mapping algorithm for selection reuse module by scheduling.

Precedent studies revealed that success of IT project strongly depends on the competency of PMO(project management offices), however, there are only few studies which show the importance of PMO competency. In this study, we will suggest an evaluation model of IT PMO competency using the Pentagon Model which is a tool to assess the performance of project organization, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process. We classified effect factor of PMO competency into 25 items in 5 fields such as Structure, Technology, Culture, Interaction, Social Relations and Networks based on pentagon model, also analysis of criticality between the effect factors was conducted by AHP. The study result shows 3 factors of Structure were included in the top 10, while 2 factors of Technology, Culture, Interaction were included separately. In terms of Social Relations and Networks, only 1 factor was included in the top 10. Therefore Structure of PMO should be aggressively considered for the successful IT project.

인터넷 컨텐츠와 애플리케이션에 대한 요구가 날로 급증하고 있는 상황에서 인터넷의 성능 즉, 접속 품질과 속도에 대한 만족도는 현저히 개선되지 않고 있다. 그 동안 인터넷의 성능향상을 위한 꾸준한 노력의 결과로 많은 기술들이 개발되었지만, 망 대역폭 용량을 확장하거나 새로운 기술을 적용하더라도 정체현상은 여전히 되풀이되고 있다. 이와 같은 상황에서 인터넷의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안 하나로 최근 CDN(Contents Delivery Network)에 관심을 쏟고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 CDN 서비스의 성능 측정을 위한 구조 설계에 관해 논하게 된다. 특히 CDN기술을 이용한 웹 컨텐츠가 사용자의 요청에 신속하게 제공되고 있는지를 평가하기 위하여, 단말의 상위 계층에서 시스템 구조를 설계한다.

논문은 국내 모바일 과학기술 영상 콘텐츠의 활성화를 위해 과학기술 관련 유튜브 채널의 글로벌 선도그룹의 유형과 스토리텔링 전략을 분석하였다. 구독자 순위를 기준으로 상위 22개의 채널을 맥락과 활동에 따라 3개 유형으로 분류하고, 이 중 언어사용이 적고 역동적 볼거리를 제공하는 활동 중심의 채널들을 다시 4개의 세부 유형으로 나누었다. 4개 유형을 중점으로 스토리텔링 전략을 분석하여 킬러콘텐츠 제작 시 고려할 시사점을 도출하였다.

In order to verify the effectiveness of marketing in the basketball stadium, this study measured and analyzed the gaze frequency and interest when the pupil was expanded by using the eye-tracking technology among various neuro marketing techniques of marketing. To analyze the section where the pupil size get expanded, interval of pupil size was higher than 2.275% (2 sigma data) and higher than 0.135% high (3 sigma data). Overall the valid data was analyzed by inflection points according to gaze frequency. We also analyzed the correlation between overall valid data and the ranges where the pupil size was significantly increased. The result showed that the correlation between overall valid data and pupil size 2 sigma data showed the highest correlation with 0.805. The pupil size 2 sigma data and pupil size 3 sigma data showed a correlation with 0.781, overall the valid data and pupil size 2 sigma data showed a correlation with 0.683. Therefore, it is concluded that, the section where the pupil size was expanded and the section at which gaze frequency is higher in the eye-tracking data were similar. However, the correlation between data of pupil size is determined to be significantly expanded and overall the valid data is decreased.

This study analyzed the process of change related to how long term laid off workers experienced layoff and the subsequent period of unemployment using a phenomenological method. The subjects of this study were five laid off workers whose average period of unemployment was 8 years and 4 months, and they were surveyed through in depth interviews. By in depth interviews based on a semi structured questionnaire, data were collected about the subjects' psychological experiences at the time of layoff, continuous psychological or physical changes after the layoff, current state, coping methods during the period of unemployment, etc. From the results of the survey were derived 21 sub themes and 5 main themes that comprehended the sub themes. The five main themes were 'emotion and perception on and after layoff,' 'symptoms and changes resulting from the lengthening of layoff,' 'lengthened current state,' 'pattern of social perception,' and 'coping with layoff.' The main themes and the sub themes were described and long term laid off worker' associated experiences were explained in detail. Lastly, long term laid off workers' changes and experiences were discussed based on previous studies.

Comparative analyses were carried out on SCI publication results produced by scientists during their employment at the five domestic ocean-related college and six major oceanographic institutes in other countries. Assessment of research performance included bibliometric indicators : type of research categories, and, evaluation of the reliability of citation data to establish future research goals. Analysis parameters also included number of SCI publication results, cited frequency, higher ranked author group, higher ranked Journal group, higher ranked SCI category for each academic and research Institutes in oceanography. Such analyses can help improve and achieve institutional goals in the future as well as help managing and prioritizing majors scientific journals and information services.
