Development of The School Score Management System For Standard School-Affairs (학사 행정의 표준화를 위한 성적관리 시스템의 개발)

  • 본 성적관리 시스템의 설계는 학생과 학부모가 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 환경구성, 간편한 조작 기능, 성적 관련 상담을 위한 상담실, 성적 활용을 위한 성적 검색, 성적 및 재학증명서 신청 및 출력할 수 있도록 구성하였으며 전체 구조는 로그인을 제공하여 관리자 화면과 학생/학부모 화면으로 분류되고 공지사항, 성적입력 및 변경, 성적검색, 성적통계, 성적 및 재학증명서 출력과 성적관련 상담실과 자료실 등으로 설계하였다. 웹 상에서의 정보제공 및 성적 관리의 표준화를 위하여 XML을 사용하였고, 성적관리의 편리성 및 자료의 활용성을 높이기 위하여 관계형 데이터베이스인 MS-SQL SERVER 2000을 사용하였다. 본 시스템을 현장에 적용시켜 본 결과 학생측면에서는 성적 정보의 획득으로 인한 학부모·교사와의 상담 증가 및 성적 증가와 교사에 대한 신뢰감이 증가하였으며 학부모측면에서는 자녀 교사와 상담, 자녀에 대한 관심도, 학교와 선생님에 대한 신뢰감이 증가하였고, 교사측면에서는 학생·학부모와 상담, 성적자료의 활용성 증가 및 업무가 경감되었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 한국무역협회(KITA)의 오픈상담 자료들을 바탕으로, 딥러닝 기술을 이용하여 구현한 해상물류 대화형 챗봇 ShipMate를 제안한다. 챗봇 ShipMate는 KoGPT2를 활용한 답변과 Doc2Vec 기반의 유사 상담사례 추천이 가능하고, 무역상담을 시간제약 없이 진행할 수 있기 때문에, 기존 해상물류 서비스의 접근성을 한층 더 높일 수 있으며 이를 실험을 통해 입증하였다.

Impacts of Digital and Human Knowledge Resources on Customer Response Capability of Customer Service Representatives (비대면 서비스 조직에서 디지털 및 인적 지식자원이 상담사의 고객대응역량에 미치는 영향)

  • In call centers where customers contact a firm's customer service without face-to-face interaction, customer service representatives (CSRs) determine its service competitiveness. In other words, a firm's service excellence relies on its CSRs. Drawing on the concept of agility from service and information technologies studies, this study conceptualizes customer response capability as a variable consisting of customer response expertise and customer response agility, and further verifies its effects on customer service performance. Moreover, this study examines whether a firm's digital and human knowledge resources are related to CSRs' customer response capability. To empirically test the proposed hypotheses, the partial least squares analysis is conducted with a total of 371 responses collected on CSRs from two insurance call centers. The findings indicate that a firm's digital and human knowledge resources enhance CSRs' customer response expertise and customer response agility, thereby increasing customer service performance. The results draw the conclusion that CSRs' customer response capability is a key antecedent of superior customer service.

Development of Culturally Contextualized Counseling Strategies to Enhance Resilience in Families of Dementia Patients (치매 환자 가족의 회복탄력성 강화를 위한 문화 맥락적 상담 전략 개발)

  • This study aimed to propose counseling strategies to enhance the resilience of families caring for dementia patients, a rapidly growing population. Through a literature review, we analyzed the characteristics and influencing factors of resilience in families of dementia patients and examined existing counseling approaches. The results revealed that the resilience of these families is formed through complex interactions of individual, familial, and socio-environmental factors, and has dynamic characteristics that change according to the progression of dementia. Based on these findings, we proposed differentiated counseling strategies for each family member and strategies considering the Korean cultural context. The proposed integrated counseling model includes a multidimensional approach that considers cultural context, family member characteristics, and stages of dementia progression. This study highlights the need for an integrated approach considering cultural context to enhance the resilience of families caring for dementia patients and suggests the necessity for future research to verify the effectiveness of actual counseling interventions.

  • In modern society, the field of life is expanding to complex and diverse fields according to changes in lifestyle. As people's consciousness also changes, various social problems are involved, and countermeasures are being taken in various ways. In particular, as the issue of school violence has become a subject of interest, government-related ministries have jointly set up a reporting center and professional counselors are receiving and consulting on damage reports. Counselors experience mental and physical exhaustion in the course of their work. Therefore, the need to contribute to effective counseling work is raised by studying the factors that cause burnout. This study collected the experiences of 10 counselors working at 117 reporting centers from February 2019 to May 2020 through interviews and analyzed them with Colaizzi's phenomenological research method. The exhaustion factors derived from the results of the study were first experiences such as conflict between counselors during the period of institutional integration in the "117 reporting center experience", and secondly, professional counselors experienced emotional exhaustion, inhumanization, and lack of achievement. In order to prevent and overcome the exhaustion factors of counseling agents, it was necessary to prepare measures to promote fraud. This is expected to be useful data for improving the working environment of special job counselors in the era of industrialization and informatization in which various anonymous counseling methods are used.

Improving the nutrition quotient and dietary self-efficacy through personalized goal setting and smartphone-based nutrition counseling among adults in their 20s and 30s (개인별 목표 설정과 스마트폰 기반 영양상담을 통한 20-30대 성인의 영양지수 및 식이 자아효능감 향상)

  • Purpose: This study examines the effectiveness of personalized goal setting and smartphone-based nutrition counseling among adults in their 20s and 30s. Methods: Nutrition counseling was conducted for a total of 30 adults through a 1:1 chat room of a mobile instant messenger, once a week for 8 weeks. The first week of counseling included a preliminary online questionnaire survey and a dietary intake survey. Based on the results of the preliminary survey, 2 dietary goals were set in the second week and the participants were asked to record their achievements on a daily checklist. From the third week onwards, counselors sent feedback messages based on the checklist and provided information on dietary guidelines in a card news format every week. Post-counseling questionnaires and dietary intake surveys were conducted in the seventh week. Changes in dietary habits during the counseling were reviewed in the eighth week, followed by a questionnaire survey on the evaluation of the counseling process. Results: The nutrition quotient (NQ) scores and self-efficacy scores were significantly higher after nutrition counseling. The NQ scores of consumption frequencies of fruits, milk and dairy products, nuts, fast food, Ramyeon, sweet and greasy baked products, sugarsweetened beverages, the number of vegetable dishes at meals, and breakfast frequency were significantly higher after nutrition counseling. The intake of protein, vitamin A, thiamin, riboflavin, folate, calcium, and iron, and the index of nutritional quality of vitamin A, riboflavin, folate, calcium, and iron were higher after nutrition education. The participants were satisfied with the nutrition counseling program and the provided nutrition information. Conclusion: Personalized goal setting and smartphone-based nutrition counseling were found to be effective in improving the quality of diet and self-efficacy in young adults. Similar results were obtained in both the underweight/normal weight and the overweight/obese groups.

  • 특수교육에 대한 기초적인 지식과 지도 방법의 이해 부족 및 특수아동의 학부모와의 상담여건이 조성되지 못하고 있는 실정에서 초등학교 통합학급 교사들은 일반학생들의 지도와 병행한 특수아동의 지도에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시 공간의 제약을 받지 않는 모바일 환경 속에서의 통합학급운영 시스템 설계를 하였다. 첫째, m-Learning환경에서 특수아동을 지도하는 통한학급교사에게 시간적, 공간적으로 효율적인 도움이 될 정보를 제공하는 폰페이지를 구성하였다. 둘째, 무선인터넷의 특징인 즉시성, 편재성, 보안성을 갖는 모바일환경의 폰페이지에 학부모와 특수아동에 대한 정보 교환 및 상담이 가능하게 하였다. 셋째, 아동을 통한 알림장 작성이 불가능한 특수아동을 위하여 폰페이지에 알림장을 만들고 학부모에게 학교에 관련된 정보와 학급 상황을 전달하도록 하였다. 넷째, 통합학급과 특수학급의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 지역별, 또는 교육청 단위의 특수교육지원센터의 SMS서비스를 강조하였다. 이러한 모바일통합학급운영시스템은 현장에서의 통합학급 교사들에게 특수교육에 대한 자신감과 특수아동의 학부모와의 체계적인 상담 기회를 제공하여 효율적인 통합학급을 운영하는데 많은 도움을 줄 것이다.

  • In this paper, we proposed an automatic monitoring system for contact center in order to manage customer's complaint and agent's quality. The proposed system allows more accurate monitoring using emotion recognition and keyword spotting method for neutral/anger voice emotion. The system can provide professional consultation and management for the customer with language violence, such as abuse and sexual harassment. We developed a method of building robust algorithm on heterogeneous speech DB of many unspecified customers. Experimental results confirm the stable and improved performance using real contact center speech data.

  • A call center is a place that an enterprise contacts with clients through information and communication technologies. It is, therefore, the integrated situation room that a consultant gives expert advice to clients using tele-marketing functions and communication technologies. Recently, the tendency of the enterprise is toward newly designing and improving the office layout in consideration of the psychology and the aesthetic intention of the personnel for a performance of the enterprise. In this paper, we study on the influence of a consultant seating arrangement on job satisfaction and immersion in order to maximize the job efficiency of the call center. Human-oriented office layout lead the consultants to be immersed in their job, to reduce stress, and to increasing the job efficiency.

Study on Development of Perception Arts Action Group Counseling Program Focused on Popcorn Brain Phenomenon (팝콘브레인 현상에 대한 지각예술작용 집단상담 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This thesis revolves around dual sensory therapy techniques using perception arts group counseling program focused on Popcorn Brain phenomenon. The program emphasizes intrinsic motivations for changes by activating the brain's dual sensory such as a sense of smell, tactile sensation and vision to deal with brain issues caused by digital devices addiction. Perception arts group counseling program is based on voluntary satisfaction of relationship desires, which can lead to a sense of accomplishment and belonging. Expression methods using dual sensory were presented as an alternative to resolving digital devices addiction by blending cognitive-behavioral counseling technique and group art therapy technique. The blending method offers an environment that can maintain a change to a senseless and lackluster brian due to excessive uses of digital devices, the main cause of Popcorn Brain, by emphasizing "thoughts${\rightarrow}$emotions${\rightarrow}$behavior" with a structural expression approach. If perception arts group counseling program is established in more systematic fashion and used strategically to offer such environment, it may be used as a treatment for brain issues described above. In addition, the program can be used a basis for encouraging voluntary treatment to satisfy relationship desires.
