민간 직업훈련 기관 훈련생 모집에 미치는 영향 요인 분석

  • 본 연구는 민간 직업훈련 기관의 훈련생 모집에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 훈련 등록한 대상들에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 접근성 요인(교통편, 주차장 등), 시설 요인(교실 크기, 시설 환경 등), 상담자 역량 요인(응대 태도, 서비스 지식, 상담 Skill 등), 비용적 요인(훈련비, 훈련비 지원 유무 등), 교육 요인(교육 편성 내용, 강사진 등)으로 나누고 각 요인들이 훈련 등록에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석 하였다.

Narrative Depiction of a Focusing Attitude Training Experience through a Counselor's Participation in Focusing Workshop (포커싱 워크숍 경험을 통한 포커싱적 태도 훈련 체험에 대한 내러티브 탐구)

  • This study is a narrative depiction of a focusing attitude training experience through a counselor's participation in focusing workshop. Through the story of life, the researchers explored how the participant experienced according to the three - dimensional narrative inquiry space (time, place, interaction). The results of this study is that the contact (self - awareness process) with self - experience through focusing training abled the counselor to facilitate clients' own self-contact during the psychotherapy process and as a result the counselor was able to establish 'relational depth' with clients. Through Focusing experience, the counselor was able to aware bodily feeling 'as it is' which helped the expansion of self with multiple perspectives of life away from fixed own self -frame. The implication of this study is to explore the meaning of the counselor's Focusing attitude and to prepare for the development of Focusing workshops in the future.

A Study on the Counseling Experience of Counselors on Video Counseling with Digital Mask (디지털가면을 활용한 화상상담에 대한 상담자들의 상담 경험 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of counselors who conducted video counseling using digital mask. To this end, the contents of the focus group interview with four counselors who experienced mask video counseling for a total of 10 Korean college student clients were analyzed using thematic analysis method. Participant counselors reported that they had been concerned about mask video counseling before the start but gradually be adjusted to the method. Since they have observed the rapid self-disclosure of the clients and smooth counseling process, they positively predicted the possibility of digital masks as a therapeutic media. They also mentioned the need for additional education and training for the counselors who are using the new on-line counseling media. Therefore, various supports for proactive responses of counselors to online counseling media need to be explored.

  • Loss has been expanded to include not only death but also the change that take place in the transition of life. In addition, the rate of direct and indirect experience of death around us has increased due to natural disasters and unexpected accidents. Therefore, there is a growing demand for grief counseling and a need for professional grief counseling. The purpose of this study was to investigate the competency of grief counselors and to review on the literatures what grief counselors should be trained to improve their professional competences. Specifically, there were grief counseling theory, evaluation of grief, death education, and counselor self-care. There were suggested that how to integrate into existing counselor curriculum and introduced experiential practice. This study can be used as a basic data for encouraging the attention of grief counselor education and competency model.

A Study on the Perception of Sports Psychological Counseling

  • This study conducted surveys and in-depth interviews to explore the perception of sports psychology counseling among athletes. The participants included a total of 8 individuals: 307 athletes surveyed, 4 athletes who had received counseling, and 4 who had not. The survey investigated athletes' perceptions and management of psychological training, the perceived necessity of seeking advice for everyday concerns, willingness to use and perceived need for sports psychology counseling, prior experiences, and pre-engagement considerations. According to the survey results, 69.1% of athletes recognized the importance of mental training, but only 33.2% actually underwent psychological training. Furthermore, while 67.8% expressed a desire to receive education on psychological training from professionals, only 19.9% reported having searched for related information. When asked about their willingness to pay for sports psychology counseling services, 55.7% expressed willingness. Reasons for wanting to receive counseling, reasons for not wanting to receive counseling, and preferences or considerations for counseling sessions were listed as well. In the in-depth interviews, participants were classified into those who had received counseling and those who had not, delving deeply into motivations for seeking counseling or reasons for not doing so, perceptions during counseling sessions, considerations, preferred types of counselors, and program preferences. Based on this research, discussions and recommendations were provided with the perspective of utilizing sports psychology counseling as foundational data for providing high-quality services to users.

A Study on impact of cognitive complexity and coping flexibility of the counselor on the countertransference management ability (상담자의 인지 복합성과 대처 유연성이 역전이 관리능력에 미치는 영향)

  • Based on previous studies that cognitive complexity and coping flexibility are closely related with psychological adaptibility, it can be inferred that they can influence management ability of countertransference in counselling. This study focused on the influence of counselor's cognitive complexity and coping flexibility on the management ability of countertransference in counselling. The survey was conducted on 128 (female 108, male 20) counselors of college counseling center, general counseling center, schools and hospitals. The study employed flexibility scale measures, interpersonal discrimination test, and countertransference factors inventory. The results was that the level of cognitive complexity did not influence countertransference ability whereas the level of coping flexibility influenced countertransference management ability. In multiple regression, it was evidenced that coping flexibility influence countertransference management ability more than cognitive complexity. In sum, our study indicate that coping flexibility is important to enhance the management ability of countertransference in counselling, and that related counsellor training program should be developed in the future.

Operating Report of a Hospice Cyber Counselling Program (호스피스 사이버상담 프로그램 운영에 대한 소고)

  • Purpose: This study is to report the operating result of the Hospice Cyber Counselling Program for improving quality of lift for terminal patients and their families. Methods: This study was performed followed by counsellor training, building strategy of public relations, management, and evaluation of the effect in order. Results: 72 subjects visited our cyber homepage and became members for approximately 9 months from Oct. 2004 to July 2005; 17 subjects in their 20s (23.6%), 12 subjects in their 30s (16.7%), 17 subjects in their 40s (23.6%), and 13 subjects above 50s (18%). Classified by diagnose related group, cancer related disease consist of 90%. As for the relationship between contents of counselling and counselling applicants, families consist of 90% and self-applicants only 10%. Only 30 members used on-line counselling and their counselling frequency was just 35 times. Although counselling frequency and the number of members who used the counselling site were not high, they tend to contact with a counsellor continuously and use the site actively after the first counselling. Conclusion: Cyber counselling program for hospice was practically managed to improve quality of life for terminal patients and their families as a basic activity for hospice business activation. Basic public relations with regard to hospice business by mass media and the press should be performed continuously and the hospice training program is required for medical personnel to be continue.

A Qualitative Study on Counselors' Authenticity and Therapeutic Changes based on Experience by Clients Majoring in Counseling (상담 전공 내담자가 경험한 상담자 진정성과 치료적 변화에 관한 질적 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the components of how clients perceive the counselors' authenticity in actual counseling, and to examine the therapeutic changes and processes related to the counselors' authenticity. In-depth interviews were conducted with 12 clients majoring in counseling at graduate school, and as a result of analyzing using the Grounded theory approach, 57 concepts, 40 sub-categories, and 14 categories were derived. The major results of this study are as follows: first, the components of counselor authenticity perceived by clients were identified as 'honesty', 'sincere attitude', and 'heartfelt caring'. Second, counselors' authenticity was found to bring about deeper and generalized therapeutic changes when a deep level of acceptance and empathy for the client was accompanied. Finally, therapeutic changes in counselors' authenticity were found to be 'increasing self-understanding and acceptance', 'generalization of authenticity modeling', and 'increasing initiative in coping with problems'. This study contributed to the increase of the practical knowledge of the counselors' authenticity by identifying the therapeutic value of authenticity and factors, and provided the implications to education and training for novice counselors.

A Single Case Study on a Child with ADHD by the Application of Attention Improvement Training Composed of Play and Games (놀이와 게임을 활용한 주의력향상훈련을 적용한 ADHD 아동의 단일사례연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to make a case study of a fourth- grade child diagnosed as ADHD. The subject in this study, who was the supplier of information, was especially inattentive and. impulsive. The focus of this study was placed on improving his attention, and it's also meant to lighten his impulsiveness. An attention improvement training program was devised by applying play and games that would spark the interest of the ADHD child who was inattentive and felt easily boring. The program was conducted in 15 sessions, and his self-report of attention and impulsiveness and task performance were checked to find out the effect of the program before, after and six weeks after it was implemented. Besides, additional data were gathered by keeping observational and counseling journals and interviewing people around them, and the collected data were analyzed to get a profound understanding of the child. The finding of the study were as follows: First, according to the pretest, posttest and retention test scores on attention and additional data, the attention improvement training that utilized play and game served to boost the attention of the information provider, and that had a lasting effect on that as well. Second, as a result of analyzing the pretest, posttest and retention test scores on impulsiveness and additional data, the attention improvement training that utilized play and games contributed to easing the impulsiveness of the information provider, and that had a continuing effect on that as well. Third, in addition to attention and impulsiveness, there were favorable changes in his peer relationship and confidence when all the collected data were analyzed.

  • 초고속정보통신망 환경에서 웹을 통하여 난청자가 언제, 어디서든지 멀티미디어 데이터를 제공받아 난청 교정 교육을 받을 수 있는 원격교육시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 난청자들의 청각장애 극복의 방법을 보면 수술, 보청기 사용, 재활훈련이 있는데 재활훈련의 내용이 반복청취라는 것에 착안하였다. 본 시스템에서 난청과 관련된 풍부하고 다양한 내용을 웹게시판을 통해서 제공하고 난청자는 듣기 교육을 위해 멀티미디어를 통한 반복교육을 다양한 형태로 받는다. 난청자는 그 교육의 결과를 바로 확인하고 교육 결과를 저장 나중에 결과에 따른 경과상황을 확인 찬 수 있으며, 교육 경과를 통해 전문 의견을 들을 수 있다. 또한 화상회의를 통해 상담뿐만 아니라 발음 및 입모양을 확인하는 교육이 병행되어 말하기 교육이 포함된다. 본 시스템은 난청자의 청각장애를 극복하는데 그 활용 목적이 있다.
