For a systematic analysis of the characteristics according to the counseling type, this study was about what type of counseling is the largest number of cases that three researchers participated. The main types of counseling for paid/leaved students were identified, and the characteristics of counseling types by admission type were analyzed. A total of 185 counseling cases conducted in 2018 and 2019 were analyzed by technical statistics and analysis by seven types of counseling(emotional and personality, academic motivation, learning method/strategy, family relationship, career and major choice, self-growth motivation) and analyzed to confirm the counseling needs for each student characteristic(entrance type, grade, gender, and academic changes(paid, leave of absence experience)) according to the characteristics of the students. Through this study, it was confirmed that the number of counseling was the highest in the order of "learning methods and strategies," "emotion and personality," and "self-growth motivation," and in particular, it was confirmed that the counseling rate of freshman and sophomore students was high. Most of the students who experienced paid/leave of absence were counseling on "emotional and personality" and "learning methods/ strategies." Through this study, academic-related programs are required for freshman and sophomore students, and the necessity of improving and establishing a counseling system was confirmed in consideration of the characteristics of each type of student counseling. In addition, this study proposed the necessity of institutional support such as the group mentoring system for students with academic fluctuations.
This reserch categorizes the workplace recipient into selection criteria and studies the difference of demographic characteristics, counseling usage characteristics, job burnout, and differentiation of counseling behavior according to the subtype criteria. The survey has been collected 398 employee's responses who have no experience in counseling, who belong to the companies deploying counseling program and the companies are located in Seoul and Kyunggi area. As a result of the cluster analysis, the group was divided into "People-Product Oriented Type", "People-Product-Place Oriented Type", "People-Product-Process of service assembly Oriented Type". Subtype differentiates demographic characteristic and counseling usage characteristic and it convinces that junior employees belong to "People-Product Oriented Type" and senior employees belong to "People-Product-Place Oriented Type" and "People-Product-Process of service assembly Oriented Type". "People-Product-Process of service assembly Oriented Type" is the cluster who takes counseling services most likely if the counseling requirements are raised. Each subtype shows the differentiation of job burnout and "People-Product Oriented Type" is more exposed in job burnout among the subtypes which required urgent counseling assistance. This research is meaningful to take differentiated marketing strategies in subtype basis by considering workplace counseling service selection and recipient characteristics. Furthermore, it discusses the meaning of this research and the proposal for the further investigation.
This study was conducted to explore important factors to consider when designing voice-based psychological counseling agents amid the increasing use of conversational agents in counseling and psychotherapy. 48 participants selected their preferred agent's voice among four types (young women and men, middle-aged women and men) and had a conversation with a psychological counseling agent. They also evaluated the reasons for voice selection, mood changes, perception of the agent's characteristics, and counseling outcomes. As a results, the agent's voice type selected according to the user's gender was not statistically significant. However, the qualitative analysis showed 'comfort' of the voice was an important factor. Next, the user's mood improved significantly after the conversation with the agent, which confirmed the intervention effect. Finally, it was found that expertness and attractiveness perceptions toward the agent contributed to the counseling outcomes. The implications of the study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

By discovering this mediating effect, career counselors can carry out counseling based on the variety of career worries college students have, further supporting self-actualization of the client. The objective of this study was to analyze patient satisfaction and perception of nutritional counseling services quality. A patient satisfaction and perception survey was conducted for 1,095 patients from 43 tertiary hospitals and 20 general hospitals. The number of returned questionnaires was 656 (response rate: 60.0%). Data from 633 questionnaires were analyzed after the questionnaires with unanswered items were excluded. Five domains were identified from the result of the factor analysis using the maximum likelihood and oblique rotation. The five domains were named empathy, responsiveness, tangibles, reliability, and skill and specialty. Patient perception mean score of nutritional counseling was 4.54/5.00. Patient satisfaction scores were significantly higher in empathy (P<0.001), responsiveness, and skill and specialty (P<0.01) with a college or graduate school education than in patients with a middle school education. There was no statistically significant difference between satisfaction scores in tertiary hospitals and those in general hospitals, but patients in capital hospitals reported significantly higher scores than their local counterparts in empathy, responsiveness, reliability, skill and specialty (P<0.001), and tangibles (P<0.05). In responsiveness, significantly higher (P<0.01) scores were observed in patients who received nutritional counseling only once compared to patients who received counseling two times. Patients perception of nutritional counseling services was significantly correlated with their satisfaction of five domains, reliability (r=0.721), responsiveness (r=0.697), empathy (r=0.690), skill and specialty (r=0.678), and tangibles (r=0.622).
