Establishing nursing professionalism is important for providing quality nursing care in various clinical settings and adapting to changing roles in a range of situations. The aim of this study was to identify the influence of volunteer activities and sense of community on nursing professionalism for nursing students. A convenience sampling method of 160 students in a nursing department of university in D city was used in June 2019. Data were analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. The nursing professionalism score was above the middle level and differed according to the volunteer motivation and activity continuity significantly. Satisfaction with volunteer activities had a significant positive correlation with a sense of community (r=.47, p<.001), and nursing professionalism had a significant positive correlation with the satisfaction with volunteer activities (r=.51, p<.001). The factors affecting nursing professionalism were a sense of community (p<.001) and satisfaction with volunteer activities (p<.001); this model could explain 37.9% (F=20.38, p<.001). Therefore, nursing students are encouraged to participate voluntarily in a range of activities linked to their field, nurture a sense of community, and develop nursing education programs that help build pride as a nurse and establish nursing professionalism.

This study was carried out as a preliminary study to analyze the effect of parenting attitudes on the career decision-making types of middle school students. We analyzed the mediating effect of self-efficacy to develop a program that can be implemented jointly at home and at school to help middle school students who are facing the Free Semester System in 2016 to form an ideal career decision-making type. To that end, a survey was conducted with 345 students attending a middle school located in Northern Seoul, and the 335 valid questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS v22. In the sociodemographic analysis, there was no difference in parenting attitudes between groups in terms of religion and family income. The democratic attitude of parents had the greatest impact on the rational career decision-making type, while the permissive attitude had a partial effect. The authoritarian attitude had no effect. Self-efficacy had a mediating effect in only the relationship between democratic parenting attitude and the rational career decision-making type. These findings imply that to help middle school students form a rational career decision-making type, intervention in variables other than self-efficacy is necessary in addition to parent education.

The consortium for the HRD ability magnified program is part of the joint training program for SMEs in the strategic field and supports the infrastructure, training, personnel, and general operation expenses required for the joint training. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of the education and training program, as perceived by the participants of the Consortium for the HRD Ability Magnified Program. The results of this study are as follows. Gender, trainer satisfaction, educational facilities and service satisfaction have a statistically significant effect on training program satisfaction. The impact on education and training satisfaction of gender, instructor satisfaction, educational (facilities) and service satisfaction was high and in that order. It was found that the male participants have a more positive effect on satisfaction of education and training than the female participants. Age, job group, and job title did not have a statistically significant effect on training program satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions are made. The capacity of the trainers should be strengthened. It is important to provide facilities that enable trainees to participate effectively in education and training and increase the transfer of education and training to the field. It is necessary to design and implement a curriculum that takes into consideration the female trainees' characteristics and situations. More effort is needed to improve the appropriateness of the education and training contents, education and training time, job relevance, and job contribution.

The purpose of this study is to analyze mission statements of social welfare centers. For this, we collected mission statements of 385 social welfare centers nationwide. We analyzed data using the NVivo 10 program. Analysis results found the total number of collected words was 1,401. The number of words corresponding to the target of organizations was 448 (32.0%), the number of words corresponding to problems was 51 (3.6%), the number of words corresponding to the directionality 118 (8.4%), the number of words corresponding to strategy was 545 (38.9%), and the number of words corresponding to organization's image was 239 (17.1%). Second, the words of the intervention target were resident of community, local community and community. Intervention issues included community problems, poverty, and social isolation. The words of the organizational directivity included welfare community/village, social welfare, and empowerment. Words related to organizational strategy were formation/building, sharing/serving, and improvement/development/improvement. Words related to the organizational image included in the mission statements were the welfare center, we, the professional agency, and the neighbors. By analyzing the mission statements, we found that social welfare centers portrayed its identity based on 'locality'. The distribution of the words related to the community was high in both the target, target, and direction. The limitations of this study include the exclusion of analyzing the relationship between organizational mission and organizational performance. This should be considered in future studies.

This study examined the causal relationship among job stress, fatigue, and job satisfaction, which affect the turnover intention of elderly nursing home care workers. Data were collected from Sep.15 to Sep. 30, 2014. Structured self-administered questionnaires were delivered and collected without the respondents' personal information. The subjects were 232 female care workers working in nursing homes in D city. The data were analyzed using the SPSSWIN 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. Covariance structure analysis was performed to estimate the causal relationship between the variables affecting the turnover intention of care workers. The results of the analysis were as follows. The variables included in this study were fatigue, which comprised 4.9% of job stress. Job satisfaction explained 54.6% of job stress and fatigue. The turnover intention was 46.2% due to job stress, fatigue, and job satisfaction. In other words, job stress, fatigue, and job satisfaction had a direct or indirect effect on the turnover intention of care workers. In conclusion, job stress, fatigue, and job satisfaction affect the turnover intention. Therefore, a policy to improve the work environment and working conditions is needed to reduce the turnover intention of care workers, and fulfill their duties in a stable life time workplace.

The brand consulting for paving the way for overseas-based companies to develop local brands includes many processes such as the analysis of local markets and consumers, the analysis of in-and-out circumstances including the diagnosis of corporate competence and resource, the establishment of brand strategies, the development of brand concepts, and the development of design, which should be performed before the eventual launch of overseas markets. So, the success of overseas-based brand consulting just depends on coworking(i.e., consortium) by brand experts from international marketing, design to local-overseas brand rights which have been barely touched upon by the brand experts. This study aims to present brand consulting framework and to support the development of local-fit brands when the small and medium industries, esteemed relatively less compatible than conglomerates, expand their business in the non-English-speaking countries. This study also includes the results of a demand inquiry on the local fit brand targeted for SMEs. As a brand consulting framework which has been performed at work sites through the accumulated many year's trial and error, it could be a significantly meaningful guidance for the brand experts who perform local-fit brands consulting and the SMEs who look for overseas-based brand consulting.

Appreciative inquiry is applicable to schools to minimize the resistance of the members, and the subject of the school community Forming is suitable for the introduction of an AI program. But to become a way for a sustainable school community we must reconstruct the 4D modes of appreciative inquiry that the members can be applied as needed. In this paper, we propose the process of seven steps core learning activities based on systems theory. Seven steps are selecting a theme, interviewing for finding success story, analyzing an organization's success stories and deriving the core values, deriving future of the organization, sharing future of the organization, designing the ideal future of the organization consist of a practice. Since the proposed seven steps process is based on the literature it is necessary to apply follow-up study is to verify the result, and a variety of research methods for process improvement in AI.

According to the nationwide survey of tuberculosis from 1965 to 1995, the incidence and drug resistance rate of tuberculosis have been decreased in Korea, but the prevalence of multidrug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is still a serious problem. The purpose of this study is to investigate the drug resistance rate and pattern of tuberculosis in Daejeon from 2001 to 2008. Of the total 581cases where the drug susceptibility test was performed, resistance to at least one anti-TB drug was found in 104 cases(17.9%) of these, 68(11.7%) were resistant to at least INH and 41(7.1%) were resistant to at least RFP. Single-drug resistance was found for isolates from 37(6.4%) ; 18(3.1%) of these were resistant to INH and 5(0.9%) to RFP. Multidrug resistance, where TB was resistant to at least isoniazid and refampin, was found in 35 cases(6.0%). and Factors associated with MDR-TB included age under 40-60.The drug-resistance rate of pulmonary TB, especially MDR-TB, is higher in the initial treated patients at a private referral hospital than in those in the pubulic sector. Initial drug resistance is common and the drug susceptibility test is informative for pulmonary TB patients who have not received previous TB treatment. The need for an improved control program, coupled with early diagnosis of MDR-TB, to reduce the spread and development of resistance. Multidrug resistance rate is still problem in korea. Efforts to decrease multidrug resistance rate either independently or in cooperation with the pubulic sector will be needed.

This study examined to offer practical implications for the bullying for the prevention and response in early childhood education at the scene of the bullying that occur by to confirm the perception of the bullying to pre-service early childhood teachers. The survey questionnaire was completed by 313 pre-service early childhood teachers. SPSS Win program was used to perform frequency analysis, ANOVA. (1)The perception of bullying were significantly different according to grade and experience of child care practice, classroom observation, education program for taking preventive measure. (2)Teachers' perception about the action that can be seen as bullying followed by 'apply the violence, such as kicking, or were frequent', 'shared in things that often prevents','often to another carrier or shame in front of a friend'. (3)Perception about characteristics of bullying Perpetrators was 'aggressive behavior and talk much' and perception about characteristics of bullying victims was 'shy and not much'. (4)The reason of bullying perpetrators was 'Just for fun without a special reason' and the cause of bullying victims was 'problem of parents' child-rearing attitudes and home environment'. (5)Important institutions to combat bullying prevention followed by teacher, parents and family, community and the nation, preschool educational institution. Teachers guidance content of combat and prevent bullying was 'to be isolated from the class to infants continue to monitor'. Parents guidance content of combat and prevent bullying was 'communicate a lot and attention to children'. Early childhood education institutions guidance content of combat and prevent bullying was 'operations to come up with the bullying prevention education in educational time'. This study indicated that it is necessary to make efforts for increasing perception of bullying in pre-service early childhood teachers.

This study examined the components of we-ness perceived by elementary school teachers. The results of this research can be used as a new indicator based on the essential relationship of Korea to explain and improve the teacher culture and organizational culture of school. The subjects were 206 elementary school teachers. The data were analyzed using correlation, ANOVA, and exploratory factor analyses with SPSS 23, and confirmatory factor analysis with Mplus 7.1. The results of this study are as follows. First, 'psychological wellbeing', 'caring relationship', 'ethical legitimacy', and 'sharing time' were derived as the factors of early childhood teachers' perception of we-ness. In addition, considering that we-ness can be spread not only to individual relations, but also to the class, and to the same organization as a school, it can be used to form a school culture based on Korean culture and suggest a teaching culture. On the other hand, this study examined elementary school teachers; hence, the results cannot be applied to all teachers. In addition, this study was a quantitative study exploring the sub-factors through statistical analysis. The results of the quantitative research should be elaborated through interviews with school members, and follow - up studies should be conducted through case studies.
