A Study On The Co-survival And Collaboration Of Organization And Its Environments (조직과 환경의 상생과 협력에 관한 연구)

  • The major issues of managing an organization and its environments are on how to establish a community for their co-survival and collaboration. This study is on the principles and management practices for establishing the community of organization and its environments based on the power circulatory approach, so that it contributes to creation of the social orders for co-survival and collaboration. In order to do this I discussed the theories and practices of the power circulatory approach, and then suggest their application to establishment of the co-survival community for organization and its environment. According to results the power circulatory approach offers theoretical and managerial tools which establish the co-survival community for organization and its environments, so that it increases likelihood of their co-survival and collaboration. Furthermore I discussed the position of the power circulatory approach to co-survival and collaboration in a manner that displays similarities and differences with exiting approaches such as the contingency and population ecology model.

Research on Design Mixing and Manufacturing of Recycled Aggregate for Concrete and Coarse Aggregate of Steelmaking Slag (콘크리트용 순환골재와 제강슬래그의 굵은골재 설계배합 및 제조에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, in order to minimize the increase in the amount of various industrial by-products due to the rapid growth of the industry and the intensification of the depletion of natural aggregate resources, the material test using recycled aggregate and steelmaking slag and the proper mixing ratio of recycled concrete were to be derived. In this study, first, the conformity of the quality standards of the materials used in the field was confirmed, and the workability and molding results were shown when used alone or mixed. Therefore, the feasibility of application as aggregate for concrete was evaluated through a total of 4-type mixtures of cement types, admixtures, coarse aggregates, and fine aggregates. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the slump of unhardened concrete, the amount of air, chloride and compressive strength of hardened concrete according to the replacement rate were different from the measured values of general concrete quality characteristics. According to this, it was confirmed that the quality characteristics of the standard design criteria were satisfied.

Abnormal Detection for Industrial Control Systems Using Ensemble Recurrent Neural Networks Model (산업제어시스템에서 앙상블 순환신경망 모델을 이용한 비정상 탐지)

  • Recently, as cyber attacks targeting industrial control systems increase, various studies are being conducted on the detection of abnormalities in industrial processes. Considering that the industrial process is deterministic and regular, It is appropriate to determine abnormality by comparing the predicted value of the detection model from which normal data is trained and the actual value. In this paper, HAI Datasets 20.07 and 21.03 are used. In addition, an ensemble model is created by combining models that have applied different time steps to Gated Recurrent Units. Then, the detection performance of the single model and the ensemble recurrent neural networks model were compared through various performance evaluation analysis, and It was confirmed that the proposed model is more suitable for abnormal detection in industrial control systems.

An Experimental Study on the Estimation of Compressive Strength and the Physical Properties of Recycled Aggregate Concrete of Fixed Slump (슬럼프 고정 순환골재콘크리트의 물리적 특성 및 압축강도 추정에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • This study was a basic research for actual production of recycled aggregate concrete, and experiments were carried out on the change of water cement ratio and physical properties of recycled aggregate concrete with fixed slump. Results were as follows. Concrete using recycled aggregate were required increased water to maintain the target slump, and the recycled fine aggregate are necessary more increased water more than the recycled coarse aggregate. The replacement ratio of recycled fine aggregate be less than 60%, would be possible to obtain the air content volume that did not deviate from the concrete quality specification. The compressive strength of concrete using recycled aggregate decreased with increasing the replacement of recycled aggregate, and compressive strength decreased by 25% when 100% recycled fine aggregate were replaced. As a result of analyzing the correlation of compressive strength according to the mixing factors of concrete, it was found that replacement of recycled fine aggregate> water cement ratio> air content volume were influenced in order.

  • Red mud is an inorganic by-product produced from the mineral processing of alumina from Bauxite ores. the development of alkali-activated slag-red mud cement can be a representative study aimed at recycling the strong alkali of the red mud as a construction material. This study is to investigate the optimum water content, compressive strength, moisture absorption coefficient and efflorescence of alkali-activated slag-red mud soil pavement according to the recycling fine aggregate content. The results showed that the optimum water content, moisture absorption coefficient and efflorescence area of alkali-activated slag-red mud soil pavement increased but the compressive strength of that decreased as the recycled fine aggregate content increased.

  • 본 연구에서는 가솔린 시계열 예측전문가들이 수요를 예측하고, 더 나아가 직감적으로 행하고 있는 보정과정을 자동화하기 위해 신경망을 사용한다. 가솔린 수요 예측분야에서 보정을 위해 사용되는 전형적인 판단요소는 정부 에너지 절약 정책, 에너지 산업의 파업, 공휴일 등이 있다. 주요 추세가 순환신경망에 의해 예측되고 이들 판단요소의 효과가 다층신경망에 의해 탐지되어 보정된다. 가솔린 수요에 대한 실험결과는 보정과정을 갖는 예측구조가 하나의 신경망을 사용하는 예측구조 보다 더 나은 예측력을 보였다. 그리고 본 연구에서 제시한 접근방법이 순환신경망이나 ARIMA 모델을 사용하는 것보다 더 나은 결과를 가졌다.

  • The test on the cycle time of the Interbus, widely used in automobile industry, is evaluated in this paper. The measurement of cycle time is a very Important factor for performance of Interbus. The test was performed by the under normal circumstances and circumstances with EMC. The theoretical cycle time which was derived from mathematical form and from real system with Interbus approach to nearly result. As a result, it is shown that Interbus is deterministic, rapid and reliable system.

Evaluation the Impact of Installing a Isolation Valve on Condensate System of Nuclear Power Plan (원자력발전소 복수기 수실 차단밸브 설치 영향 평가)

  • Because there are no isolation valves in condensate system of nuclear power plants, circulating water pump was shutdown for the condenser repair. When circulating water pump was shutdown, power plant output decreased about 45%. These output decreasing can minimize by establishing isolation valves. In this paper, evaluated effect to flow conditions change of condensate system, structural integrity of system, condenser pressure of in case of establish isolation valves to condensate system. Results of the evaluation, the flow rate due to the installation of the isolation valve decreased 0.3% when the valve was fully opened and 4.5% when fully closed. In addition, it was found that the vacuum degree of the condenser decreased with decreasing flow rate, but the integrity of the system was maintained.

Properties of Cement Mortar According to Mixing of Circulating Fluidized Bed Fly Ash and Pulverized Coal Fly Ash based on Blast Furnace Slag (고로슬래그 기반 순환유동층 플라이애시 및 미분탄 플라이애시 혼입에 따른 시멘트 모르타르의 특성)

  • In this study, the characteristics of the cement mortar replaced with fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag generated during circulating fluidized bed combustion method and pulverized coal combustion process were investigated. As a result of the study, when mixed with circulating fluidized bed combustor fly ash and pulverized coal combustion fly ash, it is advantageous not only in terms of strength development but also in terms of durability. The circulating fluidized bed combustor fly ash contributes to the improvement of initial reactivity, and the pulverized coal combustion fly ash is involved in long-term strength development through pozzolanic reaction. Therefore, it can be seen that the mixed use of circulating fluidized bed combustor fly ash and pulverized coal combustion fly ash acts as a complementary factor for cement mortar substituted with ground granulated blast furnace slag.
