박물관은 인류가 이룩한 물질문명과 정신문화의 집적을 특정한 주제를 중심으로 표현하는 문화공간으로서 한 나라의 문화수준을 측정할 수 있는 장소이며, 역사적으로 가치 있는 조형예술을 보존하고 계승할 수 있다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 현대사회에 들어오면서 박물관은 사회적 변화에 따른 가치관의 변화와 함께 관람자의 시각적 및 행태적 기능과 사회 문화적이고 사회 교육적인 기능을 통합하는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 이에 대하여 자료를 가장 최적의 상태로 보관, 전시하여 보존에 가장 유리한 환경을 조성함과 동시에 이를 관람하는 사람들이 유물의 특성을 쾌적한 상태에서 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 환경을 조성해야 한다.

This research has the meaning to be the basic help for the study of the qualification system for cultural artistic education teachers, and it is to recognize the importance of the qualification system for cultural artistic education teachers which has been developed from the teachers' pool system to the present cultural artistic education teacher system and to find the more systematic development plan. Thus, focusing on the advanced researches and materials regarding the cultural artistic education teachers, this research is to discover the economical, social and educational values and the plan to solve the present problems. And as a result of this research, it suggests the development plans for curriculums and training course, qualification and employment, field experiences, working conditions and treatment of the cultural artistic education teachers.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of service quality of a theater on the customer experience value and performance satisfaction and to test causality between variables. For this purpose, Study model was created from the previous studies and performed a survey with the customer who visited Performance Theater. In this study, employee kindness, facility excellence, convenience, and facilities were set as independent variables, and performance satisfaction was selected as a dependent variable. The cultural value and economic value of customer experience were examined as Moderating variables between two variables. Based on the results of this study, It was found that employee's kindness, facility excellence, and convenience have a significant effect on performance satisfaction in performing arts facilities. convenience, there was perfect mediated effect of customer experience between service quality of a theater and performance satisfaction centered on cultural value and economic value. The employee's kindness variable was examined as a perfect mediation of cultural value, and economic value as a sectoral mediation. The excellence variables of the facilities appeared as partial mediations in cultural values and as complete mediations in economic values. In the case of the auxiliary facilities, the significance test failed. According to the results of the research, it was confirmed that convenience service for customers is the most important variable. This result suggests that the service quality of a theater should be basically maintained in terms of the kindness of the facility and staff, and that the customer is more satisfied with the performance than the audience convenience service provided from the Theater. The venue suggests that customer service and reception, purchase of tickets, refund method, and staff training should be thoroughly done so that audiences can make the Theater.

메이크업 문화의 경우 1950년대까지는 이상적이라고 설정된 여성미가 획일적으로 일반인들에게 모방되었다. 그러나 1960년대 이후부터는 미에 대한 기존의 가치개념에 변화가 이루어지면서 메이크업은 사회구성원에 따라 다양하게 등장하는 미의 표출 수단으로 새롭게 전개되었다. 또한 20세기의 패션 산업 향장 산업, 광고산업, 영화를 포함한 각종 영상산업, 문화산업, 예술산업 등의 발달을 통하여 메이크업의 역할이 중요한 자리매김 되어가고 있다. 이들에 대한 재해석을 통한 현대 예술의 상상력은 메이크업의 영역을 확대 시켰다. 한국적 전통에 바탕을 둔 메이크업 역시 새로운 해석과 예술적 기술을 접목 시켜 현대의 미를 창조 함으로써 한국적인 에스닉 스타일을 개발는데 의의 있는 일이다.

베트남 소수민족 공동체 중 Hmong족은 중요한 구성원이라고 여겨져 왔다. 타지에서 베트남으로 이민 와서 다른 민족들과 함께 오랫동안 살아 왔지만 Hmong족은 자기의 민족문화 특색을 잘 지켜왔다. 그런데 지난 몇 년 동안 전통적인 종교와 달리 새로운 종교를 믿게 되는 방향으로 Hmong족의 심령의 종교는 많이 변하고 있다. 그 중에 특히 주목받은 것은 개신교의 유입이다. 개신교는 직접적, 간접적 선교 방법으로 Lao Cai에 있는 Hmong족 공동체에 자연스럽게 유입되었다. Lao Cai의 많은 지방에서 사람들이 개신교를 믿게 되었고 그 중에는 가족이나 종족 환경에서 강제적 선교도 일어났다. 개신교는 Hmong족의 전통문화뿐만 아니라 Hmong족의 전통 종교, 신앙에도 직접적으로 영향을 주었다. 이 글에서는 Hmong족이 살고 있는 Lao Cai 지방을 선택하여 고찰하며 Hmong족의 전통문화가치에 대한 개신교의 영향 및 원인을 살펴보기로 한다. 먼저 Hmong사람들은 전통신앙을 버리고 개신교를 믿게 되는 원인을 살펴보자. 주 원인은 다음과 같은 네 가지가 있다고 본다. -경제와 관련된 원인 -성별 불평등과 관련된 원인 -학문 수준과 정보 습득 희망과 관련된 원인 -전통문화, 심리와 민속의식과 관련된 원인 그리고 다음과 같은 두 가지 각도에서 전통문화 가치에 대한 영향을 알아보았다. 첫째는 개신교가 Hmong사람의 전통사회체제에 큰 영향을 준 점, 둘째는 개신교가 Hmong사람의 풍속습관 및 전통 신앙에 영향을 준 점이다. 개신교가 Hmong사람의 전통사회체제에 큰 영향을 준 점은 여러 방면에서 보인다. 전통적인 가치와 개신교의 새로운 규정 사이의 충돌도 있고 가족 안에서 부부의 위치상 충돌도 있다. 또한 Hmong사람들에게 전통 종족의 역할, 위치를 약화시키는 영향도 주었고 산골 마을에서 개신교를 믿는 사람들과 믿지 않은 사람들 사이에 일어난 새로운 충돌도 있다 개신교와 개신교의 교리는 역시 풍속습관과 전통신앙에 큰 영향을 주었다. 첫째는 예수의 역할이 가장 중요하고 조상 숭배나 "집에 있는 귀신 숭배"같은 것보다 강력한 것이다. 그래서 Hmong사람의 신앙, 종교는 원시적 다신교부터 일신교로 변한 것으로 보인다. 둘째는 개신교를 믿는 사람들이 Hmong족의 전통 민속축제를 점차 멀리한다. 어떤 경우에는 그 사람들이 자기 민족의 전통문화 환경을 떠나 버리는 일도 있었다. 셋째는 개신교의 교리가 Hmong족의 풍속 규정을 바꾸게 하였고 Hmong사람들이 새로운 종교의 교리를 집행시켰다. 넷째는 인간 인생 주기에 관한 풍속습관 및 민속의례들은 의례 대상보다 의례 주제를 중심으로 삼는 것으로 점차 변화했다. 대체로 개신교가 Hmong족 공동체에 유입하여 이 민족의 전통문화 가치는 변화했다. Hmong족 공동체에 오래 존재해 왔던 낙후한 습관을 개선하는 점에서 개신교는 적극적 역할을 했다. 현재 문제점은 어떻게 전통문화가치를 유지하고 새로운 종교와 같이 존재할 수 있느냐라는 문제이다. 이 문제는 다음 연구 대상이 될 것이다.

It is need to reestablish multicultural perspectives when we coming into the multicultural society. The Zhuāngzǐ who lived in the Age of the Warring States 2300 years ago showed the way multicultural society pursues. We reorganized his works into the two categories as follows. First, we need to know multicultural society. The beginning of harmonious multicultural society is to know others. For this we should disregard Ceng-Xin and experience the variety of multicultural societies. Second, it is about the way multicultural society purse. Liang-Xing based on the altruism which includes Xuxin and self determination is important. For this, equality of variety and differences in multi culture should be materialized in a way to help each other. Therefore, we need to respect and impose a positive role of the strength of other culture in order to make active image. In addition, desirable multicultural society will sustain when we realize grand alliance with goodness of respecting others.

The present study was attempted to compare duality in value structure and judgment system between youth, adults and North Korean defectors. A questionnaire was administered to 150 college students(Men: 89, Women: 61), 155 adults(Men: 80, Women: 75) and 80 North Korean defectors(Men: 39, Women: 41). Participants rated their values, behavior and South Korean behavior (or North Korean behavior for North Korean defectors) as a whole both on the 7 dimensions relevant to characteristics indigenous to Korean society and on their opposite 7 dimensions characteristic of Western culture. Results indicated that defectors marked the highest score on the traditional value dimensions, and yet youth ranked the first for the western value systems. Also, duality in value systems was the most severe for the defectors. In relation to dual judgement system in behavior, both young and old generation judged Korean behavior more negatively than their own. This was also the case for the North Korean defectors. Those findings were discussed in terms of cultural changes in Korean society.

The purpose of this study is to find out what self-reflection, relationship reflection, gratitude and happiness reflection, and social reflection among the sayings of Confucius in the Analects of Confucius are reinterpreted in various ways depending on the times and what meaning they contain today. Self-reflection is the process of considering one's identity, values, emotions, thoughts, and actions. Humans grow through reflection because they can identify their own problems, acknowledge their mistakes, find opportunities for improvement, and set a direction for the future. Confucius pursued the life of a gentleman as a person who constantly reflects on his life and grows. We classified it into the four categories presented above and examined them. In an era of coexistence with generative AI, Confucius' reflective life and teachings are recognized as important values in modern society in terms of human-centered value orientation, mature human relationships, and continuous social value realization, and reflection on happiness is the best attitude to life.

본문은 보건사업이용문제를 취급한 국내외의 문헌을 조사하여 사회인구학적. 경제적, 사회문화적(사회심리학적, 조직적 그리고 사회제도적）인 입장에서 보건사업이용문제를 어떻게 설명하는가를 보고저 했다. 사회인구학적 측면에서 볼 때 연령, 성별, 교육수준, 결혼관계, 직업별, 종교, 거주지, 가족의 크기 가족구성등의 요인들이 일면외 연구중에서 정도를 달리하며 보건사업이용에 영향을 미치고 있음이 밝혀지고 있다. 경제적 입장에서는 가구수입, 의료비, 의료보험비와 경제적지위에 관한 다른 여러가지 요인들이 직접적으로 보건사업활용행위에 영향을 주고 있으며 사회문화적 입장에서 생각할 때 보건사업이용행위는 사회계급과 문화적 가치, 인종적차이와 의료적 태도의 상이에 따라 크게 좌우되고 있음을 보여주고 사회심리학적으로서는 보건에 관한, 태도, 믿음 및 지식과 지병으로부터 오는 정신적 압박감과 환자와 의사간의 상호작용등의 요인들이 보건사업이용과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지느냐에 그의 초점을 두는 바 이러한 주요인들이 다소나마 보건사업이용행위에 영향을 가하고 있음을 관계문헌은 말해주고 있다. 조직적 견해로서는 보건사업구조의 어떠한 조직적 변화는 보건사업이용행위에 영향을 준다는 것을 전제하고 있으며 사회제도적 입장에서는 한 개인은 여러 요소들이 상호관계되어 있는 한 제도의 일부요소로 보고한 개인의 보건사업이용행위가 다른 관계된 요소들에 비해서 어떻게 영향을 받고 있는가를 밝히려 하고 있다. 끝으로 보건사업이용에 관한 조사연구자들은 이상에서 말한 여러가지 견해의 접근방법중 단순히 한가지 접근방법만을 접하지 않고 있으며 앞으로도 더욱 종합적인 접근방법에 의해서 보건사업이용에 관한 연구가 이루워 질 때 보다 의미 있는 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.
