조직간 정보시스템 유형별 위험 관리

  • 최근 조직간정보시스템의 연구는 조직간 전략적 협력을 형성함에 있어서 발생될 수 있는 잠재적 갈등의 위험 인지에 초점을 두고 있다. 기존 연구 대부분은 조직간의 위험발생에 있어서 경제적 관점의 위험에만 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이는 조직간 기술적 호환과 관련된 기술적 문제, 조직상호간의 활동, 서로 다른 문화ㆍ전략 차이간의 조정에 요구되는 사회정책적 문제는 고려하지 않고 있어서 조직간의 합리적이며 경제적인 협력적 동맹관계를 논의하는데는 충분치 않다. 따라서 조직간 협력적인 동맹관계를 다루기 위해서는 기존의 경제적 관점에 기술적 관점, 사회정책적 관점을 추가한 세가지 측면에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 조직간 정보시스템의 개념적 특성을 살펴보고, 조직간의 상호의존성, 구조적 특성, 기술, 조정매카니즘 요소등에 의해 정보자원공유, 가치사슬망, 네트웍 형태의 세 가지 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별에 대한 경제적, 기술적, 사회정책적 관점의 위험을 분석하고 위험을 최소화하기 위한 관리방안을 제시하고자 한다.

IA Relation between Social Status Type and Academic Achievement in the Upper Grade Students of the Elementary School (초등학교 고학년 학생의 사회적지위 유형과 학업성취도간의 관계)

  • This study examined the differences of academic achievement by social status types through sociometry. This study analyzed 201 students in grade 6 in S elementary school. The social status is classified by 7 (popular, average, rejected, aggressive-rejected, submissive-rejected, neglected, controversial) with academic achievement of each type as dependent variables to figure out the relation between social status types and academic achievement. To classify 5 social status types, a sociometry program developed by Ahn, Ie-Hwan (2007) was used, 2 social status types was classified with experimental condition, and its dependent variable was the score by subjects in the mid-term exam of the 1st semester in 2011. The average values of humanities courses (Korean and social studies) and natural science courses (math and science) were compared by both sexes and 7 social status types. The reference group was average group. As a result, as to male students, N type had the highest score both in humanities courses and natural science courses while C type had the lowest score in both groups. As to female students, P, N, C types had the highest score in both groups with similar range while R type had the lowest score in both groups. This result demonstrates that the academic achievement of students had relatively high relevance with social status. and also, suggestion that how teachers can do to enhance the academic achievement of elementary school students.

The Study of the Correction and Perceived Social Support by the Juvenile Delinquents in the Juvenile Justice Process (소년사법처리과정에 있는 청소년이 지각한 사회적 지지와 교정성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate correction-level associated with the social support perceived by juvenile delinquents. To accomplish these purposes, this study used sample of 546 juvenile delinquents who are in the process of the beginning stage in the police and prosecution. Social support and correction were assessed with an instrument designed for this study. Juvenile delinquents completed instruments assessing the following variables: (1) perceived social support scale, specially social support types(esteem support, emotional support, informational support) and social support providers (parents, relatives, friends, teachers, community) (2) correction scale, specially social stigma, social deprivation, self reflection, legal consciousness, self concept. The resulting scale of the instrument had good internal reliability(Cronbach's alpha=. ) and was scored so that high scores indicated a willingness to access. To examine this purpose, One way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis were conducted. And the results are as follows: The relationship ratings of the correction factors were positively associated with their rating of the type of social support. Informational support was positively associated with self reflection and esteem support was positively associated with self concept, legal consciousness, self reflection and emotional support were positively associated with esteem. The type of support according to support providers was significant, explaining 25% of the variance in self concept scores. The significant predictor was esteem support from friends and emotional support from a community. The type of support according to support providers was significant, explaining 20% of the variance in legal consciousness scores. The significant predictor was informational support from teachers and esteem support from a community. The type of support according to support providers was significant, explaining 21% of the variance in self reflection scores. The significant predictor was esteem support and emotional one from relatives.

A Study of the Experiences and Changes of the Self-Sufficient Centers that Converted the Centre Corporation into Social Cooperative (지역자활센터의 사회적협동조합 전환과정과 변화에 대한 연구)

  • The pilot project for type diversification of self-sufficient support center that convert the centre corporation into social cooperative was introduced in 2015. That aimed to increase the number of participants of self-sufficient programmes and to create more jobs for the working poor through expanding the center's autonomy of usage of budget and arrangement of self-sufficient programmes. This study analyzed the organization transmitting processes and changes of the centers took part in the pilot project, then aimed to suggest the improvement schemes to be helpful for reinforcing positive efforts and removing obstacles in the process converting. The results show that converting into social cooperative is a choice for the sustainability of the centers led by surroundings rather than self-initiated plan. There are some positive changes that are increasing the enterprising spirit and obligation of the center staff. Further more, the cooperation with other community organizations is enhanced based on achieving regional recognition, and support of local governments and the opportunity for new businesses are expanded. However, these are very limited in the regions where social economy is undeveloped. Eventually, we should seek the development schemes of the pilot project considering the reduction of the number of participants in self-sufficient programmes and decreasing of their ability to work, even if some positive aspects are revealed.

Effects of Temporal/Social Distance and Message Construal Level on Evaluations of a Retargeting Advertising (복합적인 심리적 거리와 메시지유형의 해석수준 일치가 리타겟팅 광고효과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examines effective message strategies that fit with the characteristics of retargeting advertisements, based on the Construal Level Theory. First, we investigate whether the social distance that applies between interpersonal interactions can also be observable in an online environment and test the effects of social distance, depending on the type of online sites. We then examine consumers' construal level when social and temporal distances interplay, and how the effects of the messages change accordingly. As a result, social distance and message construal levels by website type were consistent with existing CLT studies. However, the hypothesis that advertising effects will be higher only when all, multidimensions' distances and construal levels of messages match, was partially supported. Also the current view, that the consumers' evaluations will show no difference to when either or both dimensions are distal, was rejected. Instead, when a discrepancy between temporal and social distance was present, the construal level of the message was more effective when congruent with the social distance out the two dimensions. Hence, it is possible to infer that the influence of psychological distance may vary depending on the dimension of distance.

Impact of Disaster Awareness on Government Trust (재난에 대한 인식이 정부신뢰에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to investigate the effects of social disaster risk perception levels of Koreans on government trust. To this end, differences in disaster risk perception levels based on social disaster types and the effects of social disaster risk perception levels on government trust were analyzed. In the preliminary survey, three types of social disasters with high risk levels (bird flu, fine dust, and nuclear power plants) were selected. The survey was conducted on 1,109 Korean men and women aged 20 years and older. First, the analysis results demonstrated that social disaster perception levels differed based on social disaster types. Second, the results showed that, in terms of social disasters, proactivity, personal knowledge, familiarity, severity, fear, and risk associated with chances of recovery did not affect government trust. Third, the perception of delayed social disaster risk had a positive effect on government trust. Fourth, scientific knowledge about social disasters, control capabilities, lethality, and risk perception at the onset time had a negative effect on government trust. In conclusion, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

Rural Amenity Contents in the Textbooks of Agricultural High School (농업계고등학교 교과서를 통해 살펴본 농촌어메니티 교과내용)

  • 본 연구는 농업 농촌의 미래세대 주역으로 활동하게 될 농업계 고등학교 학생들에게 교과서를 통한 학습기회 제공이 무엇보다 중요함에 따라, 그들이 배우고 있는 농업계고등학교 교과서를 대상으로 농촌어메니티 교과내용을 분석함으로써 농촌어메니티 및 녹색가치 구현에 대한 인식 중대를 도모하고 올바른 농업 농촌의 가치관을 형성시키는데 기여하고자 한다. 분석 교과서는 원예, 축산, 농기계, 식품가공 등 총 39종의 농업계 교과서를 대상으로, 농촌어메니티자원 37종을 활용한 어메니티 관점으로 내용분석이 이루어졌다. 그 결과 환경자원과 자연자원을 포함한 자연적 자원의 경우(대기질, 수질, 비옥한 토양, 미기후, 지형 등) 141개로 17.6%를 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 역사자원, 경관자원을 포함한 문화적 자원(문화재, 전통건조물, 신앙공간 등)의 경우 219개로 27.4%를 나타내었다. 또한 시설자원, 경제활동자원, 공동체활동자원을 포함하는 사회적 자원(공동생활시설, 기반시설, 도농교류활동, 생활공동체활동 등)인 경우 440개, 55%인 것으로 나타나 전체 39종의 교과서를 대상으로 어메니티 관점으로 하여 교과내용을 분석한 결과 총 800개가 수록되어 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 내용분석은 제시유형(문장, 사진, 삽화, 그래프, 표), 교육적 성격(준비학습, 내용이해, 기능습득, 실습활동, 문제해결, 태도형성, 기타)을 기준으로 분석하여 해당 내용이 농촌어메니티를 적절하게 표현하였는지에 따라 판정 여부를 제시하였다. 또한 교과서를 유형별로 구분하여 분석해 본 결과 A유형의 교과서는 9권으로 351개의 내용분석이 이루어졌고, B유형의 교과서는 16권으로 322개의 내용분석이 이루어졌으며, C유형의 경우 14권으로 127개의 내용분석이 이루어졌다. A와 B유형 교과서는 농촌어메니티를 나타낼 수 있는 교과서 내용 요소가 많은 유형이고, C유형은 주로 기술 및 관리 기법 등과 관련된 내용의 교과서였다. 제시유형별 교과내용을 분석한 결과 A유형의 교과서에는 사진 185, 문장 125, 삽화 24 순으로 나타났으며, B유형에는 사진 144, 문장 136, 삽화 37개, C유형에는 사진 57, 문장 55, 삽화 11개의 순으로 나타났다. 교육적 성격별 분석결과 A유형, B유형, C유형 두 내용이해,에 대한 교과내용이 절대적으로 우선순위를 나타냈으며, B유형의 경우 기능습득에 대한 교육적 성격도 다소 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

A Study on a New Definition of Societal Crisis Based upon Resilience (회복탄력성 측면에서 새로운 사회위기 개념 연구)

  • Korean society has experienced so-called 'societal crisis' in many aspects of society for a couple of decades and those crises include both natural disasters and tragic catastrophes. Given that, this study purports to investigate, first of all, what is the definition of crisis in general and societal crisis in specific. Next question is what are the major types of societal crises and what are the indicators for those crises. As a result, many areas of societal crisis and corresponding indicators in each area will be introduced. Finally, this study tries to establish a new definition of societal crises based upon a more sociological, more specifically a more phenomenological point of view. For these research purpose, in-depth review for previous research on the subject will be done including psychological and sociological materials. Final outcome of this study will be a new and experimental definition of societal crisis, which will provide the principle base for actual numeric indicators of societal crisis in both macro and micro level.

Governance Types of Corporate Philanthropic Forestry Activities (기업의 산림 관련 사회공헌 활동 참여 유형)

  • Firms initiate philanthropic activities to improve social welfare that is beyond the scope of their responsibility towards society. Forestry activities, among other philanthropic areas, simultaneously improve corporate environment and social performance and provide the opportunity to cooperate for a large number of employees. Firms can effectively contribute to forest conservation with their financial and human resources. To encourage participation of more firms, we need to understand how and why firms engage in such activities. This study aims to explore different types of philanthropic forestry activities that these firms undertake. Corporate philanthropic activities can be categorized as donation, in-house project, or collaboration according to the governance type. We analyzed Yuhan-Kimberly's forestry campaign to investigate how and why the firm engaged in each type. We also propose some practical implications for firms, government, and non-profit organizations to invigorate firm's participation in philanthropic forestry activities.
