This study examined whether the integrated education social studies textbooks developed for students with disabilities were properly implemented in terms of universal design for learning. For analysis, "Teaching and learning materials for inclusive education of students with disabilities: grade 3~6 social studies textbooks", which were instructional adaptation, were selected for students with disabilities who are unable to learn the contents of general textbooks for the 3rd to 6th grade of the elementary school social course in the 2015 revised curriculum. The social curriculum grades are composed of 20 units, including general public, geography and history. The content analysis standard was based on detailed items of 9 definitions according to the 3 principles of UDL presented in CAST (2018). Overall, the aspect of providing multiple means of action and expression was the most frequently observed, followed by providing multiple means of representation and providing multiple means of engagement. Special education teachers and textbook developers can use these results as a resource for designing curricula and lessons for students with disabilities in the inclusive classroom.

As the necessity of cyber education is being raised up recently, Cyber Home Learning System(CHLS) is increasingly adopted at all school levels ranging from elementary to high schools. The purposes of this study are to find out that how elementary social studies of CHLS influence on the academic performance and learning attitude of students and their satisfaction. Based on these suggestions on social studies of CHLS are proposed. To accomplish the purposes, comparisons were made between experimental group utilizing social studies of CHLS and control group of traditional class of 54 students(27 students each in experimental and control group) in 5th grade. The results are as follows. Utilizations in social studies of CHLS showed positive effects on academic performance and learning attitude, and students' satisfaction on social studies of CHLS were rather increased. Based on these findings, several suggestions are made. First, strategy to improve motivation and confidence for students to participate on social studies of CHLS are necessary. Second, thinking and problem-solving activities needs to be integrated to social studies of CHLS. Third, for meaningful social studies, environment that can improve communication and thinking ability through interaction needs to be facilitated. Fourth, supporting plan is advised for teachers carrying on the role of manager and facilitator.

The purpose of this study is to develop social performance measures of social enterprises and to verify the validity of developed measures. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, first, previous studies on the concept, components, and scale development of social performance were analyzed. After developing a scale suitable for measurement, the validity was verified. The preliminary questions on the social performance scale were 15 items, and after the exploratory factor analysis, 3 items were removed and classified into 2 factors. The sub-factors of the social performance measure were named community development, contribution and community spirit. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis based on 15 items, 3 items were removed. Finally, the social performance scale consisted of 12 questions, divided into two factors.

This study aims to analyze the changes of goals and contents of middle school geography education following up the changes in the Korean social studies curriculum over time. The main findings are as follows. First, From the Syllabus period to the Third Curriculum, geography education, history education, general social studies education in the middle school social studies were directed and managed independently. However from the 4th to the 7th Curriculum, the demand for the virtual integration in middle school social studies increased sharply. Since 2009 revision, social studies suffered an identity crisis as integrated subject matter because history education was separated from the social studies and interdisciplinary units were abolished. In spite of much criticism, however, an odd form of social studies integrating geography and general social studies still remains. Second, the stronger the demand for the social studies integration in middle school, students' social studies learning load had become heavier due to severe competition with other areas to ensure more portion in the integrated structure of social studies. Since geography education did not reflect the new tendency of the geography in the integrated structure of middle school social studies, the gap between the geography and geography education has increased and knowledges of geography growing became separated from students' experience. In conclusion, the integrated structure of social studies in the middle school hindered the geography education development as it limited the autonomy of geography education in terms of curriculum development.

이 연구에서는 사회과 학습부진학생의 부진 원인을 규명하고 사이버 가정학습 2.0을 통해서 일어나는 인식변화과정의 분석을 통해 사이버 가정학습 2.0 시스템에 맞는 상황모형을 도출하였다. 수집된 자료는 근거이론을 통해 분석하였으며, 사회과 학습부진학생이 느끼는 부진 원인에는 인지적 영역과 정의적 영역이 함께 규명됐고, 사이버 가정학습 2.0을 통해 사회과 학습부진학생들은 부정적 인식을 긍정적으로 변화시켜감을 알 수 있었다. 특히 과정분석을 통해 상황모형을 도출한 결과 사회과 학습부진학생을 위한 사이버 가정학습 2.0 문제해결학습 모형이 도출하였는 바, 크게 도입, 문제규명, 탐색, 수행, 정리 및 평가의 다섯 단계로 나뉘어지는 것이었다. 향후에는 보다 장기간의 연구를 통해 학습부진학생의 가족과 또래관계의 분석이 포함된 연구나 사이버 가정학습 2.0과 교실수업을 보다 유기적으로 연계한 연구가 요청된다.

This study aims to propose educational information services for social science teachers by analyzing their information seeking behaviors. The author carried out in-depth interviews with thirteen social science teachers in Daejeon and analyzed them using an information seeking behavior model of Leckie, Pettigrew and Sylvain. The study results showed that information needs of social science teachers arise from extrinsic and intrinsic motivations according to their work roles and tasks. Also, the characteristics of information needs such as repeatability, predictability, urgency, and complexity appear to influence information seeking behaviors. The participants used various information sources including web, book, and interpersonal sources. Moreover, the study observed some factors that may influence perception toward information sources such as trustworthiness, information quality, packaging, prior success experience. Finally, the perception change and use frequency of information sources were also identified. Based on these findings, the author proposed information services for social science teachers including integrated information provision services, information literacy programs, networking services and readers advisory services.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 사회복지악계의 사회적 지지에 관한 지난 10여년간의 연구를 정리하고 집중적인 내용분석을 아는데 있다. 분석대상논문은 1990년대 이후부터 2002년까지 노인관련 학술지와 사회복지학술지에 게재된 사회적 지지에 관한 연구들이며, 총 30여편이었다. 연구결과는 사회적지지에 관한 연구들은 90년 중반부터 활발히 연구되었으며, 사회적 지지의 연구대상은 노인이 많았다. 사회적지지에 대한 개념 측정은 기능적 특성을 측정한 연구가 많았고, 측정도구의 사용이 불분명해서 측정도구의 타당성 문제와 표준화된 척도의 필요성이 제기되었고, 효과성 검증결과에서는 주효과모델보다 완충효과 모델의 연구가 적어, 향후 완충효과모델에 관한 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다.
