Relationship Between Service Quality Factors of Web Site, Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention (웹 사이트 서비스품질요인, 고객만족 및 행동의도의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of e-service quality factors on customer satisfaction and behavior intention. This study also aims to examine the relationship between the variables of web site service quality variables (reliability, information, design, communication, entertainment, convenience), the customer satisfaction with web site, relationship intention and word of mouth intention. As the results, the study found that factors of web site service quality variables has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction also has a positive impact on relationship intention and word of mouth intention. At the same time, it was found that customer satisfaction had an effect on relationship intention through the mediation of word of mouth intention indirectly as well as directly. According to those results, marketing managers should develop different service strategies.

  • 현재의 웹은 신문, 잡지, 책 등의 온라인 출판뿐 아니라, 전자상거래, 금융, 가상 공동체, 마케팅, 광고 둥의 다양한 분야에서 실생활과 밀접하고, 기업에서도 웹 사이트가 제품 홍보 뿐 아니라 제품의 판매, 마케팅 등 매출에 막대한 영향을 미치는 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 웹 사이트의 규모가 커지고 복잡해져감에 따라서 소수의 웹 디자이너들이 웹 사이트를 개발했던 것에서 개발에 필요한 인력과 그 역할을 나누게 되었고, 다른 제품처럼 납기를 위한 일정 관리가 필요하게 되었다. 그동안 웹 사이트 개발에 있어서 일련의 과정들에 대한 정형화되고 표준화된 작업 방법을 별로 적용하지는 않았다. 소프트웨어 공학을 그대로 웹 사이트 개발에 적용할 수는 없지만, 점차 웹 사이트가 소프트웨어 처럼 되어 가고 있고, 현재 웹 사이트 개발에 있어서 필요한 표준 개발 방법론이나 프로젝트 관리 둥을 소프트웨어 공학에서 적용시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서 웹 사이트 개발에 있어서 더 나은 생산성과 품질을 얻기 위해 기획, 설계, 개발, 그래픽 디자인, 정보 설계, 컨텐츠, 테스트, 유지보수 등의 일련의 과정들을 프로세스화 하고, 구조적으로 접근하는 방법을 소프트웨어 공학의 표준 개발 방법론이나 프로젝트 관리, 품질관리 등에 관한 연구와, 실제로 이러한 방법론을 적용한 웹 서버을 구축하였다.

Quality Status Comparison and Analysis for the Service Development Direction of Domestic Job Information Site (국내 취업정보 사이트의 서비스 발전 방향을 위한 품질현황 비교 및 분석)

  • This paper studies the quality of the major domestic job information sites and compares the strong and weak points of them. The study was conducted with respect to the user satisfaction by asking job seekers and employers. Questionnaires consist of three factors: quality of information, quality of delivery, quality of environment, each factor of which contains several sub-questions. The results showed that the quality of information was the most important factor to both job seekers and job Provider. The lower job providers' satisfaction than job seekers' indicated more various services should be developed fer job providers. Specially, Personal information is not protected well enough to satisfy job seekers, so improvement plan is required. Public job information site requires as much service level as private job information sites.

Structural Relationships between Online Wine Store Quality, Trust, and Perceived Risk (온라인 와인 매장 품질, 신뢰와 지각된 위험간의 구조적 관계)

  • As the issue of selling wine online has been raised in an attempt to implement FTA programs in a more effective way, wine will be available online in the near future in Korea. Thus, this study aimed at identifying key factors which will contribute to reduce various kinds of risks perceived by online customers, and investigating the structural relationships between those factors and perceived risks. Site quality of online wine shop(information quality, system quality), trust in online wine shop were selected as key predictors of perceived risks and research model was established using those factors. Data were collected from those who have experienced in using online wine store, and the research model was tested using valid data. Results of testing research hypotheses using data from survey respondents showed that information and system quality exerted an impact on trust in online wine shop. It was proven that information and system quality posited an impact on time risk whereas they was not related to performance and psychological risk. In addition, trust in online wine shop was shown to be related to time risk, performance risk, and psychological risk.

  • The e-learning market in korea has been growing rapidly over the past several years. We selects the variables well matched to service quality of e-learning site on the basis of independent variables of this study, sets the models as adding the factors newly noticed such as convenience of site use in e-learning. We also see the significance of the relationships between service quality of e-learning site, personal performance, customer satisfaction and customer's reuse intention.

웹사이트간 신뢰전이에 있어서 아바타가 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 기업이나 단체는 고객과의 관계형성 강화와 충성도를 높이기 위해 온라인 커뮤니티를 조직 차원에서 활성화하고 있고, 개인들은 사회 연결망(social network) 강화를 위해 개인의 관심사${\cdot}$가치${\cdot}$흥미${\cdot}$문화 등에 따라 특정 온라인 커뮤니티 사이트를 통해서 다양한 정보 획득과 구성들 간의 관계를 형성해 가고 있다. 이러한 추세에 힘입어 온라인 커뮤니티 사용자들은 상호작용성을 높이기 위해 아바타를 커뮤니케이션의 전달매체로 활용하는 경향이 있다. 본 연구는 아바타가 웹사이트 간 신뢰전이에 어떻게 영향을 미치고, 아바타 유무와 아바타 유형에 따라 신뢰전이가 어떤 차이가 나는지를 실증분석을 통해 검증하였다. 첫째, SERI와 SERI 포럼 사이트간에 신뢰전이가 부분적으로 발생하고 있으며, SERI 포럼 내에서는 변수들간의 모든 가설이 모두 유의하게 검증되었다. 둘째, 아바타 유형에 따라 SERI와 SERI 포럼 사이트간에 신뢰전이가 발생하는데 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 모(母) 사이트의 신뢰는 자(子) 사이트의 품질요인과 포럼활동 만족도에 직${\cdot}$간접적으로 일부분 영향을 미쳤다. 다만, 중개자 신뢰는 시스템신뢰에는 유의한 영향을 주지 못하며, 피드백 메커니즘은 정보 품질과 시스템품질에 유희한 영향을 주지 못한다.

A Study on US Consumers' Loyalty to Online Shopping Mall : Focused on Group Buying Social Commerce (미국 소비자의 온라인 쇼핑몰 충성도 연구 : 공동구매형 소셜커머스를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors influencing on loyalty in US online shopping malls. The study proposed a model to investigate the relationship among quality of sites, satisfaction, attitude, and loyalty. The hypotheses were examined by analyzing a structural equation model. 280 US samples were used for the final analysis. The results show that this model demonstrates good fit for the samples. The ease of use was found to be a significant variable in their satisfaction, while it did not have the direct effect on attitude toward the sites. The information quality was found to be a crucial variable in consumers' satisfaction and attitude toward the site. Satisfaction directly affected attitude as well as loyalty, and attitude also directly affected loyalty. Thus, the structural relationship among the variables of customers' loyalty was verified. This research provides practical insights into US consumer behaviors that would be beneficial to marketers when they make decisions for the US e-commerce market.

A Study on the Determinants of User's Satisfaction at e-Trade Portal Sites in Korean Small and Medium Enterprises (중소기업의 무역포탈사이트 이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • Trade portal site is one of the tools which make it possible for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) to manage international trade activities more efficiently by using the newest information and telecommunication technology. So Korean SMEs should utilize trade portal sites more actively to promote global competitive power. Based on the theory of service quality and existing researches related to using information technology, this paper analyzed the primary factors which affect user's utilization satisfaction in using trade portal sites. According to the results of the empirical study on actual users of the representative trade portal sites by multiple regression analysis, the primary factors, such as service quality, government policy and cost factor have affected user's utilization satisfaction in using trade portal sites. And user's utilization satisfaction have positive effect on continuous using intention. These research results will provide many useful insights to trade portal site managers, e-trade system developers and government policy makers.

  • 웹 사이트 사용자는 다양한 백그라운드, 교육정도 및 이해 정도를 가지기에 동일한 웹사이트를 사용함에도 사용후 사용 성과차이가 일반적으로 발생하게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 웹 사이트사용자가 사용성과 차이를 줄임으로써 웹사용자들의 전반적인 사용 성과 향상을 위해 웹사이트를 효과적으로 재설계할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법은 SOM, C4.5와 같은 데이터 마이닝 분석도구를 사용하여 웹사용자간 성과 차이의 원인이 되는 웹 사이트 및 설게 요소를 규명하여 개선한다. 향후에 현장 데이터를 수집하여 본 연구에서 제안한 방법의 타당성을 검증하고자 한다.

Developing a Conceptual Model for Measuring the Electronic Commerce Success of Online Game Websites (온라인게임 웹사이트의 전자상거래 성공측정모델의 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Most online games today are provided via a website interface. Researchers found that various aspects of a game website importantly influence the success of the online game business. This paper aims at identifying key site-related quality factors affecting the success of online casual game websites and creating a model for measuring such success. To meet this end, we extracted basic factors from the literature and expanded them through a Delphi survey method in which domain experts were asked to identify key quality factors of online game websites. Then we performed a questionnaire survey using online game users for an empirical analysis. The results revealed that information quality, service quality, and system quality are all positively related to user satisfaction and that an increase in user satisfaction leads to an improvement in both gamer loyalty and business outcomes. However, it was found that gamers' loyalty does not necessarily increase business outcomes. The paper offers practical as well as academic implications based on the research findings.
