본 연구의 목적은 2020년 및 2021년 J사-S사의 청소년기업가정신교육에 참여한 25명을 대상으로 그룹인터뷰자료를 활용하여 청소년기업가정신교육에 관한 교육 효과를 탐색적으로 규명하는데 있다. 연구 분석 결과, J사-S사의 청소년기업가정신교육에 참가한 학생들은 창업에 대한 프로세스를 경험한 이후 개인역량, 진로역량이 강화되고 삶에 대한 긍정적 태도 변화가 나타났다. 이는 그동안 양적연구가 밝혀내지 못한 청소년기업가정신교육 연구 효과성 연구에 있어 교육참가자의 개인 역량 및 태도, 성장에 미치는 요인을 질적 성과로 파악했다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

In Korea, as the elderly population increases, elderly medical facilities and nursing care workers are increasing in labor force, but nursing care workers are avoiding nursing care workers due to poor working conditions and many physical and mental exhaustion of nursing care workers. Therefore, in this study, 284 nursing care workers were surveyed to search resources and to find alternatives to enhance the quality of life of caregivers. The result of research, The first, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social on a married women. The more a religion, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social, psychological. The higher the salary, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social, physical. The second, the support of a Superior effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and physical and the support of a colleague effected positively on the quality of life in social and physical. The third, the support of a Superior moderated by self-efficacy of the quality of life in the social and psychological. This results suggest that can be influential variables the support of social and the self-efficacy as an alternative to burnout of the care workers.

By studying 'Sauidangzi' written by Honggyungmo(1774~1851), this paper shows on the location, the space organization, and the landscape culture of 'Sauidang' which was upper class's house in late period of the Joseon. Sauidang was the residence of about 530 kan(about $1,750m^2$) which was given to Jeongmyunggongju(daughter of Sunzo) by Injo when she married with Hongjuwon, located at the good place where Mt. Mokmyuk, Mt. Dobong, Mt. Inwang, and Janwon peak are harmonized all together. The residence was on the foothill of Mt. Mokmyuk, facing to the northeast. The main house was facing to the east with the inner and back yards, and the separate house(Sauidang) was facing to the west with the garden, and a vegetable field was set in the outer yard where is connected with a main road where willow trees were lined up, 'Sauidang' was called as "the garden of princess", and a stair-shaped flower garden was made to the south, and one could look down the Hanyang castle as a whole. In the garden, there were trees and house plants enriching one's mind to wish an eternal life with oddly shaped stones or flowers, and symbolizing a fairly land. There were 38 types of trees that were planted either on the ground or in pots as various bundles like 1 tree, 2 trees, 3 trees, 4 trees, 5 trees, 8 trees, and 9 trees. Taehosuk, oddly shaped stones, stone panels, stone pillars, jade panels, sundial, walls and fences, stone stairs, steppingstones, and buildings were set for the landscape. Also, the residence had rare luxuries of landscaping culture like Wangheeji's Nanjungsoogyeseo, Sosik's Cheeongjeongi, Jomangboo's Jeokbyukboo, and Anpyungdaegoon's Behaedangcheop.

This study aims to figure out the effects of dental hygienists' professionalism and self-efficacy on job satisfaction using structural equations. This research conducted a survey to 616 study subjects. According to the analysis using SPSSWIN 18.0 and AMOS 20, the results are as follows : 1. It was shown that the dental hygienists' professionalism gained 3.34 points, self-efficacy was 3.76 points, and job satisfaction received 3.36 points. 2. It was found that as their age was higher, educational degree was higher, they were married, and working experience was more, their professionalism, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction were higher, which showed statistically significant difference. 3. Regarding the study model, there was positive effect as the correlation coefficient of professionalism and self efficacy was .69, that of professionalism and job satisfaction was .33, that of self-efficacy and job satisfaction was .59. In other words, there was correlation between professionalism and self-efficacy. When self-efficacy was higher than professionalism, job satisfaction also increased. Job satisfaction is affected by various environments within an organization and each individual's internal factors. The reason why job satisfaction is important is that along with the medical service quality and productivity, it is also associated with dental hygienists' individual life quality. In order to cope with this changeful time, it is needed for an organization to make efforts for change to enhance dental hygienists' job satisfaction, and also it is necessary to make endeavors so that dental hygienists can have confidence in their job and their professionalism and self-efficacy can be improved.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the evaluation of long - term care institutions (evaluation rating, evaluation rating, suitability of evaluation index), quality of service of caregivers, Quality satisfaction, life satisfaction, and facility choice. After receiving the IRB, in January and February of 2018, the survey was completed for 79 long-term care institution managers, 381 nursing care workers, and 381 elderly people. The survey carried out an allocation sample reflecting the 2015 long - term care (facility benefit) evaluation results. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is found that the institutional evaluation (evaluation level, change of evaluation level, recognition of suitability of the index) has a greater impact on the quality of life of the elderly, appear. However, the intention of reselecting the facility after discharge was more influenced by the quality of services of caregivers. Therefore, except for the intention to reschedule the facility, it can be said that the evaluation of the National Health Insurance Corporation was partially validated.

This study is to know the Enhancement of Aviation Safety for Low Cost Carrier in Korea through the long and mid term air safety policy. Especially, the aviation safety authorities of the developed countries in aviation establish action plans under the system plan of central government. Then the countries implement those plans systematically to the related aviation business so that they promote efficient air safety policy implementation. At this time, the Korean government should present the vision about an air safety and systematic strategic plan to cope with the future aviation industry change. Also, it is needed to establish a specific aviation safety action plan. Namely, an air safety master plan and long-term road map must be established. This paper deduces some implications through the abroad cases of aviation safety plan, and then tries to find the applying method of the implications to Korea in the rapidly changing aviation market in the 21st century. It is expected that this paper will help the Korean aviation industry to play a major role in the future. In oder to get suggestions aviation policies of advanced countries with regard to aviation safety, we have looked at the aviation policies of the U.S., the U.K., Australia and Japan, and also LCC's states overseas, LCC's safety policies in Korea, and aviation safety status. Since existing LCCs and new LCCs based in Korea have become the new concept, this new market for LCC has been booming recently. Around Southeast Asia, while there are some LCCs including Air Asia which is supported by the government of Malaysia with emphasis on safety, there are other LCCs, which have failed to achieve confidence in safety and have led to aircraft accidents and financial mismanagement, so we need to verify the safety of overseas LCCs, try to improve domestic LCCs in order to fly international routes and aid international aviation safety. LCCs have been increasing lately thanks to open skies policy and a wide variety of flights.lines. Air Busan, Jin Air, Jeju air, Eastar Air are in service. so the risk of new potential hazards may increase. Therefore it is necessary to take the initiative in aviation markets inside and outside of Korea and the safety management of new LCCs should be taken more seriously than ever before. Among overseas aviation safety policies, we need to implement the FAA's Filght Plan which has a specific Business Plan. I hope this thesis will help improve aviation safety locally and internationally.

최근 키를 가지고 다니는 불편함과 보안성을 고려한 전자 키들이 많이 생산되고 있다. 키의 불편함과 보안성을 보완하는 방법에는 비밀번호 입력, 지문인식, 홍체인식 등의 방법이 이용되고 있는데, 본 논문에서는 비밀번호를 입력하는 방법으로 설계하였다. Altera사의 Software인 MAXPLUS II를 이용하여 설계하였고, Hardware Language인 VHDL을 이용하였다.
