  • As the cconvenience economy of food culture becomes more widespread and the consumption trends for easy and convenient meals grew, every food company is making their various efforts to provide better service. Along with this change, various methods have been allowed for quick and easy ordering. Especially, the introduction of kiosk systems with various merits such as reduction of queues for cashes, saving labor costs, and smoothness of business processes have been actively growing recently. If kiosk system provides not only order but also systematic contents and interface design considering differentiated identity from other companies, brand image enhancement and customer service strategy would be available as well. A kiosk GUI design for effective interactions that provides more usability and satisfaction to users by analyzing the structure and contents of kiosks in fast food stores and GUI designs and investigating usage patterns and design preferences of kiosks through user surveys.

  • 프로젝션 기반의 증강현실(AR, augmented reality) 시스템이란, 고화질의 가상 정보를 프로젝터를 통하여 정해진 공간에 정확하게 표시해 주는 시스템을 말한다. 대부분의 증강현실 시스템은 사용자의 몰입감을 높이기 위해 고화질, 대 화면을 제공하기 위한 디스플레이 장치를 사용하며, 영상처리의 복잡도에 따른 고성능의 프로세스 장치를 요구하기 때문에 데스크탑 환경에서 이루어졌다. 그러나, 데스크탑 환경에서의 증강현실 시스템은 휴대가 불편하다는 단점을 가진다. 최근 프로젝터의 소형화와 모바일 프로세서의 성능 향상은 휴대가 편리한 모바일 증강현실 시스템의 등장을 가능하게 하였다. 그러나, 모바일 증강현실 시스템은 작은 디스플레이를 이용하여 영상 정보를 표시해 주기 때문에 높은 해상도를 지원할 수 없으며, 사용자의 몰입감을 감소시킨다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 증강현실 시스템의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 PDA와 소형 프로젝터를 결합하여 프로젝션 기반의 휴대용 멀티미디어 플레이어($PMP^2$ : Portable Multimedia Player using Projection-Based augmented reality)라는 모바일 증강현실 시스템을 제안한다. $PMP^2$는 모바일 프로세서의 대표격이라 할 수 있는 PDA와 휴대용 소형 프로젝터를 이용함으로써 고화질, 대화면의 증강현실 영상을 다수의 사용자가 원하는 장소와 시간에 즐길 수 있도록 해 준다. $PMP^2$는 스크린의 기하 및 컬러에 따른 왜곡을 보상해 줌으로써, 특정한 스크린 없이도 언제 어디서나 사용자에게 정확한 영상을 제공해 준다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 시나리오에 대해 $PMP^2$의 유용성을 검증함으로써 모바일 환경에서의 프로젝션 기반의 증강 현실 시스템의 활용 가능성을 제시한다.

  • The results of the study include a computerized system and a systematic Process model for risk management and analysis. This study analyzes the present status of risk management in the construction industry, and then suggests reasonable methods for improved risk management plans. This study defines risk management procedures as preparation, identification, analysis, response and management to manage potential risks In the construction project. The modules for computerizing this system consist of planning, construction, application of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and RBS (Risk Breakdown Structure), and risk analysis. The method logy for analyzing construction risk uses fuzzy theory, and the scope of developed system is focused to the contractors. The risk management system suggested in this study operates on the Internet, for providing contractors with a useful risk management tool by online system, with web-based menus that is helpful for practical application.

전자금융 침해사고 예방 및 대응 강화 방안

  • 편리한 금융거래 수단으로써 인터넷뱅킹을 포함한 전자금융 서비스가 생활화 되었으며 그 중요성 또한 갈수록 증가하고 있다. 이에 대한 부작용으로서 사용자의 실수나 금융기관, 쇼핑몰, 포털 등의 해킹을 통한 전자금융 접근매체의 유출, 비정상적인 지불결제나 인터넷뱅킹 이체 사고 등 침해사고 또한 함께 증가하고 있다. 금융권은 금융감독원을 중심으로 전자금융 종합보안 대책 수립(2005년) 및 전자금융거래법 시행(2007년) 등을 통해 고객 PC의 해킹방지를 위한 다양한 보안프로그램 제공 의무화, 보안등급에 따른 이체한도 차등화, 금융권 통합 OTP 인증체계 구축 등 전자금융 침해사고 예방을 위한 적극적인 노력을 기울여오고 있으나, 최근 들어 피싱/파밍 등 신종 사이버사기 기법이나 해외의 전문 해커에 의해 개발된 고도의 지능화된 해킹툴이 사용되어 보안프로그램을 무력화시킨 후 고객정보를 유출해가거나 일반 포털사이트, 웹하드, 웹메일 등의 해킹을 통해 인터넷 사이트에 등록된 고객의 인터넷뱅킹 접근 매체를 유출하여 인터넷뱅킹 침해 사고를 일으키는 등의 신종 침해사고를 완벽히 차단하지는 못하고 있어, 더욱 강력한 전자금융 침해사고 예방 통제 방안의 수립과 함께 침해사고 발생 시 원인 파악 및 범인 검거를 위한 역추적 시스템의 구축 등 기존 보안체계를 대폭 강화할 필요성이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시중 은행의 인터넷뱅킹 침해사고 발생 현황 조사를 중심으로 최근 발생한 전자금융 침해사고의 추이분석, 침해사고 주요 원인과 기존 대응 체계의 현황, 한계점 등을 파악하였다. 그리고 전자금융 침해사고의 효과적인 예방 및 대응 강화 방안으로서 사용자 관점에서 공인인증서를 중심으로 한 전자금융 접근매체의 관리 강화 방안을 제안하였으며, 전자금융 서비스를 제공하는 금융 기관 관점에서 효과적인 전자금융거래 로깅 및 역추적 시스템의 구축 및 전체 금융기관과 감독기관 간의 유기적인 공조를 기반으로 한 침해사고 공동 대응체계의 구축 및 운영을 위한 시스템의 구성 방법, 운영 프로세스, 관련 법률의 검토 및 대응 방법 등을 제안하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a on-line design tool for effectively coping with e-Business environment, or product design process into a Cyber model for traditional manufacturers which attempts new product development under such environment. It was finally developed as a model named $\ulcorner$Design Vortal Site; e-BVDS) that was based on the structure and style of internet web site. Results of the study can be described as follows ; \circled1 e-Business is based on the Internet. All processes in the context of e-Business require models whose structure and method of use are on-line styles. \circled2 In case that a traditional manufacturing business is converted into e-Business, it is better to first consider Hybrid Model that combines resources and advantages of both such traditional and digital businesses. \circled3 The product design process appropriate for e-Business environment has to have a structure and style that ensure utilization of the process as an Internet web site, active participation by product developers and interactive communication between participants in designing and designers. \circled4 $\ulcorner$e-BDVS) makes possible the use of designers around the wend like in-house designers, overcoming lack in creativity, ideas and human resources traditional business organizations face. However, the operation of $\ulcorner$e-BDVS$\lrcorner$ requires time and budget investments in securing related elements and conditions. \circled5 Cyber designers under $\ulcorner$e-BDVS$\lrcorner$ can easily perform all design projects in cyber space. But they have some limits in playing a role as designers and they have difficulty in getting rewards if such projects completed by them are not finally accepted. \circled6 $\ulcorner$e-BDVS) ensures the rapid use of a wide range of design information and data, reception of a variety of solutions and ideas and effective design development, all of which are not possible through traditional processes. However, this process may not be suitable to be used routine process or tool. \circled7 $\ulcorner$e-BDVS$\lrcorner$ makes it possible for out-sourcing or partners businesses to overcome restrictions in time and space and improve productivity and effectiveness. But such they may have to continue off-line works that can not be treated on-line.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop business models for current situational scenarios reflecting customer needs emphasize the need for implementing a logistics cooperation system by analyzing big data to strengthen SCM competitiveness capacities. For healthcare SCM competitiveness needed for the logistics cooperation usage intent, they were divided into product quality, price leadership, hand-over speed, and process flexibility for examination. The wordcloud results that analyzed major considerations to realize work efficiency between medical institutes, words like unexpected situations, information sharing, delivery, real-time, delivery, convenience, etc. were mentioned frequently. It can be analyzed as expressing the need to construct a system that can immediately respond to emergency situations on the weekends. Furthermore, in addition to pursuing communication and convenience, the importance of real-time information sharing that can share to the efficiency of inventory management were evident. Accordingly, it is judged that it is necessary to aim for a business model that can enhance visibility of the logistics pipeline in real-time using big data analysis on site. By analyzing the effects of the adaptability of a supply chain network for healthcare SCM competitiveness, it was revealed that obtaining competitive capacities is possible through the implementation of logistics cooperation. Stronger partnerships such as logistics cooperation will lead to SCM competitive capacities. It will be necessary to strengthen SCM competitiveness by searching for a strategic approach among companies in a direction that can promote mutual partnerships among companies using the joint logistics system of medical institutes. In particular, it will be necessary to search for ways to utilize HCSM through big data analysis according to the construction of a logistics cooperation system.

  • The scheme to approach emotional design developed in various way of research without defining criterion of emotional way. A aim of this research to derive a new way of approaching system and construct the process in emotional design. In first experiments, analyze meaning of important factors in cooking kits to construct the model of emotional approaching system by the analysis of quantification theory type 3. This shows that four emotional factors as shape, atmosphere, functional matter, information are deeply related with emotional thinking and design. Consequently, the way of emotional approaching in cooking kit have several conditions essentially as following these; 1.Is it have functional advantages to cook? 2. Is it good looking in shape? 3. Is it possible to make some of mood on cooking? 4. How much information of cook we get in? These conditions were classified in detail to establish emotional design system.

  • Based on the successful use of chatbot technology, this study examined what business values each company is creating. The chatbot service contributes to improving the productivity of the company by helping to answer or respond to the questions of employees inside the company or customers. And in the field of education, Instead of instructor, AI technology responds the questions and feedback of the students to reduce the work of the instructor. In the field of commerce, offline stores provide convenient and new purchasing experiences to customers by providing product purchasing services through artificial intelligence speakers and personalization service. Although chatbot service is creating business value in some business cases, it is still limited to the process of a specific company, and the spread rate is still slowing because the service scope, convenience, and usefulness are not greater than expected. Therefore, some chatbot development service providers is providing an integrated development platform to improve usability, Chatbots have the features and advantages of providing convenience instead of answering human questions. However, there is a disadvantage that the level of communication can be lowered by reducing various human subjective views and giving mainly objective answers. Through this study, we will discuss the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of chatbot services by comparing them.

A Case Study of Japanese Local Self-Governments Universal Design Policy (일본 자치체의 유니버설디자인 정책 사례연구)

  • Recently, in each local self-governments Japan, the importation of universal design policy is actively being expanded as a plan to maximize living satisfaction of.citizens within the region. This research investigates the background on how the local self-governments ended up importing the universal design administrative policy, investigates the policies which each self governing bodies have been promoting and presents necessary stipulations following those policies. When we sum up the necessity of promoting universal design by local self-governments, although the we carry various problems in the promoting process in the settlement of provincial era and promoting substantiality of it, we can point out the low birth rate phenomenon, progression of aged people's society, diversification of values as a result of social and economic maturity, etc. as social and economic background. For people's values, as they escape from the economic they attach great importance to economic supremacy, they respect culture, environment, etc. with higher level than economic aspect and the improvement of life's quality is becoming important. Meanwhile, the universal design which is known to many users as a usable design concept as reach to a point where it is getting attention as a basic concept of 21st century design. Today, each of local self-governments in Japan are making various efforts for unperturbed importation and application of universal design to local communities through homepage, universal design guideline or report, various workshops, etc. Especially, there are universal design policies of public areas, facilities, manufacture of other products and information for the contents of the policy. The enforcement of universal design policy puts importance in 1) the process of planning, alteration, policy scheme and decision making 2) the process of policy's enforcement 3) the probation process of all processes and I could find out that equal participation of roles by local citizens, citizen's organizations, companies with the administration hasn't been adopted for each of these processes.
