Civil aircraft tires require a certification according to the Technical Standard Order Authorization(TSOA) procedure. TSO-C62d contains minimum performance standards for aircraft tires. The TSOA covers design and manufacturing of the tire only. To install a TSO article on aircraft requires an installation approval. In this paper, TSOA procedure and the certification requirements for aircraft tires will be presented.

Timed Petri nets are one of the most important formalisms used to specify concurrent systems, However, timed Petri nets cannot represent the dynamics of systems within the formalism explicitly. Such incomplete formalisms make the modeling very difficult because modelers should know not only the formalism itself but also its problem-specific simulation algorithm. In this paper we present a formalism which can express the dynamics of systems and an simulator.

임베디드 기기와 무선 네트워크 기술이 발전함에 따라 PDA나 휴대폰과 같은 모바일 기기 상에서도 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 소비하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 모바일 기기 특성상 무선 네트워크를 통한 컨텐츠 소비환경은 유동성이 강하다. 따라서 모바일 환경에서 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 효과적으로 제공하기 위해서는 상황에 따른 가용적인 모델이 필요하다. 미디어 형식 변환(Media Transmoding)은 네트워크, 하드웨어, 스트리밍 서버 등의 상황에 따라 능동적으로 컨텐츠의 형식을 변환하여 전송하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서의 미디어 형식 변환 모델을 제안하고, 자체 개발한 미디어 형식 변환 시나리오를 사용하여 TV-AnyTime Phase 2 Part 3와 SOAP과 결합하여 설계 및 구현하였다.

RFID는 유비쿼터스 시스템을 실현할 수 있는 기본적 구성 요소이며, 최근 다양한 응용 분야가 개발되어 실제 적용분야가 점차 증가하고 있는 상황이다. RFID 시스템 확산의 가장 큰 문제점은 현실적으로 태그의 가격을 매우 싸게 만들어야 하는 것이고, 이를 해결하기 위하여 많은 업체들이 기술 개발에 전념하고 있다. RFID 시스템 중에서도 가장 큰 관심을 받고 있는 900MHz 대역의 규격인 ISO/IEC 18000-6에서는 새로이 형식 C가 추가되어 기존의 형식 A, B를 포함하여 모두 세 종류의 형식이 제안되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 형식 C에 대한 규격을 분석하고, 이의 기능 블럭을 VHDL로 구현하였다. 규격에 제안된 것과 동일한 프레임을 구현하고 임의의 데이터를 가정한 후에 데이터 변조 방식으로서 사용되는 PIE와 FM0 변조 방식 등을 구현하고, 이를 송수신 함으로써 변복조가 정확히 구현되었음을 확인하였다.

KORMARC formats have been developed in accordance with type of materials at different times. The format was firstly developed and soon after with formats for serials, audiovisual materials, archival and manuscript materials. Although all of the formats were developed according to the same principles, there were same inconsistencies among them. However, there are solved above problems as integrating KORMARC bibliographic formats. First of all, the result was better than we had expected both unified cataloging rules and standard of a descriptive form as accepted KCR4. This study is to roughly analyze integrating process, integrating contents, and problems of KORMARC format.

The purpose of this study is to present a scheme to encode all possible lexical entities in dictionaries, glossaries, encyclopedias, and thesaurus, etc. First, it discussed the nature and structure of dictionaries. Second, two current major terminological data encoding schemes, MARTIF and TEI were analyzed in terms of their flexibility for extension to encompass all lexical entities. Third, an integrated microstructure of dictionaries was presented and compared with the MARTIF and TEI for print dictionaries. Then, the need and 17 suggestions for extended MARTIF and TEI formats were addressed with specific cases, which combined with the suggestions from two studies concerning MARTIF and TEI DTD modification for the markup of Korean dictionary entries.

목록이 새로운 정보환경에서도 효과적인 정보서비스에 기여하기 위해서는 그 내용과 형식 모두에 대한 개선이 절실하게 요구된다. 특히 지속적인 내용의 개선사항을 반영하고 네트워크 환경에서의 융통성있는 사용을 위해서는 새로운 목록데이터 형식이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 MARC 포맷의 개선을 위해 메타언어인 SGML의 응용 타당성을 제시하고, 이를 바탕으로 KORMARC에 대한 DTD 및 KORMARC/SGML 두 형식간 양방향 변환프로그램을 개발하였다.

정보통신부는 최근 전기통신망에 접속되는 단말장치에 관련한 기술기준을 획기적으로 개정하였다. 이는 초고속정보통신망 등의 기술 발전 추세를 반영하고, 우리나라가 참여하고 있는 아시아태평양경제협력기구(APCE : Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation)가 추진하고 있는 단말장치 형식승인에 대한 상호인정협정(MRA : Mutual Recognition Arrangement)에 대비하기 위함이었다. 이에 따라 개정된 기술기준을 적용하는 시험방법을 우리나라 단체 표준으로 제정하게 되었다. 이 표준은 단말장치의 제조자, 형식승인 지정시험기관 등의 형식승인 시험업무에 유익하게 사용될 것이다.

스위치 이론이나 디지탈 공학$^{2)}$, 정보보호학$^{6.8)}$등의 분야에서 자주 사용되는 많은 함수들은 유한체 GF$(q)^n$에서 GF(q)의 값을 취하는 함수들이다. 특히 q=2인 경우에 함수 f는 쉽게 진리표에 의해 표현된다. 본 글에서는 유한체 위에서 성립하는 행렬 구조를 갖는 대수적 표준형식 변환에 대하여 알아보고, 변환의 계산을 점화적으로 이행해보며, 난수함수의 복잡도에 관한 확률분포를 살펴본다. 대수적 표준형식은 함수의 비선형 위수나 복잡도에 관한 판단에 유용하게 응용할 수 있다.

As the computing power of the mobile devices is improving rapidly, many kinds of web services are also available in mobile devices just as Email service. Mobile Mail Service began early, but this service is mostly limited in some specified mobile devices such as Smart Phone. That is a limitation that users have to purchase specified phone to be benefited from Mobile Mail Service. In this thesis, it developed new kind of Mobile Mail System named Smart Mobile Mail System based MPEG21-DIDL Markup, and solved above problem. DIDL could be converted to other Markup types which are displayed in mobile devices by Mobile Gate Server. By transforming PC Web Mail contents including attachment document to DIDL Markup through Mobile Gate Server, the Mobile Mail Service could be available for all kinds of mobile device. The Smart Mobile Mail System also performs real time alarming service for new Email using Callback URL SMS. When there is new Email arriving, the Mail System sends a Call back URL SMS to user. User could directly check Email through Callback URL SMS in real time.
