The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Critical Factors in the use of Personal Computer, Office Automation Information Technology. The author presents a therortical model related Office Automation Information Technology by end-users and suggests how this model should be conceptualized. A model was estimated with data from 98 end-users. The results revealed that degree of organizational support. demographic charateristic, and useful to the task was positively related to usage of Office Automation Information Technology.

사무자동화시대가 활짝 열렸다. 서류뭉치들이 사라지고 현대화한 사무실에는 공문회람은 물론 결재에 이르기까지 자동화된 사무기기를 통해 모든 사무가 간단히 처리되고 있다. PC의 크기도 줄어들어 간편한 랩탑에서 노트북형으로 실용화되었고 PC와 팩시밀리 기능을 하나로 묶어 구역통신망을 형성해서 서류가 필요없는 시대를 열어가고 있다.

사무자동화 시스템 연구 대상인 (주)현대 자동차 홍성 정비 센터는 1급 정비센터로 지역 제일의 정비업체로서 일괄 정비 체계와 경쟁력 있는 기술력을 갖추고 있지만 늘어나는 업무량에 비해 체계적인 사무자동화 시스템이 운영되고 있지 못하여 업무효율이 떨어지고 있다. 현재 사용되고 있는 시스템은 각 부서의 업무에 따라 다른 프로그램을 사용하여 업무처리에 비효율적이므로 고객에 대한 질 높은 서비스 제공과 사무처리의 효율성을 높이기 위해 시스템 개선이 요구되고 있다 따라서, 본 논문에서는 부품의 관리와 고객서비스, 사무관리 등 정비센터 관리 전반에 걸친 통합관리에 의한 보다 효율적인 사무 자동화 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 업무의 전산화로 정확성과 효율을 극대화시켰으며, 실시간 부품 현황 파악, 사원들의 업무량을 파악 및 통계 냄으로써 인사고가 및 포상의 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 하였으며 고객에 대한 질 높은 서비스 제공 및 정확한 업무처리로 고객의 신뢰도 향상 둥의 사무처리 효과를 가져 올 수 있도록 하였다.

The purposes of this paper are to construct the author tools that have influence on system package in EXSYS professional, to design the objects and the roles of development members on the phases of development life cycle, to study on the increase of efficiency in the main phases that have much influence on the efficiency of authoring tool development. The major factors which affect authoring tool are as follow : the size of the product, the individual capability of project personnel, the project period, the complexity of the product, the required level of reliability and the level of technologies utilized.

Blind persons are information alienation class in spite of development of an Information-Communication technology. Need dog's paw of a business automation technology that apply Information-Communication know-how to do these in white-collar job go to work. I wish to develop VI 05 that can improve computer practical use ability by developing integration solution that can analyze know-how that need in transaction of business and overcome this technologically. Because developed VI 05 reserves and handles work that require screen spread, function that convert data of screen including character into voice, accuracy by integration solution that is necessary in transaction of business the process simplificaton make function that need in Secretariat state process such as knowing function have.

최근에 제품설계, 제조 및 생산관리등의 분야에 컴퓨터의 이용이 급속히 보급되고 있다. 본고에서는 다품종 소량생산에 대한 자동화를 의미하는 새로운 기술용어인 프랙시블 오토메이션(flexible automation)의 개념을 소개하고, 이 개념을 기본해석으로 해서 공장자동화(factory automation, FA)의 방법과 이의 사무자동화(office automation, OA)에 대한 관계를 고찰하였다.

As electronic environment is changed owing to the developments of computers and telecommunication technique, the meaning of working process is changed because individual working process is shifted to overall working process of each groups while main frame is transferred to server environments. By using groupware, productivity of office work's is increased not only quality matter but also quantity matter and rapid and various services are provided. In order to realize united office automation, when educational programs are assembled at office automation related departments in junior colleges, it will help to stress importance of groupware.
