The traditional methodology of online game development is separating server development module and cilent development module. However developing and maintaining expenses have been increased a lot due to duplicated modules such as definitions of network protocols and managements of planning data. In this paper, we suggest an advanced methodology of online game development based on the integrated single module with client and server. Its effectiveness was shown by applying the proposed methodology in the development of the online game 'Chungmukong's Battle on the Sea'. In this case, the project size was reduced by 15.1% by using the integrated single module with client and server.

정보통신 기술의 고도화${\cdot}$융합화로 미래의 정보통신 기술 개발은 과거의 기술 자체의 분석을 통한 필요한 기술 개발보다는, 미래사회의 비전 제시 및 사용자의 요구사항을 분석한 미래생활상을 기반으로 한 기술 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문을 아직 국내에서 초보단계에 있는 비전 연구에 대한 방향을 제시하고자, 선진국 및 국제 포럼의 시나리오 기반의 비전 연구의 사례 연구를 통하여 기존 메가트랜드 방법과 접목된 시나리오 개발 방법론을 제시하였다. 향후 비전 시나리오 연구의 합리적인 방법정립을 위하여 지속적으로 국내 비전 연구결과에 대한 평가를 반복적으로 실시하여 우리 현실에 맞는 방법론을 정립하고, 국제 공동 연구를 병행하여 국제적인 신뢰성을 높여야 한다. 또한, 국내외 산학연 전문가들의 적극적인 참여를 유도하여 연구 결과의 현실성을 높여야 한다.

The workloads of facilities and laborers are important for the capacity planning in a factory. They are always referenced whenever a factory develops a new product, increases the production quantity and makes a plan of new investment. There are many measuring methods for estimating the workload effectiveness of facilities and laborers. In this paper, various measuring methods including survey, work sampling, micro-motion study, data gathering from ERP system and simulation, are analyzed for comparing the accuracy of workload. This case study is conducted in a Korean company that produces semiconductor parts like leadframe and packaging substrate.

본 연구에서는 일반적인 기업컨설팅과는 달리 사회적기업의 컨설팅 방법론이 다른 여러 가지 개념 및 방법론을 연구하여 현재 육성되고 있는 사회적기업의 지속적인 성장을 가능케하는 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 최근 들어 사회적 기업에 대한 관심이 커지고 있으며, 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 사회적 기업이 많이 늘어나고 있다. 사회적 기업이 추구하는 가치에 대한 정확한 이해와 이를 바탕으로 한 지속적인 발전에 대한 연구의 부족과 함께, 사회적 기업에 대한 전문적인 컨설팅 전무한 상태이다. 이는 사회적 기업이 경제적인 목적만을 목표로 하지 않기 때문에 전혀 다른 방식의 컨설팅 즉 사회적 가치에 대한 고려를 통한 컨설팅 기법이 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 해외의 사회적기업 컨서팅 사례를 고찰하는 한편, 일반 영리기업과 구분되는 사회적기업 컨설팅 고려사항에 대한 고찰을 실시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업이 추구하는 사회적 가치와 경제적 가치, 환경적 가치 등에 관한 종합적인 지식을 활용해야 하는 사회적 기업의 컨설팅에 대한 과저을 연구하여, 지속적은 발전할 수 있는 우리나라의 경쟁력 있는 사회적 기업의 육성을 위한 우리나라 환경에 맞는 컨설팅 기법에 대한 단초를 제공하는 연구가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

A-SMGCS는 진화하는 개념으로 현재 공개된 기준이나 권고사항의 일반요건들이 모두 유효하지는 않지만, 기술요건을 도출하기 위한 방법론으로 ICAO, EUROCAE, 유럽항행안전기구 문서에서 정확한 운용, 기능, 성능상의 요건을 추출하여 이러한 요건을 아키텍처 구조에 반영하여야 한다. 타 프로젝트의 A-SMGCS 지상시스템 기술요구 문서의 성능요구사항 사례 연구를 통해 A-SMGCS 개발 시에 고려할 성능요구사항을 고찰하였다.

As the number of cases of applying IT systems to the existing isolated ICS (Industrial Control System) network environment continues to increase, security threats in the ICS environment have rapidly increased. Security threat scenarios help to design security strategies in cybersecurity training, including analysis, prediction, and response to cyberattacks. For successful cybersecurity training, research is needed to develop valid and reliable security threat scenarios for meaningful training. Therefore, this paper proposes a case-based security threat scenario development methodology for cybersecurity training in the ICS environment. To this end, we develop a methodology consisting of five steps based on analyzing actual cybersecurity incident cases targeting ICS. Threat techniques are standardized in the same form using objective data based on the MITER ATT&CK framework, and then a list of CVEs and CWEs corresponding to the threat technique is identified. Additionally, it analyzes and identifies vulnerable functions in programming used in CWE and ICS assets. Based on the data generated up to the previous stage, develop security threat scenarios for cybersecurity training for new ICS. As a result of verification through a comparative analysis between the proposed methodology and existing research confirmed that the proposed method was more effective than the existing method regarding scenario validity, appropriateness of evidence, and development of various scenarios.

컴퓨터 기술의 발전에 따라 ML(Machine Learning) 및 AI(Artificial Intelligence)의 도입이 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 정보보호 분야에서도 활용이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 이러한 모델들은 black-box 특성을 가지고 있으므로 의사결정 과정을 이해하기 어렵다. 특히, 오탐지 리스크가 큰 정보보호 환경에서 이러한 문제점은 AI 기술을 널리 활용하는데 상당한 장애로 작용한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 XAI(eXplainable Artificial Intelligence) 방법론에 대한 연구가 주목받고 있다. XAI는 예측의 해석이 어려운 AI의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 등장한 방법으로 AI의 학습 과정을 투명하게 보여줄 수 있으며, 예측에 대한 신뢰성을 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 XAI 기술의 개념 및 필요성, XAI 방법론의 정보보호 분야 적용 사례에 설명한다. 또한, XAI 평가 방법을 제시하며, XAI 방법론을 보안 시스템에 적용한 경우의 결과도 논의한다. XAI 기술은 AI 판단에 대한 사람 중심의 해석정보를 제공하여, 한정된 인력에 많은 분석데이터를 처리해야 하는 보안담당자들의 분석 및 의사결정 시간을 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

Consideration of uncertainty has been considered to be an important factor in technology planning due to the fast changes of technologies and customer needs. Therefore, how to consider uncertainty has been a promising issue in developing and utilizing the technology roadmap, a prominent tool for the technology planning. However, previous studies regarding technology roadmaps are based on practical case studies for specific certain industries, which are of course useful but sometimes lack systematic frameworks and methodologies. In response, this study suggests a framework to identify possible scenario elements, analyze the impact of each scenario element and reflect the results to the technology roadmapping process. For this purpose, this study suggests a QFD-based framework that evaluates the relationship between scenario elements and the planning elements, and proposes a basic structure of scenario-based technology roadmaps to reflect the evaluation results to the technology roadmapping process.

With the development of the big data environment, public institutions also have been providing big data infrastructures. Public data is one of the typical examples, and numerous applications using public data have been provided. One of the cases is related to the employment insurance. All employers have to make contracts for the employment insurance for all employees to protect the rights. However, there are abundant cases where employers avoid to buy insurances. To overcome these challenges, a data-driven approach is needed; however, there are lacks of methodologies to integrate, manage, and analyze the public data. In this paper, we propose a methodology to build a predictive model for identifying whether employers have made the contracts of employment insurance based on public data. The methodology includes collection, integration, pre-processing, analysis of data and generating prediction models based on process mining and data mining techniques. Also, we verify the methodology with case studies.

정부에서는 사회 경제적으로 많은 문제를 발생시키고 있는 지적불부합지 문제를 해결하고자 지적재조사 사업을 계획하였으나 수 조원에 달할것으로 예상되는 막대한 사업비와 국민적인 이해부족으로 인하여 중단이 되었다. 이렇게 지적재조사 사업이 전면 중단된 상황에서 지적불부합을 효율적으로 해결하기 위해서는 현지 측량 방식에 기반하여 불부합지를 조사하고 정리하기보다는 현재 구축되어 있는 지적도 전산화 데이터와 GIS 관련 데이터 등을 최대한 활용하여 조사할 수 있는 새로운 방법론의 모색이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기 구축되어 있는 수치지적도와 수치지형도를 이용하여 지적불부합을 측정할 수 있는 방법론과 절차를 개발하였다. 그리고 모든 과정을 상용 GIS 소프트웨어를 이용하여 구현하였다. 방법론의 실험을 위해 실제 사례지역을 선정하여 적용하여본 결과 불부합을 정량적으로 조사하고 해석할 수 있는 가능성을 제시할 수 있었다.
