In case of traditional Rule-Based Reasoning(RBR) and Case-Based Reasoning(CBR), although knowledge is reasoned either by one of them or by the integration of RBR and CBR, there is a problem that much time should be consumed by numerous rules and cases. In order to improve this time-consuming problem, in this paper, a new type of reasoning technique, which is a kind of integration of reduced RB and CB, is to be introduced. Such a new type of reasoning uses Rough Set, by which we can represent multi-meaning and/or random knowledge easily. In Rough Set, solution is to be obtained by its own complementary rules, using the process of RB and CB into equivalence class by the classification and approximation of Rough Set. and then using reduced RB and CB through the integrated reasoning.

사례기반 추론은 사후학습기법이기 때문에, 사례베이스의 크기가 커지면 추론의 수행시간이 증가하여 전체적인 성능을 저하시킨다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위하여 사례기반 시스템의 구현에 앞서 사례들이 저장되어 있는 사례베이스를 클러스터링 하였다. 클러스터링에 사용한 기법은 부분적 매칭에 의한 유사도를 기준으로 클러스터링을 하는 사례기반 클러스터링 기법이다. 도출된 클러스터 각각에 대해 가장 적합한 사례기반 시스템을 구축하여 고장진단의 분야에 적용하였다. 즉, 새로운 고장 사례가 입력되었을 때에 본 연구에서 구축된 시스템에서는 먼저 해당 클러스터를 판별한 후 그 클러스터에 적합한 사례기반 시스템으로 고장진단을 하게 되는 것이다. 그 결과, 하나의 사례기반 시스템을 구축하였을 때보다 수행시간이 감소하였으며, 적중률도 향상되었다.

미국을 비롯한 GIS 선진국에서는 GIS 데이타베이스를 사회기반시설(National Spatial Data Infrastructure)로 간주하였으며 Internet을 통한 공간정보의 유통을 이미 계획 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 외국의 공간정보유통체계에 대한 사례연구를 바탕으로 우리나라 국가 GIS 데이타베이스(Things : 실체)가 구축 후의 효율적인 활용을 위해 어떠한 유통과정(Process : 흐름)이 있어야 될 것인가를 살펴본다. 여기서는 제도적으로 공간정보유통이 가장 활발한 미국과 기술적인 방법으로 공간정보유통을 추진하는 카나다의 사례를 중심으로 우리나라의 현황을 비추어 보고자 한다.

With the recent expansion of internet shopping mall, the importance of intelligent products recommendation agents has been increasing. for the products recommendation, This paper propose case-based reasoning approach, and developed a case-based bundle products recommendation system which can recommend a set of sea food used in family events. To apply CBR approach to the bundle products recommendation, it requires the following 4R steps : \circled1 Retrieval, \circled2 Reuse, \circled3 Revise, \circled4 Retain. To retrieve similar cases from the case-base efficiently, case representation scheme is most important. This paper used OW(Object Modeling Technique) to represent bundle products recommendation cases, and developed a similarity measure method to search similar cases. To measure similarity, we used weight-sum approach basically. Especially This paper propose the meaning and uses of taxonomies for representing case features.

This paper considers major three steps to arrive at accurate baseline emissions against which actual emission reductions attributable to CDM projects are accounted for. The first step is to select most likely baseline scenario among plausible alternatives. Then, the additionality of the project in question would be assessed by demonstrating that the project is not included in the baseline scenario selected. Finally, baseline emissions are calculated under the baseline scenario. In this paper, these three steps are integrated into a single flow chart in order to help understand the procedures for application of a baseline methodology better. Following the flow chart, a landfill gas-to-electricity project in Korea is analyzed as a case study. In consequence, this paper concludes that landfill gas-to-electricity projects in Korea have great potential for CDM projects, and it could also be concluded that data availability and reliability are a prerequisite for successful application of baseline methodologies for landfill gas projects to Korean specific situations.

정보통신 기술의 비약적인 발전과 인터넷 이용의 증가로 인하여 전자 상거래 (Electronic Commerce), 그 중에서도 인터넷 경매에 대한 일반인의 관심과 참여가 높아지고 있다. 전통적인 경매에서 시공간의 제약으로 인한 문제점들을 인터넷 경매에서는 누구나 쉽게 경매에 참여하여 경쟁할 수 있도록 개선시켰다. 인터넷 경매에서 구매자가 원하는 상품을 구입하기 위해서는 구입물품의 가격정보, 상품정보 등이 필요하며 이러한 정보를 수집하는데는 많은 시간과 반복된 작업이 필요하다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 구매상품에 대한 상품정보와 적정 낙찰가를 제공하여 구매자가 입찰액을 정하는데 있어서 참고자료로서 활용할 수 있으며 부적당한 가격에 상품을 구매하거나 경매가 유찰되는 것을 피할 수 있어서 보다 효율적인 경매를 할 수 있도록 도와준다. 본 논문은 기존의 단순한 가격 정책에서 벗어나 사례베이스를 활용하여 실시간 상품의 특성에 따라 다양하게 적정낙찰가를 제시하는 적정낙찰가 추천 시스템을 설계하였으며, 몇 가지 사례를 구현을 통해 적정낙찰가를 제시하는 과정을 보여준다.

스미싱은 SMS 문자를 통해 피해자를 현혹시켜 개인정보나 금전 등을 갈취하는 범죄이다. 발전하는 스미싱 범죄 수법에 대응하기 위해선 새로운 스미싱 범죄 사례에서 데이터를 추출하고, 추출한 데이터를 기존 시스템에 통합하여 빠르게 대응할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 빠른 스미싱 대응을 위해 전처리를 하지 않은 SMS 문자 텍스트에서 지식베이스를 자동으로 추출하고 저장하는 자동 지식베이스 추출 모듈을 제안하며, 추출 시스템 지식베이스를 바탕으로 입력된 SMS가 스미싱인지 판별하는 스미싱 SMS 탐지 모듈을 통합한 자동 지식베이스 추출 기반 스미싱 SMS 탐지 시스템을 제시한다. 제시된 스미싱 SMS 탐지 모델은 UCI SMS Spam Collection Dataset을 기준으로 90.9 (F1 score)의 성능을 보여주었다.

물류 프로세스내의 상황결정은 전문적인 물류지원 연구의 중요한 목표이다. CBR(Case Based Reasoning)는 기존의 사건이나 경험으로 현재 발생한 문제의 해결책을 발견하기 위한 기술이다. CBR의 주요 역할은 현재 사건에 있는 문제의 상태를 인식하며 이 사건과 유사한 기존 사건 중의 하나를 통하여 현재 사건의 해결책을 추론함으로써 기존 시스템을 업데이트하는 것이다. 이러한 과정에서 가장 중요한 이슈는 유용한 사례베이스를 구축하는 것이다. 온토로지를 이용하여 상황을 모델화하면, 여러 개체들이 협업하에서 상황에 대한 인식을 공유할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 CBR 사례베이스 구축을 위한 참조로서 물류 온토로지를 디자인하였다.
