The role of bass in band or ensemble music literally sets up the foundation of harmony, which must be regarded first. On the other hand, this is also considered so basic or stable that it can be slightly boring to the listeners. Consideration is needed to make the varied trials more exciting. In this sense, Rutger Gunnarsson showed these fine examples not in performing music but in pop music through the Great ABBA. He could make a fabulous sound with only a basic performance, not with a florid technique or rhetorical skills. All bassists must bear in mind that the overall performance depends on the bass. In short, to make better music, remember to practice continually and find better methods.

Geographical Informal ion Systems have become useful tools for improving the administrative management of local governments. Despite its innovative aspects, GIS implementation in local governments has yet to be actively carried out, utilized in only a few occasions in establishing comprehensive plans or conduct ins model system developments. This can be basically attributed to technological, institutional, and economic difficulties, that is, a lack of understanding of GIS technology, database development, and the required institutional support. Using Seoul as a case study, this study analyses the potential and effectiveness of GIS and examines strategies of implementation, thereby suggesting basic policy direct ions for GIS investment in local governments.

The urban expansion and the modernization of the urban infrastructure need a new technology to manage the facilities. The sewer management, one of the urban infrastructures, requires geographical information systems(GIS) for this purpose, and can be supported by the expert system. Consequently, non-professionals can use this system conveniently. In this study, the search and retrieving capacity of the relational database management system(DBMS) and the chain topology generator of the vector-based GIS were integrated into the sewer management system together with the expert knowledge. This system can predict the sewer volume charge by the simulation, and automate these procedures. This system is also user-friendly by using the user-interface. Finally, the system was applied to one of the Seoul drainage districts and tested.

우편물량 처리에서 병목현상의 원인이 되고있는 수작업에 의한 순로구분 작업을 원활하고 신속하게 처리하며 집배원의 업무 부담을 경감시키기 위해 자동화가 시도되고 있다. 이러한 자동화된 순로구분기의 개발에 있어 순로구분에 필요한 주소 데이터 베이스를 관리하기 위해서는 각 배달지점에 대한 고유한 ID 부여가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 아직 체계화되지 않은 한국 주소의 배달점 코드 설계 방안에 대해서 연구하였다. 먼저 해외 각국의 배달점 코드할당 방법을 알아보고, 배달점 코드의 기본 정의 및 설계 방향을 제시한다. 그리고 각 주소의 고유한 배달점 코드를 설계하는데 있어 여러 가지 방안을 제시하고 각 대안별 장단점 및 설계 방법을 제시하였으며 적합한 설계 방안을 선정하였다. 또한 기존의 주소체계뿐만 아니라 도입 예정인 새주소 체계와의 적합성도 고려하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 우편번호 앞 3자리와 6자리의 일련번호를 연결한 배달점 코드가 현재의 한국 주소체계 뿐만 아니라 새주소 체계에도 적합할 것으로 판단된다. 마지막으로 몇 가지 적용 사례를 통한 제안한 방안들을 검증해 보았다.

In an attempt to retrieve useful information for an efficient decision in the large knowledge system, it is generally necessary and important for a refined feature selection. Rough set has difficulty in generating optimal reducts and classifying boundary objects. In this paper, we propose quick reduction algorithm generating optimal features by rough entropy analysis for condition and decision attributes to improve these restrictions. We define a new conditional information entropy for efficient feature extraction and describe procedure of feature selection to classify the significance of features. Through the simulation of 5 datasets from UCI storage, we compare our feature selection approach based on rough set theory with the other selection theories. As the result, our modeling method is more efficient than the previous theories in classification accuracy for feature selection.

Compared to research on the success of IT projects In general, research on the management of conflict in IT teams and its impact on project success is insufficient. This research performed a comparative study to analyze the nature and evolving phenomenon of conflicts in IT project teams. This study aimed at; First, Why a conflict is created within and around an IT project team. Second, What is the phenomenon of conflict evolution, diffusion, and/or resolution? Third, How the differences in conflict management style affects the IT project performance? Three propositions were drawn from the analysis of two intensive analysis of conflict cases and their comparison. Proposition 1 : Both 'the method of pointing out a problem' and 'the pointed-out contents' can be the trigger of conflicts around an IT project. Proposition 2 : While the focus of attention of one party is 'the method of pointing out a problem', if the other's and focus of attention of one party is 'the pointed-out contents', that is, if the focus of attention mismatch, the conflict can be amplified. Proposition 3 : According to the temporal nature of the relationship, e.g., short-term versus long-term, the way people approach and deal with the conflict differs.

Until now, systems in financial companies have been constructed and operated based on great mainframe proved being stability. But it has had many disadvantages since they only implement maintenance adding and changing function. So they need construction of new systems(development of critical application, integration of various service channel, management of customer data). In spite of great construction costs and high risk, it is necessary that they construct e-financial system. Nowadays financial institutions must actively offer services to customers. In other words, the key of service is being moved from providers to customers. In oder to develop and sell new products in a timely manner, integrated management about appropriate and valid customer data is needed. And new system that covers expanded area of work is needed since the original parts of the area is being broken gradually. In this paper, we search construction processes of e-financial system of Nonghyup to respond to new financial environment flexibly and actively, concrete contents about innovation activities of e-financial system and the cases of service utilization. Also, we suggest the development direction of e- financial system for Nonghyup following day.

Mobile banking is a subset of electronic banking which underlies not only the determinants of the banking business but also the special conditions of mobile commerce. Nowadays wireless networks are being evolved and diversified. In this situation The wireless e-commerce is in the limelight on new profits of Carriers. Because of this situation, the importance of mobile billing service is being emphasized. This paper searches the definition and service types of mobile banking, and suggests status and prospects of domestic mobile banking. We suggest the basic direction, the stage of development and functions of services by analyzing the cases of Nonghyup's. Finally we derive the critical factors from those and suggest the effect of introduction and the direction of development. From the customer perspective, mobile banking has many strengths. For example, it allows that all customers access banking service at anytime, anywhere more easily than telephone banking or pc banking. And it reduces the time and the effort for using the service. It enables the company to make a business against global customers. On the other hand, from the company perspective, it has a lot of potential that affect market share and reduce the costs of human and material resources which used to operate and support branches. However, it needs many efforts to reach at the stage of completion. And We will have to solve the problems that develop many contents, expend the range of services and raise the service convenience.

In order to develop a spatial information system that can efficiently manage various subsurface data and produce information in a proper form for a user, we established a database of the well cores and built 3-D shapes that visualize the subsurface objects such as wells, ore bodies, tunnels, and mine cavities. We also made analysis tools available for three-dimensional ore bodies constructed here, such as vertical cross-section generator and mass computing tool. This system was developed by coding Avenue, a scripting language incorporated in ArcView, which is a commercial GIS software. Using the system, it is expected that users can make fast and accurate analysis and interpretation through real-time queries and by contemplating various objects in 3-D perspective.

한전에서는 배전용 변압기의 부하관리를 위하여 전국사업소에 산재해 있는 변압기를 NDIS1) 부하관리 시스템으로 데이터 베이스화 하고, 각 변대에 수용되어 있는 고객의 월별 전기사용량을 추출하기 위하여 영업정보시스템과 연계하여 변압기, 배전선 개체관리는 물론 부하계산, 부하실적 및 부하예측 자료를 관리하고 있다. 이중 전등부하는 고객의 월간 사용전력량(kWh)과 최대부하(kVA)의 부하특성에 따른 상관 계수를 산정하여 이를 상관식에 적용하여 최대부하를 산출하고 있으며, 동력부하는 계약전력 및 종합수용률을 적용하여 부하전류를 계산하고 있으나 최근 고객의 냉방부하 급증으로 인하여 고객의 계약전력과 실제 설비용량과의 많은 차이가 발생하고 있어 변압기 관리에 어려움이 있고, 과부하로 인하여 변압기가 소손되는 사례도 발생하고 있다. 따라서 변압기 무선부하 감시시스템으로 측정한 결과를 토대로 변압기 이용율 계산의 정확도를 높이고 변압기 관리를 효율적으로 할 필요가 있다.
