A German philosopher, Herbert Bolz predicted that the human way of thinking would be fundamentally and completely changed because of digital media and the 'Gutenberg-Galaxis', named by M.McLuhan which was symbolized of modern reason was doomed to be over. He thought that the limit of reason-centered European culture would be overcome by the up-to-date multimedia to revive the communication life. On this theory, he emphasized the emotional perception, 'aisthesis' which is original meaning of aesthetics. That is to say, he insisted on the restoration of communication media to enable the five senses' amusement condition mentioned by Kant. This thesis asserts that the representative hypermedia digital animation may play a key role to rehabilitate human sensibility pressed by reason centered modernism. Digital animation has the unique worth of Art that is firstly to deal with time and space and enable unlimited expressions and can communicate effectively as a characteristic synthetic medium which consists of intensive computer techniques. Based on the background, this thesis analyzes the possibility of the digital animation as a new medium. Especially, it is focused on the relations to the hypermedia theory of Norbert Bolz who is a media analyst and professor of a design college.

Humans learn by observing, hearing, imitating, doing, and feeling. The brain(cortex) is the central tore of this process. The recent rapid progress of brain science and the active interdisciplinary collaboration between brain science and cognitive science opens a new possibility. That is a new research Held called 'Brain-Based learning Science', 'Edutational Neuroscienre', or 'NeuroEduration' This study reviews the nature and basic assumptions of brain-based learning science, current directions in educational neuroscience research, the neuro-myths, educational implications of neuroscience, and a possibility of making a meaningful connection between brain science and education. Also the future prospects and limitations of the brain-based learning science are discussed.

This study aimed to investigate the life and works of Robert Hooke, an ingenious scientist in the era of scientific revolution, and to give some implications of invention education for science education. The publications and critics of Robert Hooke were analyzed to find out the personal setbacks how he showed excellent performances across the fields of science. The research finding showed that he tried to make geometric and visualized reasoning based on the empirical phenomenon, had much interest in the devices and methods for measurement and observation in the experiment, and made technical devices by himself. The ingenuity of Robert Hooke could be revealed by the rich resources in his childhood, his talent of drawing for depiction, and his colleagues and teachers with favors of diverse fields of disciplines and empirical tradition. As well, it was likely that his monistic viewpoint between the reality and scientific theories, led himself to develop interesting instruments for scientific experiments. Thus, this study suggested some implications to combine invention education with science education.

Such changes that the digital paradigm brought propels a change of the value system itself in the existing society so that a way of thinking that differentiates oneself from others is getting much stronger. As public interests are higher in the image production on the internet, such authoring environments as development of related technologies, expansibility of information, and systematization of available information continue to change. Therefore, a variety of unique image presentations that fit to the changed environments are necessary and an expression method is indispensable for such image production. This study focuses on digital image creating in which a synectics method is applied. It suggests digital image application methods and examples that contain not just simple image distortion or variation but intrinsic significance. It is believed that it will be of good use to produce a variety of unique and innate digital images in the end.

As open skies polices have permeated all over the world, Korea's basic direction of aviation policy is promoting the benefit of the public and the national carriers' competitive power by establishing open skies agreements between the countries. The open skies' directions should be promoted by considering the relationships of various attributes such as governments, airlines, and passengers. To decide the right directions of open skies, we should investigate the economic effects of open skies policies. This research develops a simulation model to analyze the dynamic characteristics of open skies. By using the developed model, this research analyzes the economic effects of open skies. The results showed that open skies have direct impacts on not only frequencies, airfare, consumer welfare but also air transport industry and regional economy. Therefore, it is necessary to take suitable aviation policy that can increase the effects of open skies.

Intentional aggressive driving (IAD) is defined as a hazardous driving event that the aggressive driver intentionally threatens neighbor drivers with abrupt longitudinal and lateral maneuvering. This study developed a methodology for detecting IAD events based on the analysis of interactions between aggressive driver and normal driver. Three major aggressive events including rear-close following, side-close driving, and sudden deceleration were analyzed to develop the algorithm. Then, driving simulation experiments were conducted using a multi-agent driving simulator to obtain data to be used for the development of the detection algorithm. In order to detect the driver's intention to attack, a relative evaluation index (Erratic Driving Index, EDI) reflecting the driving pattern was derived. The derived IAD event detection algorithm utilizes both the existing absolute detection method and the relative detection method. It is expected that the proposed methodology can be effectively used for detecting IAD events in support of in-vehicle data recorder technology in practice.

Since Korea started producing original animations targeting children, market of character for children has been led by TV animation with continuous broadcasting and OSMU. With a successful fondation in animation toy industry, its market is expanding to film industry, at the same time, brings positive effect for benefit of domestic animation. Therefore, this study researched viewing rate of children's TV animation and analyzed character storytelling to help foster and grow the direction of future animation characters. For the analysis, I selected 20 animations with high viewing rate and analyzed the storytelling of 95 characters based on their roles. The results of this study are as follows: in children's animation appeared various types of characters helping each other to make the viewer learn socializing. In addition, character's external setting varied depending on its role. Moreover, in the characters' internal setting, the most frequently appeared keyword was leadership, however, their personality keyword varied depending on the role.

The growth of incidents on the Internet has reflected growth of the internet itself and growth of the computing power. while in previous years, external attacks tended to originate from those interested trend in exploring the Internet for its own sake and testing their skills, there is an increasing trend towards intrusions motivated by financial, political, and military objectives. so, attacks on the nation's computer infrastructures are becoming an increasingly serious problem. Even though the problem is ubiquitious, government agencies are particularly appealing targets and they tend to be more willing to reveal such events than commercial organizations. The threat of damage made necessity of security's recognition, as a result, many researches have been carried out into security of system actively. Intrusion Detection technology is detection of intrusion using audit data differently from using traditional simple filtering and informs manager of it. It has security manager of system deal with the intrusion more quickly. but, cause current environment of Internet manager can't doing response Intrusion alert immediately. That's why IPS needed. IPS can response automatically the intrusion alert. so, manager is more comfortable and can response quickly.

This study aims to design a chief VDR(Voyage Data Recorder) system which is appropriate to small and medium sized vessels and also implement the data about marine communication devices, sensors, etc. to be stored or printed at the navigator when those data are connected to VDR through data communication between marine navigation and VDR which are based on serial communication or internet in order to prove efficiency of the marine navigator. Also, the design of VDR is intended to be small and light in order to expand to apply it to small and medium vessels, which enables to analyze causes of marine accidents precisely through its characteristic functions which are the same as those at "vehicle mounted black-box" (location of the car, image and voice storage) by which the same roles are played on land.

Two-Way CAR-FERRY land and islands, islands to islands, the connection between sustainable marine transportation in conjunction with the increasing demand of tourists, according to the associated coastal maritime tourism and passenger transport has a role. Subsequent Two-Way CAR-FERRY and the increased ease of use due to berthing maritime accidents can be reduced. Two-Way CAR-FERRY as the draft (even) in the state on both sides of the propeller, because the propeller due to the small diameter, low speed forward flight by the reaction at the shaft and propeller damage can occur. Engine output accordingly, linear and torsional vibration reducer by, elastic coupling selection transverse vibration and shaft alignment (Shaft alignment) considering the shaft design (bearing size, width, thickness) and the primary drive shaft support portion of the hull structure of evaluated for quality.
