The purpose of this paper is to explain the operation and meaning of the narrative, which is one of the main principles for the contents construction, especially focusing on the concepts 'difference' and 'desire'. The classical aesthetic taught us that the differences between diverse characters and reality models are the effective strategy for the reading the story. But this paper focuses on the structural difference of the event (story) and performance (discourse) of narrative, which are regarded as the basic condition of narrative. This difference is to describe in terms of the media theory and psychoanalysis. This paper also seeks to interpret the recent korean film to exemplify that the creation of difference for the fulfillment of desire is the basic element of the narrative constitution.

일명 일심회 사건으로 디지털 포렌식이 과학수사에서 활용되는 가운데 판결한 최근 사례로서 1심 판결과 2심 판결에서 디지털 증거의 채택여부를 달리하였다. 학계와 법조계의 의견이 분분한 가운데 일심회 판결문의 1심 판결에 대한 중요성은 수차례에 걸쳐 연구되고 논의되었으나 2심 판결에서 이를 번복하므로 디지털 증거의 인정여부를 위한 문제점과 해결, 절차에 대한 연구가 다시 시작할 시점에 이르렀다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 증거가 법적증거로 인정될 수 있는가에 대한 논의를 시작으로, 일심회 사건의 1심과 2심의 판결을 중심으로 디지털 포렌식 증거의 분석을 통해서 문제점과 해결방안을 제시한다. 본 연구결과 디지털 포렌식의 수사현장에서 필요한 조건을 검토하고, 이를 이행함으로써 과학수사의 일환으로 디지털 증거가 법정에서 채택할 수 있도록 한다.

능동 데이터베이스 시스템은 일반적인 데이터베이스 시스템과 달리 어떤 사건이 발생하면 조건의 성립 여부에 따라 적절한 반응을 자동적으로 실행하는 시스템이며, 능동성은 사건, 조건 그리고 조치로 이루어진 능동규칙에 의해 수행된다. 그러므로 능동 데이터베이스는 규칙의 개념이 중심이 된다. 규칙은 사용자와 응용프로그램 또는 데이터베이스 관리자에 의해 정의되며, 대부분 일반적인 형태인 ECA로 이루어져 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 에너지관리 시스템에 적용하기 위한 능동 규칙 시스템의 구조에 따른 능동규칙을 일반적인 규칙언어 형태를 바탕으로 설계하고, 다양한 응용시스템에서의 확장성을 제시한다.

국내에 디지털 포렌식 연구가 시작된 2000년 초반에는 디지털 증거의 취약성에 주의하여 디지털 증거의 보존을 중심으로 조사 분석을 어떻게 할 것인가에 초점을 맞추었다. 이를 통해 수집한 데이터와 분석한 결과를 법적인 증거 자료로 어떻게 인정받을 것인지가 주요 이슈였다. 하지만 최근에는 디지털 포렌식 조사가 일반 민사 형사 사건에 모두 활용되면서 디지털 증거 처리만이 아닌 사건 발생부터 법정 증언까지 고려한 전체 조사 과정을 아우르는 모델로 발전하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 변화에 따르고 국내 환경에 적합한 디지털 포렌식 조사 모델이 필요하다. 본 논문은 국내외 디지털 포렌식 조사 모델에 대한 연구를 살펴보고, 이를 국내 환경에 적합하도록 정립하기 위한 방안을 기술한다.

본 연구는 2021 게임업계 연쇄 파동을 통해 게임사 이슈 대응에 대한 사용자들의 인식이 바뀐 것에 주목하여 메이플스토리 확률 조작 사건에서 나타난 사용자들의 반응을 토픽모델링으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 사건의 발단이 된 메이플스토리 테스트 월드 업데이트 내용이 업로드된 2021년 2월 18일 17시를 기점으로 국내 온라인 게임 커뮤니티 중 하나인 인벤의 자유게시판에서 총 10만 개의 게시물을 수집하고 토픽모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 이후 도출된 주제별 주요 단어를 10개씩 확인하여 주제를 정의했다. 각 토픽을 비교하며 관련성을 확인했고 이를 통해 사용자들의 반응을 분석한 결과 확률 조작으로 인한 보상으로 환불을 원하고 있다는 것과 아이템의 확률을 조작했다는 것에 대한 사용자들의 분노, 디렉터 본인의 직접적인 사과문과 사용자와의 소통 요구, 또 다른 게임으로의 이탈을 확인할 수 있었다.

This study aims to explore the impressive experiences of university students on YouTube media and to find ways to improve personal media as useful consumer information. 44 university students were selected, and data on the experience of using YouTube were collected and analyzed by applying the critical incident technique. As a result, the positive responses to personal media were derived from 'enhancing C2C information capabilities', 'consumer-centric usability', 'attractive information creators', 'a sense of the sameness', and 'fresh and entertaining information'. Negative responses were derived from 'spreading of harmful information', 'distrust in information creators', 'inducing excessive advertising and impulse buying', 'media addiction' and 'relative deprivation'. In addition, improvement of the personal media has been suggested. This study has differentiation and significance as a qualitative data for understanding consumer's perception and experience of personal media.

Generally, the image of Colombia is constituted as a dangerous country in war against guerrillas and with greater cocaine production. The massacre of Bojayá, taken to the theater work Kilele by Felipe Vergara which forms the object of analysis of this paper, was an event that has most affected the sensitivity of Colombia in the first decade of the 21st century due to the absurdity of its occurrence and the magnitude. The work Kilele not only represents the social drama of Bojayá as a bitter and nightmare past, but breaks the veil of death and communicate with the souls that, according to their beliefs, still hang in limbo. The main goal of this act is to go to reintegration of fractured society, celebrating a funeral rite worthy of the deads that wander various spaces of limbo. This article analyzes the epic structure in Kilele, rituals related to the African spirituality, and the fragmentary structure of the work. Finally this paper intends to reveal how it helped to recover from the trauma of the massacre.

Plagiarism concerns in the melody of popular music are on the rise. Despite these concerns, standards and methods for addressing these issues are lacking. This study is significant in the fact that it is the first case in the media which started as a controversy on plagiarism of popular music and even progressed to Supreme Court ruling. The first and second trial courts declared the existence of infringement of copyright by recognizing that the music in question was substantially alike as a result of comparing and reviewing the melody, rhythm, and harmony. However, the Supreme Court came to a different verdict on the infringement of musical work by reversing and remanding the case to the Seoul High Court. The Supreme Court indicated that even though the music presented in the first trial is a creative work entirely protected under the Copyright Act, expression without creativity is an area that is not protected under the law. Based on this case, this study seeks to compare and analyze the essential characteristics of melody in the judgment of infringement of copyrights in popular music, and factors related to the judgment of practical similarity and the judgment of idioms that are the criteria for judging infringement of musical work.

I searched the recent murder cases for other criminal methods of homicides the monthly statistics of the local police agencies of the whole country, I found that there are many criminal cases where knives were used. Based on this finding, I decided to conduct my survey about kitchen knives. The statistics indicated more than five hundread male and female adults were reported to have committed murders. Of the 500 people, 21 used a kitchen knife to commit murder. This study showed that when people have a conflict, the kitchen knife is as a tool that can be easily changed into a weapon. If the points of the knife is round, more homicides could be avoided. If regulations were established, as we have with dagger when producing, selling or purchasing, I would assume that the number of the crimes with knives will be remarkably diminished. It is our responsibility to create a bill concerning regulatory standards in understanding the dangers of kitchen knives. We must immediately participate in active publicity campaigns.

This study has verified the process of helping actors recognize their sexual problems linked to sexual violence cases through early sexual experience history, and exploring and insighting the stuck feelings of sexual violence actors through psychodrama, which focuses on expressing behavior and emotions. The research questions were divided into sexual violence cases and perceptions of actors, actual insights through psychodrama, and dealt with past biblical history related to actors' events and events, exploration of childhood trauma, and insights and changes in emotions through psychodrama. The results from the study are as follows. First, they showed low self-understanding levels and frequent use of defense mechanisms against sexual violence cases in an environment related to cases involving sexual offenders, and were aware of the problematic factors affecting the cases in the course of their daily lives, but did not take them seriously. Second, there were many distorted masculinity and adult sites related to participants' biblical experience history. In the early experience of sexual activity, it was often viewed as a sexual object rather than an emotional exchange with a lover, and the contents of the initial Bible experience were linked to actual sexual violence cases committed by participants. Third, childhood trauma of participants through psychodrama led to rapidly changing family circumstances and abuse by fathers. Fourth, the actual content of emotions represented by anger in the early stages of psychodrama is meaningful in that it revealed the process of sadness, pain, regret and longing for a departing mother leading to objective insight into emotions through the catharsis process.
