Nowadays, the use of smart phones and various electronic devices is increasing, the Internet and SNS are activated, and we live in the flood of information. The amount of information has grown exponentially, making it difficult to look at a lot of information, and more and more people want to see only key keywords in a document, and the importance of research to extract topics that are the core of information is increasing. In addition, it is also an important issue to extract the topic and compare it with the past to infer the current trend. Topic modeling techniques can be used to extract topics from a large volume of documents, and these extracted topics can be used in various fields such as trend prediction and data analysis. In this paper, we inquire the topic of the three-year papers of 2016, 2017, and 2018 in the field of computing using the LDA algorithm, one of Probabilistic Topic Model Techniques, in order to analyze the rapidly changing trends and keep pace with the times. Then we analyze trends and flows of research.

In this study, we investigate an influence of the China government's software support policy on the revenue of software export. In the analysis in the areas of technology development, manpower development, quality control and marketing reinforcement from 2008 to 2014, it has been found that the amounts of the policy influence and annual revenue of software export increase simultaneously, proving that the China government's support policy has a close relationship with the software export revenue. However, the annual ratio of the software export revenue to the gross software production revenue has decreased over the period, which indicates that the growth of software industry in China has been mainly driven by domestic market.

This study aimed to identify the landscape perception and landscape characteristics of users by utilizing SNS data generated by their experiences. Therefore, how to recognize the main places and scenery appearing on the island, and what are the characteristics of the main scenery were analyzed using online text data and photo data. Text data are text mining and network structural analysis, while photographic data are landscape identification models and color analysis. As a result of the study, First, as a result of frequency analysis of Bakji·Banwol-do topics, we were able to derive keywords for local landscapes such as 'Purple Bridge', 'Doori Village', and location, behavior, and landscape images by analyzing them simultaneously. Second, the network structure analysis showed that the connection between key and undrawn keywords could be more specifically analyzed, indicating that creating landscapes using colors is affecting regional activation. Third, after analyzing the landscape identification model, it was found that artificial elements would be excluded to create preferred landscapes using the main targets of "Purple Bridge" and "Doori Village", and that it would be effective to set a view point of the sea and sky. Fourth, Bakji·Banwol-do were the first islands to be created under the theme of color, and the colors used in artificial facilities were similar to the surrounding environment, and were harmonized with contrasting lighting and saturation values. This study used online data uploaded directly by visitors in the landscape field to identify users' perceptions and objects of the landscape. Furthermore, the use of both text and photographic data to identify landscape recognition and characteristics is significant in that they can specifically identify which landscape and resources they prefer and perceive. In addition, the use of quantitative big data analysis and qualitative landscape identification models in identifying visitors' perceptions of local landscapes will help them understand the landscape more specifically through discussions based on results.

Virtual currencies have emerged along with new technologies such as block chain, artificial intelligence (AI), and big data. This study examines the benefits of a security-enhanced block chain resulting from individual trading, decentralized from governments, as well as the problems associated with misuse of virtual currencies. Virtual currencies, due to its anonymity, is vulnerable to financial crimes, such as ransom-ware, fraud, drug trafficking, tax evasion and money laundering. Use of virtual currencies can facilitate criminals avoid detection from investigative agencies. Government regulatory policy continues to address these concerns, and the virtual currency exchange has also announced a self-regulation proposal. However, a fundamental solution remains necessary. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the problems regarding abuse of virtual currency and to identify a practical system for transactions involving virtual currencies. However, in order to promote transactions involving virtual currencies and to institutionalize a governance system, multilateral cooperation is required. Although the restricting the use of virtual currencies regarding minors and foreign trade, as well as the introduction of a real-name system are considered promising prospects, many problems remain. Virtual currency is not a simple digital item but a method of redesigning the function of money. Coordinated efforts are needed globally to be able to further activate the positive aspects concerning the use of virtual currencies.

Currently, the domestic traditional market has not escaped the swamp of stagnation that began in the early 2000s despite various projects promoted by many related players such as the central government and local governments. In order to overcome the crisis faced by the traditional market, various R&Ds have recently been conducted on how to build a smart traditional market that combines information and communication technologies such as big data analysis, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things. This study analyzes various previous studies, users of traditional markets, and application cases of ICT technology in foreign traditional markets since 2012 and proposes a model to build a smart traditional market using ICT technology based on the analysis. The model proposed in this study includes building a traditional market metaverse that can interact with visitors, certifying visits to traditional markets through digital signage with NFC technology, improving accuracy of fire detection functions using IoT and AI technology, developing smartphone apps for market launch information and event notification, and an e-commerce system. If a smart traditional market platform is implemented and operated based on the smart traditional market platform model presented in this study, it will not only draw interest in the traditional market to MZ generation and foreigners, but also contribute to revitalizing the traditional market in the future.

Following the recent advancement in the use of social networks, a vast amount of different online reviews is created. These variable online reviews which provide feedback data of contents' are being used as sources of valuable information to both contents' users and providers. With the increasing importance of online reviews, studies on opinion mining which analyzes online reviews to extract opinions or evaluations, attitudes and emotions of the writer have been on the increase. However, previous sentiment analysis techniques of opinion-mining focus only on the classification of reviews into positive or negative classes but does not include detailed information analysis of the user's satisfaction or sentiment grounds. Also, previous designs of the sentiment analysis technique only applied to one content domain that is, either product or movie, and could not be applied to other contents from a different domain. This paper suggests a sentiment analysis technique that can analyze detailed satisfaction of online reviews and extract detailed information of the satisfaction level. The proposed technique can analyze not only one domain of contents but also a variety of contents that are not from the same domain. In addition, we design a system based on Hadoop to process vast amounts of data quickly and efficiently. Through our proposed system, both users and contents' providers will be able to receive feedback information more clearly and in detail. Consequently, potential users who will use the content can make effective decisions and contents' providers can quickly apply the users' responses when developing marketing strategy as opposed to the old methods of using surveys. Moreover, the system is expected to be used practically in various fields that require user comments.

The market for medical tourism services in the world is steadily increasing and the medical tourism market in the South Korea is also showing high growth. However, they have also problem such as informal various information and services, irregularity price competition etc. In order to solve this problem, We have designed a medical tourism service model based on ICT specific on domestic medical ecosystem. First, analysis trends of domestic and overseas medical ecosystem and identify current problem of medical tourism. In order to solve existed problem we also have designed a medical tourism strategy. Based on the strategy, we have designed business service model based on ICT platform for as fit as Korea medical tourism status. The proposed medical tourism business service model can provide usability to customer and also can solve current medical tourism problem. We expect industrial effect and contribution to the activation.

Though the SNA (social network analysis ; SNA) has been used for various fields, esp. social science field, ig. politics, journalism, and science of public administration as well as natural science field, there are few studies about the introduction of analysis tools. In order to perform the SNA, collecting data which are fit for the purpose, statistical values deduction and visualized results made by analysis tool are necessary, but the studies, which explain them systematically, are not sufficient yet. So, in this study, we are intended to introduce the analytic process, from the data input to the interpretation, with proven data. using the R program, which is free, in order to help researchers who have any plan to study using the SNA. The proven data in this study are quoted ones in the domestic scientific journals of food, which are those supplied citation index DB of Korean scientific journals. As a study methodology, the SNA is a new paradigm to substitute existing research methods as well as a complement of statistical analysis. Therefore, this study would contribute to vitalization of the SNA.

This study aims to suggest the ways to reinforce academic library's supports for users' class·learning activities. For this purpose, this study collected the development plans of academic libraries in Korea, and analysed the plans for supporting class·learning activities. As a result, it is shown that the most libraries emphasized 'expansion of learning material' and marked it on development plan. As subsequent plans, libraries provided the action plans of 'expansion of reading education and reading programs', 'expansion of electronic materials', 'expansion of characterized materials' one after another. This study suggests 'user-centered collection development and expansion of learning materials', 'activation of library services making use of big data', 'enlargement of engagement services for handicapped and foreign students' as ways to strengthen the services of academic libraries to support class·learning activities of users.

Education will be undergoing major changes with the 4th industrial revolution. As education contents will be important in future smart home service, in-depth interviews were conducted against experts and analyzed by the grounded theory approach. Eleven categories emerged through the analysis. In order for educational content to be utilized in smart home services, value creation (central phenomenon) seems to be most critical with preceding overcome of hamlet syndrome. Diversity of content and connectivity (context) should be ensured, and studies that could enhance user experience (intermediary situations) should be conducted and reflected in the content curation and realtime response (interaction strategy). As a result, it can be inferred that the education content service can be expanded in smart home services while satisfying self-development desire of individuals through these processes. Additional selective coding revealed four immediate need area: self-development, home-improvement, health care, and mindful healing.
