A Study on Material Requirement Planning by Integrating Schedule and Cost (비용$\cdot$일정 통합관리를 이용한 자원소요계획에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, The matrix method was used with common category concept according to the construction project control system. For the purpose of systematic resource management planning, it should be established on accomplished EVM data for clearing the ordering point according to the attribute procurement analysis. Resource management was presented by connecting the material requirement calculation method and the attribute of procurement method based on the EVM, suggested through analyzing process-data modeling using integrated schedule, cost and material.

  • 접든성통제는 고속도로에 있어서 교통사고 감소의 가장 효과적인 수단들 중의 하나로 인식되어져왔다. 이러한 접근통제의 새로운 적용으로서 접근성관리는 과도한 투자 없이 일반도로상에서 교통사고를 감소시키는데 활용되고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 도시간선도로상에 있어서 접근성관리와 교통사고와의 관계를 교통사고비용의 측면에서 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 이 연구는 미국 텍사스주 대도시 지역내 중앙분리간선도로의 교통사고자료를 다중회귀모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구는 자료분석의 결과 다음과 같은 사실을 발견할 수 있었다. 첫째, 접근성관리는 도시간선도로의 교통사고비용과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 이러한 접근성관리와 교통사고비용과의 관계는 도로의 교통상황과 도로변 토지이용상태에 따라 다양하게 나타났다. 셋째, 대체로 접근성관리와 관련된 요인이 교통상황 및 토지이용상태에 관련된 요인보다 더 교통사고비용과 밀접한 관계를 보였다. 마지막으로, 교통사고비용을 설명하는데 있어 가장 중용한 접근성 관리 요인은 외부접근로의 간격으로 나타났다.

Cost Analysis of Mobility Management Schemes for IP-based Next Generation Mobile Networks (IP기반의 차세대 모바일 네트워크에서 이동성관리 기법의 비용분석)

  • Cost-effective mobility management for the roaming mobile users is very important in the seamless services on next-generation wireless network (NGWN). MIPv6 (Mobile IPv6) is one of the mobility management schemes proposed by the IETF (The Internet Engineering Task Force) and various IPv6-based mobility management schemes have been developed. They are directly involved with data transfer from MN (Mobile Node). In this paper, two kinds of schemes in analyzing of mobility management schemes are proposed. The signaling transfer and packet delivery procedures for each mobility management schemes are analyzed, respectively. The signaling cost for mobility management schemes are calculated, and the cost of each protocol are analyzed numerically. In other word, applying the sum of signaling cost and packet delivery cost to each mobility management scheme, their costs are analyzed. Finally, our performance evaluation results that the network-based mobility management scheme shows better performance in terms of overall cost.

잔디에 발생하는 병에 대한 편견과 해결방안

  • 해마다 여름철이면 장마기간 이후 코스에 발생하는 병으로 인해 우리나라의 골프장들은 많은 어려움 처하곤 한다. 그러나 잔디병에 관한 잘못된 상식과 편견으로 인해 병방제에 필요없는 비용이 소요되는 일이 흔히 발생한다. 향후 우리나라의 골프장이 500개가 넘어 설 예정이며 이러한 시점에서 관리비용을 줄이기 위한 대책 마련이 시급한 상황임을 고려할 때 코스를 최적으로 유지관리 하고 동시에 필요없는 관리비용을 줄이기 위한 노력이 요구되는 시점이다. 이러한 맥락에서 우리가 흔히 생각하고 있는 병에 대한 편견과 또 관리비용을 줄이기 위한 병 방제 시스템에 관해 알아보고자 한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 계절별 기후인자를 고려하여 정성적 및 정량적 위험성 평가를 실시하여 사고 시나리오를 설정하였고, 비용-편익분석을 실시하여 사고 시나리오별 안전관리 비의 효율을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 최악의 시나리오는 비정상조업에서 유지보수 오류이었고, 가능성 있는 시나리오는 HAZOP 구간#4에서 발생되는 가스 누출사고이었으며, 각 사고 시나리오에서 전체 안전관리 투자비에 대한 편익/비용은 0.043과 0.13이었다. 이때 각 사고 시나리오에서 비용 효과적인 안전관리 항목을 평가할 수 있었다.

  • The systematic material and labor management planning should be established on accomplished EVM data. The matrix method of integrated cost and schedule was used with common category concept according to the construction project control system. The construction project control system was suggested through analyzing process and data modeling based on integrated cost, schedule and material. Information of construction project can be developed the relationship between the field data and the integrated cost, schedule database. Process and data modelling is provide a standard data format which are related to the material, labor management based on integrated cost, schedule database.

  • The objective procedure and criterion needs to efficiently perform the safety assessment and improve reliability for results of the cost analysis. There are many studies about cost analysis of safety assessment, but the these studies have problems such as non-quantification of criterions and methods. The purpose of this study to suggest the procedure and criterion for successful cost analysis and quantify cost factors. First, in the cost analysis of the housing reconstruction that is presented this study, determinate the life-cycle and the discount rate, then estimate reconstruction cost and remodeling cost. Finally, compare the annual equivalent LCC of two costs for decision malting to reconstruction or remodeling.

A Study on the Influencing Factors for the Establishment of a Public Asset Management System Based on AHP-ISM (AHP-ISM기반의 공공자산관리 관리체계 영향요인 도출 연구)

  • Many studies have been conducted on asset management of public facilities, as the importance of such management has been increasing. This basic study aims to present strategies for the practical use of public asset management, and seeks to propose efficient management and utilization measures from a cost perspective by comparing and analyzing the importance and impact relationship between cost items for public asset management. In this study, 19 sub-items and the top 4 items were chosen by deriving cost factors based on the previous literature. A survey was conducted, and the results of the survey were analyzed by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) methods. The AHP was used to derive the priority between items, and ISM was used to identify major groups and mutual influences. As a result, those items showing both high priority and high importance, such as user cost, dismantling/disposal cost, replacement cost, maintenance/repair cost, etc. are determined as priority items to be considered for public asset management of public facilities. Also, it is necessary to minimize the impact on other items in public asset management by those items which are impacted less by other items but have significant impact on the items such as initial construction costs, conceptual design costs, construction costs, and supervision costs. It is expected that the results and analysis methods presented in this study can be used to provide strategies for asset management of public facilities.

Improvement of Cost-Schedule integration based Progress Management through PMIS (비용-일정통합기반 진도관리 개선방안)

  • Recently construction projects become more bigger. So construction companies have being performed cost and schedule management task by using PMIS. In engineering and construction phase, progress management which occur the most frequent information I/O(input and output) should be managed effectively by PMIS. Although most information by PMIS manage efficiently, cost-schedule information for progress management is difficult to be managed due to recurrent information input. thus when changed by price fluctuation and change order, progress management could not connnect cost information with schedule information. So it caused inaccuracy of progress measurement and data increase in PMIS. To solve this problem, This study suggests improved module for progress management through integration of cost-schedule using quantity take-offs as progress measurement method.

Bridge Life Cycle Cost Analysis of Preventive Maintenance (예방적 유지관리를 통한 교량의 생애주기비용 절감 효과 분석)

  • The paper aims at evaluating effects of preventive maintenance on life cycle cost(LCC) reduction of bridges. The preventive maintenance activities capable to delay bridge deteriorations can reduce overall maintenance costs and extend service life of a bridge by regularly providing maintenance activities and avoiding larger maintenance(repairs or rehabilitations) costs. Couple of prediction models were proposed in order to calculate LCC of a typical bridge: a health score model and repair rehabilitation cost model. In addition, the maintenance activities such as wash and painting were also suggested in order to consider effects of preventive maintenance in the analysis based on literature reviews. According to analysis results, new maintenance strategy(reactive maintenance + preventive maintenance) can save \0.5 billion per bridge for future life-cycle costs over 100 year analysis or \184 billion for entire HBMS(Highway Bridge Management System) inventory over 20 years. Small investments for preventive maintenance in improved bridge management can have a very significant return when considering the large bridge inventory.
