Adaptive PID Controller for Nonlinear Systems using Fuzzy Model (퍼지 모델을 이용한 비선형 시스템의 적응 PID 제어기)

  • This paper presents an adaptive PID control scheme for nonlinear system. TSK(Takagi-Sugeno-Kang) fuzzy model is used to estimate the error of control input, and the parameters of PID controller are adapted using the error. The parameters of TSK fuzzy model also adapted to plant. The proposed algorithm allows designing adaptive PID controller which Is adapted to the uncertainty of nonlinear plant and the change of parameters. The usefulness of the proposed algorithm is also certificated by the several simulations.

  • The autopilot system of vessel is proposed to take service safety sorority, to elevate service efficiency, to decrease labor and to improve working environment. Ultimate purpose of it is to minimize the number of crew by guaranteeing economical efficiency of shipping service. Recently, the research is being achieving to compensate various nonlinear parameters of vessel and apply it is course keeping control, track keeping control, roll-rudder stabilization, dynamic ship positioning and automatic mooring control etc. using optimizing control technique. Relation between rudder angle controlled by steering machine of vessel and ship-heading angle, and load condition of ship are nonlinear, which affect various parameters of shipping service. The speed and direction of waves, velocity and quantity of wind, which also cause the non-linearity of it. Therefore the autopilot system of ship requires the robust control algorithm can overcome various non-linearity. On this paper, we design the autopilot system of ship, which overcome nonlinear parameters and disturbance of it using Fuzzy Algorithm, evaluate the proposed algorithm and its excellence through simulation

  • 음성신호의 특징적인 성분인 피치를 검출하는 알고리즘 중 실시산 구현이 손쉬운 3단계를 클리핑 알고리즘을 PC상에서의 처리를 위하여 구현하였다. 이 알고리즘을 통하여 검출되는 피치의 안정성 및 정확성을 높이기 위해서 적용된 창함수, LPF, 클리핑 자기상관값계산, 비선형 감쇄, 등의 전처리 필터링과, 배수피치 검출 및 정정, 메디언 필터링을 사용하여 피치를 검출하였다. 또한 이 알고리즘을 이용하여 DSP의 도움을 얻지 않고 PC상에서 음성을 분석하여 스펙트로그램, 파형, 에너지, 피치 등을 출력하는 프로그램인 Visual Analysis Tool for sounds(VAT)의 출력화면을 통하여 피치검출을 나타내었다.

  • An analysis algorithm and a computer program have been developed to clarify the geometrically nonlinear response characteristics of a suspension bridge subject to the support excitation. The Finite Element procedures are utilized for the application to a self-anchored suspension bridge or to a mono-duo cable suspension bridge. The propagation of earthquake wave is simulated by taking a record as the input at the left anchorage of the bridge, and addign appropriate time delay to the other inputs for the purpose of considering the multi-support effects. According to the application for a mono-duo self-anchored suspension bridge, it has been found that the effects of nonlinear behavior and multi-support excitation are notable for this relatively short-spanned suspension bridge.

  • This paper proposes an optimal design method for the nonlinear seismic isolated bridge. The probabilities of failure at the pier and the seismic isolator are considered as objective functions for optimal design, and a multi-objective optimization technique is employed to efficiently explore a set of multiple solutions optimizing mutually-conflicting objective functions at the same time. In addition, a stochastic linearization method is incorporated into the multi-objective optimization framework in order to effectively estimate the stochastic responses of the bridge without performing numerous nonlinear time history analyses during the optimization process. As a numerical example to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method, the Nam-Han river bridge is taken into account, and the proposed method and the existing life-cycle-cost based design method are both applied for the purpose of comparing their seismic performances. The comparative results demonstrate that the proposed method not only shows better seismic performance but also is more economical than the existing cost-based design method. The proposed method is also proven to guarantee improved performance under variations in seismic intensity, in bandwidth and in the predominant frequency of the seismic event.

  • Methods for automatic tuning of PID controllers have been on of the results of the active research on control. The proposed controller also is auto-tuning of PID controller The proposed immune algorithm has an uncomplicated structure and memory-cell mechanism as the optimization algorithm which imitates the principle of humoral immune response. We use the proposed algorithm to solve optimization of PID controller parameters. Up to now, the applications of immune algorithm have been optimization problems with non-varying system parameters. Therefore the usefulness of memory-cell mechanism in immune algorithm is without. And research of memory-cell mechanism does not give us entire satisfaction. This paper proposes the immune algorithm using a memory-cell mechanism which can be the application of system with nonlinear varying parameters. To verify performance of the proposed immune algorithm, the speed control of nonlinear DC motor are performed. The results of Computer simulations represent that the proposed immune algorithm shows a fast convergence speed and a good control performances under the varying system parameters.

  • The equilibrium network design problem can be formulated as a mathematical Program with variational inequality constraints. We know this problem may have may multiple local solutions due to its inherent characteristics - Nonlinear Objective function and Nonlinear, Nonconvex constraints. Hence, it is difficult to solve for a globally optimal solution. In this paper, we propose a genetic algorithm to obtain a globa1 optimum among many local optima. A Proposed a1gorithm is compared with 4 different solution algorithms for 1 small test network and 1 real-size network. The results of some computational testing are reported.

  • 본 논문에서는 particle swarm optimization(PSO)를 통한 비선형시스템의 퍼지집합 퍼지모델의 최적화 방법을 제안한다. 퍼지 모델링에서 전반부 동정, 즉 구조 동정 및 파라미터 동정은 비선형 시스템을 표현하는데 있어서 매우 중요하다. 퍼지모델의 전반부 동정에 있어 최적화 과정이 필요하며 유전자 알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm; GA)을 이용하여 퍼지모델을 최적화한 연구가 많이 있다. 본 연구는 파라미터 동정 시 최근 여러 가지 어려운 최적화 문제를 수행함에 있어서 성능의 우수성이 증명된 PSO를 이용하여 퍼지집합 퍼지모델의 전반부 파라미터를 동정하였다. 구조동정은 단순 유전자 알고리즘(Simple Genetic Algorithm; SGA)을 이용하여 동정하였으며 파라미터 동정시 실수 코딩유전자 알고리즘(Real Coded Genetic Algorithm; RCGA)와 PSO를 각각 파라미터 동정에 이용하여 성능을 비교하였다.
