  • The brand power is getting more important in apartment market so that consumers are accustomed to ask first what the apartment brand is when they are considering to buy an apartment. Even so the brand name is the first factor which approaches to the consumer, message and image can be delivered to customers by visual factors. Since visual image can be effective to remind of customers brand image, construction business company should make portfolio to synthesize brand Image actively. This research investigate images of consistency in extenor and interior design according to the apartments brand. Used lexical meaning of the adjective used to discern standard to extract images, selected survey, and evaluated by step 1 to 5 using semantic differential method, SD. The collected cases are analyzed by using statistics software SPSS for windows release 11.0. This research provides conveyance of the vision image which fits to the brand Image and further design direction.

  • 인터넷진흥원의 자료에 따르면 2009년 5월을 기점으로 전체가구의 80%가 인터넷을 사용하고 있으며 이중 만 3세 이상의 사용자들도 77.2%에 달한다. 또한 전체 사용자 중 블로그 서비스 사용률은 59.7%에 달하고 있다. 블로그와 같은 온라인 커뮤니케이션 서비스의 확대는 생산적 소비자의 확대를 가져왔고 동시에 블로그를 기업 마케팅의 전략 창구로서 변화 시키고 있다. 기업이 직접 블로그를 운영하게 될 때는 콘텐트를 블로그에 게시하는 것 만으로 끝나지 않는다. 언제, 어디서, 어떻게 콘텐트가 읽혀졌는지, 콘텐트가 기업의 브랜드 이미지에 어떤 영향을 가지는가 등의 콘텐트 분석 또한 필수적인 요소가 되는 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 브랜드 블로그의 콘텐트를 분석하기 위한 분석 시스템을 개발하고 이를 적용시켜 브랜드 블로그 상의 콘텐트 추적 결과를 논해보고자 한다.

A Study on Airline Goods Marketing Factors Affecting Brand Loyalty (브랜드 충성도에 영향을 미치는 항공사 굿즈 마케팅 영향요인 연구)

  • This paper describes the significant effects of customer's PAD emotional response according to consumption value of airline goods on brand charisma, brand attitude, and brand loyalty. The result shows that among the consumption values, epistemic value, emotional value, and self-expressive value have a positive effect on PAD emotional response. In addition it was found that the PAD emotional response had positive influence on brand charisma but had no effect on brand attitude. Brand charisma was found to have significant positive influence on brand attitude and both brand charisma and brand attitude had positive effect on brand loyalty. Through the results of this study, airline goods products are an effective means to increase brand loyalty. Further more, this study provides academic and business implications for effective airline goods marketing.

Effects of Relationship Marketing Activities on Customer Equity Drivers and Customer Behaviors (관계마케팅활동이 고객자산동인과 고객행동에 미치는 영향)

  • For many firms, customers are their most valuable assets. This is a shift in the interest of managers and researchers from a traditional focus on product management to a more recent focus on customer management. And they manage their customers with relationship marketing. Despite the recent academic interest in the study of customer equity, prior research has focused on brand equity and limited relationship mediated variate such as satisfaction, commitment and trust. This paper suggests customer equity drives with mediated variate and examines how relationship marketing can generate drives of customer equity and influence on customer behaviors. The results are like this. First, customer equity drives include value, brand and relationship equity and they mediate between relationship marketing activities and customer behaviors. Second, financial, social and structural activities have significant impact on repurchase, positive word of mouth, and cross purchase through customer equity drives. Third, this study tried to organize literature on customer equity systematically. It will become the foundation of follow-up studies.

Convergence study of the in-flight meal quality on customer satisfaction, brand image and brand loyalty in airlines (항공사 기내식 서비스품질과 고객만족, 브랜드이미지, 브랜드충성도에 관한 융합연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the convergence of the in-flight meal quality, the customer satisfaction, the brand image and brand loyalty. A total of 170 questionnaires were finally used for the 'analysis of factors, analysis of reliance, analysis of corelation and multiple regression analysis.' We found out that the in-flight meal quality came up with the food factor, service factor and cleanliness factor. The results of the study are as follows; First, only the food factor and the service factor positively affected the customer satisfaction. Second, the food factor and the service factor positively affected the brand image. Third, the customer satisfaction positively affected the brand image and the brand loyalty. Lastly, the brand image positively affected the brand loyalty. According to this study, the in-flight meal quality, customer satisfaction, brand image and brand lo oyalty in the airline service are very important factors for a successful marketing strategy.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perception factors on the brand apartment for customer satisfaction by classifying perception factors into environmental factor, interior factor, brand value factor, economic factor and social factor. Variables used in this study were compiled from the survey, which was done by the people living in Pusan from Aug. 17, 2009 to Aug. 31, 2009. In the results of this study, the perception that the brand apartment had better interior quality, brand value, saleability and possibility of price rising than the common one had effects on customer satisfaction. This study analyzed the effect of perception factors on the brand apartment for post-purchase satisfaction of customer. It is expected that the results of study would help construction companies establish marketing strategies to increase customer's interest and develop the brand apartment in consideration of perception factors with a high post-purchase satisfaction.

  • This study identifies the pet-name using the celebrity's endorser and the pet-naming effect by the subject of creating brand identity. For this study, pet-naming types are made up of 3 types(non pet-named/pet-naming by company intention/pet-naming by customer's word of mouth). As the results of this study, pet-naming types affects the perceived value. The perceived value has a perfect mediating effect between pet-naming types and consumer response. Also, the level of informative interpersonal influence has significant interaction effect between pet-naming types and perceived value. The research, therefore, reaches several important conclusions. First, when the pet-naming types were consisted, customer's brand identity creating phenomenon was included. Second, pet-naming types affects the confirmed perceived value which is the customer's view. Third, susceptibility to interpersonal influence was differently identified with normative interpersonal influences and informative interpersonal influences. Furthermore, this study analyzes the market's behavior trends, and in extend the progression of pet-name marketing.

  • This study suggested model that the practical core process of regional city image which are city identity and strategies of the conservation, promotion and development in city development. In this paper compared and suggested city images as the urban culture strategies, its limitation and evolution in Daejeon metropolitan city as regional developmental paradigm. And this paper present the core idea of city brand and guide line for the success strategies of City marketing in Daejeon. We examined the analysis of positioning on differentiation and symbolism as City brand in Daejeon. This paper suggest we understand that city design and city marketing as universal and sustainability design.

  • 외국과 비교해볼 때 국내 시장의 장점은 소비자 입장에서 저렴하고 좋은 제품을 선택할 수 있다는 점이다. 각 브랜드에서 지난 해 말부터 많은 신제품을 출시하고 있는 가운데, 경쟁이 좋은 기회를 만들기도 하지만 연구/개발의 활성화를 위해서는 소비자의 옳은 판단과 지원이 필요하다. 올 하반기에도 여러 신제품의 출시와 마케팅 활동이 전개될 것으로 보인다. 국내 기업의 해외시장 공략과 외국 기업의 국내 브랜드 영업의 두 물살 사이에서 올해와 내년의 시장 흐름이 프린터 업계의 구조적인 틀을 결정하게 되는 전환점이 될 것이다.

  • 브랜딩(branding) 또는 브랜드 마케팅이란 브랜드를 타사의 것과 차별화하는 과정으로 이해하는 경우가 많다. 포지셔닝(Positioning)의 두 가지 축은 동일성(Point of parity)과 차별성(Point of difference)이다. 동일성에 대한 연상을 소비자에게 심어주고 그 바탕위에서 차별성을 심어주어야 하는 것이다. 차별화와 동일성 양자는 모두 중요하며, 이것은 적절하게 조화를 이루어야 하는 것이다.
