Objectives : The purpose of this preliminary study was to investigate job stress and stress coping strategy among workers in a regional statistics office. Methods : A total of 133 workers in regional statistics office participated in this study and they were divided into two groups, survey group(n=109) and support group(n=24) depending on relation to statistical survey task. They were asked to respond to Short Form of Korean Occupational Stress Scale(KOSS-SF) and Stress Coping Strategy(SCS) to investigate sociodemographic characteristics, job stress, and stress coping strategy. Results : The proportion of the 133 participants in the sample was 59(44.4%) of men, 74(55.6%) of women. There were no significant differences in KOSS-SF scores in relation to age, sex, education, and marital status, while the KOSS-SF scores were significantly different between the two groups. In regard to the subscales of KOSS-SF, the two groups had significant differences in insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity, and organization system. In addition, the total score of KOSS-SF had a negative correlation with problem-focused coping strategy and social support coping strategy of SCS. Conclusions : Our results suggest that workers of survey group had more job stress compared to those who works in support group in regional statistical office. In addition, in comparison with workers of support group, both men and women of survey group get stressed when they were confronted with interpersonal conflicts. Our results suggest that using problem-focused coping and social support coping strategy lowers job stress.
In this study we have tried to explain the barrel-shaped morphology for young supernova remnants considering the dynamical effects of the ejecta. We consider the magnetic field amplification resulting from the Rayleigh-Taylor instability near the contact discontinuity. We can generate the synthetic radio image assuming the cosmic-ray pressure and calculate the azimuthal intensity ratio (A) to enable a quantitative comparison with observations. The postshock magnetic field are amplified by shearing, stretching, and compressing at the R-T finger boundary. The evolution of the instability strongly depends on the deceleration of the ejecta and the evolutionary stage of the remnant. the strength of the magnetic field increases in the initial phase and decreases after the reverse shock passes the constant density region of the ejecta. However, some memory of the earlier phases of amplification is retained in the interior even when the outer regions turn into a blast wave. The ratio of the averaged magnetic field strength at the equator to the one at the pole in the turbulent region can amount to 7.5 at the peak. The magnetic field amplification can make the large azimuthal intensity ratio (A=15). The magnitude of the amplification is sensitive to numerical resolution. This mens the magnetic field amplification can explain the barrel-shaped morphology of young supernova remnant without the dependence of the efficiency of the cosmic-ray acceleration on the magnetic field configuration. In order for this mechanism to be effective, the surrounding magnetic field must be well-ordered. The small number of barrel-shaped remnants may indicate that this condition rarely occurs.

Students with intellectual disabilities typically have great difficulties communicating their needs and wants and may get frustrated, anxious or show signs of aggressive behaviour. They are often unable to understand the concept of relationships with other people as well. This lack of social communication and interaction leads to poor motivation which increases other areas of difficulty in their lives. Therefore, to teach students with intellectual disabilities, it is essential to find special teaching methods to support their positive behavior. This paper proposes that special educational curriculum for students with intellectual impairments utilize natural environments(forests) and materials. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Educational Programs Utilizing Forests on maladjusted behavior of students with mental retardation and to examine the positive effects of such planning practices. The subjects were middle school students who attended a special school for mentally-retarded students. They were divided into two separate groups- an experimental group and a control group. All subjects received the pre and post test using the same method. This program was applied to the formal educational process of middle school from March 1st to October 30th, 2009. In this experiment the results indicate that the effect of using a natural environment(forest) and the materials within a formal educational curriculum was positive as a type of horticultural therapy and that it supports positive behavior strategies in students with intellectual impairments. The usage of various natural materials including plants and flowers within the natural environments provide students with increased opportunities to participate. Teaching methods including natural materials help teachers engage with their students more easily during routine activities as their interest is already stimulated. This project will help students with intellectual impairments to build skills which enable effective participation and increase independence throughout their lives. This should be embedded into both routine and planned activities of the classroom Also, it offers a needed interior plan for the treatment space through an analysis of psychological factors of how the environment affects students.

The use of oxy-fuel combustion and flue gas recirculation (FGR) for $CO_2$ reduction has been studied by many researchers. This study focused on the characteristics of oxy-fuel combustion and the effects of $CO_2$ addition from the point of view of oxygen feeding ratio (OFR) and the position of $CO_2$ addition in order to reproduce an FGR system with a triple concentric multi-jet burner. Oxy-fuel combustion was stable at all OFRs at a fuel flow-rate of 15 lpm, which corresponds to an equivalence ratio of 0.93; however, the structure and length of the flame varied at different OFRs. When $CO_2$ was added in oxy-fuel combustion, various stability modes such as stable, transient, quasistable, unstable, and blow-out were observed. The temperature in the combustion chamber decreased upon $CO_2$ addition in all conditions, and the maximum reduction in temperature was below 1800 K. $CO_2$ concentration with respect to height varied with the volume percent of $CO_2$ at the nozzle tip.

Using a finite volume ocean circulation model based on an unstructured grid (FVCOM), we studied the structure of a fresh water bulge that influences on the Region Of Freshwater Influence. Fresh water discharged a river forms a coastal boundary current to the righthand side and a cyclonically circulation freshwater bulge that grows with time. In the middle of the bulge, vertical motions bring fresh water to the bottom. When tidal motions are included, the bulge disappears while the boundary currents becomes wider. Through a simple comparison of areas occupied low salinity water we quantified vertical and horizontal mixing due to the tide and showed that the tidal motion enhances the vertical mixing. During the first few tidal cycles right after the onset of the river discharge, due to tidal excursion the horizontal mixing becomes stronger. The vertical mixing by the tide mixes the fresh water After a certain time the water around the river mouth is well mixed and the horizontal excursion of the fresh water near the river mouth does not have much effect on the horizontal mixing. When there is no tidal motion horizontal mixing is mainly by the inertial instability at the surface and the horizontal mixing becomes stronger over time.

The purpose of this study is to contribute enhancing the accuracy of viewshed analysis through the explanation for an analysis method of viewshed analysis using GIS. According to previous studies, the visible area using digital terrain in viewshed analysis depends on a visible interest area, scale of terrain, spatial resolution and surface data. In this study, we used trend analysis and RMSE analysis in order to find the effect of a visible interest area, scale of terrain, etc in viewshed analysis. Results of this study are as follows. First, the result of viewshed analysis depends on a visible interest area, scale of terrain, spatial resolution, surface data such as previous studies. Second, the results in forest area are reliable than those of flat area in terms of a visible interest area. Third, the results based on raster grid data are stable than those of TIN(triangulated irregular network) in terms of input surface data. Fourth, according to the result of trend and RMSE analysis, the spatial resolution for analysis is differently applied to different scales digital terrain map in viewshed analysis. In detail, it is desirable that the spatial resolution is set less than 10m(in the case of 1/1,000 digital terrain map), 20m(in the case of 1/5,000 map), 30m(1/25,000 map).

In this research, thermal design data such as heat transfer coefficient on the wall surface required for ventilation system design which is to prevent the temperature rise in the underground utility tunnel that three sides are adjoined with the ground was investigated in numerical analalysis. The numerical model has been devised including the tunnel lining of the underground utility tunnel in order to take account for the heat transfer in the tunnel walls. The air temperature in the tunnel, wall temperature, and the heating value through the wall based on heating value(117~468 kW/km) of the power cable installed in the tunnel and the wind speed in the tunnel(0.5~4.0 m/s) were calculated by CFD simulation. In addition, the wall heat transfer coefficient was computed from the results analysis, and the limit distance used to keep the air temperature in the tunnel stable was examined through the research. The convective heat transfer coefficient at the wall surface shows unstable pattern at the inlet area. However, it converges to a constant value beyond approximately 100 meter. The tunnel wall heat transfer coefficient is $3.1{\sim}9.16W/m^2^{\circ}C$ depending on the wind speed, and following is the dimensionless number:$Nu=1.081Re^{0.4927}({\mu}/{\mu}_w)^{0.14}$. This study has suggested the prediction model of temperature in the tunnel based on the thermal resistance analysis technique, and it is appraised that deviation can be used in the range of 3% estimation.
This study research the effect that the reality therapy program reduces the occupational stress in company employee. The subjects of this research were company employees aged 30 to 49 in the A area and they work more than 2 years in company. They were divided into two groups: an experimental group of 10 company employee, and a control groups of 10 company employee. and executed the program to the experiment group. A measurement tool was used a standard occupational stress scale for korean employee that developed by The Korean Society of Occupational Stress. For the purpose of the study, it was t-test to analyze collected data. The result of the study was that the occupational stress in an experiment group which take part in the reality therapy program was meaning statistically reduced than the control group by p<.001. In the subordinate measure of occupational stress, the occupational demand, organization system, requital inappropriateness score has a significant result by p<.01 and the occupational self-regulation, relation discord, and occupational insecurity score has a significant result by p<.05. In sum, the occupational stress score of treatment group which take part in the reality program reduce significantly than the scores of control group. Thus, the reality therapy program significantly effect to reduced the company employee's occupational stress.
An experimental study is performed in order to catch the characteristics of the flow field at arrested salt wedge, using a rectangular open channel. Arrested salt wedge is generally so stable that the observations are easy, but velocities and interfacial waves are measured with the aid of visualization method, by injection of fluorescent dyes. The density interface, which is defined as the zone of maximum density variation with depth, exists in about 0.5 cm below the visual interface, and vertical density profile is quite well satisfied with Homeborn model. Interfacial layer has high turbulent intensity and its thickness decreases as the overall Richardson number increases and has magnitude of roughly 17% of upper layer. Cross-sectional velocity distribution just shows the influence of a side-wall friction and in the upper layer vertical velocity profile also becomes uniformly as Reynolds number increases, but in the lower layer it shows nearly parabolic type. Supposes that we divide salt wedge into three domains, that is, river mouth, intermediate and tip zone, entertainment coefficient is small at the intermediate zone and large at the river mouth and the tip zone. River mouth or intermediate zone has comparatively stable interface and capillary wave therefore s produced and propagated downstream. On the other hand, tip zone is very unstable, cusping ripple or bursting ripple is then produced incessantly. Arrested salt wedge form is nearly linear and has no relation to densimetric Froude number and Reynolds number.
The DMPT produced by marine algae is the main biogenic precursor of oceanic DMS. Also, DMPT is an efficient stimulant for growth, feeding, and body movement of fish and striped prawn, and appears to play a physiologic role as an osmoprotectant in algae. This study was focused on the extraction of dimethyl-$\beta$-propiothetin as bioactive substance from green seaweed. Identification and quantification of dimethyl-$\beta$-propiothetin were measured by headspace gas chromatography after conversion to dimethyl sulfide by treatment with saturated NaOH solution. Dimethyl-$\beta$-propiothetin was extracted through various processes(solvent extraction, ultrasonication, boiling and autoclaving) from Enteromorpha intesinalis. The content of dimethyl-$\beta$-propiothetin extracted by autoclaving treatment showed higher than those of various extraction methods. Dimethyl-$\beta$-propiothetin content in extract of Enteromorpha Enteromorpha was 311,200ng/g after autoclaving at 121$^{\circ}C$ for 60min. Dimethyl-$\beta$-propiothetin in extract of Enteromorpha intestinalis was comparatively stable under low temperature. The retentions of dimethyl-$\beta$-propiothetin content in extract of Enteromorpha intestinalis were 75.8 ~99.8% by incubation at 10~6$0^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours. Chemical decomposition of dimethyl-$\beta$-propiothetin was observed under laboratory conditions at pH values higher than 9.5.
