Illegal and harmful contents on the Internet has been an issue and been increased in Korea. They are often posted on the billboard and website of small enterprise and government office. Those illegal and harmful contents can relate to crime and suspicious activity, so, we need a detection system. However, to date the detection itself has been conducted manually by a person. In this paper, we develop an automated URL detection scheme for detecting a drug trafficking by using Google. This system works by analyzing the frequently used keywords in a drug trafficking and generate a keyword dictionary to store words for future search. The suspected drug trafficking URL are automatically collected based on the keyword dictionary by using Google search engine. The suspicious URL can be detected by classifying and numbering each domain from the collection of the suspected URL. This proposed automated URL detection can be an effective solution for detecting a drug trafficking, also reducing time and effort consumed by human-based URL detection.

소셜미디어 사용이 증가하면서 성 착취물, 불법 촬영물과 같은 디지털 성범죄 또한 확산되는 추세이다. 소셜미디어에서 검색어 차단 정책 등을 통해 디지털 성범죄를 제재하기 위한 노력이 이루어지고 있으나, 은어 및 다양한 변형어를 사용한 우회 검색을 모두 차단하는 것이 어려울 뿐 아니라, 단시간에도 방대한 양의 데이터가 생성되는 소셜미디어 특성상 범죄 관련 게시글을 모두 식별해 내는 것이 현실적으로 불가능하다. 따라서 능동적이고 고도화된 크롤링 기술 개발을 통해 소셜미디어상의 범죄를 실시간 탐지하는 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 성범죄 관련 데이터가 빈번하게 관찰되는 트위터를 대상으로 성 착취물 및 불법 촬영물 정보를 수집하기 위한 검색 키워드를 정의하고, 실제 트위터 크롤링을 수행하여 텔레그램, 디스코드, 라인 등과 같은 다른 소셜미디어에 성범죄물이 유포되는 정황을 URL, 코드, 해시태그 추출을 통해 확보하는 수사 기술을 개발한다.

An international study on Class B AIS for Non-SOLAS vessels is in progress through IMO and IEC. The IEC issued CDV(Committee Draft for Vote) on March 3, 2005, as IEC 62287, which includes operational and performance requirements, methods of test and required test results about Class B AIS. In this paper, we proposed the method of making Class B AIS properly onboard. This research deals with the problems of introducing Class B AIS which is properly applicable on small fishing vessels as well as domestic Non-SOLAS vessels. Moreover, several technical considerations were suggested to develop a national technical standards for Class B AIS.

DRM은 단순 보안 기술이 아니라 디지털 콘텐츠의 불법 유통과 복제 방지 및 불법 사용자의 콘텐츠 사용 차단, 지불, 결제 등이 결합한 과금 서비스 등이 결합된 보다 포괄적인 개념의 기술입니다. DRM을 적응하는데 있어서, 온라인 콘텐츠 저작자, 포털이나 이동통신사 등의 저작인접권자, 콘텐츠 소비자, MP3 플래이어나 PMP 등의 재생기기 제작자, 심지어 DRM 솔루션 개발회사 등 많은 이해 관계자들의 이해관계가 얽히게 되며, 따라서 DRM 현황을 이해하고 이슈들을 다루기 위해서는 현재의 비즈니스적인 현황과 기술적인 현황을 함께 고려할 필요성이 있습니다. 또한, 특정 유형의 콘텐츠, 예를 들어 온라인 음악 mp3 파일에 적용된 DRM 현황을 이해하는데 있어서, 다른 콘텐츠에서는 볼 수 없는 해당 콘텐츠 만의 시장 상황과 기술적인 요소들을 좀 더 세부적으로 다룰 필요성이 있습니다. 본 논문에서는 '온라인 음악 콘텐츠 DRM의 비호환'이라는 한정된 주제를 가지고 이에 대한 시장 현황, DRM 적용 현황 및 문제점, 기술 접근 유형 등에 대한 분석을 종합적으로 다루고자 합니다.

Recently, the crime that utilizes the digital platform is continuously increasing. About 140,000 cases occurred in 2015 and about 150,000 cases occurred in 2016. Therefore, it is considered that there is a limit handling those online crimes by old-fashioned investigation techniques. Investigators' manual online search and cognitive investigation methods those are broadly used today are not enough to proactively cope with rapid changing civil crimes. In addition, the characteristics of the content that is posted to unspecified users of social media makes investigations more difficult. This study suggests the site-based collection and the Open API among the content web collection methods considering the characteristics of the online media where the infringement crimes occur. Since illegal content is published and deleted quickly, and new words and alterations are generated quickly and variously, it is difficult to recognize them quickly by dictionary-based morphological analysis registered manually. In order to solve this problem, we propose a tokenizing method in the existing dictionary-based morphological analysis through WPM (Word Piece Model), which is a data preprocessing method for quick recognizing and responding to illegal contents posting online infringement crimes. In the analysis of data, the optimal precision is verified through the Vote-based ensemble method by utilizing a classification learning model based on supervised learning for the investigation of illegal contents. This study utilizes a sorting algorithm model centering on illegal multilevel business cases to proactively recognize crimes invading the public economy, and presents an empirical study to effectively deal with social data collection and content investigation.

2005년 을유년 닭의 해가 새롭게 시작됐다. 지난해 모바일 게임 시장은 200%이상의 높은 성장률을 기록해 좋은 결과를 나타냈지만, 불법 복제 및 일부 게임회사에 집중되는 아쉬움을 나타냈다. 2005년에는 어느정도의 시장규모가 예측되고 , 또한 어떠한 이슈들이 기다리고 있는지 살펴보자. 어떤것을 전망하는 것은 참 어려운 일이다. 스포츠에서도 많은 전문가들이 예측을 하지만, 의외의 결과가 일어나듯이 모바일 게임 시장 역시 그때그때 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있기 때문이다. 요즘 유행하는 그때 '그때 달라요'라는 유행어가 2005년의 전망을 한마디로 표현할 수 있는 말이겠지만, 그래도 몇가지 이슈를 살펴보면서 2005년 모바일 시장을 가늠해 보고자 한다.

삼중자망 어업은 어떤 형태나 크기의 생물이 내유 하든지 어획이 가능하며, 또한 치자어 남획에 대한문제가 제기되어 우리나라에서는 자원 보호적인 측면에서 일부해역, 특정 어종을 제외하고 법적으로 허가가 금지된 어업이다. 그러나 특별한 어로설비를 필요로 하지 않으며, 어업기술 수준이 낮아도 조업이 가능하다는 점과 어획성능이 타 업종에 비해 높다는 이유로 연아어업자의 30％이상이 불법어구임을 알면서도 조업을 하고 있으며, 그 수는 계속적으로 증가되고 있는 추세이다. (중략)

Since the use of the Internet has proliferated, the availability of illegal and harmful content has been a great concern to both governments and Internet users. Among various solutions for issues related to such content, Internet content filtering technologies have been developed for enabling users to deal with harmful content. In recent years, commercial filtering has become massively popular. Many parents, teachers and even governments have chosen commercial filtering software as a feasible technical solution for protecting minors from harmful information on the Internet. The Internet content filtering software market has grown significantly. However, Internet content filtering software has led to intense debate among civil liberties groups, They deem this to be censorship and argue that Internet filtering technologies are simply unworkable because they have inherent weaknesses. They are critical of the fact that most filtering has violated free speech rights and will eventually wipe out honor and controversial, yet innocent incidences of free speech on the Internet. In this article Internet content filtering, in particular PICS/RDF-based label filtering, so-called Internet content rating system, will be explored and its advantages and drawbacks relating to end-users' autonomy and freedom of expression will be discussed.

The Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries promoted the installation of eel-ladder for the purpose of creating inland water resources. Currently, eel-ladder have been installed and operated at the Geumgang Estuary Bank (2018), Yeongam Embankment (2019), and Asanman Embankment (2020). In this study, the number of glass eels in eel-ladder in 2021 was monitored and factors affecting the rise that from ocean to river of eels were investigated. Glass eels in eel-ladder were found when the salinity was relatively low, and they started when the freshwater and seawater temperatures were above 20℃. Comparing the number of occurrences by year, the largest number of glass eels was observed in 2021, but it is judged that this is not according to the distribution of glass eels in sea, but rather as a result of the investigator's eel-ladder repair and guidance on illegal fishing.

남획에 의한 어자원 감소와 오염으로 인한 해양 환경의 변화, 그리고 주변국과의 어업협정 체결 및 수입 개방 조치 등에 의한 어업정책의 변경으로 어업인의 소득이 심각한 타격을 입게 되면서, 어획 성능이 우수하고 조업 방식이 간편하며 소요 경비가 절감되는 어구어법으로의 전환이 빠르게 진행되고 있는 실정이다. 삼중자망은 홑자망, 통발에 비해 조업방법이 간단하고 특별한 어로설비를 필요로 하지 않으며 우수한 어획성능을 가지고 있어 어업인들이 선호하고 있으나 심각한 자원 남획을 유발하는 어구이기 때문에, 삼중자망의 불법사용에 대한 규제와 단속을 지속적으로 실시하고 있다.
