회전력을 받는 플라이휠의 구조해석에 관한 연구 (Study on Structural Analysis of Flywheel under Rotary Power)

  • This study analyzes flywheel through the analyses of stress, fatigue and vibration. Maximum equivalent stress is 15.271MPa at the mid round shape and maximum deformation is 0.02264mm at the outer teeth. Among the cases of nonuniform fatigue loads, 'SAE bracket history' with the severest change of load becomes most unstable but 'Sample history' becomes most stable. In case of 'Sample history' with the average stress of -$10^4$MPa and the amplitude stress of 1000 to 2900MPa, the possibility of maximum damage becomes 30%. This stress state can be 20 times greater than the damage possibility of 'SAE bracket history' or 'SAE transmission'. The range of natural frequencies becomes 200 to 820Hz and the values of these deformations are not more than 10mm. The structural result of this study can be effectively utilized with the design of flywheel by investigating prevention and durability against its damage.

불규칙 가진을 받는 비선형계의 확률론적 진동평가 (Vibration Evaluation of Non-linear System under Random Excitations by Probabilistic Method)

  • Vibration of a non-linear system under random excitations was evaluated by probabilistic methods. The non-linear characteristic terms of a system structure were quasi-linearized and excitation terms were remained as they were. An analytical method where the square mean of error was minimized was used. An alternative method was an energy method where the damping energy and restoring energy of the linearized system were equalized to those of the original non-linear system. The numerical results were compared with those obtained by Monte Carlo simulation. The comparison showed the results obtained by Monte Carlo simulation located between those by the analytical method and those by the energy method.

  • Composite materials also known as fiber reinforced plastics have been developed and used in many engineering applications due to their outstanding mechanical properties. Laminated plates as structural components that are made of in composite material are widely used. Therefore, nonlinear response of laminated composite plates modeled with finite elements and excited by stochastic loading is studied. The classical laminated plate theory is used to account for the variation of strains through the thickness for modeling laminated thin plates. Approximate nonlinear random vibration analysis is performed using the method of equivalent linearization to account for material non-linearity.

NVH 성능향상을 위한 복곡 자동차 패널의 효과 (Effect of the Curved Automotive Panels for NVH Performance Improvement)

  • In order to enhance the dynamic stiffness of automotive panel, effect of bead and curved surface was investigated. Modal test was performed for principle specimens which have various kinds of beads, holes and curved surfaces. Test was also performed for conventional dash panel assembly and rear floor panel assembly and curved shaped ones. Results showed that curved shape increased the natural frequency of automotive panel more effectively than the bead. Finite element analysis was also performed and yielded good match with the test results.

  • 본 논문에서는 교량의 자유진동 모드의 중첩원리를 이용하여 KTX-교량의 동적상호작용 해석법을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 모드중첩법에 기초한 3차원 교량-차량의 에너지 식으로부터 에너지원리를 적용하여 교량과 차량의 상호작용을 고려할 수 있는 운동방정식을 유도한다. 이때 운동방정식의 해는 Newmark-${\beta}$ 방법을 사용한다. 그리고 궤도의 불규칙성은 FRA의 6등급 분류규정을 고려하여 각 등급별로 고속철도의 열차속도에 따르는 응답을 분석한다. 실제 고속철도에 사용되는 PSC 박스형 교량을 상용프로그램(MIDAS)를 이용하여 모델링하고 그로부터 각 모드별 형상을 얻어내어 본 논문에서 개발한 열차-교량 상호작용 프로그램에 입력하여 상호작용 해석을 수행한다.

  • A dynamic design process was proposed for the design of the secondary suspension characteristics of a magnetically levitated vehicle(MAGLEV). It is based on a ride quality-secondary stroke trade-off. For the vertical vibration analysis, a magnetically levitated vehicle was simplified as 2 d.o.f. linear model, and FRA's class-6-track irregularities were considered as exciting disturbances. The optimum value of airspring stiffness and damping coefficient for the secondary suspension of a prototype MAGLEV was determined using this proposed design process.

  • The problem of reducing the vibration level of elastic plates driven by multiple random point forces is analyzed in this study. First, the analytical solution for the vibration level of finite thin plates with four simply supported edges under the action of multiple random point force is derived. By assuming the plates to be lightly damped, an approximate solution for the vibration level of the plate is obtained. A numerical study is carried out to determine an optimal spacing distance between the multiple point forces in order to produce a relative minimum in the plate's vibration level. The optimal spacing distance is shown to depend on the given excitation band. The effects of wave cancellation in the near field of the multiple point forces are discussed by using the equivalence of certain stationary random responses and deterministic pulse responese.

한국형 고속전철의 주행진동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dynamic Characteristics on the Test Line for Korean High Speed Train)

  • Korean High Speed Train(KHST) has been tested on the high speed test line in Osung site of Korea High Speed Rail Construction Authority (KHRC). since it was developed as G7 Project Plan In 2002. This paper introduces the dynamic test devices in KHST and shows the comparison between the results of test and theoretical computing results which derive from the new model for KHST dynamic behavior. Previous computer simulation model for KHST was developed to review wether the vehicle system was satisfied with the dynamic performance requirements during the design procedure. But It should be applied the results of the parts test for suspension elements in order to compare between the results of computation and real test. Using VAMPIRE Program made by AEA Technology in UK. the new model also was modified. This paper shows that the static wheel loads calculated from new model is similar to test results. For test on high speed line, we prepared the test devices for evaluating the dynamic performances. which was consisted of the accelerometers( based on Kisler Co.) and the data aquisition systems (based on National instrument Co.), and test program coded by LabView 6i program. These lest devices and programs are flexible to extension the channels for adding sensors and connect to the ethernet network. The acceleration of car bodies, bogie frames and axle boxes were compared between the results of computation and test at 150km/. This paper shows that the results of test were high in high frequency band range but similar frequency band range. It might be considered that these differences were caused by the test which did not performed at constant speed for comparison analysis. Also. It will be able to understand the differences and make better results through a lot of tests planed in future.

계면금속(Sn)이 흡착된 Ge(111)표면에서의 Ge의 층상성장에 대한 연구 (A Study of Epitaxial Growth on the Clean and Surfactant (Sn) Adsorbed Surface of Ge(111))

  • RHEED(Reflection High Energy Electron Diffraction)상(pattern)의 거울반사점 (specular spot) 강도의 주기적인 진동을 이용하여, 계면금속(surfactant)Sn을 흡착하지 않은 경우와 흡착한 경우 Ge(111)표면 위에서 Ge의 층상성장을 조사하였다. 계면금속을 흡착하지 않았을 경우, 기판온도 $200^{\circ}C$에서 반점의 강도가 24ML정도 안정되게 진동하는 것으로 보 아, Ge층상성장의 최적온도로 생각되었다. 계면금속(Sn) 0.5ML를 Ge(111) 표면위에 흡착시 킨 후, Ge성장에서는 기판온도 $200^{\circ}C$에서 성장초기에 불규칙한 진동이 나타났으며, 반점강 도의 주기적인 운동이 흡착하지 않은 경우 보다 더 큰 진폭으로 38ML이상까지 관찰되었으 며 Ge이 성장하는 동안 d2$\times$2 구조의 변화가 없었다. 이는 계면금속이 교환작용으로 성장표 면 쪽으로 편석(segregation)하면서 흡착원자의 표면확산 거리를 저해시켜 3차원적 핵성장 에 의한 층상성장을 저해하고 대신 2차원적 성장을 도우는 것으로 생각된다.

최근 태풍의 Simulation 평가 (Estimate of Simulation for Recent Typhoons)

  • 시공간적으로 불규칙하게 작용하는 태풍의 변동풍속은 지표면의 조도에 의해 많은 영향을 받으며, 이러한 불규칙한 변동풍속을 받는 저층 중층 고층건물의 안전 및 사용성의 평가는 이와 관련한 많은 파라미터에 의해 평가되고 있다. 최근 우리나라를 통과한 태풍 매미(2003), 곰파스(2010), 템빈(2012)의 변동풍속자료로부터 난류의 특성 및 스펙트럼의 평가를 알아 보기 위하여 6개의 대표지점을 선정했고, 선정된 각 지점에 대한 변동풍속자료는 기상청으로부터 획득했지만, 이 자료는 지상 10m 높이에서 관측되었고 1분의 평균자료이다. 이러한 기상청의 자료는 실측자료이기는 하나 1분 평균에 의한 진동수의 영역별 영향이 평균화될 수 있고, 높이에 따른 변동풍속의 특성을 잘 나타내지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 고층건물에 영향을 미치는 지상 200m 높이에서의 변동풍속에 대한 확률분포, 난류특성 및 스펙트럼을 평가하기 위하여 기상청 자료와 Monte Carlo Simulation 방법을 이용하여 변동풍속을 해석한 후 비교 검토하였다.
