In this paper, a new dynamic D-flip-flop which does not suffer from charge sharing and glitch problems is proposed. And a dual-modulus divide-by-128/129 prescaler has been designed with the proposed D-flip-flops using a 0.6$0.6{\mu}m$ CMOS technology. Eleven-transistor architecture enables it to operate at the higher frequency range and the transistor merging technique contributes to the reduction of power consumption. At 5V supply voltage, the simulated maximum operating frequency and the current consumption of the divide-by-128/129 prescaler are 1.97GHz and 7.453mA, respectively.

.In this paper the efficient clock recovery algorithm is proposed to regenerate the manchester code at the system using the Manchester encoding scheme such as LAN. Mobile communication and digital communication systems. The proposed clock recovery circuit recovers the clock using the two times of the same original transmitted frequency can be completely recovered. The implementation of the proposed clock recovery circuit and the interpretation of test results prove the validity of the proposed algorithm.

Purpose: Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was usually performed by the batch assay. To improve the efficiency of RIA without increase of the cost and time, random assay could be a choice. We investigated the possibility of the random assay using automatic dispenser by assessing the agreement between batch assay and random assay. Materials and Methods: The experiments were performed with four items; Triiodothyronine (T3), free thyroxine (fT4), Prostate specific antigen (PSA), Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). In each item, the sera of twenty patients, the standard, and the control samples were used. The measurements were done 4 times with 3 hour time intervals by random assay and batch assay. The coefficient of variation (CV) of the standard samples and patients' data in T3, fT4, PSA, and CEA were assessed. ICC (Intraclass correlation coefficient) and coefficient of correlation were measured to assessing the agreement between two methods. Results: The CVs (%) of T3, fT4, PSA, and CEA measured by batch assay were 3.2$\pm$1.7%, 3.9$\pm$2.1%, 7.1$\pm$6.2%, 11.2$\pm$7.2%. The CVs by random assay were 2.1$\pm$1.7%, 4.8$\pm$3.1%, 3.6$\pm$4.8%, and 7.4$\pm$6.2%. The ICC between the batch assay and random assay were 0.9968 (T3), 0.9973 (fT4), 0.9996 (PSA), and 0.9901 (CEA). The coefficient of correlation between the batch assay and random assay were 0.9924(T3), 0.9974 (fT4), 0.9994 (PSA), and 0.9989 (CEA) (p<0.05). Conclusion: The results of random assay showed strong agreement with the batch assay in a day. These results suggest that random assay using automatic dispenser could be used in radioimmunoassay.

The purpose of this study was to identify the propagation characteristics of Diabelia spathulata (Siebold & Zucc.) Landrein through seeding and cutting methods. The seed germination rate was meager (0.22~3.56%). In hardwood cutting, the highest rooting rate was 36.1% in sand + perlite (2:1) and 37.8% in 1000 PPM of IBA pre-treatment. Softwood cutting showed the highest rooting rate when the cutting diameter was 3 to 5 mm and the cutting length was 7 to 8 cm. In particular, the highest rooting rate of 80% was observed in the sand among the 8 cultivation media treatments. In the case of root cuttings, the rooting rate was 83.3~96.7% in all cultivation media. The highest rooting rate was observed when the diameter of the cutting was 7 to 8 mm, and the length of the cutting was about 10 to 11 cm. Among cutting methods, root cutting showed the highest rooting rate. Division showed a 100% rooting rate regardless of size or growth status. For Diabelia spathulata (Siebold & Zucc.) Landrein, propagation by cuttings was more efficient than seeding. However, Further research on the morphophysiological dormancy and dormancy break of seeds is needed for seed propagation.

컴퓨터 시스템에 내재된 시각 장치는 제반 동작의 기본이 되며, 시간과 관련된 연산들에 직접적인 영향을 준다. 시작 장치는 온도나 습도와 갗은 주위 환경 요인에 의해 오차를 가지며, 보다 높은 시각 정확도를 얻기 위해서는 시작 장치를 동기시키는 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 윈도우즈 시스템 시각장치의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 동기 알고리리즘을 적용한 시각 조정 방안과, 제시된 조정 방안을 적용한 알고리즘의 실험과 결과에 대해 제시한다. 사용된 알고리즘은 피드백 제어를 사용하여, 분주된 오실레이터의 주파수를 GPS로부터의 1PPS 신호에 동기시키는 FLL로 구성하였다. 조정방안의 구현 및 실험은 Windows95상에서 실행되었다.

미국의 FCC가 2002년 2월 14일에 UWB 기술을 채택한 제품의 판매 및 사용을 승인함으로써 산업계, 학계가 여러 가지 모습으로 분주하게 움직이고 있다. UWB 기술은 영상 시스템, 차량용 레이다 시스템, 그리고 통신 및 측정시스템으로 크게 3가지 분야로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 지금까지 개발된 이러한 분야들의 UWB 응용 기술을 소개 하고자 한다.

3무의 섬 울릉도, 유난히 부유해 보이지 않으면서 그렇게 부족해 보이지 않는 섬 울릉도, 그곳에서, 더욱 날씨에도 불구하고 울릉도내 학생건강검사와 부녀자 무료건강검사를 위해 건협 경북지부는 지난 7월 9일부터 4일간을 분주히 뛰어 다녔다. 짧은 검진 일정 동안 학생 심전도, 빈혈, 간염검사, 부녀자 간기능, 간염, 자궁암, 심전도 검사 등을 위해 식사까지 거르면서 울릉도 곳곳을 누비는 건협 검진팀의 일정에 참여하면서 이번 두 검진 사업의 의의와 주민들의 반응을 들어봤다.(이본 호에서는 학생 건강검진 사업을 소개하며, 다음호에 부녀자 건강 검진 사업에 대해 소개합니다.)

2007년 7월 3일 통과된 로스쿨법에 따라 각 대학의 움직임이 분주하다. 우리나라의 대국민법조인 비율은 OECD국가 중 최하위 수준이다. 현재 우리나라의 현황을 감안할 때 최소 연간 3,000명 이상의 법조인 배출이 필요한 시점임에도 아직까지 총정원에 대한 각계의 의견은 합의를 이루지 못하고 진통을 겪고 있다. 이에 각 대학들은 아직 로스쿨 개원시 총정원에 대한 확실한 규정도 없는 상태에서 시행령안의 정원한도 150명을 기준으로 인가기준 충족을 위한 사력의 노력을 다하고 있는 실정이다. 여기서는 각 대학들이 로스쿨 진입에있어 그 진입장벽을 최대한 낮춰야 한다는 입장에서 이러한 조치가 왜 필요한지 살펴보기로 한다.

"우와! 멋지다, 정말 장관이네!" 연신 감탄사를 내면서 우리는 달리는 전용차량 유리에 이마를 맞대고 카메라 셔터를 눌렀다. 집 떠나온 지 16시간이 흐른 후 펼쳐지는 이색 풍경에 우리 눈들이 호강을 하고 있었다. 여성낙농인 선진지 연수를 앞두고 남아있는 식구들을 위해 김치, 국거리, 밑반찬 등을 분주하게 준비하면서도 입가에는 미소가 떠나지 않았다. 그러나 한편으로는 식구와 젖소들에게 미안한 마음이 들었다. 내 생전에 유럽이라니!! 정말 믿기지 않았지만 내 눈에는 이미 바다보다 낮은, 작지만 강한 나라인 네덜란드의 광활한 초지 위에 유유히 거닐며 아그작 아그작 풀 뜯는 소들이 비춰지고 있었다. 여성상위국가라고 하니 왠지 내 마음에 더욱 좋은 이미지로 남을 듯싶다.
