본 연구에서는 장기유역모형인 SWAT 모형의 국내 적용의 한계를 인식하여 유출해석모듈과 하도수질모듈 등을 개선한 SWAT-K(Korea) 모형을 통해 수질 모형을 사용하는 의사 결정에 있어 하도추적법이 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 현재 우리나라에서 시행중인 오염총량관리제 개념에 적용하였다. 기준 유량 개념을 도입하여 모의된 수질항목을 평가하기 위하여 장기간의 유황곡선을 작성하고 유황곡선의 초과확률분포를 기준으로 오염부하곡선을 작성하여 하도추적법의 변화가 수질 모의에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 수질항목 초과확률분포에 따른 오염부하곡선을 작성하여 모형의 선택에 따라 동일 기준유량시 모의되는 부하량 값의 변화를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 수질 항목은 유황의 변화를 매우 유사하게 재현하며, 수질 매개변수 보정에도 불구하고 하도추적법이 수질 항목의 모의에 있어 매우 중요한 요소임을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 모형은 정교한 유출 모의와 더불어 오염물질의 신뢰도 높은 모의를 통해 향후 수질오염총량관리제 시행에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) is the system that processes all of port management such as entry and departure of ships, using facilities within ports, port traffic control, cargo entering and carrying and tax collection in 31 trade ports over the whole country. Lately, The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) has been reformed as a WEB-based system and established basis to provide real time information support structure, diversification of civil complaint system, and optimized civil complaint service by using wire and wireless internet. The typical study on the Port Logistics Information System was C/S program and EDI-centered. But it has significance to study on service quality measurement of WEB Port-MIS that has been served as a new web-based platform since April 2010, for there was no such a study until now.

본 논문은 철의장품(steel outfit) 조선기자재를 생산하는 업체들의 품질경영실태를 분석하여 한국의 철의장품 조선기자재 생산업체의 특성에 맞는 효과적이고 효율적인 품질경영시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 조사 대상업체는 ISO 9000 품질인증을 획득한 부산 경남 인근의 7개 업체로서 최근 99년까지 지난 3년간 실시한 본 심사와 예비심사에 나타난 심사자료를 근거로 분석하였다. 종업원수와 사급여부에 따라 7개 업체를 2개의 그룹으로 나누고 ISO 9000 품질인증의 요구항목별 지적사항의 수에 따른 파레토챠트를 작성하였다. 철의장품 조선기자재 생산업체의 품질경영시스템의 관리에서 ISO 9000 품질인증의 어느 요구항목이 가장 중요한 중점관리항목들인가를 찾아보고 SAS를 이용하여 중요 요구항목들과 업체들의 통계적 관련성을 살펴보았다. 한국 조선업의 세계적인 수주량 선점에도 불구하고 철의장품 조선기자재 산업체들의 수주조건 악화에 따른 단가의 하락으로 점차 열악해져 가는 조선기자재산업의 현실에 적합한 품질경영시스템을 개발하기 위해서 ISO 9001 요구항목에는 포함되지 않지만 조선기자재산업의 품질경영시스템의 특성상 반드시 포함되어야 할 중요한 추가 요구사항들의 구체적인 사례들을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 중요 요구항목별 심사자료 유형별 그룹별 통계적 관련성을 3원 분할표를 이용하여 설명하였다.

Given the trend of increased apartment buildings and high-rise buildings, the maintenance of apartment buildings has been set a higher value. For this reason, a total performance evaluation model of the existing buildings has recently been developed. But, it has a lack of the management work analysis. The purpose of this study, therefore, is the management work analysis for items selection of maintenance performance evaluation of apartment buildings. Candidate items of Maintenance performance evaluation was made with the existing literature and business system analysis. Easy systemicity of performance evaluation supplemented doing question to academic experts and housing managers. Finally decided maintenance performance evaluation items are to classify 14 administrative and 15 technical items.

This study is to suggest some ideas for improvements of classification and expansion of the arts in the KDC. In order to this study, analysed changes of terminology, auxiliary tables and notes, and expansion of classification number of the arts from 1st edition to 5th edition of the KDC. The arts of KDC did not changed from 1st to 3rd edition and changed in the 4th edition and 5th edition, and errors and problems of previous edition were not improved, and Classification number and expansion of KDC found out poor rather than different classification schedule because had a lot of Including notes. The result of analysis proposed to improved method to solve the problems.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the difference between the importance perceived by pre-school teachers and their actual performance in regards to the 7 Guidelines of Safety Education set out by the Ministry of Education, and through the analysis, to identify the items that need priority support and those that need long-term improvement efforts for exemplary safety education for young children. For this, mean average and standard deviation were calculated and paired sample t-test conducted, and IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) matrix method was performed to analyze the priority and long-term support items and improvement needs. The study results show differences in all areas and all items in the 7 Guidelines of Safety Education by the MoE in the pre-school teachers' perceived importance and actual performance. Areas and items that are identified to be in need of priority support for exemplary safety education in pre-schools; 2 items under 'Violence and Personal Safety' area and I item under 'Substance and Internet Addictions' area. Areas and items that are identified to be in need of long-term improvement efforts are; 6 items under 'First Aid and Emergency Treatment' area, 1 item under 'Violence and Personal Safety' area, 3 items under 'Workplace Safety Culture' area, 3 items under 'Substance and Internet Addictions' area and 1 item under 'Disaster and Safety' area.

최근 빅데이터에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 분석을 위해 필요한 데이셋의 표준화에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 데이터 표준화를 위해서는 업무 처리에 필요한 모든 데이터의 명명 규칙을 규정하고 그 기준에 따라 표준 명칭을 부여하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 사전을 기반으로 하는 항목명 표준화 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 시스템은 공개된 표준단어사전을 활용하여 유의어를 포함한 참조 사전을 구축하고 이를 기반으로 표준사전을 구축하여 표준 항목명을 제공한다. 기 구축된 데이터셋의 항목명을 입력하거나 사용자가 원하는 새로운 항목명을 입력하면 항목명 표준화 시스템은 표준화된 한글 항목명과 영문 항목명, 그리고 테이블 설계에 사용하는 영문 약어명을 출력한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 시스템을 테이블 설계에 활용하거나 기 구축된 데이터셋을 표준화하는데 적용하면 일관된 데이터 해석이나 관리가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

정보통신 기술 발전과 함께 새로운 교육 패러다임에 대한 요구는 e-learning 이라는 학습 시스템을 출현케 하였다. 이는 사용자의 요구 및 학습 내용에 따라 매우 다양한 형태로 설계가능하나 사용자 사용성 평가를 늪이기 위해서는 웹기반 시스템 사용성 평가와 교육시스템 평가 항목을 조정하여 새로운 평가분석 항목의 도출이 요구되어진다. 본 연구에서는 웹 기반 e-learning 시스템분석 모형을 위해 기존의 교육 시스템 분석 항목들을 조정하여 학습자 분석, 기술분석, 학습 수행 분석, 응용 분석 학습자로 분석 등을 요소로 하는 새로운 분석 모형 제시하였다. 또한 이를 적응하여 사용자 사용성 평가를 할 수 있는 관계를 설정하여 활용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 방법은 효율적인 e-learning 시스템 분석이 가능하도록 한다. 이때 설정되어지는 관계는 절대적 포함관계 상대적 포함 관계, 단일주제를 가진 상대적 포함관계 등이다.

본 연구에서는 실세계 DB에 현실적으로 적용할 수 있는 DB품질평가항목을 개발하고자 한다. ISO 9126에 근거하여 DB품질평가 항목을 도출하고 소프트웨어의 프로세스를 심사하고 이에 기반하여 프로세스를 개선할 수 있도록 하는 CMM모형을 적용하고자 한다. DB 품질평가 항목의 개발은 기존 관련문헌 검토 및 유사분야에서 개발된 평가 모델을 분석하고, ISO 9126에 근거하여 DB품질평가 항목을 새롭게 도출하여 CMM모델을 적용한 데이터베이스 품질 프로세스 성숙도 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

For a successful construction project, systematic and objective decision-making is a prerequisite from the planning and designing stages. However, previous LCC analysis methods have focused only on simple cost savings and the accompanying economic efficacy while missing the environmental aspects of a structure. Although recently, a new approach of integrated $CO_2$ analysis has been introduced, which is more advanced than the existing simple LCC methods, it is difficult to collect all of the data necessary for each evaluation item since the product-specific cost is not presented under the LCC. In this research, cost evaluation items were selected by relatively high weights and items with heavy influence over a decision-making process in order to suggest an LCC-LCA integrated analysis model that is useful in comprehensively assessing the economic cost and environmental cost throughout the whole life cycle of a structure. The developed LCC-LCA integrated analysis model was applied to actual practices and compared with previous methods to test the model's effectiveness.
