After the spread of COVID-19 in China, Chinese medical workers bear the high-intensity work, these problems reduced psychological well-being. Psychological well-being will affect the members'behavior and job performance. Authentic leadership can improve the members'psychological well-being. This study focuses on the psychological well-being and explores how authentic leadership in the process of affecting the psychological well-being, to find out the mediating role of the leaders' relational conflict and the job stress. This study found that authentic leadership in the process of improving the members'psychological well-being, job stress will play a negative mediating effect. Under the background of COVID-19 era, this study helps to improve the psychological well-being level of medical staff.

The current study aims to demonstrate the causal relationships of quality of work life (QWL), affective organizational commitment, and turnover intention among Y-Generational chefs in South Korea. In order to achieve the study purpose, the data were collected from 207 chefs working in hotel restaurants, independent restaurants, and franchised restaurants. To analyze the data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and PROCESS Macro analysis were undertaken using SPSS 18.0. The results indicated that quality of work life consisted of two factors named as personal quality and social quality. Both factors of quality of work life had significantly positive effect on affective organizational commitment. However, in case of the relation between quality of work life and turnover intention, only personal quality had a significant negative effect on turnover intention while the effect of social quality on turnover intention was not significant. Furthermore, affective organizational commitment negatively affected turnover intention, and affective organizational commitment was determined as significant mediators between quality of work life and turnover intention. Implications of the empirical results and limitations of the study are also discussed.

포유류 특히 인간에게서 발견되는 기는 포유류가 동적인 환경에 적응해가는 과정에서 우연적으로 생성시킨 심리적 개념으로 보인다. 본 논문에서는 엔지니어링 관점에서 기 개념을 구현하는 한가지 모델을 제안하였다. 우선 심리적현상의 기초단위로써 심리적 포텐셜을 정의하고 이 포텐셜을 결합하여 기개념을 발현시키는 방안을 모색하였다. 다음으로 제안된 모델이 갖는 동역학적 특성을 분석하였으며 제안된 모델이 특히 동적인 환경에서 개선된 적응성을 가질 수 있음을 보였다.

최근 사회기반 시설물들의 대형화, 고밀도화가 됨에 따라 재해 재난대비에 대한 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. 특히, 화재는 우리 주변에서 지속적으로 발생하는 재난이다. 한편, 지진과 같은 경우에는 중소규모가 한반도내에서 빈번하게 발생하고 있지만 직접적으로 피해를 경험 한 적이 없어, 적극적으로 대비해야하는 재해로는 아직 인식하고 있지 못한다고 할 수 있다. 재난, 재해에 대한 연구는 과거의 피해를 기준으로 미래에 대한 대책을 해결책으로 제시하는 방식으로 많은 연구자들에 의해서 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리사회에 발생 가능한 재난에 대해서 서로 다른 인식 수준을 가지고 있는 지진과 화재의 재난에 대한 시민인식차이를 실증적으로 검토하였다. 화재 및 지진에 대한 설문조사를 실시하고 결과 분석을 통해 나타나는 재난시의 인간행동심리를 Facet이론을 이용하여 범위를 선정하고 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 통합적 분석 방법으로 각 연령대별로 분류하여 분석하였다. 연령대별로 습득한 지식 및 교육환경 배경이 차이가 있을 것이라는 가정 아래 연령대별 분류를 하였다. 설문조사결과를 바탕으로 Facet이론에 근거하여 분석한 결과, 화재발생시의 통합적 분석의 경우는 [MATTER], [SPACE], [ENERGY]등이 다수 나타났고 지진 발생 시에는 통합적으로 [SPACE], [ENERGY]가 다수 나타났다. 따라서, 지진에 대한 국가적으로 교육시스템을 갖추고 개인적인 지진발생시 행동상황을 숙지하고 연습하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 지진과 화재시의 인간행동심리를 비교한 결과, 화재는 우리나라에서 가장 빈번하게 발생하는 재해이기 때문에 비교적 국가적으로나 개인적으로 대비를 하고 있다는 것을 실증적으로 나타내었다. 화재로 인한 재난은 국가적으로 끊임없이 교육(인식전환)을 실시하고 있음에도 불구하고 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 하지만 지진과 비교해 인위적 과실로 인한 재난임에도 불구하고 사전에 화재발생시 대처하는 행동숙지로 인해 많은 인적 및 재산적 피해를 줄일 수 있다. 최근 우리나라는 지진에 대해서는 건축물의 붕괴로 인한 피해방지에 중점을 두고 건축물의 내진성능에 대한 평가가 점진적으로 추진되고 있다. 하지만, 지진발생시 이와 같은 현재 방재정책과 더불어 국민 스스로 지진에 대한 발생가능성 및 예상위험에 대한 인식수준을 향상시킴으로서 국가적 재난을 효과적으로 대처할 필요가 있음을 실증적으로 나타내었다.

The purpose of this study is to present the psychological capital as a leading factor affecting organizational commitment, to determine the role of job satisfaction as a mediator among those, and finally to find the way to increase the commitment by suggesting a new idea for human resources management in the foodservice firms which were having difficulties in finding new employees and in high turnover rates. A survey was conducted on the employees in foodservice firms including both franchise management and direct management restaurants for the period of the month of February 2012, and the data were analyzed with frequency analysis, reliability test, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis, and mediating effect analysis by using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. As a result of the study, the psychological capital factors such as hope, resiliency, and optimism had significant effects on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction strongly mediated the relations of the psychological capital factors as presented above and the organizational commitment.

The aim of this study is to investigate influential factors for depression with respect to mental health in the elderly and present the groups in order to develop intervention strategies with human for the prevention of depression and suicide. For this purpose, this study held interviews using a questionnaire targeting normal elderly above the age of 65 who did not use social welfare services living in Seoul, Gyonggi and Jeonnam. The data collected was analysed with the use of a frequency test, a descriptive statistical analysis, a correlation analysis and a multi-regression analysis. The results of the study show that the influence of psychological factors in the subjects on their depression was significant. That is, Depending on your type of psychological factors of family influences the sense of difference of melancholy. Second, the influence of material factors of the subjects on their depression was significant depending on their family type. That is, the influence of material factors in the elderly on their depression differed depending on family type.

본 연구는 미래에 창업을 하고자하는 예비창업자에게 창업의도의 방향을 제시하기 위해 창업을 하기 전 자신을 알게 하고 정부지원과 교육의 필요성, 중요성을 일깨워주는 연구로 실증적으로 조사 규명하였다. 향후 예비창업자에게 창업준비를 충분히 하여 실패를 줄이고 정부지원제도의 지원체계가 복잡하지 않은 효율적인 제도가 되길 시사점으로 제시하였다. 실증 분석의 대상은 인천지역 직장으로 고용에 불안한 비정규직과 퇴직을 앞둔 남녀로 조사 258개 데이터로 사용 하였으며 창업을 하고 싶지만 자신감이 부족하고 실패에 대한 불안감으로 시작을 못하였다는 점으로 미루어보아 의미 있는 조사 분석이였다. 측정도구의 신뢰도 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시 카이저 (Kaiser Rule) 규칙이 있는 베리맥스(Varimax)직각회전을 이용한 주성분 요인분석을 사용하였다. 가설검증 결과 예비창업자의 심리적 특성, 창업준비 특성이 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 창업교육 조절효과 분석 결과는 창업준비 기간과 창업의도 간에 조절효과가 나타났다. 개인적 특성에 따른 창업의도는 창업준비 특성에서 차이가 보여 졌다. 본 연구는 예비창업자로서 창업의도에 창업자로서 특성을 갖추어 성공적인 창업을 준비하고 정부지원제도에 필요한 자료로 제시하고자 한다.

The core of Laban Movement Analysis, which is used for academic research purposes, is that the individual's psychological or emotional state through movement is expressed in external motion by internal intention, which is symbolic of internal emotions. In addition, the Laban motion analysis focuses on analyzing the structure of the object of movement and its structure comparatively and analytically with the past or other structures, and the analyzed grammars of the dance ultimately influence each other in psychological, social and cultural aspects 'Relationality' provides clues to be found. It also provides a resource of records in terms of the system implied from the 'momentary nature' of dance, which has educational value as a multidisciplinary research material.

This paper investigates the relationship between psychological independence and entrepreneurial intention of college students and the importance of entrepreneurship through empirical analysis. Therefore, In June 2018. A total of 214 samples were collected from 220 collected samples. The main findings are as follows: Firstly, psychological independence has a positive (+) effect on the entrepreneurship, but it cannot make a direct impact on the entrepreneurial intention. Secondly, It is confirmed that the entrepreneuship has a significant positive effect on each of the entrepreneurial intention. Thirdly, it is confirmed that entrepreneurship has a fully mediating role in the relationship between psychological independence and entrepreneurial intention. Fourthly, It is confirmed that the higher the entrepreneurship among male students, the stronger entrepreneurial intention, but there is no sexual difference in the relationship between psychological independence and entrepreneurship, psychological independence and entrepreneurial intention. In this paper, it has been confirmed that it is important to create a preceding factor of the entrepreneurial intention like psychological independence.
