Now, the study is activity that the energy market depending on a fossil fuel tend to change different way. In middle of the study compositive use of renewable energy(fuel cell and wind power, solar cell, etc.) is dispersion power system which concern is increasing. But in the case of generation of electric wind power system is changeable to be turbulence and wind and win speed are changeable in several seconds, so making the best of wind energy the MPPT that role in this case is important. In this paper suggest a MPPT which is making a use of information of wind speed and turning speed, windmill, electric power but it is simpler than former way. We could verify that a proposed controller working at the highest point of electric power when wind speed is regular speed and changable speed through the simulation.

This paper address a new scheme that alleviates the packet collision problem caused by contentions among nearby coordinators (CNs) in IEEE 802.15.4 meshed sensor networks. In existing studies, the number of retransmissions is reduced by adjusting the proper backoff period (BP) of sensor nodes, or unnecessary energy consumption is diminished by increasing channel utilization efficiently based on traffic load. In contrast, the proposed scheme avoids contentions among nearby CNs, thereby it enhances the energy efficiency of sensor nodes. To achieve this, the proposed scheme separates the starting points of CNs' contention periods and reduces contentions and collisions among overlapping CNs. According to our simulation results, the proposed scheme shows improved performance in terms of energy consumption, throughput, the number of collisions, and average delay for all conditions.
A wireless sensor network communication technique has been broadly studied with continuous advances in ubiquitous computing environment. Especially, because the resource of the sensor node is limited, it is important to reduce the communication energy by using an energy-efficient routing protocol. The existing cluster-based routing protocols have a problem that they cannot select a cluster head efficiently by randomly choosing a head. In addition, because the existing cluster-based routing protocols do not support the large scale of network, they cannot be used for various applications. To solve the above problems, we, in this paper, propose a new cluster-based routing protocol using representative paths. The proposed protocol constructs an efficient cluster with distributed cluster heads by creating representative paths based on hop count. In addition, a new routing protocol supports multi-hop routing for data communication between a cluster member node and a cluster head as well as between cluster heads. Finally, we show that our protocol outperforms LEACH and Multihop-LEACH in terms of reliability and scalability.
To serve basic data for the design of capacity and management of Distributed(or On-site) Power Generation System using renewable energies, this study measured the electric power consumption(hereafter abbreviated as EPC) of 5 families of fishing village located at island in southeastern area of Korea. The results are as following. The maximum monthly average EPC occurred in December or January. Although the total monthly EPC of H family is 2~3 times more than J family, individual monthly EPC of J family is 10~30 % more than H family. Hourly EPC pattern shows that the maximum EPC occurred between 20~24 o'clock in summer season, but it occurred between 18~24 o'clock in winter season. Compared to summer, the height of fluctuation through a day is small. And the EPC patterns of weekdays and weekend estimated as very similar.

In this work, the effect of chemical treatments on the carbon blacks as-received has been studied in the context of surface, adsorption, microstructure properties, and physical surface free energetics. As an experimental result, the basic chemical treatment leads to an increase in the either dispersive or specific component without significant change the pH and specific surface area. While, acidic chemical treatment do significantly change the surface and adsorption properties, and microstructures of the carbon blacks. In particular, the result given by basic chemical treatment shows an increase of the London dispersive component of the surface free energy which is a major parameter in evaluating the dispersion or specific surface area of the carbon blacks studied. This is probably a major role in evaluating the dispersion the carbon blacks, which are reinforced in elastomer matrix in a composite system.

In wireless sensor networks, cluster structure brings on many advantages such as load balancing, energy saving, and distributed key management, and so on. To transform a physical network into the cluster structure, sensor nodes should invoke a cluster formation protocol. During the protocol operation, if some nodes are compromised and they do not conform to the protocol, an inconsistency of membership in a cluster happen. This splits the cluster and consequently increases the number of clusters and decreases the number of members in the cluster. In this paper, we propose a scheme which well copes with such a problem. First, our scheme generates two hop clusters where hop distance between any two nodes is at most two. Besides, our scheme employs verification of two hop distant nodes to prevent the cluster split induced by compromised nodes. Last, our scheme mainly employs broadcast transmissions to reduce energy consumption of nodes. Simulation results have proven that our scheme reduces the number of clusters and more secure and energy-efficient than other scheme.
Grid-connected bidirectional PCS(Power Conditioning System) technology is a technology for implementing distributed renewable energy smart grid. And it is always charged by using power collected from solar modules and commercial grid power among vast smart grid systems, and stored when needed. It is a hybrid energy storage device that allows power to be released into the low voltage system. To this end, a PV input power converter with MPPT function, a bidirectional power converter for battery charging and discharging, and a DC Link input are output to a 3 phase 380V AC system, and if nessary, the bidirectional DC/DC converter We designed and developed a PCS with three power converter structures composed of inverters that perform battery charging. Currently, this system is applied to the site of Jeju, which is vulnerable to power outages and fire accidents.
This paper discusses the state-of-the-art techniques in real-time state estimation for the Smart Microgrids. The most popular method used in traditional power system state estimation is a Weighted Least Square(WLS) algorithm which is based on Maximum Likelihood(ML) estimation under the assumption of static system state being a set of deterministic variables. In this paper, we present a survey of dynamic state estimation techniques for Smart Microgrids based on Belief Propagation (BP) when the system state is a set of stochastic variables. The measurements are often too sparse to fulfill the system observability in the distribution network of microgrids. The BP algorithm calculates posterior distributions of the state variables for real-time sparse measurements. Smart Microgrids are modeled as a factor graph suitable for characterizing the linear correlations among the state variables. The state estimator performs the BP algorithm on the factor graph based the stochastic model. The factor graph model can integrate new models for solar and wind correlation. It provides the Smart Microgrids with a way of integrating the distributed renewable energy generation. Our study on Smart Microgrid state estimation can be extended to the estimation of unbalanced three phase distribution systems as well as the optimal placement of smart meters.
Cloud computing helps big data processing to make various information using IT resources. The government has to start the RPS(Renewable Portfolio Standard) and induce the production of electricity using renewable energy equipment. And the government manages system to gather big data that is distributed geographically. The companies can purchase the REC(Renewable Energy Certificate) to other electricity generation companies to fill shortage among their duty from the system. Because of the RPS use voluntary competitive market in REC trade and the prices have the large variation, RPS is necessary to predict the equitable REC price using RPS big data. This paper proposed REC price prediction method base on fuzzy logic using the price trend and trading condition infra in REC market, that is modeled in cloud computing environment. Cloud computing helps to analyze correlation and variables that act on REC price within RPS big data and the analysis can be predict REC price by simulation. Fuzzy logic presents balanced REC average trading prices using the trading quantity and price. The model presents REC average trading price using the trading quantity and price and the method helps induce well-converged price in the long run in cloud computing environment.
