분리발주 수주공사 현장탐방

  • 관악구 신림동에 위치한 관악우체국 청사 개축 기계설비공사는 정보통신부 조달사무소로부터 분리발주로 수주된 현장이다. 미작산업(주)(대표 배태석)와 (주)광운기전(대표 이광수)이 기계설비공사를 공동도급으로 시공하고 있으며 미작산업이 51%, 광운기전이 49%의 공사를 맡고 있는데 기계실 및 공조배관, 덕트. 위생배관 등 주요 공사는 광운기전이, 정화조, 자동제어, TAB, 연도 등 주로 외주제작은 미작산업이 시공하고 있다. 원래는 광운기전과 일성공업이 공동으로 수주받았으나 일성공업이 부도나는 바람에 일성공업의 보증업체인 미작산업으로 대체된 것이다. 공사금액은 13억9천 5백만원으로 지난 2003년 10월에 시작하여 오는 2006년 1월까지 완공예정이었으나 공사의 빠른 진행으로 6개월여를 앞당겨 오는 2005년 6월경 완공 예정이다.

  • 고유동 콘크리트는 높은 변형성과 분리 저항성에 의해 자기충전성을 갖는 콘크리트로서 외부에서 힘을 전혀 가하지 않거나 또는 아주 작은 힘만으로 재료분리 없이 거푸집 구석구석까지 충전되는 특징을 가진다. 이러한 고유동 콘크리트는 일본 동경대학의 강촌 보 교수에 의해 제창되었는데 콘크리트의 다짐을 하지 않아도 된다면 시공방법의 영향을 받지 않고 신뢰성이 높은 구조물을 만들 수 있을 뿐 아니라 1회치기 높이의 제한, 다짐작업을 위한 발판, 박스단면에서 밑면과 벽체 부분의 분할치기 등의 제약을 받지 않게 되고, 강 콘크리트 샌드위치 합성구조 등의 새로운 구조형식도 용이하게 시공할 수 있어 많은 이점을 가질 수 있다.(중략)

  • It has been reported that destruction test by core collection is the most reliable of the structural concrete strength in present building construction field. But it causes low efficiency by damage and cutting in structure due to the core collection. It also has some problems in repairing. Additionally in case of strength test with management specimen, different environment compared to the structure environment cause problems about estimation precise structure strength. Therefore, it is required to develop structure direct strength test that has test values and credibility above the ones obtained by core specimen collection strength test and seasonal specimen test to suggest a reasonable and practical management method of structural concrete.

  • The use of high fluidity concrete has been added in recent construction work. In this study, we analyzed segregation resistance due to admixture substitution of the system high fluidity concrete that was hardened. The research results show that the resistance to segregation at the time of admixture replacement is improved. The best results were shown with a ternary system mixed like FA and BS.

  • The purpose of this study is to design the basic mix proportions of antiwashout underwater polymer cement mortar as a repair material. The antiwashout underwater polymer cement mortars are prepared with various mix proportions using three type polymer dispersions without or with antifoamer. From the test results, the whole antiwashout underwater polymer cement mortars can be cast underwater without segregation like plain mortar. It is apparent that the flexural strength of antiwashout underwater SBR cement mortars with antifoamer at polymer- cement ratios of 5% and 10% is higher than that of plain mortar irregardless of a little low compressive strength.

  • In this study, we considered the influence on segregation resistance at the time of substitution of FA and BS, which are substance admixtures of high fluidity concrete. According to the research results, EIS, which is an index of segregation in high fluidity concrete replacement, showed a low value, and the composition also showed a higher value than OPC. Therefore, it is confirmed that the resistance to segregation at the time of admixture replacement of high fluidity concrete is improved.

  • In this research, the evaluation method of segregation resistance is suggested using the ratio of maximum and minimum values of concrete slump flow. As a result, in the case of normal concrete range from 80 to 210 mm of slump, it is considered that managing the EIS-N value to less than 1.10 is the most favorable for segregation determination.

  • At present, the antiwashout underwater concretes are used as popular construction materials in European countries, the United States and Japan. The water-soluble polymers in the antiwashout underwater concretes provide excellent segregation or washout resistance, self-compaction and self-leveling property to the concretes. The purpose of this study is to recommend to optimum mix proportions of antiwashout underwater concretes according to compressive strength of 300kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ to 500kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$. The antiwashout underwater concretes are prepared with various unit cement content, unit water content, sand-aggregate ratio, unit antiwashout agent and superplasticizer content. And they are tested for flowability, and compressive strength. From the test results, it is possible to recommend the optimum mix proportions of antiwashout underwater concretes according to compressive strengths within the range of 300kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ to 500kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$.

  • We study on the segregation reduction effect of Self-Leveling Color Mortar by using variable composition set of plasticizer and thickener, Naphthalene, melamine and polycarbonate-based dispersants were employed as plasticizers for examining on fluidity of mortar mixtures. For enhancement of mortar stability without loss of it's fluidity, two types of thickener were used such as polysaccharide(PS) and hydroxyethylcellulose(HEC). As a result, the most effective mortar was composed by feeding 0.519% of polycarbonate-based dispersant with 0.002587% of PS and 0.155844% of HEC on amount of basic mortar.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the rheology parameters at the segregation boundary of mid-range workability concrete. In addition, it was intended to present the extent of the rheology parameters of the normal strength concrete with segregation resistance using the determination of segregation occurrence of concrete and the use of the rheology parameters. However, it was confirmed that segregation occurs even if the measured rheology parameters is in the range of the suggested rheology parameters. Therefore, it is determined that the conditions under which segregation occurs will provide fundamental data that can be rheological defined. Additional studies are also needed on the relationship between rheological parameters and segregation.
