  • For predictive aviation safety management, the establishment of safety performance indicators to measure and manage the safety performance of service providers must be preceded. In particular, leading indicators are significant in that they play an important role in identifying and managing the causes of accident/incident in advance. However, the current safety performance indicators of the domestic aviation industry have limitations in that they focus on lagging indicators based on events that have already occurred. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to construct Korean leading indicators for preventive safety management. In addition, we verify the validity and importance of the indicators based on review of the experts and AHP analysis. This study is meaningful in that it can support the proactive safety management of the domestic aviation industry through the development of leading safety indicators, which have been relatively lacking in research.

A Study on The Asset Characterization of Bitcoin (비트코인의 자산성격에 관한 연구)

  • The increased national utilization of Bitcoin results in multiple complications. Therefore, there are continuous debates on the subject, the main point being how to characterize Bitcoin's asset nature. The following study bases, focusing on the function value, justifies Bitcoin's asset characterization. Using regression analysis to construct relations between gold and indexes such as CPI, DXY, and S&P500 as well as the relation between Bitcoin and the previously mentioned indexes, the question of whether gold and Bitcoin reacted in a similar fashion to the same indicators was examined. The results conclude that Bitcoin has similarities with gold, showing that it is risk averse and an investable commodity in lieu to profitability when it comes to inflation and currency value. When considered with price volatility, the main force behind the function of investment asset, categorizing Bitcoin as a high-risk financial investment asset rather than as a currency within the system would be more effective for management.

Classification of small irrigation ponds in western Civilian Control Zone in Korea (서부 민간인 통제구역에 존재하는 둠벙의 유형분류)

  • We investigated the hydrological and geomorphological characteristics of small irrigation ponds in civilian control zone of Paju city in Korea. Among 85 small irrigation ponds, water level of 52 ponds changed seasonally and that of 33 was constant. Water sources of 12 ponds were surface water, 29 surface water and ground water, and 44 ground water. 4 ponds locate in the edges of forests, 33 in flat-lands, and 48 in valleys. Water in 45 ponds was exchanged with paddy fields and 40 ponds were isolated from paddy fields. Endangered or endemic species were inhabited in 26 ponds, which have ground water as water source and constant water level. Based on these characteristics, we suggested 4 types of small irrigation ponds: spring, water exchanging, stagnant/spring, stagnant water. This classification system will help ecosystem managers to investigate ponds systematically and manage them based on pond type.

Flora of Mt. Balbaek (Gyeongbuk, Gyeongsan) (발백산(경북, 경산)의 관속식물상)

  • This study was conducted to study the vascular plants of Balbaeksan, located on the border between Gyeongsan-si and Cheongdo-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. It was performed 13 times from September 2020 to November 2021, and the investigated vascular plants were identified as a total of 93 families, 302 genera, 485 species, 10 subspecies, 40 varieties, 13 varieties, and 545 taxa. Endemic plants were investigated in 18 taxa, 9 taxa of rare plants; Vulnerable (VU) 5 taxa, Least concerned (LC) 3 taxa, Data Deficient (DD) 1 taxa, Red List plants 5 taxa; 3 taxa of least concerned (LC), 2 taxa of Not Evaluated (NE), 183 taxa of biological resources subject to export approval, 78 taxa of specific taxonomy; There were 9 taxa of grade IV, 20 taxa of grade III, 20 taxa of grade II, and 28 taxa of grade I. 4 taxa of plants subject to climate change adaptation; 2 taxa of endemic plants, 1 taxa of southern plants, 1 taxa of northern plants, 4 taxa of climate change biomarker species, 2 taxa of candidate species of climate change biomarker, 65 taxa of exotic plants, and 3 taxa of ecosystem disturbance species. Plants 235 taxa (43.1%), medicinal plants 257 taxa (47.2%), ornamental plants 148 taxa (27.2%), woody plants 54 taxa (9.9%), herbaceous plants 37 taxa (6.8%), industrial plants 15 Taxa (2.8%), 11 taxa (2.0%) of fiber-bearing plants, and plants of unknown use were identified as 73 taxa (13.4%). The flora of Mt. Balbaek was investigated for the first time, and plants to be preserved in order to secure useful plant resources and biological sovereignty were identified. So continuous monitoring is necessary to prevent the introduction of foreign plants that may be caused by the recent increase in the number of people coming and going.

Development of Human Sense Indexes for Web-based Database and Its Supports (웹 기반 감성지표 개발 및 보급에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구의 목표는 감성적 제품이나 환경을 체계적으로 개발하고 평가하는 과정에서 요구되는 DB를 개발하는 것으로서, 산업체에서의 활용도가 높고 공공성이 큰 데이터를 중심으로 지표를 수집하여 보급체계를 확립하는 것이다. 이번 연구에서는 2 단계 감성공학기반기술 연구 결과인 충 35 개 보고서 전자 파일을 입수하여 감성지표화 작업을 수행하였다. Web 상으로 지원 가능한 감성공학 지표(정보물)를 도출 하였으며, 감성공학 문헌, Handbook, Data compendium, 사전 등을 중심으로 지표를 분류하여 체계화하였다. 연구보고서로부터 도출 된 초기 지표로는 감성지표 185 개, 개발 제품/시스템 소개물 94 개, 웹으로 지원 가능한 감성공학 관련 정보물 35 개가 있다. 이를 기초로 활용 가능한 지표를 엄선하였다. 감성 제품 개발에 필요한 감성지표를 쉽고, 편리하고, 정확하게 검색하고, 감성공학 연구 결과들을 체계적으로 정리하기 위해 지표의 표현 방법, 용어, 기술 수준 등을 표준화하였다. 초기 도출된 감성지표 리스트 중 활용가치가 높은 결과물을 중심으로 감성지표를 정리하였으며, 현재 262개 지표에 대해서 연구책임자의 검증을 거쳐 지표화 작업을 완료하였다. 이들 결과는 인터넷을 통하여 서비스를 실시할 예정이며, 앞으로 제품설계, 환경응용 기술로서 감성공학적 제품설계를 위한 guideline으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다. 또한 이들 지표를 보급하기 위한 목적으로 개발한 감성공학 데이터베이스 시스템은 감성공학 자료의 보급체계로 활용되어 기업간의 정보교환 및 커뮤니케이션 유도를 통한 기업체간의 기술 및 관리 유기체계 구축에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.하도록 한다. 이는 기초과학 수준이 높은 북방권 국가들의 과학자들이 주로 활용되고 있다는 점에서도 잘 알 수 있으며 우리의 과학기술 약점을 보완하는 원천으로써 외국인 연구 인력이 대안이 되고 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구에서는 한국 연구 조직에서 일하는 외국인 연구자들의 동기 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 많은 요인들을 확인할 수 있었다. 상관관계, 분산분석, 회귀분석 등을 통해 활용 성과에 미치는 영향 요인들을 도출하였다. 설문 분석을 통하여 동기 및 성과 사이에는 강한 상관관계가 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 이는 전통적인 동기 이론들과 부합한다. 대부분의 변수가 동기 및 성과에 동시에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며 그중에서도 조직 협력 문화, 외국인 연구자의 의사소통 및 협력성, 외국인 연구자의 연구 능력 관련 변수들 및 연구 프로젝트의 기술수명주기, 외국인 연구자의 기존 기술지식의 흡수 등이 가장 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 이는 우리가 주로 중국 및 러시아 과학자들을 활용하여 상업화하는 외국인 연구인력 활용 패턴과도 일치하는 결과이다. 즉 우호적인 조직문화를 가지고 있는 연구 조직에서, 이미 과학기술 지식을 많이 가지고 있고 연구 능력도 높은 외국인 과학기술자를, 한국에서 기술이 태동 또는 성장하고 있는 연구 분야에서 활용하는 것이 가장 성과가 좋다는 사실을 확인시켜 주고 있다. 국내에서 최초로 수행된 본 연구는 외국인 연구 인력의 활용 성과가 매우 높으며, 우리의 과학기술혁신시스템을 보완하는 유효한 수단으로써 외국인 연구 인력이 중요한 대안이 될 수 있음을 발견하였다. 외국인 연구 인력을 잘 활용하기 위하여 문제점 및 개선방안을 활용 환경, 연구 인력

A Development and Application of the Landscape Evaluation Model Based on the Biotope Classification (비오톱 유형분류를 기반으로 한 경관평가 모형개발 및 적용)

  • The purpose of this study is to find ways of the view evaluation of biotope classification before development by selecting an area, which is as large as about $10.0km^2$ around Non Gong Up, Auk Po Myun, Dalsung Gun, Daugu where the large project has been planned, as a subject of this study. The results of this study are as follows. Because of the classification of biotope, there are 23 kinds of types that are subdivided into 140 types. Three surveys for selecting the assessment indicators were performed. The first survey analyzed the importance of 22 selected assessment indicators based on the evaluation of an existing literature review and on the spot research. The second survey performed factor analysis and reclassified the value indicators. The third survey computed additive values of the selected assessment indicators. It used a method of standardizing the average importance of indicators by making their sum equal by 10. Theses additive values were then multiplied by each grade of indicators in order to make a final evaluation. The number of assessment indicators finally selected through the survey of asking specialist is vitality elements, visual obstructs elements etc 19. According to the result of evaluation of 1st, 1 grade spaces which especially valuable is analyzed that 7 spaces, 2 grade spaces for 4, 3 grade spaces for 5, 4 grade space for 2, 5 grade space for 5. Because of the evaluation of 2st, 1 grade spaces which especially valuable(1a, 1b) is analyzed that 15 spaces, 2 grade spaces which valuable is analyzed that 28 space. As the evaluation of site suitability model of this study couldn't have high applicability to other similar area because of having only one site as a subject, it is needed to do synthesize and standardization of various examples to have higher objectivity later.

  • Remote seismic tomography is regarded as one of the most valuable geophysical technique for the estimation of the rock mass classification in the tunnel area where hard data information such as drill logs are absent. But the results of rock mass classification based on the remote seismic tomography tend to be overestimated in practice. In this study, we propose the effective method to implement the seismic reference velocity ratio based on semblance for the improvement of rock mass classification. Also, to verify its feasibility, proposed technique was tested by using the real field data.

  • This study has regard to classification by using multi-temporal SAR data. Multi-temporal JERS-1 SAR images are used for extract the land cover information and possibility. So far, land cover information extracted by high resolution aerial photo, satellite images, and field survey. This study developed on multi-temporal land cover status monitoring and coherence information mapping can be processing by L band SAR image. From July, 1997 to October, 1998 JERS SAR images (9 scenes) coherence values are analyzed and then extracted land cover information factors, so on. This technique which forms the basis of what is called SAR Interferometry or InSAR for short has also been employed in spaceborne systems. In such systems the separation of the antennas, called the baseline is obtained by utilizing a single antenna in a repeat pass.

  • This paper proposes Sasang constitution classification through speech signals analysis values and comparison. For this, this paper wishes to propose Taeumin classification method of output values signals that comes out speech signal analysis to connect with process classification of Soeumin through skin diagnosis by first step in the whole system configuration to provide for objective index of Sasang constitution. First of all, these characteristic of voices wish to extract phonetic elements that each Sasang constitution groups' clear features. Also, we wish to classify Taeumin through constitution groups' difference and similarity on the basis of results value. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is verified through the experiments.

  • 사상의학은 개인별 체질의 분류에 따른 맞춤형 의학으로 우리나라 고유의 독특한 전통 의학이다. 이와 같은 사상의학에서 가장 중요하게 여겨지는 것이 사상체질의 정확한 분류이다. 따라서 사상체질 분류에 대한 객관적 요소의 확보 및 진단 지표 마련이 시급하게 해결되어야 할 과제이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 사상체질 분류의 객관화, 정량화 및 시각화를 위해 얼굴 영상 신호와 음성 신호를 분석하여 결과값을 추출하고 체질별 집단군간의 차이점을 비교하여 사상체질 분류 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 특히 영상 및 음성 신호는 성별, 연령별, 지역별 등의 구분에 따라 달라지기 때문에 본 논문에서는 40에서 50대 사이의 장년 여성을 대상으로 서울지역 거주자에 한해 사상체질 집단군을 구성하고 이들의 영상 및 음성 신호를 추출하여 체질간 비교, 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 최종적으로 실험을 통한 연구 결과의 유의성을 입증하고자 한다.
