Effects of Festival Sevicescape and Human Services to Emotional Response and Behavioral Intention (축제의 서비스스케프와 인적서비스가 감정반응과 행동의도에 미치는 영향 -강경발효젓갈축제 사례를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this research is to find out how festival servicescape and human service impact the participant's emotional response and behavioral intention in terms of participants as consumers. The servicescape of festival indicated 4 common factors, named cleanliness, convenience, suitability and attravtiveness. As a result of analysis, it indicated that cleanliness and convenience from among the servicescape of festival variables are positively on positive emotion, negatively on negative emotion. And it was analyzed that all the variables of human service influence significantly on emotional response. Especially, it showed that expertise of human service variables influence on positive emotion the most, influence significantly on negative emotion. The result of relationship on behavioral intention indicated that the convenience factor of festival servicescape and expertise factor of human service influence significantly. Therefore, to operate successful festival, festival organizer should plan and manage the festival based on factors which comprises festival servicescape and human service.

  • 인터넷이 크게 발전하면서 현재는 인터넷으로 쉽게 쇼핑을 할 수 있다. 이 때 물건의 구입에 큰 영향력을 미치는 것이 바로 그 물건의 상품평이다. 하지만 실제로 수많은 상품평을 사용자가 일일이 확인하고 판단하는 데에는 많은 시간이 소모된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 상품평 문장을 일반, 긍정, 부정의 세 단계로 나누는 시스템을 제안한다. 감정을 판단하는데 중요한 역할을 하는 품사에 따라 우선순위를 달리하여 자질을 추출한다. 추출된 자질을 사용하여 Paul Graham을 사용하여 가중치를 계산하고 기계학습을 한다. 실험은 일반과 감정(긍정, 부정)으로 분류하는 실험과 긍정과 부정으로 분류하는 실험을 하였다. 실험 결과 품사에 우선순위를 사용하여 만든 시스템이 기본 시스템보다 더 적은 자질을 사용하고 더 높은 성능을 보였다.

  • 본 논문은 한국어 문서 감정분류를 위한 중요한 어휘 자원인 감정자질(Sentiment Feature)의 의미지향성(Semantic Orientation) 추정을 위해 일반적인 특성과 영역(Domain) 의존적인 특성을 반영하여 한국어 문서 감정분류(Sentiment Classification)의 성능 향상을 얻을 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 감정자질의 의미지 향성은 검색 엔진을 통해 추출한 각 감정 자질의 스니핏(Snippet)과 실험 말뭉치를 이용하여 추정할 수 있다. 검색 엔진을 통해 추출된 스니핏은 감정자질의 일반적인 특성을 반영하며, 실험 말뭉치는 분류하고자 하는 영역 의존적인 특성을 반영한다. 이렇게 얻어진 감정자질의 의미지향성 수치는 각 문장의 감정강도를 추정하기 위해 이용되며, 문장의 감정 강도의 값을 TF-IDF 가중치 기법에 접목하여 감정자질의 가중치를 책정한다. 최종적으로 학습 과정에서 긍정 문서에서는 긍정 감정자질, 부정 문서에서는 부정 감정자질을 대상으로 추가 가중치를 부여하여 학습하였다. 본 논문에서는 문서 분류에 뛰어난 성능을 보여주는 지지 벡터 기계(Support Vector Machine)를 사용하여 제안한 방법의 성능을 평가한다. 평가 결과, 일반적인 정보 검색에서 사용하는 내용어(Content Word) 기반의 자질을 사용한 경우보다 3.1%의 성능향상을 보였다.

  • Internet users purchase goods on the Internet and express their positive or negative emotions of the goods in product reviews. Analysis of the product reviews become critical data to both potential consumers and to the decision making of enterprises. Therefore, the importance of opinion mining techniques which derive opinions by analyzing meaningful data from large numbers of Internet reviews. Existing studies were mostly based on comments written in English, yet analysis in Korean has not actively been done. Unlike English, Korean has characteristics of complex adjectives and suffixes. Existing studies did not consider the characteristics of the Internet language. This study proposes an emotional classification method which increases the accuracy of emotional classification by analyzing the characteristics of the Internet language connoting feelings. We can classify positive and negative comments about products automatically using the Internet emoticon. Also we can check the validity of the proposed algorithm through the result of high precision, recall and coverage for the evaluation of this method.

The Influence of Restrictions toward Online Game Misbehavior on Users' Emotional States and Intention to Reuse (온라인 게임 부정사용 억제가 감정과 재사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Owing to the wide distribution of smart devices, more people enjoy online games. Previous research related to online game has mainly focused on the factors that increase users' intention to reuse and less focused on the influence of restrictions toward online game misbehavior. This study proposes a research model that considers factors that either increase or decrease the use of online games and presents the outcomes. The research results showed that: (1) Restriction policy had no impact on online game users' feelings of pleasure and arousal. (2) Restriction system had negative impact on users' feelings of pleasure and arousal. (3) In an environment where online game misbehavior was restricted, users' emotional states still had positive influence on users' intention to reuse. This research results implies that in order to lead to healthy online game environment, compared to repressive and systematic restriction methods, it is preferable to establish restriction policies that have no negative impact on users' emotional states and to change users' perception through education, so to achieve successful restrictions toward online game misbehavior without jeopardizing revitalization of online game industry.

Detection of Character Emotional Type Based on Classification of Emotional Words at Story (스토리기반 저작물에서 감정어 분류에 기반한 등장인물의 감정 성향 판단)

  • In this paper, I propose and evaluate the method that classifies emotional type of characters with their emotional words. Emotional types are classified as three types such as positive, negative and neutral. They are selected by classification of emotional words that characters speak. I propose the method to extract emotional words based on WordNet, and to represent as emotional vector. WordNet is thesaurus of network structure connected by hypernym, hyponym, synonym, antonym, and so on. Emotion word is extracted by calculating its emotional distance to each emotional category. The number of emotional category is 30. Therefore, emotional vector has 30 levels. When all emotional vectors of some character are accumulated, her/his emotion of a movie can be represented as a emotional vector. Also, thirty emotional categories can be classified as three elements of positive, negative, and neutral. As a result, emotion of some character can be represented by values of three elements. The proposed method was evaluated for 12 characters of four movies. Result of evaluation showed the accuracy of 75%.

  • 보다 바람직한 운전 경험을 제공하기 위하여, 운전자의 감성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 관심이 높아져 가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 운전자의 운전 시의 기분 혹은 감정상태에 영향을 미치는 외부요인으로 도로 소통 상황, 계절, 날씨, 운전 시각, 운전 지역을 추출하였으며 운전자 개인의 감정상태를 결정짓는 주관적이고 심리적인 요인은 배제하였다. 운전 경력 3 년 이상의 운전자를 대상으로 감성 상태는 긍정/부정, 흥분/안정의 2 가지 축으로 나뉘어 측정하였다. 운전자의 무드는 중립을 기준으로 양 극단보다는 중립에 가까운 상태에 주로 분포하였는데 긍정/부정에는 각각 고루 분포한 반면, 흥분/안정에서는 안정 쪽에 더 많이 분포한 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 다섯 가지 외부 요인들이 모두 운전자의 무드에 영향을 미쳤으며 도로 소통 상황이 긍정/부정과 흥분/안정 모두에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 감성의 긍정/부정 축에서는 계절, 날씨, 소통 상황, 그리고 운전 지역이 유의미하였으며, 감성의 흥분/안정 축에서는 운전시간과 소통 상황이 유의미하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 확장시켜 운전자의 감성에 영향을 미치는 외부 요인들을 데이터베이스화하여 운전자를 위한 다양한 제품 및 서비스 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

A Study on the Effect of the Forest Healing Programs on Teachers' Stress and PANAS (산림치유프로그램이 교사의 스트레스와 긍정·부정감정에 미치는 효과)

  • This study analyzed the effect of forest therapy program on reduction of stress of teachers and their positive and negative emotions based on the survey of 221 teachers who participated in the overnight Happiness School Edu-healing Camp held for teachers by the National Center for Forest Healing. For data analysis, a paired sample t-test was conducted using the SPSS 24.0 program to examine the difference in the stress reaction index of teachers and their positive and negative emotions before and after their participation in the forest therapy program. The results indicated that teachers who participated in the program showed a significant decrease in the stress response index and the values of sub-domain such as physical symptoms, depression symptoms, and anger symptoms. Moreover, all teachers exhibited a significant decrease in stress. This result verifies that the forest therapy program is effective in reducing the stress of teachers and their negative emotions. These results are expected to be used to promote more active forest therapy programs for teachers exposed to a high level of stress.

Real-time Spatial Recommendation System based on Sentiment Analysis of Twitter (트위터의 감정 분석을 통한 실시간 장소 추천 시스템)

  • This paper proposes a system recommending spatial information what user wants with collecting and analyzing tweets around the user's location by using the GPS information acquired in mobile. This system has built an emotion dictionary and then derive the recommendation score of morphological analyzed tweets to provide not just simple information but recommendation through the emotion analysis information. The system also calculates distance between the recommended tweets and user's latitude-longitude coordinates and the results showed the close order. This paper evaluates the result of the emotion analysis in a total of 10 areas with two keyword 'Restaurants' and 'Performance.' In the result, the number of tweets containing the words positive or negative are 122 of the total 210. In addition, 65 tweets classified as positive or negative by analyzing emotions after a morphological analysis and only 46 tweets contained the meaning of the positive or negative actually. This result shows the system detected tweets containing the emotional element with recall of 38% and performed emotion analysis with precision of 71%.

A User Sentiment Classification Using Instagram image and text Analysis (인스타그램 이미지와 텍스트 분석을 통한 사용자 감정 분류)

  • According to increasing SNS users and developing smart devices like smart phone and tablet PC recently, many techniques to classify user emotions with social network information are researching briskly. The use emotion classification stands for distinguishing its emotion with text and images listed on his/her SNS. This paper suggests a method to classify user emotions through sampling a value of a representative figure on a trigonometrical function, a representative adjective on text, and a canny algorithm on images. The sampling representative adjective on text is selected as one of high frequency in the samplings and measured values of positive-negative by SentiWordNet. Figures sampled on images are selected as the representative in figures; triangle, quadrangle, and circle as well as classified user emotions by measuring pleasure-unpleased values as a type of figures and inclines. Finally, this is re-defined as x-y graph that represents pleasure-unpleased and positive-negative values with wheel of emotions by Plutchik. Also, we are anticipating for applying user-customized service through classifying user emotions on wheel of emotions by Plutchik that is redefined the representative adjectives and figures.
