Design and Implementation of KPX's next control center (전력거래소 차기 계통운영시스템 설계에 관한 연구)

  • 전력거래소는 2014년 나주본사이전 이후 1억kW 대용량 전력계통을 운영하기 위한 차기 계통운영시스템(이하 차기EMS) 구축을 계획하고 있다. EMS(Energy Management System)는 전국의 발, 변전소에서 계통정보를 실시간으로 취득하여 전력계통을 감시하며, 연료비 기반의 최적 경제점을 찾아 발전기를 제어하고, 전력계통을 수식화한 상태추정 결과를 기반으로 상정사고분석, 고장전류계산 등 전력계통운영을 위한 종합시스템이다. 국내 EMS의 역사는 1979년 미국의 L&N 시스템 도입을 시작으로 1988년 일본의 Toshiba EMS, 2001년 Alstom사의 NEMS를 구축하여 현재 운영중에 있다. 하지만, 외산 제품 도입에 따른 기술이전, 유지보수의 어려움을 타개하기 위해 2004년 한국형 EMS(이하 K-EMS) 연구개발계획을 수립하고 전력거래소를 주축으로 한 산학연을 구성하여 2010년 K-EMS 개발을 성공적으로 완료하였다. 차기 EMS는 국내 기술력으로 개발된 정부연구과제 성과물인 K-EMS를 기반으로 구축이 이루어지며, 총 3년간의 개발 및 시험과정을 거쳐 실계통운영을 담당할 예정이다. 차기EMS가 설치되어 운영예정인 급전소는 전력수급 균형유지와 발전소 운영 총괄 지휘 및 765kV, 345kV 송전망 운영역할을 담당할 나주급전소와 154kV 비수도권 송전망 운영을 담당할 천안급전소, 154kV 수도권 송전망 운영을 책임질 서울급전소 이상 3곳이다. 차기EMS는 발전 및 송, 변전 설비의 대형화, 다양한 FACTS 설비, 신재생에너지원으로 대표되는 분산전원의 등장과 같은 급변하는 전력계통 변화에 능동적인 역할을 성공적으로 수행할 것으로 기대하고 있다.

의류업체의 시장지향성, 판매원의 직무능력이 판매원 만족에 미치는 영향

  • 고객의 가치를 창조해나가기 위해 고객을 중시하 는 시장지향적인 기업문화가 확산되며, 이와 함께 판 매현장 최일선에서 고객을 직접 응대하며 기업의 시 장지향성을 실현하고 고객을 관리하는 패션판매원의 중요성이 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 시장지향 적인 기업문화와 판매원의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 본 연구는 의류업체의 시장 지향성의 유형을 밝히고, 이러한 시장지향적 노력이 판매원의 능력과 함께 의류업체의 판매원의 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이들의 규명을 통해 궁극적으 로 기업의 성과에 기여하는 판매원 만족에 영향을 미치는 시장지향성의 유형과 판매원의 능력 유형을 밝혀 의류업체의 시장지향적 기업문화 실현에 기여 하고자 하였다. 설문지를 이용한 실증적인 조사연구방법이 사용 되었고, 연구대상은 서울과 분당에 위치한 L백화점의 여성복 의류매장에 근무하고 있는 삽마스터 600 명을 대상으로 하였다. 선행연구를 근거로 하고 의류 업체에 맞게 수정 보완한 질문지를 사용하여, 최종 분석된 설문지는 547부이다. 자료분석은 SPSS pc + 8.0올 이용하여 빈도분석, 백분율, 요인분석, 중다회 귀분석을 사용하였다. 수거된 질문지를 통계처리 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의류업체의 시장지향성을 요인분석한 결과 '시장정보의 획득'시장정보의 확산', '시장정보에 대 한 반응'의 세 요인으로 나눌 수 있었다. 시장정보를 획득하는 활동에는 매장의 소비자조사. POS시스템 의 활용. 삽마스터 회의에의 관심, 경쟁 브랜드 조사 그리고 판매사원을 통한 고객의 반응 조사 등의 내 용이 포함된다. 시장정보를 확산시키고자하는 활동 에는 매장에서 본사로 상황을 보고하고, 고껴의 시정 요구를 해결하고자 하는 노력. 판매원이 제시하는 소 비자동향의 반영, 그리고 삽마스터 회의 등씩 내용이 포함되며, 시장정보에 대한 반응은 풍부한 물량공급 과 히트상품의 지속적인 공급을 활동 내용으로 한다' 둘째, 의류업체의 시장지향성은 판매원의 만족도 에 정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 이는 의류업체가 시장정 보 수집에 적극적이고, 매장과 긴밀한 정보교류를 하 며, 수집된 정보를 적극 활용하여 상품개발이나 공급 등의 노력을 보일 때 판매원이 회사에 대해 강한 신 뢰감을 느껴 만족감을 느끼게 되고 이것이 바로 성 과로 이어질 수 있는 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 판매원의 회사전략 인지능력, 의류제조과정 인지능력. 고객서버스 능력, 자율적인 목표설정 능력. 고정고객관리능력이 클수록 직무자체와 인간관계에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타나 판매원의 직무한력은 판 매원의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 는 의류업체에서 능력 있는 판매원을 육성하거나 영 입하는데 힘써야 함을 시사하는 결과이다.

A Study on the Location and the Types of Enterprise in Ochang Technopolis in Chungcheongbuk-do(Province), Korea (충북지역 오창과학단지의 입지와 기업유형)

  • The purpose of this study was to look into the formation process and characteristics of local high-tech industrial complex with an example of the Ochang Scientific Industrial Complex and analyzed the characteristics by business type and size, transfer process of the companies in the Complex. For this purpose, statistical data of the companies were analyzed and a survey of them was conducted, and the following results were obtained. First, the Ochang Scientific Industrial Complex was created for agglomeration of IT industries in early days but now there are IT industries and BT industries mixed due to internal and external economic condition. Second, there are more small and medium companies than large companies in the Ochang Scientific Industrial Complex. These companies are in the stage of developing new products and marketing, and many of them were parts and materials developers of core technology or high innovation with venture identification. Third, high rates of the companies in the Ochang Scientific Industrial Complex came from the capital area and the Chungcheong area and the companies which moved in the Complex with their head quarters accounted for more than 70 percent. Fourth, the companies were classified into 5 types according to the type of product and the level of technical innovation.

Effects of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention by Employment Type -Focused on franchised Korean restaurants- (종사원의 고용형태에 따른 직무만족과 이직의도 영향 관계 -한식 체인레스토랑을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention by employment type, suggest positive influence to the HRM. The questionnaire was distributed from February 3rd to 23rd, of the 300 distributed questionnaire 271 copies were used in the analysis by t-test and multiple regression method to give a response rate of 90.3%. The results of the study were as followed; Firstly, it was found that the factors of job satisfaction, work itself and superiors are significant differences by employment type. Secondly, it appeared that turnover intention influenced by job satisfaction was revealed to negative significant results by work itself, promotion and payment. Based on these findings, this paper suggests implications and limitation of the research as well as future directions for the study.

  • The purpose of this paper is to clarify the distribution system and the spatial characteristics of sales for the internet shopping mall on the basis of its off-line presence. The distribution system of this internet shopping mall is divided into the goods selection process and the product delivery process to consumers according to the function and role of the distribution center which is performed by cooperative companies. The internet shopping mall uses a different distribution system from the off-line department store, outsourcing the delivery process to door-to-door delivery companies in order to reduce costs and to increase the speed of delivery. Sales in the internet shopping mall are concentrated in the delivery unit area where the main office is located. Accordingly, in the case of the internet shopping mall based on an off-line presence, the mail-order business does not fully overcome the limitations arising from space. Also, the main factors influencing the value of sales, according to the area, are the number of women aged 20 to 49 and the distances involved.

  • This paper aims to explore the characteristics of regional embeddedness of Korean firms in Daren City, China, with special reference to management practices. To achieve this goal, I attempt to analyze the type and structure of the firm, the structure of decision-making, labor practices, and the inter-organizational networks with the government, trade associations and the business supporting agencies. The major purpose of the investment in Daren by Korean firms is to penetrate and expand the local market. In line with this, the structure of decision-making by Korean firms tends to become increasingly autonomous, especially in terms of employment and marketing. However, the decision-making related to finance and accounting tends to be still highly controlled upon the headquarter in Korea. In addition, it is shown that Korean firms make a great effort to sustain the cooperative relationships with the local society and the local government.

The Effect of Trust in Leader on Self-Efficacy and Goal Orientation (리더에 대한 신뢰가 자기유능감의 지각과 목표지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of current research is to develop insight regarding the relationship between trust in leader and followers' goal orientation. In this study relationships among trust in leader, self-efficacy, and goal orientation are explored. Hypotheses about how the trust in leader affect self-efficacy and goal orientation are developed. The sample consists of 389 workers in a firm who are chosen through the judgement sampling method. Findings are reported from the empirical research that partially support the hypothesized relationships among trust in leader, self-efficacy, and goal orientation. Trust in leader have a significant impact on goal orientation, and it is moderated by self-efficacy. The results suggest that leaders need to make an effort for trust building to have positive goal orientations. The findings of this study have theoretical and managerial implications for leadership, trust, and goal orientation research.

Research on the job stress of journalists and indicators of countermeasures -Focusing on daily newspaper reporters and journalists in area of Seoul- (언론인의 직무 스트레스와 대처방안 척도에 관한 연구 -서울지역 일간지 취재기자를 중심으로-)

  • This study was conducted on daily news reporters working in Seoul to determine the factors/characteristics causing job stress and potential countermeasures. The survey was conducted by interviewing 170 daily news reporters who took part in the study from March 3rd to March 7th 2013. The analysis of the information was performed by frequency analysis, T-test and One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis etc. using the SPSS Win 21.0 program and the empirical analysis was verified at the 5% level of significance. First, the following results of the analysis were meaningful because current journalists and reporters showed reduced levels of stress when their job satisfaction was high. Secondary, smoking and art activity to alleviate their job stress were found to be strong stress countermeasures. Third, there were significant differences in those who had high levels of job stress and exhibited stronger ways of coping with it. This study affirms an alternative in basic policy, which can provide a working environment that helps journalists to perform their work proficiently and steadily.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a new strategy from a different angle to become a preferred transshipment hub for sustainable growth. This study would derive new competitive factors through the case study on a global carrier 'A' who shows constant growth in transshipment via Busan and the questionnaire survey was conducted. As to analysis results by matrix, Busan Port needs to strengthen its competitiveness against North China ports due to less local import/export cargo volume and less government support while North China ports continue to be developed with incremental direct calling and government's flexible cabotage rule.

  • This study was intended to analyze the effects of Organizational Culture on manufacturing(automobile) employees' Organizational Trust and Organizational Commitment. A proposed model based on previous research was empirically tested via structural equation modeling by AMOS using 362 valid samples collected from current employees of G-automobile Enterprises in Chang Won. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, Organizational Culture had a partially direct impact on Organizational Commitment. Second, Organizational Culture had a partially direct impact on Organizational Trust. Third, Organizational Trust had direct impact on Organizational Commitment. It has been confirmed that Organizational Trust has a partial mediation effect(full mediation effect) in the process of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment. This study showed similar results as other previous studies.
