Multi-use housing and commercial buildings have been emerged according to social and economic changes of CBD in Seoul Metropolitan Areas. The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of the multi-use building, to analyze the problems on the base of survey and to suggest the solutions for architectural planning, focusing on eco-friendly dwelling environment. A field survey with 46 subjects has been carried out with structured questionnaire. Some problems in planning of the complex building have been discussed in terms of environmental issues and design criteria. In conclusion, basic planning directions for improving the building environmental quality have been suggested.

21C, Multiplex Cinema Theater is made from movie industry developed and become a place where we can spend our free time and consuming. But, theater users, who are many and unspecified persons, are short of information on the Multiplex Cinema Theater, so that they may be injured or killed at the occurrence of fire accident. Particularly, Multiplex Cinema Theater is a place that underground space or top floor in highrise building had many people in theaters. However, this problem is difficult to solve that to protect human being and properties at the occurrence of fire accident in the Multiplex Cinema Theater, In order to overcome such problems, Multiplex Cinema Theater need fire protection solutions facilities concerning particulars to pay attention to the safety on a fire and evacuation. This study analysed Multiplex Cinema Theater concept and computer simulation for risk point.

TRecently, smart cities that solve various problems in cities based on IoT technology are in the spotlight. In particular, cases of BIM application for smooth management of construction and maintenance are increasing, and spatial information is converted into 3D data through convergence technology and used for safety diagnosis. The purpose of this study is to create and combine point clouds of a multi-story building by using a ground laser scanner and a handheld LiDAR SLAM among UAV and LiDAR equipment, supplementing the Occluded area and disadvantages of each technology, examine the effectiveness of indoor and outdoor reverse design by observing shape reproduction and accuracy. As a result of the review, it was confirmed that the coordinate accuracy of the data was improved by creating and combining the indoor and outdoor point clouds of the multi-story building using three technologies. In particular, by supplementing the shortcomings of each technology, the completeness of the shape reproduction of the building was improved, the Occluded area and boundary were clearly distinguished, and the effectiveness of reverse engineering was verified.

This study is a case study to identify the spatial composition and structural problems of existing schools for spatial innovation as a future school that can operate a credit system for old high schools and establish a mid-to-long-term arrangement plan as a credit system operating school capable of various teaching and learning in the future. The study results are as follows: First, most of the problems of the old high schools entailed that there was very poor connectivity between buildings as most of them were arranged in a single, standard design-type unit building and distributed in multiple buildings. In addition, the floor plan of each building is suggested to be a structure in which student exchange and rest functions cannot be achieved during the break period due to the spatial composition of the classroom and hallway concepts. Second, in the direction of the high school space configuration for future school space innovation, the arrangement plan should be established by reflecting the collective arrangement in consideration of the shortening of the movement route and the expansion of subject areas due to the movement of students on the premise of the subject classroom system. Moreover, it is desirable to provide a square-type space for rest and exchange in the central area where communication and exchange are possible according to the moving class. Third, as the evaluation criteria for relocating old high schools, a space program is prepared based on the number of classes in the future, and legal analysis of school land use and land use efficiency analysis considering regional characteristics are conducted. Based on such analysis data, mid-to-long-term land use plans and space arrangement plans for the entire school space such as the school facility complex are established.

The goal of this research was to build comprehensive and systematic basic materials related to IT industry and spatial design. In this research, the trend in spatial design research and its categories are identified and analyzed. The research results show that spatial design researches related to web have declined for last five years. However, a new possibility appears to be latent. An attempt to build database of diverse design information has led to increase in fusion of spatial design education and IT technology from design perspective. Futhermore, residents of space are becoming more active, starting from spatial design to management. Finally, from th environmental perspective, researches on predicting and managing buildings are also growing. Accordingly, diverse researches and financial support for grafting creative education, design process, environment-friendly IT technology and spatial design are needed.

호텔 건축물은 현대적 기능요구에 따라 대규모화, 고급화, 복합용도화 될 것으로 예상된다. 또한 건물 이용자는 불특정 다수인으로 그 건물에 대한 정보가 부족하기 때문에 화재시 인명 피해가 우려된다, 그러므로 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 호텔 건축물에는 화재·피난안전상 유의하여야 할 사항에 대하여 체계적인 방화시설이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 첫째, 호텔의 이용실적조사, 화재관련통계 화재사례조사, 방화의식조사를 하였으며, 둘째, 호텔 건축물의 건축계획적인 사항을 검토하였으며, 셋째, 방재시설에 관한 법규정을 분석한 후 제안하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 화재시 인간 및 재산의 보호와 그 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 호텔공간을 건축하는데 기초적인 자료를 제시하는 것이다.

Recently, public libraries as complex cultural spaces are becoming a trend, and public libraries as complex facilities that are built in one building or one site are being highlighted. This can be seen as part of a policy to expand public libraries as part of the government's Living SOC project. The establishment of libraries in government office is also included in this movement. Therefore, this study presented excellent cases by investigating the current state of government office in Korea and investigated citizens' perception on the establishment of public libraries in Busan Metropolitan City Hall. Based on this, a basic plan for the operation of public libraries in Busan Metropolitan City Hall, including basic directions, organization and manpower, collection development, and service programs (including specialization program), was proposed.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relations among management for residents, sense of community and common space for residents which provided in high rise mixed-use residential building constructed at the end of 1990s. Research method was social survey with questionnaire from 178 subjects collected by the snow ball sampling. Statistical analysis was done by the SPSS 10 for Windows program using frequency, percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA. Research results showed high degree of residents' management satisfaction in the area of fitness space and business service. And they also showed high degree of residents' satisfaction in common space which include swimming pool, shower and sauna facilities. Satisfaction degree of management for residents became high with the support of residents' common space, so the management of residents' common space might be important in the management of high rise mixed-use residential building. Finally, residents' management and residents' common spaces have an important role to enhance the sense of community.

The purpose of this study was testing the attitude differences on common space management between expecting residents and residents in high rise mixed-use residential buildings(MURB). Research method was social survey with questionnaire from 176 residents and 67 expecting residents by snow balling sampling. Research results were 1)residents want mostly 'convenience', but expecting residents want mostly 'amenity' from MURB environment 2)residents and expecting residents showed statistically significant attitude differences on willingly to pay, amount to pay and paying method about common spaces & facilities. 3)above two groups showed statistically significant difference on opening the common spaces & facilities to the community. 4)residents showed higher than expecting residents on impact degree of common spaces & facilities to neighborhood intimacy. 5)most of residents and expecting residents had an idea of 1-2 hour per week volunteer service at common spaces & facilities. Conclusively, survey on expecting residents's opinion might be needed to enhance the usability of common spaces and facilities in MURB. After the residents moving in, periodical evaluation about usability of each spaces & facilities needed to remodel common spaces.
