  • 분리막을 이용한 기체의 분리는 각 기체의 막에 대한 투과도 차이에 의해 분리하는 방법으로 에너지 소비가 적고, 열 안정성이 약한 물질을 저온에서 분리할 수 있는 장점, 좁은 공간에서도 이용할 수 있다는 점 등으로 미루어 볼때 기존 공정에 대한 새로운 경쟁자로서 그 가능성이 한층 커지고 있다. 분리막의 특성은 투과도(Permeability)와 선택투과도(Permselectivity)에 의해 결정되고 이 두가지 특성을 모두 높이기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 연구방향은 (1) 새로운 고분자의 합성 및 고분자의 개질 (2) 복합재료의 개잘 (3) 액정 (4) 촉진수송법 등으로 나눠질수 있다. 이 중 촉진수송(Facilitated Transport)이란 특정한 기체와 가역적 친화력 또는 흡착력을 갖는 운반체(ㅊㅁㄱ\ulcornerㄱ)를 액체나 고체막에 분산시켜 원하는 특정 기체만을 선택적으로 수용하는 것을 말한다.

소 세균성 폐렴과 예방대책

  • 소에서 발생하는 호흡기 질병은 가축이 가지고 있는 내적인 요인과 사육환경의 악화나 각종 스트레스 등의 외적인 요인과의 복합적인 균형의 파괴에서 시작된다고 볼 수 있다. 이와 같은 질병발생요인은 다른 축종이나 소화기 등 타 질병에서도 동인한 사항으로 생각될 수 있으나 호흡기질병의 경우 환경적인 요인이 더욱 중요한 발병이자로 작용하게 된다. 즉 밀집다두사육, 환절기의 낮과 밤의 큰 일교차, 환기불량이나 우사내의 유해가스, 장거리 수송 등의 스트레스가 일차적인 발병인자가 되며, 이타적으로 가축이 가지고 있거나 외부에서 유입된 여러 가지의 병원 미생물의 다량증식하고, 동물개체는 면역력이 떨어지면서 질병에 감염되어 단일 또는 복합적인 임상증상으로 나타나는 것이다. 호흡기질병의 원인균에는 다양한 종류의 세균 및 바이러스에 의해 이루어지며, 단일의 원인균에 의한 질병발생보다는 복합적으로 감염되어 병을 악화시키고 피해를 크게 하는 것이 일반적이다. 본고에서는 소에서 흔히 나타날 수 있는 주요한 세균성 호흡기 질병의 종류와 임상증상 및 일반적인 방제대책에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

A Study on the Effect of Graphene Substrate for Growth of Vanadium Dioxide Nanostructures (이산화바나듐 나노구조물의 성장에서 그래핀 기판의 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The metal oxide/graphene nanocomposites are promising functional materials for high capacitive electrode material of secondary batteries, and high sensitive material of high performance gas sensors. In this study, vanadium dioxide($VO_2$) nanostructrures were grown on CVD graphene which was synthesized on Cu foil by thermal CVD, and exfoliated graphene which was exfoliated from highly oriented pyrolytic graphite(HOPG) using a vapor transport method. As results, $VO_2$ nanostructures on CVD graphene were grown preferential growth on abundant functional groups of graphene grain boundaries. The functional groups are served to nucleation site of $VO_2$ nanostructures. On the other hand, 2D & 3D $VO_2$ nanostructures were grown on exfoliated graphene due to uniformly distributed functional groups on exfoliated graphene surface. The characteristics of morphology controlled growth of $VO_2$/graphene nanocomposites would be applied to fabrication process for high capacitive electrode materials of secondary batteries, and high sensitive materials of gas sensors.

A study on the vibration characteristics of carbon/epoxy propeller shaft (카본/에폭시 복합재로 제작된 수송기계용 추진축의 진동특성에 관한 연구)

  • Composite propeller shafts for a vehicle have major advantages such as reduction of vibration, noise, and weight. A propeller shaft was designed with a carbon/epoxy composite material using the finite element method(FEM), and prototype shafts for tests were manufactured by the filament winding manufacturing process. In order to verify the design procedure by FEM, Two kinds of experimental tests were carried out using a FFT analyzer with impact hammers and a critical speed measuring apparatus for measurement of natural frequencies and critical speeds. The difference between the FEM analysis result and the test result was less than 3.4%, showing FEM analysis results to be acceptable. The parametric study was focused on determining the factor affecting the vibration and strength characteristics of the propeller shaft based on FEM. In investigation of the change in natural frequency without an increase in propeller shaft weight, it was found that the winding angle is the most significant factor affecting the vibration and strength characteristics.

  • Reliance on road transport in domestic logistics can lead to intensified congestion and greenhouse gas emissions due to the rise in oil prices, any increase in logistics costs can have a high social cost. The government policy on Low Carbon Green Growth is seeking to take advantage of the railway system. However, existing railway transport logistics systems, for reasons such as low speed, low track capacity constraints, and the impossibility of implementing a Door to Door system, make it difficult to activate a railway logistics program. As a result of this study, a national R&D project to develop a High-Speed Passenger/Baggage Mixed Train(Hy-SoBex) utilizing the rail capacity constraints to overcome the difficulties of linking an air cargo and freight railway logistics system, we propose a variety of service models and select the optimal service model.

Characteristics of Organic Solar Cell having an Electron Transport Layer co-Deposited with ZnO Metal Oxide and Graphene using the Cyclic Voltammetry Method (순환전류법을 이용해 ZnO 금속산화물과 Graphene을 동시에 제막한 전자수송층을 갖는 유기태양전지의 특성)

  • Graphene oxide was stirred with a ZnCl2:NaCl electrolyte and electrochemically coated by cyclic voltammetry to simplify the electron transpfer layer film forming process for organic solar cells and to fabricate an organic solar cell having it. The device structure is FTO/ZnO:graphene/P3HT:PCBM/PEDOT:PSS/Ag. Morphology and chemical properties of ETL were confirmed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and Raman spectroscopy. As a result of XPS measurement, ZnO metal oxide and carbon bonding were simultaneously confirmed, and ZnO and graphene peaks were confirmed by Raman spectroscopy. The electrical characteristics of the manufactured solar cell were specified with a solar simulator, and the ETL device coated twice at a rate of 0.05 V/s showed the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency of 1.94%.

Optimum environmental condition of live container for long distance transport in live abalone Haliotis discus hannai (북방전복, Haliotis discus hannai의 장거리 수송을 위한 적정 수온 및 염분 조건)

  • We investigated the survival rate by water temperature and salinity, physiological rhythm and morphological change of live abalone to get to know optimum water temperature and salinity suitable for long-distance transportation of live abalone. At $8^{\circ}C$ and above, 96-100% of survival rate was shown at all experiment groups. At $6^{\circ}C$, 66% of abalones survived in normal seawater but they showed 0% of survival rate at $30{\pm}0.5psu$ and $26{\pm}0.5psu$ of salinity at the same water temperature. There was no significant difference of oxygen consumption rate for a week between the seawater and $30{\pm}0.5psu$. Also, a positive correlation was shown between salinity and water temperature and the oxygen consumption rate was slightly higher at $30{\pm}0.5psu$ than seawater. Thinned epithelial layers and expansion of lymph sinus were observed less than $30{\pm}0.5psu$ or below $6^{\circ}C$ of temperature. This result shows that the optimum level of water temperature and salinity is considered to be $6-8^{\circ}C$ and more than $30{\pm}0.5psu$ respectively.

Olefin Separation Membranes Based on PEO/PDMS-g-POEM Blends Containing AgBF4/Al(NO3)3 Mixed Salts (AgBF4/Al(NO3)3 혼합염이 포함된 PEO/PDMS-g-POEM 블렌드 기반의 올레핀 분리막)

  • Facilitated transport is one of the possible solutions to simultaneously improve permeability and selectivity, which is challenging in conventional polymer-based membranes. Olefin/paraffin separation using facilitated transport membrane has received much attention as an alternative solution to the conventional distillation process. Herein, we report olefin separation composite membranes based on the polymer blends containing $AgBF_4/Al(NO_3)_3$ mixed salts. Free radical polymerization process was used to synthesize an amphiphilic graft copolymer of poly(dimethyl siloxane)-graft- poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate (PDMS-g-POEM). In addition, poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) was introduced to the PDMS-g-POEM graft copolymer to form polymer blends with various ratios. The propylene/propane mixed-gas selectivity and permeance reached up to 5.6 and 10.05 GPU, respectively, when the PEO loading was 70 wt% in polymer blend. The improvement of olefin separation performance was attributed to the olefin facilitating silver ions as well as the highly permeable blend matrix. The stabilization of silver ions in the composite membrane was achieved through the introduction of $Al(NO_3)_3$ which suppressed the reduction of silver ions to silver particles.

Synchronization Phenomenon between Export Weight & Control Volume, Inland Cargo, Export Cargo, Ship Departure (수출중량과 관제탑관제량, 내항화물입항, 수출화물수송 그리고 선박출항과의 동조화현상)

  • The purpose of this study is to look for the relationship between export weight and control volume, inland cargo, export cargo transport, ship departure. The analysis period were used for a total of 113 monthly data from January 2011 to May 2020. Data were retrieved from the Korean Statistical Information Service of the Statistics Korea. The data used in this study were performed numerical analysis, index analysis and model analysis using the rate of change from the same month of the previous year. In the trend of the increase rate, the amount of control has plummeted from 150% to 60% due to the influence of Corona 19 in the beginning of 2020. At the same time, export weight and export cargo transport also decreased. As a result of the analysis, export weight showed relatively high synchronization with export cargo transport and control volume. On the other hand, export weight and inland cargo showed relatively low synchronization. Export weight is expected to continue in 2020 after the fluctuation rate began to decrease after 2019. If we can find the point of rebound in control volume or export cargo transport in the future, we can predict the point of increase in export weight. We expect to see an increase in export weight as soon as possible.

Development and Evaluation of Pick-Up and Delivery Strategy of Container Truck at Rail-Road Transshipment Terminal (철도연계터미널에서의 컨테이너 집배송전략의 개발과 평가)

  • Rail-road intermodal freight transport is a transoortation system that rail and road transport are utilized between origins and destinations. The roles of road(truck) in rail-road intermodal freight transport are pick-up and delivery that are keys parts of total transportation process. The objective of this study is to develop and evaluate the pick-up and delivery strategies for container trucks in order to increase their productivity. Two different strategies are developed : One is aimed for minimizing the total traveling distance of container and the other is to reduce the waiting time at client site. The comparative studies are performed on the actual network of Paris metropolitan. The simulation analysis shows that the proposed strategies are quite efficient in various performance measures.
