This study is to suggest conditions for mitigating techno-stress due to the adoption of the knowledge management system(KMS). Specifically, the study suggests that techno overload and techno complexity are negative factors on the intention to use KMS, and suggests that authentic leadership and feedback mitigate techno-stress. We conducted an online survey in May 2021 of employees in organizations that applied KMS, and obtained 417 samples. We performed the structural equation modeling of AMOS 22.0 for hypothesis testing and analyzed the main effect and the moderating effect. The result is as follows. First, techno overload and techno complexity reduced the intention to use the KMS. Second, authentic leadership increased the intention to use the KMS and mitigated techno overload and techno complexity. Third, feedback moderated the negative relationship between techno-stress and intention to use the KMS. The study has implications from the perspective of suggesting the strategic direction (authentic leadership and feedback) at the organizational level for mitigating techno-stress, which may be a problem when introducing and applying a KMS from the perspective of organization employees.

본 논문에서는 동적 웹 어플리케이션의 기능 구현에 사용되는 모듈 구현과 모듈 결합 방식에 따른 효율성은 시스템 운영을 위한 매우 중요한 요인이 된다. 사용자들 간의 인터넷 이용률이 높아지면서 웹 어플리케이션에 다양한 기능들이 추가되어 모듈간의 복잡성이 매우 높은 상태에서 정보를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 복잡성을 줄이기 위해 제시된 방법들을 검증하기 위해 만들어진 웹 어플리케이션을 통해 시뮬레이션의 결과를 제안한다. 소프트웨어 개발에 최소한의 비용으로 최대의 효율성을 내기 위해서는 각 모듈의 여러 가지의 구현 방식과 모듈 간 결합을 테스트한 결과를 MVC 패턴 방식으로 구현된 웹 어플리케이션을 통하여 확인하였다. MVC 패턴의 단점인 모델과 뷰 사이 의존성이 높은 문제를 완화하고, 유지보수성과 결함 허용성을 높이는 모듈 구현 및 통합방식의 연구를 위해 외부 모듈과 내부에서 객체로 구현된 모듈을 사용한 웹 어플리케이션의 결합도에 따른 테스트를 통해 각 모듈의 구현 및 통합 방식에 따른 장단점을 서술한다.

Due to recent increased air traffic,, air traffic controllers in charge of en-route and approach control have faced huge increase in both workload and its intensity. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how much safety culture of air traffic controllers has effect on their complexity mitigation strategies during their duties. It could be expected complexity mitigation improve air traffic flow resulting in enhancing safety eventually. According to empirical analysis against air traffic controllers in civil aviation and air force in South Korea, it was proven safety culture had a statistically positive effect on complex mitigation strategies through safety behavior. In safety culture among air traffic controllers, intrinsic culture had a positive effect on extrinsic value of safety culture. Intrinsic value of safety culture led to air traffic controllers' safety behavior which created work complexity mitigation strategies. Among work complexity mitigation strategies, communication and cooperation was proven to be the most important factor effected by safety culture and behavior. It was implied that enhancing the intrinsic values of safety culture would cause to improve extrinsic safety culture and air traffic controller's work efficiency.

멀티미디어 도메인의 응용 프로그램에는 풍부한 병렬성이 내재하기 때문에 VLIW (Very Long Instruction Word) 형식의 신호처리 프로세서가 많이 사용되고 있다. VLIW 프로세서를 구성하는 복수의 연산처리유닛 (processing unit, PU)의 사용률은 컴파일러의 명령어 스케쥴러의 성능에 의하여 결정된다. 명령어들 사이의 병렬성을 분석하여 동시 수행가능한 명령어들을 각기 다른 PU 에서 수행되도록 프로그램 코드를 최적화한다. 하지만 기존의 명령어 스케쥴러는 복잡한 데이터 디펜던스 그래프 (data dependence graph, DDG)를 구성하여 복수의 PU 를 충분히 사용하도록 하지 못하는 문제점을 내재하고 있다. 이는 명령어 스케쥴러가 각 레지스터 사용시간을 별도로 고려하지 않기 때문에 실제로 내재된 데이터 디펜던스 보다 복잡성이 높은 디펜던스 그래프를 구성하게 되어 스케쥴러가 올바르게 최적화된 코드 스케쥴링 결과를 제공하지 못하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 레지스터의 라이프타임을 다른 레지스터를 이용하여 적절히 끊어주는 것으로 데이터 디펜던스 복잡도 완화하여 시스템 성능 향상의 가능성을 보이고 있다.

The e-marketplace is a virtual marketplace where buyers and sellers meet in order to conduct transactions through the intermediation of market-makers. For the success of an e-marketplace, it is crucial for the market-maker to induce both buyers and sellers to make active transactions in it. However, their participation is frequently deterred by potential risk factors caused mainly by the inherent, structural complexity of the e-marketplace. Therefore, it is a critical challenge for the market-maker to identify and manage the transactional risk perceived by both the buyers and sellers. In this paper, we investigate the sources of buyers' and sellers' perceived risks and their mitigating factors in the e-marketplace. Specifically, we derive an analysis framework based on the economic theory of agency relationship. The framework includes four sources of the risks(perceived information asymmetry, fears of seller opportunism, fears of buyer opportunism, and concerns about market-maker's role incompleteness) and five mitigators of the risks(website informativeness, trust in market-maker, trust in seller, product diagnosticity, and social presence). Then, we empirically verify the framework through a case study on four successful e-marketplaces, and provide implications and strategies for the market-maker to effectively manage the transactional risks.

영구자석 동기전동기 구동 인버터 시스템 내 스위치 고장은 다양한 조합으로 발생한다. 특히 스위치 개방고장의 경우 다른 전기 부품에 과전류를 유발하여 전체 시스템에 심각한 2차 손상을 초래한다. 본 논문에서는 개방고장 진단 알고리즘의 복잡성을 완화하기 위해 고장 그룹을 분류하여 고장 발생 시 false alarm의 영향을 받지 않고 간단하고 체계적인 방식으로 고장을 식별할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 스위치의 개방 고장으로 영구자석 동기전동기 구동 시스템 내 PWM 전압원 인버터의 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위해 3중 스위치 개방고장 진단 및 검출 기법을 제시한다. 제안된 기법은 기존의 개방고장 진단방법과 달리 정보처리를 위해 Moving Filter를 사용함으로써 연산부하를 증가시키지 않고 신속한 고장 검출이 가능하며 별도의 하드웨어 구성없이 구현이 가능하다. 제안된 기법의 안정성과 유효성이 시뮬레이션을 통해 입증된다.

As information security(IS) is recognized as a critical success factor for organizational growth, organizations are increasing their investment in adopting and operating strict IS policies and technologies. However, when strict IS technology is adopted, IS-related techno-stress may occur in the employees who apply IS technology to their tasks. This study proposes the effect of IS-related techno-stress formed in individuals on IS policy resistance through IS strain and proves that task-technology fit mitigates the negative effect of techno-stress. Research models and hypotheses were presented through previous studies, and the secured samples were used, and structural equation modeling was applied to verify hypothesis. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that IS-related techno-stress (overload, complexity) affected IS policy resistance through IS strain (anxiety, fatigue), and that task-technology fit moderated the relationship between techno-stress and strain. This study suggests a strategic direction for improving the level of internal IS from the viewpoint of suggesting ways to mitigate the stress of employees that may occur when IS policies and technologies are adopted.

글로벌 금융위기 이후 다양한 형태로 등장한 금융상품과 ICT의 결합은 그 동안 생각하지 못한 방식으로 전 세계에 다양한 수요를 충족시키면서 폭발적으로 성장했다. 하지만 IT강국이라고 자부하는 대한민국은 다양한 규제와 시스템의 복잡성 때문에 은행상품이 온라인에서 거래되는 것은 아직까지 익숙하지 않다. 다행히 이러한 규제가 조금씩 완화되어 가면서 2016년은 모바일 송금, 금융상품 추천 플랫폼 등 비 금융업체 주도의 금융시장 온라인화가 소극적으로 이루어지는 과도기로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 시점에서 기존 오프라인 채널이 아닌 온라인 채널을 통해 금융상품을 구매하거나 가입하는 고객의 만족요인에 대해 연구하는 것은 향후 폭발적으로 증가할 수요에 앞서 연구하고, 현상을 주도할 기업에서도 소비자의 만족요인을 미리 파악한다는 점에서 시기적으로 적절하다. 해당 연구는 신용대출, 정기예금, 전세대출, 주택담보대출, 정기적금, 그리고 P2P투자 상품 별 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 영향력을 SERVPERF 모델을 이용하여 분석한 뒤, 회귀분석과 텍스트간의 공동 출현단어에 대해 파이선을 통해 메트릭스를 형성하고, 사회연결망 분석으로 네트워크 중심성을 분석하여 단어간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 해당 연구는 국내 최초 온라인 금융상품 비교 추천 플랫폼인 "Finda"의 리뷰/평점데이터를 이용하였다.

Recently, organizations are making significant technology investments to build a centralized content management system. However, high-quality technology adoption can conversely create techno-stress in the user and cause negative behavior. The purpose of this study is to suggest the negative effects and mitigation directions of enterprise content management system(ECMS) related techno-stress. In order to verify the hypothesis, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on employees of organizations that adopted content management technology and conducted structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, ECMS related techno overload and complexity decreased the intention of continuous use of ECMS. But, internal communication activities reduced ECMS related techno stress and task-technology fit moderated the relationship between techno-stress and intention of continuous use of ECMS. The study has implications in terms of suggesting a strategic direction to minimize the negative causes of the use of content management systems.

The high intercept probability depends on optimization of the system, which consists of target detection, tracking system, missile system and so on. To reduce the complexity of global optimization of the system performance, simplification of the relative dependances of each sub-system is done and design parameters for DACS configuration are identified. The conceptual design process is addressed based on the requirement of the design parameters and new methodology is suggested for higher performance.
