Study on the Psychological Well-Being of Employed Married Women with Children in Early Childhood - Focused on family and social support system variables - (유아기 자녀를 둔 취업여성의 심리적 복지에 관한 연구 -가족 및 사회지원체제 변인을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to find factors affecting the psychological well-being of married working women in Seoul. For this purpose, survey data form 332 employed married women residing in Seoul are used to evaluate the relative effects of Psychological well-being of married working women. Survey questions included demographic information, housework and child-rearing related variables, work related variables, variables related with social support systems, items on child care services for the preschoolers, and psychological well-being of married working women. The major findings were as follows: 1) The psychological well-being of married working women score is 36.14(mean score is 32). The difference between the psychological well-being of married working women varied this according to socio-demographic variables: educational level, income level, spouse's support, occupation, and job satisfaction. 2) The factors that affected psychological well-bing were amount of household labor by husband, job satisfaction, socio-support systems, and educare service satisfaction. 3) The factor that had the most significant impact on the psychological well-being of married working women is job satisfaction. It is suggested to utilize the Employment Assistant Program to establish friendly working environment for married women.

The Effects of Child Daycare Center Teacher's Communications Skills on Group Cohesiveness, Empathy, and Communications Satisfaction : Centered on Difference between Daycare Centers (어린이집 교사의 소통능력이 집단응집력, 공감능력과 소통만족에 미치는 영향 : 어린이집 운영주체 별 차이를 중심으로)

  • This study focuses on the effects of child daycare center teacher's communication skills on group cohesiveness, empathy, and communication satisfaction. For research purposes, 197 child daycare center teachers were selected for survey on communication skills, group cohesiveness, empathy, and communication satisfaction. Daycare centers were categorized into three groups, including national, private, and home centers. Research results displayed that the communication skills of daycare center teachers had effects on group cohesiveness for all three groups of national, private, and home centers. The communication skills of daycare center teachers provided positive effects on group cohesiveness, contributing to accomplishment of organizational goals. In addition, the communication skills of daycare center teachers had effects on empathy for all three groups of national, private, and home centers. The higher level of communication skills of daycare center teachers will ultimately lead to enhanced skills in understanding and sympathizing with children, parents, and other teachers. Third, the communication skills of daycare center teachers had effects on communication satisfaction for all three groups of national, private, and home centers. The higher level of communication skills of daycare center teachers displayed enhanced level of communication satisfaction between children, parents, and other teachers.

A Study on Enhancement of Utilization of BI-Net (창업보육네트워크시스템(BI-Net)의 활용도 제고에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 창업분야의 공공부문 정보시스템인 BI-Net의 활용성을 제고하기 위한 요인들을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 정보시스템의 성과를 측정하기 위한 정보시스템 성공모델과 기술수용과 사용에 관한 통합이론을 기반으로 BI-Net의 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인들과의 관계를 실증분석을 통하여 파악하였다. 실증분석 결과 정보품질 및 시스템품질과 성과기대가 사용자 만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 정보품질 및 시스템품질과 성과기대 및 노력기대가 BI-Net의 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 운영평가수준과 사용자 성별이 사용의도와 영향요인과의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사용자 만족을 위해서 BI-Net의 품질수준을 높이는 것이 중요하며, BI-Net의 사용의도를 높이기 위해서는 사용자 만족과 함께 시스템에 대한 기대수준을 높여야 함을 제시하였다. 또한 창업보육센터의 상황과 사용자에 적합하게 시스템을 설계하는 것도 BI-Net의 사용의도를 높이는 방법임을 제시하였다.

창업가가 인식한 창업지원사업의 중요도: 만족도 분석

  • 본 연구는 창업지원사업의 효과성을 높이기 위해 창업지원사업의 분야 및 창업지원사업의 기대충족도와 경영성과와의 인과관계를 규명하고 창업기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라 창업지원사업의 분야별 인지도, 중요도, 만족도를 살펴보고, 이러한 인식도의 차이인 기대충족도를 비교분석하여 이에 근거한 문제점을 파악함으로서 현 시대에 맞는 발전방향을 도출하여 우리나라 창업지원사업의 발전방안들을 제시하며, 합리적이고 효과적인 정책방향을 탐색하고자한다. 조사대상은 충청남도와 충청북도의 창업보육센터에 위치하며, 중소기업창업지원법에 의해 사업을 개시하고 7년이 지나지 않은 개인사업자 및 법인 사업자로 한정하였다. 자료수집 방법은 창업보육 매니저에게 요청하여 10개의 창업보육센터를 대상으로 총 150개의 입주기업에 이메일 설문지가 발송되었고, 자기보고식 작성방법에 따라 설문회수된 123개의 설문지 중 불성실 하게 응답한 설문지 1부를 제외한 총 122개를 최종 설문지로 사용하였다. 연구를 위한 자료의 수집은 2017년 10월 10일부터 2017년 10월 25일까지 2주간 실시하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 창업지원사업 분야별로 창업자들이 상대적으로 중요하게 생각하는 정도와 실제 만족하는 정도의 평균값과 그 차이에 대한 검정을 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 창업지원사업 중 가장 중요하게 인지하고 있는 분야는 자금지원(4.44점), 시설 공간(4.25점), 컨설팅(3.80점), 창업교육(3.76점) 순으로 나타났고, 자금지원과 시설 공간은 4점 이상의 높은 점수를 보였다. 창업지원사업의 만족도는 창업교육(3.39점), 시설 공간(3.48점), 자금지원(3.36점), 컨설팅(3.33점)순으로 나타났다. 창업지원사업의 창업교육, 시설 공간, 컨설팅, 자금지원 각각 분야의 중요도와 만족도의 차이에 대한 통계적 유의성을 검정한 결과 모든 분야에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The Relationship Between Job Satisfaction, Parental Role Satisfaction, and the Child Rearing Behavior of Fathers of Preschool Children (유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 직업역할 만족도 및 부모역할 만족도와 양육행동 간의 관계)

  • The study examined the relationship among job satisfaction, parental role satisfaction, and child-rearing behavior on fathers of preschool children. In addition, the study researched the mediation effect of parental role satisfaction between job satisfaction and child-rearing behavior. For such purposes, the study collected data by using questionnaires, targeting 376 fathers of children aged 3-5 in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do province. They completed questionnaires regarding Job satisfaction, parenting satisfaction, and child-rearing behavior. The major findings of this study were as follows: first, there was a significant relationship among job satisfaction, parental role satisfaction, and child-rearing behavior of fathers. A fathers' negative job satisfaction was negatively related to a child-rearing practices. The relationship between fathers' job satisfaction, and child-rearing behavior was mediated by parental satisfaction.

Development of a Multicultural Program for Local Childcare Community (지역사회 보육공동체를 위한 다문화 프로그램 개발)

  • In this study, we developed the multicultural program that could strengthen capabilities of the local childcare community and analyzed the satisfaction and effects of the program. The multicultural childcare community programs are designed for taking into account the conditions of effective contact between social groups. Five programs for multicultural childcare community are performed during the period (August from July 2015), and there were 196 members of local community involved in that programs. Local multicultural community program indicated a high satisfaction and we were able to lead on building their self-esteem and social engagement of multicultural parents through that program. Furthermore, we can confirm the needs of the program for local multicultural childcare community have continued. It is significant that this study provides basic data for the multicultural childcare community program to make a contribution to another local multicultural community.

The Influence of Work Environment, Job-related Environment and Burnout on the Satisfaction with Life among Nursery School Teachers (사회지지와 근무환경이 어린이집 교사의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 업무요인과 소진을 매개로)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore factors associated with life satisfaction among nursery school teachers. To accomplish the study purpose, this study first classified several variables into three broad categories including work environment (social support & work environment), job-related environment (work-related stress & job satisfaction), and burnout. And then, 302 nursery school teachers across the country were surveyed in order to explore whether those factors were associated with life satisfaction. The overall results were as follows. First, social support and work environment had a direct impact on the satisfaction with life. Second, social support and job satisfaction had a direct influence on job satisfaction. Third, social support, work-related stress and job satisfaction directly influenced burnout. Fourth, job-related environment, job satisfaction, and burnout had a direct impact on life satisfaction. Overall, it was found that job-related environment, job satisfaction, and burnout had a direct influence on life satisfaction among nursery school teachers and social support and work-related stress had an indirect effect on life satisfaction via burnout.

The Relationships among Infant's Delay Gratification, Delay Strategy, and Parents' Child-rearing Attitude (영아의 만족지연능력과 만족지연전략 및 어머니의 양육방식간의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among delay gratification, delay strategy, and parents' child-rearing attitude. The participants of the study were 62, 18-36 month old infants, who demonstrated individual differences in the level of delay gratification and their mothers. The instruments of the study were infant's delay gratification and delay strategy were assessed by Mischele(1974) and the parents' responded to the parents' child-rearing attitude(Cho et al., 1999). Data were collected by menas of conducting observations on infants in experimental settings and completing questionnaires with mothers. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The delay gratification of infants differed accordingly to their age. Older infants displayed increased time in showing their delay gratification, while younger infants relatively exhibited shortened time. There was no significant difference in infants' sex and the order of the birth. 2. Following the age factor, the distraction strategy in the delay strategy played a significant difference to infants. Older infants required a frequent use of the distraction strategy in comparison to younger infants. 3. The previous two factors - delay gratification and distraction strategy-showed a positive relationship. 4. The delay gratification was significantly influenced by infants' age, parents' attitude, direct facing strategy, and infants' distraction strategy. However, the delay gratification was insignificantly accounted for by infants' sex.

A Study on Development of Child-care Program - on the Basis of Mothers' Demands - (바람직한 보육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초조사 - 어머니의 요구를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide data for development of child-care programs. For this purpose, mothers' demands were investigated. The subjects included 403 mothers with children enrolled in child-care centers located in Yangju city, Gyeonggi-do. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, cross tabs, t-test, and F-test. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, satisfaction with child-care centers was positive. Second, the major reasons for dissatisfaction with child-care centers came from facilities and program contents of inferior quality. Third, mothers emphasized the importance of teachers' role and social-emotional development as quality criteria for child-care programs. There were differences in mothers' demands according to their demographic characteristics.
