This study was designed to examine the influence of social-environment factors on high risk alcohol consumption. The study analyzed 229 local areas throughout Korea. Main variables included high risk alcohol consumption and environment factors such as population structure, liquor stores. For exploring the problem drinking, geographically weighted regression(GWR) using the geographic information system(GIS) was utilized to analysis. Major findings are rate of perceived stress, number of restaurants and bars. Especially problem drinking were influenced restaurants and bars, and the form or aim of restaurants and bars had differentiability to the problem drinking. These results have implication about the regulation policy of alcohol availability for prevention of alcohol related problems.

전국 주요 산단 지역에서 현재 유통되고 있는 화학물질의 스크리닝 수준에서의 생태 위해성 평가를 수행하고, 체계적인 위해도 분석 시스템을 구축하기 위한 수생 및 육상 생태계가 통합된 생태 위해성 예측 모형을 개발하였다. 전국 118개 공단 중 시화반월, 전주, 대전, 대구, 청주, 울산, 구미, 여천공단 등 8개 주요 산단 지역을 program 개발을 위한 비교 대상 지역으로 선정하였고 이들 공단에서 사용되고 있는 약 1700여종의 화학물질의 물리 화학적 특성 자료와 생태 독성값의 문헌치, 추정치를 포함한 database를 구축하였다. 구축된 database를 활용하여 산단별, 화학물질별 생태 위해도를 상대적으로 비교한 결과 어류 만성의 위해도는 청주 공단>울산미포>여천 공단의 순이었고, 물벼룩 만성의 위해도는 시화반월>여천>울산미포 공단의 순이었다. 또한 산단별로 위해도 우선순위 물질을 선정하였으며 styrene, xylene 등의 위해도가 높게 나타났다. 이때 화학 물질의 수계 배출량은 TRI 자료와 사용량과의 상관관계로부터 구한 배출 계수를 적용하여 산정하였으며, 선정된 위해도 우선 순위 물질을 대상으로 실제 공단의 하천 시료를 채취, 분석하여 이 모형에 의해 예측된 생태 위해도의 타당성을 검증하고 보완하는 연구를 지속적으로 수행하여 예측 program의 신뢰도를 높이고자 한다.

부동산문제등과 관련하여 지적(地籍) 및 용도지역지구 자료의 중요성이 부각되면서, 복잡한 법적 절차를 갖춘 시스템이 구축되고 있다. 그 중 한국토지정보시스템(KLIS)은 각 지자체별 지적 및 도시계획 관련 데이터 구축, 업무시스템 및 건축 인허가등의 민원발급, 부동산 관련 다양한 통계 등을 제공하고 있다. 그러나, 이 시스템이 설치되어 있는 시군구 중 일반구(區)를 포함한 시(市)의 경우는 법적인 편집 권한이 다른 기관에서 공통 데이터베이스의 편집에 따른 데이터 무결성 문제와 네트워크 장애에 따른 업무 지연 등의 업무 연속성 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 일반구가 포함된 시(市)에서의 지적도편집, 용도지역지구도 편집 등 이종의 기관에서 이루어지는 분산 환경 데이터베이스편집에 따른 동기화의 문제점을 제기하고, 이러한 문제점을 보완할 수 있도록 트랜잭션 단위로 공간 및 속성 데이터의 복제를 담당하는 Replicator를 이용한 분산 데이터베이스 동기화 아키텍처를 제안하고, 동기화부분과 표준화부분, 트랜잭션관리부분으로 구성되어 있는 Replicator의 구성요소를 설계 및 구현하고 Replicator를 이용한 분산 데이터베이스의 변경부분을 미반영 데이터베이스에 반영하는 처리절차와 처리 후 결과를 제시하여, 지적 및 용도지역관련 데이터를 두 개 이상의 기관에서 동시에 편집한 내용이 실시간으로 두 기관의 분산 데이터베이스에 변경 분이 반영되어 모두 동기화 되어 있는 것을 공간데이터 편집기로 확인해 볼 수 있었다.

In this study, in Tongyeong area the distribution of marine products that were produced and treated through fishing and cultivating industry and the trend of main fisheries were investigated for fisheries distribution system and fisheries official circles, and then a structural model of fisheries distribution system for direct transaction was suggested under internet environment, which is an important scheme offering a necessary information rapidly and practically to both producers and consumers. Database system was structured according to distributed process. An op-elative scheme were suggested for sewers of local area information center, complementing functions to exceed each server's ability.

중국에서는 관광, 휴식, 체험교육의 목적으로 농촌지역의 놀이농원이 증가하고 있다. 특히 농촌지역 수변공간의 놀이공원에 대한 이용의 증가는 수변공간에 대한 경관 및 단지 설계가 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 산동성 등주시의 수변놀이농원의 이용자 1194명을 대상으로 설문지와 관찰 등의 연구방법을 통하여 이용 행태와 요구를 분석하였다. 이용자들은 연령대에 따라 다른 이용행태 및 요구를 보이고 있다. 먼저 이용행태에서 20대 이하는 흥미와 동적인 놀이의 이용행태를 선호하며, 연령대가 증가함에 따라 덜 동적인 이용행태를 선호하였다. 또한 모든 이용자들은 새롭고, 흥미롭고, 편안한 이용시설에 대한 요구가 높았다. 경관요소에 대한 평가에서 20대와 41살 이상의 집단간에 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있으며, 20~40살 집단간에는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 20대의 이용자들은 시설이용에서 안전성과 레크리에이션기능에 대한 요구가 높았고, 41살 이상의 이용자들은 휴식시설과 공간의 확대를 요구하였다. 또한 이용자들의 대부분이 휴식시설에 대한 요구에서 그늘, 편안함, 양적인 차원에서 시설확대 및 보완의 요구가 높았다. 따라서 농촌관광에서 여가공간의 이용하는데 있어서 방문객의 태도와 만족도에 관한 연구들은 인본주의에 바탕을 둔 편의시설의 확대와 질적 개선이 요구되고 있으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 최근에 증가하고 있는 중국인의 한국관광 및 방문에 대비하여 중국인의 관광시설선호와 이용만족 증가를 위한 실증적인 자료수집과 대안모색이 필요하다.

To apply piezocone test to soil classification, several classification charts based on correlations between its results and basic characteristics of soils have been developed. However, it is necessary to investigate their applicability to Korean soil, since they were the results obtained from the limited number of foreign sites. In this study, 41 piezocone penetration bests for various sixtes spreading widely over Korean territory were carried out. Correlations between piezocone teat results and basic characteristics and the applicability of existing classification charts were investigated. Conclusively, new classification charts based, on Unified Soil Classification System were developed with a local confidence.

This study analyzed the effects that service convergence factors in the public sector have upon corporate performance via the parameter of overall satisfaction, targeting corporations that have received corporate support service under the auspices of regional industry promotion policies. The results of the analysis indicated that corporate support service quality factors pertaining to support processes and outcomes, excluding quality, have significant influence on overall satisfaction, and overall satisfaction also affects corporate performance. Thus, the study is significant in that it provides a sound basis for judging which aspects of corporate support convergence service quality need to be supplemented in order to improve overall satisfaction and corporate performance.

Although Mobile IP proposed in IETF is effective. it has inefficiency in case mobile hosts communicate with each others while they are roaming frequently in a specific area. It occurs lots of latency because mobile hosts must be registered and establish an secure path under the internet emvironments and transmitting data on the path. Additionally this inefficiency is more aggravated in case mobile hosts has high mobility. Thus this paper propose a method using Anchor foreign agent by Anchor chain method which combine an pointer forwarding and a cache method plus a border router as a way to complement the above problem which exists in an mobility management in a specific area.

When the WiBro/WLAN hierarchical network is structured, a dual mode access terminal should keep WLAN module with power on state for operating in WiBro network outside of WLAN hotspot zone. Power consumption of user's access terminal can be increased to maintain WLAN module power on state of dual mode access terminal in WiBro network outside of the hotspot zone. This paper focuses on power saving strategy for a dual mode access terminal in WiBro/WLAN Hierarchical network to overcome problems regarding power. We will apply information about hotspot in WiBro network to establish the efficient power saving strategy for dual mode access terminal.
