Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing the health status of first-year high school students leisure activity time, considering of the city size. Methods: This study utilized the first cohort survey of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey. The analysis was used data from survey targeting first-year high school students of 2021. The city size was divided into large cities and medium and small-sized cities, and T-test was conducted to examine differences in factors by city size, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify factors influencing health status according to leisure activity time on weekdays and weekends by city size. Results: In large cities, exercise and physical activity time and other than that, Time to play with friends had a positive effect(+), Time to play with a smartphone had a negative effect(-) on both weekdays and weekends. In medium and small-sized cities, Exercise and physical activity time and Time to play while watching TV had a positive influence(+) on both weekdays and weekends, while Time to play with a smartphone had a negative influence(-). Conclusion: There were the same questions for factors influencing health status, but other questions also appeared. Leisure activities that have a positive(+) impact on health status by city size are supported so that leisure activities can be actively carried out, while leisure activities that have a negative(-) impact are participate in other leisure activities together to improve health. It is believed that this plan should be considered.

본 연구에서는 중대재해처벌법 안전보건관리체계 7가지 핵심요소가 기업의 안전성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 최초 연구이다. 이를 위해 중대재해처벌법 안전보건관리체게 7가지 핵심요인별 측정도구를 개발하고 기존 선행연구를 바탕으로 한 안전성과 측정도구를 적용하여 그 관계성과 재해발생빈도 감소의 영향도 확인 한다. 연구결과는 중대재해처벌법 안전보건관리체계 구축이 안전성과에 유의한 결과를 가질 것으로 보이며, 안전보건관리체계 구축이 재해발생빈도 감소에도 직접적인 영향이 미칠 것으로 판단된다. 개발된 중대재해처벌법 안전보건관리체계 구축 측정 도구는 향후 여러 산업분야의 안전관리 및 성과 측정에 많이 활용 되리자 본다. 그리고 향후 안전보건관리체계 구축-안전성과-재해경감활동관리체계 관계연구의 기초 연구가 될 것 이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify community health nursing activities that community health practitioners perceive and their achievements in community by reviewing the community health nursing activities that community health practitioners have done for the last 30 years. Methods: This study was a qualitative study. Thirty one community health practitioners were interviewed using the focus group interview method and data were analyzed using content analysis. Data were collected from April to June in 2011. Results: Community health practitioners perceived themselves as "Community Vitalizers" and 9 categories were identified. They were 'ground to explore new nursing areas', 'assimilation to community', 'ground to establish community diagnosis', 'everyday life health management in the community', 'increased accessibility to medical services for the residents', 'enforced health practices for the residents', 'reinforced self-reliance of community', 'commitment to making a happy village' and 'mental fence of the community.' Conclusion: This study was meaningful in that it explained the unique identity of the community health practitioners and could be used as important basic materials in the process of re-establishment of the roles of Health Offices. Hereafter in-depth study on community competence reinforcement should be made to identify the roles of community health nurses.

This research was carried out for the purpose of providing basic data to establish a policy for improving health and medical service inequality in the disabled's households, by analyzing it according to composed groups through the application of data about the panel survey of the employment for the disabled, from 2010 to 2012. The results of analysis showed that as for Gini's coefficient, disabled women, the disabled without participation in economic activities, the disabled in their 40s, physically handicapped people and severely disabled people had more and more inequality in expenditure of health care expenses, and inequality in North Gyeongsang Province continued to be on the rise. As for the entropy coefficient, disabled women, the disabled without participation in economic activities, the mentally disabled and severely disabled people had more and more inequality in consumption of health care, and the inequality got severe in Ulsan and North Gyeongsang Province. And as for the decomposition of factors by composed group, inequality in health care expenses were higher inside a group than between groups. Based on these results, research limitations and implications were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational safety and health management activities on safety and health performance by using the results of safety activity level evaluation of public organizations. To this end, a research model was established by using three fields as independent variables among the four areas of the safety activity level evaluation index: safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level, and the safety and health activity performance field as a dependent variable. Correlation analysis and regression analysis between major variables were performed. As a result of the correlation analysis, the safety and health activity performance had a significant positive (+) correlation with all of the safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level. The safety and health system had a significant positive (+) correlation with the safety and health activity plan and safety and health activity level, and the safety and health activity plan had a significant positive (+) correlation with the safety and health activity level. And as a result of the regression analysis, it was found that the organization's safety and health system, safety and health activity plan, and safety and health activity level all had a significant positive (+) effect on safety and health activity performance.

The present study surveyed 300 adults who completed orthodontic treatment to determine their oral health-related quality of life and changes in oral health behavior in orthodontic patients. The collected data is analyzed using the spss 22.0 program. Before orthodontic treatment, social factors (4.68) had the lowest associated quality of life score, and after orthodontic treatment, socially related quality of life showed the highest increase at 3.72 points. Changes in oral health behavior showed that many phosphorus scaling increased by 1.28 points after correction compared to before correction. As oral health quality of life and oral health behavior have changed through orthodontic treatment, dental professionals need to take appropriate management of each patient's individual quality through health education. Appropriate management needs to be developed.

This study aims to provide primary data for R&D on rollator-walking frame through researching the usability test of the rollator-walking frame and the effect of rollator-walking frames on the lives of senior citizens. This study surveyed 60 senior citizens living in Sungnam City in South Korea. As the result of the usability test, we can find users' dissatisfaction with the folding, weight, shape of backrest and material of chair. The survey shows that the frequency of outdoor activity is mostly increased by the convenience of product. However, the inconvenience while using facilities, such as elevators or public transportations, gave a significant impact on the decrease in going out experiences. Therefore, for better outside lifestyle of senior citizens, it is important to improve the function of the product, however, we need to make improvement of urban infrastructure.

산업현장이 하루가 다르게 급변하면서 산업안전보건 분야 역시 빠른 변화를 거듭하고 있다. 특히 산업보건의 경우 최근 사회 전반적으로 건강과 복지가 주목을 받으면서, 급격히 발전하는 모습을 보이고 있다. 근로자 건강관리에 대한 개념도 기존의 '질병예방'이라는 소극적 틀을 벗어나 '건강증진'이라는 능동적이고 적극적 형태로 나아가고 있고, 제조업을 탈피해 건설업, 서비스업 등 다양한 산업분야로 보건관리 영역이 넓혀져야 한다는 목소리가 커지고 있다. 이처럼 산업안전보건 분야가 끊임없는 발전을 지속하는 배경에는 한국산업간호협회가 있다. 1994년 설립 이래 협회는 보건관리자인 산업간호사가 일선 현장에서 원활하게 업무에 임할 수 있도록 다양한 지원을 하는 한편 이들의 권익 신장을 위해 앞장서왔다. 또한 근로자들의 건강보호 증진을 위한 다양한 사업을 전개하는 등 산업보건의 중심축 역할을 수행해왔다. 우리나라 산업보건의 근간인 한국산업간호협회의 김희걸 회장을 만나 그동안의 활동 성과와 향후 계획 등에 대해 이야기를 나누어봤다.

올해로 7년째를 맞이한 몽골 학생건강증진 지원사업은 몽골 보건부(MOH)의 국립보건국(DOH)과의 협약 아래, 우리나라 행정안전부의 민간단체 공익활동 지원을 토대로 진행되고 있다. 특히 올해는 몽골 흡수굴 아이막(우리나라의 도(道)) 이흐올 학교 학생의 건강검진, 생활환경 및 보건행태 조사, 건강캠페인을 실시하는 한편 전년도 사업 지역이었던 에르데넷의 지원 결과 모니터링 등을 위해 남서중 사무총장을 단장으로 9명의 사업단이 9월 25일부터 9박 10일간의 여정으로 떠났다.

사업장의 자율적인 안전보건경영체제를 구축할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 한국산업안전공단과 안전관리부가 주관이 되어 관련 교육과 기술지원을 실시하고 그 결과를 객관적으로 평가하여 일정기준 이상 도달되었을 때 ［건설업 KOSHA 2000 프로그램］ 인증을 획득하고 안전보건 경영체제를 지속적으로 유지하기 위해 사후 지원하도록 한 프로그램이다. 그 추진배경으로는 기존 안전보건 활동의 한계성, 재해율 절감의 한계성, 새로운 시스템 즉 자율적, 능동적 시스템의 도입 필요, 체계적, 합리적, 유기적인 관계 선상에서 관리 필요 등이다.(중략)
