The purpose of this study was to establish the basic data of rational work environment management by grasping the interrelationship between motivation or organizational fairness and retention intention. From March 1, 2019 to April 12, 2019, clinical dental hygienists working in dental hospitals and clinics in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, and Jeonra provinces were sampled as a convenience, using self-informative methods. There was a significant positive correlation between motivation and organizational fairness, and there was a positive correlation with retention intention. Organizational fairness had a positive correlation with retention intention. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of the dental hygienists by establishing the working period based on the positive organizational fairness and the application of the active motivation program to increase the dental hygienist's intention.

The purpose of this study was dentify the effect of the grit, social support, burnout on dental hygienists' grit. The study involved 248 hygienists from different dental institutions. The participants in the study were 248. It was analyzed by T-test, ANOVA, hierarchical regression analysis by using SPSS version 19.0 program. The average for grit was 3.43, it was 3.69 for social support, it was 2.92 for burnout. The influencing factors of grit were marital status(β=.130), social support(β=.239), and burnout(β=.-275). The variable that exerted the largest influence on the grit of the dental hygienists was burnout. Conclusively, it is necessary to develop a burnout treatment program to increase the grit in dental hygienists. And proposed the necessity of follow-up research.

국내의 미세먼지 문제가 심각해짐에 따라 대기 오염에 관한 분야의 관심이 높아지고 있다. 현재 정부는 최근 IT 융합 기술의 발전에 따라 빅데이터, 클라우드, 등 사물인터넷 기반 장치의 확산 및 고도화를 위한 기술 접목에 많은 지원과 관심을 보이며 기상청을 통해서는 국내 대기 오염으로 인한 사회적 비용을 낮추기 위해 공공 데이터(Application Program Interface, API)를 활용 다양한 정보 서비스를 지원하고 있다. 하지만 기상청에서 제공하는 정보 서비스에는 한계가 있다. 특히 기상청에서 운영되고 있는 장비들은 고가의 장비로써 비용 및 공간적 설치 제약이 따르며, 약 15km 범위를 한 개소로 담당하여 기상 데이터에 대한 신뢰도에 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 오픈 하드웨어 기반 소형 기상관측 장비를 활용한 기상지수 및 미세먼지 측정 데이터 제공 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 기상 계측이 필요한 지역의 작은 공간을 활용, 기상관측 장비를 통해 관측된 데이터와 기상청에서 제공하는 생활 기상지수 알고리즘을 토대로 해당 지역에 맞는 맞춤형 정보를 제공하여 사회적 비용을 낮출 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Objective : This study aims to identify international academic trends regarding the effectiveness of telehealth for the elderly through bibliographic analysis and to secure the foundation for providing basic data and subsequent research to promote domestic research. Methods : This study collected bibliographic information on the effectiveness of telehealth for the elderly published in international academia from January 2010 to December 2020 and analyzed and visualized the relationships between information using VOS viewer software (version 1.6.16, CWTS, Netherlands, 2020). Results : First, the research trend analysis shows a 678% increase in the number of papers published over the past 10 years. Most of the research was conducted in 145 (45.89%) Health care science services, and the most papers were published in 39 Telemedicine and e-Health journals (9.11%). Second, the network analysis showed that Oxford University had a total of 168 connections in other countries and institutions in the U.K, indicating the strongest influence in international academic societies. Third, as a result of the keyword analysis, 'older adults (64 times)', 'care (62 times)', 'health (50 times)', 'technology (40 times)', and 'outcomes (41 times)' were used in the study. Conclusion : In this study, the trends and topics of international academia on the effectiveness of telehealth for the elderly were analyzed to form the basis for research activities and the institutional implementation of telehealth for the elderly in Korea.

This study was done on the basis that IT convergence-contents can help the elderly. The effects of IT convergence-contents were analyzed on the occupational performance of the elderly. This investigation was done with 100 elderly people above 65 years of age who lived in local community and two senior welfare centers in Busan and Kyeongbuk. The 100 elderly people were split into two groups of 50: the one group who has experience with IT convergence-contents was the experiment group, and the other group with no experience was the control group. In both groups, body functions, cognitive functions, activities of daily living and community participation were tested. The experimental group had higher scores for cognitive function, and activities of daily living than that of the control group. In conclusion, future studies can support continued IT convergence-contents at the local business community level rather than with smaller samples. This work lays the groundwork for follow-up studies to evaluate the effectiveness of IT convergence-contents.

In this study, the change of skin condition was analyzed by skin analysis equipment using scrub cosmetics, and the morphological characteristics of microbead were observed by dermascope and scanning electron microscope. In the dermascope observation, during the process of cleansing, the microbeads attached to the skin existed in close contact with each other or dispersed. The skin after scrubbing was clean and smooth and the fine wrinkles between epidermal keratinocytes were reduced. In the scanning electron microscopic observation, the microbead surface did not have severe bending or rough surface. The skin moisture and oil content were higher than the scrub skin before the scrub, and there was no significant difference in the pH.

This study was conducted to estimate the relationship between academic achievement, and college life adaptation of dental hygiene students in S area and use them as basic data for improving the effectiveness of academic and career guidance. A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 245 dental hygiene students. Data collection was analyzed by frequency, chi-square test, t-test, regression using SPSS 21.0. As a result, The higher the grade, the academic achievement, the higher the adaptation to college life. The admission types was not statistically significant. By presenting the factors related to adaptation to college life in dental hygiene students. I think that it can help develop academic and career guidance related programs.

This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the satisfaction of patients undergoing dental implant surgery and to improve the satisfaction after the procedure. According to the study results of 178 dental implants patients who visited the dental hospital, regarding changes made before and after the implant procedure, 1.07 in terms of the masticatory function, while the social function evolved 0.7 points. In addition, the psychological function showed transformation 0.97 points. Furthermore, it will be necessary to make constant management through education and counseling regarding effective oral health management methods posterior to the implant procedure.

본 논문에서는 최근 스마트 헬스케어가 보건의료서비스에 특화시켜 환자와 의사가 직 간접적으로 진료를 할 수 있게끔 하는 스마트폰 환경에서의 원격진료 서비스가 부각됨에 따라 유무선 통신 인프라를 기반으로 노인, 만성질환자, 회복중인 환자나 수술 후 환자 그리고 일반인 등이 일상생활을 하면서 불편하거나, 거추장스럽지 않게 신체 정보를 측정하고 건강상태의 변화에 대한 전문가의 진단을 즉각적으로 제공하기 위해 Bluetooth HDP(Health Device Profile)을 통해 IEEE11073 PHD 표준 기반의 홈 헬스케어 의료기기 연결성을 보장하며, HL7 CDA 기반의 정보 전달 구조로 의료진뿐만 아니라 다양한 스마트 앱 어플리케이션 간의 융합을 가능하게 하는 스마트 헬스케어 솔루션을 설계하고자 한다.

Big data is all data generated in the digital environment which has a variety of large and a short life cycle. The amount and type of data are becoming more and more produced on a larger scale, as a smart phone and the internet are popular, and consequently it has been converted into time for users to take advantage and extract only the valuable and useful data from the generated big data. Big data can also be applied to the medical industry and health sectors. It has created the synergy to be fused with ICT such as IoT, smart healthcare, and so on. However, there will be challenges like data security in order securely to use a meaningful and useful vast amounts of data. In this study, we analyze the future prospects of the healthcare, applications and issues of medical big data, and the expected challenges.
