산업재해의 직접적인 원인은 작업자의 불안전한 행동과 작업과정에서의 안전시설 설치미흡으로 인한 불안전한 상태로와 기술적, 교육적, 관리적 원인의 복합적인 형태로 발생되는데 그 가운데 산업안전보건법상의 건설공사 각 공종 별 기술적인 안전시설설치 기준이 건설업 종사자에게 쉽게 적용하기가 현행 법기준에는 문제점이 있으며 이러한 복잡한 법기준을 분석하여 안전사고 예방 기법에 적용하고자 제시하고자하며, 향후에 이를 바탕으로 산업안전보건법상의 안전기준을 체계적으로 분석하여 제시하고자 한다.

"안전이라는 것은 백 번, 천 번 읊어봐야 아이들한테 공부하라는 잔소리와 다를 바 없습니다. 근로자의 입장에서 위험한 요소는 무엇인지, 다칠 수 있는 위험한 것은 없는지 직접 살피고 하나하나씩 잘못된 부분을 고쳐 나가는 것이 중요합니다. 근로자와 함께 소통하고 근로자의 눈높이에서 함께 할 때 안전에 대한 공감대를 얻을 수 있다고 생각합니다." 근로자가 43명인 소규모기업(전기도금업) (주)앤티피를 운영하면서 사업장을 안전한 일터로 가꾸어나가고 있는 양재우(57세) 회장의 신념이다. 양재우 회장은 안전보건에 대한 남다른 소신과 열정으로 대기업 못지않은 안전보건 투자를 하고 있다. 또 특유의 '감성 안전경영'으로 작업환경의 개선과 근로자의 안전의식을 높이면서 (주)앤피티를 2008년부터 현재까지 1,500일 무재해를 이끌었다. 이러한 노력으로 양 회장은 고용노동부가 선정하는 5월의 산재예방 달인을 수상하게 됐다. 최고경영자로는 처음으로 산재예방달인을 수상하게 된 것이다. 각계의 안전보건관련업무 종사자 중 산재예방에 기여한 사람을 선정하여 시상하는 제도인 산재예방 달인. 달인이라는 명성에 걸맞은 양재우 회장의 안전관리 노력을 한번 살펴봤다.

최근 건설현장에서는 안전사고 예방을 위한 다양한 노력을 하고 있지만 전 산업에서 건설업 재해율은약 50%로 여전히 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 중대재해처벌법 시행(22년 1월 27일)과 4차산업 발달에 따른 IOT기반 안전관리 등 안전규제와 안전관리기술이 현장에 적용되고 있지만 건설현장 안전관리의 접점에 있는 실무자 및 근로자가 실효성 있게 안전관리활동을 하고 실질적으로 안전행동을 강화시키는 안전사고 예방적 안전관리가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장에서 시행되고 있는 안전보건활동, 안전교육, 안전행동강화, 안전성과와의 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 제시하고 관계 분석하였다. 건설현장 실무자 및 근로자의 설문조사 데이터를 구조방정식에 적용하여 관계를 분석한 예측결과, 분석결과에 의해 검증된 가설이 시사하는 부분을 해석하고, 가설검증을 기반으로 외생변수로부터 안전행동강화에 도달하는 경로를 탐색하고 주요 논점을 논의한다.

Objectives: The study aims to compare indirect form of employment with direct form of employment on the variables of occupational danger and physical health. Methods: I studied based on the data of 5th Korean Working Conditions Survey (KWCS) which was performed by Occupational Safety & Health Research Institute of Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency in 2017. SAS 9.4 was used for statistical analysis of the final data. Results: Based on the verification result, the hazard is higher for direct employment than for dispatch or subcontract in case of exposure to risks in the health and social welfare industry. Based on cross tabulation, significant differences were found in the proportions of harmful and safe tasks in direct employment and those in outsourcing in the physical health industry. It was found that the risk of hazard is 2.18 times higher in outsourcing jobs than in direct employment. Conclusions: It is necessary to consider a dispatch and subcontract partner as a strategic partner and not simply hand over dangerous or hard tasks to them. Active and aggressive cooperation along with support from the employer enterprise built in the contract is necessary for the safety and health of dispatch or subcontract laborers.

The purpose of this study was to suggest measures to improve safety and health training by analyzing trainees who participated in the training programs. A survey was administered to 226 trainees who participated in and completed the safety and health training programs provided by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency. The study results showed that the level of satisfaction of employers for the training programs was the lowest compared to the middle managers and employees. Moreover, the middle managers' job competencies were increased, and they applied newly acquired knowledge and skills to their jobs. However, there were significant differences between industries. Finally, although all levels of trainee agreed on the effectiveness of safety and health training, the perceptions of employers were lower than those of employees. Based on these study results, several implications to improve the safety and health training were suggested.

In this study, the impact of entrepreneurial orientation subfactors on organizational performance in the health and social welfare services industry was examined. Accordingly, responses from 272 organizations in this industry that participated in the corporate section of the 2022 Entrepreneurship Panel Survey conducted by the Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation were used. A regression analysis was performed on the data using the SPSS 25.0 program. According to the analysis, the entrepreneurial orientation subfactors of autonomy, proactiveness, innovativeness, and competitive pursuit had positive impacts on organizational performance. Risk-taking, on the other hand, had no effect on organizational performance. Based on these findings, building an entrepreneurial-oriented organizational culture and strengthening compensation to promote an entrepreneurial orientation are recommended.

The purpose of this study is to analyze temporal and spatial variations of atopic dermatitis and to identify major factors. Data utilized in the study were collected by the Community Health Survey, KOSIS and so and on from 2009 to 2013. This study was analyzed using descriptive statistics and Geographically weighted regression model. As a result, regional diagnosis rate of atopic dermatitis was increased by 5 years, and difference related to geographic location was so large. The regional characteristics that contribute to the diagnosis of atopic dermatitis were as follows: older adults population ratio, ratio of basic living security received people, depression experience rate, high risk drinking rate, number of wastewater discharge business, number of tobacco retail business, number of fast food restaurant business. This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data on health policy direction and provided information on prioritization of health business in each region.

Little is known about unemployment duration and re-employment pattern. This paper empirically examines unemployment duration and re-employment pattern using data by the 1998 national survey about the unemployed and their needs. A parametric survival model(Weibull model) is adopted to identify variables predicting unemployment duration. It is found that the data including people without unemployment insurance as well as people with unemployment insurance fit the Weibull model including the hazard distribution that the hazard of reemployment is increasing at an decreasing rate. Variables that affect unemployment duration are age, householdership, family income, size of prior employment organization, and cause of unemployment. In re-employment pattern, statistically significant variables are age, type of prior employment industry, prior employment pattern, and membership in unemployment insurance. This paper provides a basic knowledge about realities of unemployed individuals in the economic crisis period of Korea, identifies research areas for further research, and develops policy implications for the unemployed.

In order to derive a plan to increase the field effectiveness of the safety and health management(SHM) system, this study suggested plans for practical application of SHM system to the actual sites managed by the branch office of a public enterprise along with practical implications that should be considered. For this, in-depth interviews were conducted with employees in charge of safety and health work at the sites to analyze SHM system of the branch office, and the implementation processes and frameworks for establishing SHM system were suggested by grasping the actual conditions of the construction company performing the construction ordered by the branch office. This study shows that in order for SHM to be internalized in public enterprises, plans and performance indicators that can be applied in the field should be specifically presented in consideration of the hierarchical structure and processes of the organization performing the work, and a work environment should be created to focus on practical works related to safety and health.
