4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안 연구

  • 본 연구는 우리나라가 글로벌 시장에서 4차 산업혁명 시대를 주도하는데 필요한 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성에 초점을 두고, 4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 국내 타특수대학원인 창업대학원과 컨설팅대학원을 비교고찰하였고, 해외 타전문대학원인 일본 회계전문대학원과 일본 법학전문대학원을 비교고찰하였다. 그 결과, 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성을 위하여 4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성을 위한 차별화되고 융합화된 교과과정으로 2~3년제 전문대학원 석박사과정으로 운영될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 전문석(박)사 학위과정이므로 교육의 내실화를 위하여 야간보다는 주간과정으로 운영될 필요가 있으며, 트랙제를 적극 활용하여 경영학, 회계학, 법학, 창업학, 공학 등 학제간 융합적 교과과정으로 설계되어야 한다. 또한 이론교육과 실무교육의 균형적 교과과정으로 실무교육이 전체 교육과정에 30% 이상이 되도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 정부(중소벤처기업부)의 전략적인 재정 지원이 필수적이며, 재정 지원과 함께 교육의 질에 대한 평가인증을 지속적으로 받아야 할 것이다. 또한 장기적으로는 중소벤처기업부의 창업대학원 및 컨설팅대학원이 4차산업혁명전문대학원으로 통합될 필요가 있다.

  • 관광벤처사업은 기존의 오프라인사업에 의존하던 관광업계에 새로운 대안으로서 부각되고 있지만 아직은 그 실효를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그런데, 관광벤처사업은 소규모 저자본으로 접근 가능한 분야로서 관광벤처사업을 영위하고자 하는 기업이 늘어나고 있다. 정부에서도 1999년 관광전문투자조합 결성 및 자금 투자, 관광벤처사업과 관련된 관련 규정을 정비하는 것은 물론, 창업보육센터, 창업정보 종합지원시스템 구축 및 정보 지원, 벤처기업 기술력 향상 지원, 중소기업 상담회사와 같은 다양한 제도적 지원 등을 강구하고 있어 관광벤처사업의 전망은 밝은 편이다. 그러나 관광벤처사업은 까다로운 관광벤처 지정 조건, 제한된 지원, 협소한 범위와 낮은 기술력, 관광벤처 전문인력의 부재와 기업가 정신의 부족 등의 문제점들을 안고 있었으며, 따라서 지정요건의 완화, 정부차원의 지원 강화, 컨텐츠 다양화, 전문인력 양성체제 구축, 관광벤처 사업동기 부여 등의 활성화 방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

A study for Establishing Entrepreneurship Graduate School enhancing the Expertise of Entrepreneurship Education (창업교육 전문성 제고를 위한 창업전문대학원 설립방안 연구)

  • This study aims at identifying whether graduate school of Entrepreneurship is proposed as an alternative for institution enhancing the expertise of entrepreneurship education which is demanded these days and also examining which forms of graduate school of Entrepreneurship is needed between special graduate school of Entrepreneurship and professional graduate school of Entrepreneurship. Three researches are made by this study. First of all, status of special graduate schools of Entrepreneurship and advanced studies are researched and secondly, educational performance and operational performance of them are researched and how they secure the prestige as a professional institution for educating Entrepreneurship has been analyzed. Finally, what needs of switching over from special graduate school of Entrepreneurship to professional graduate school of Entrepreneurship has been rveyed As a result, graduate school of Entrepreneurship has been established at five rovince in Korea. Doctoral course of Entrepreneurship has been opened independently in U. S. A. And also high performance of promoting Entrepreneur and consultant for Entrepreneur has been researched. Level of satisfaction on education program and faculties has been surveyed highly. High demand for reconversion to professional graduate school of Entrepreneurship and doctoral course of Entrepreneurship has been investigated.

신산학협력 패러다임에서 조망한 창업대학원 사업의 실태조사 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 신(新)산학협력 패러다임에서 출발한 창업대학원 사업의 실태를 조사하여 자생력을 증진시키기 위한 방안으로 창업대학원 교육프로그램 개발의 역할모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 5개 창업대학원 설문조사에 의하면, 창업대학원은 창업교육프로그램 결정과정에서 수요자 중심의 창업교육 활성화 요인들이 종합적으로 고려되지 않는 경향을 보였다. 이것은 창업교육기관의 프로그램 개발과 과정에서 수요자(학습자, 지역사회, 기관)의 요구를 분석하고 목표를 설정하는 등 일련의 절차가 전문적이고 체계적으로 이루어지지 못하고 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 창업대학원에게 신산학협력 패러다임의 중요성을 전달하고 창업교육프로그램을 개발함에 있어 신산학협력 패러다임의 주요 원칙을 적용토록 유도하여 지속적인 생존과 발전이 가능하도록 한다. 그리고 유관기관에 대한 역할 모형을 제시하여 창업교육프로그램 개발에 있어 상생의 협력이 가능한 유관기관을 선정 할 수 있도록 기준과 역할모형을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 창업대학원 사업의 실태를 조사하여 창업교육프로그램 개발 모델들이 신산학협력의 패러다임과 부합되는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 크게 두 가지의 접근을 시도하였다. 첫째, 본 연구는 이론적 검토를 통해 신산학협력 패러다임의 주요 원칙들을 도출하고 창업교육에 효과적인 적용방법을 고찰하였다. 둘째, 5개 창업대학원의 교육프로그램 개발 성과를 측정하기 위해 주요 원칙이 얼마나 잘 지켜지고 있는가를 확인하였다.

The Case Study of the Entrepreneurship Intensive Programs and the Successful Diffusing Strategies of the Entrepreneurship Education. (벤처창업전문과정(EIP) 사업추진 성공사례와 확산전략)

  • This paper introduced successful case studies of the EIP (Entrepreneurship Intensive Programs) programs that are planed by 5MBA (Small and Medium Business Administration) and executed by Hoseo University and Jinju National University in 2004. Therefore, the illustrations and examples used in this paper are based on the EIP programs of those schools. Currently there are five graduate schools for Entrepreneurship educations that are originated from the EIP program models and those graduateschools are actively and successfully working. The purpose of this paper is to find out the diffusing strategies of the Entrepreneurship spirits and Entrepreneurship Education programs after careful analysis and review of the EIP programs. The main factors of the Success of the EIP are as follows. First, there were excellent modules of the education process. Second, there were firm and clear goals of the education. Three, there were differentiated contents of the entrepreneurship education programs. Four. each and every education performance was monitored. Five, during the programs, real start-up cases were actually handled and students had many opportunities to present their cases. However, there were some shortcomings to improve and change of the entrepreneurship education. First of all, it was very difficult to make proper education formation that is fit in the purpose of the program. Second, motivating students to find out their own business opportunities so as to turn them into real business was not satisfactory or easy. Third, there were some limitations in distributing and executing the EIP budgets. Therefore, to improve the efficiency of the Entrepreneurship education, following expanding strategies should be complemented. First, continuous redesigning of the entrepreneurship education programs is very important. Second, the specialization of the contents of the entrepreneurship education programs is essential. Third, there should be some discretionary room for the management of the entrepreneurship programs. Fourth, it is also important activating the entrepreneurship networks among schools of the entrepreneurship education. Finally, it is necessary to give some incentives and motivations based on the proper performance evaluation system.

Financial Ecosystem Development for Venture Capital Activation in Daejeon, Korea (대전지역 벤처창업 활성화를 위한 벤처 자금생태계 개선방안)

  • Despite the fact that Daejeon has excellent technology infrastructures such as government-funded research institutes, Daedeok Innopolis, and KAIST, the infrastructure for initial investment and growth support for technological start-ups is not sufficient. In particular, the amount of venture capital supply in Daejeon is relatively low compared to other innovation infrastructures. The purpose of this study is to suggest the implications of the venture capital ecosystem in Daejeon area through the analysis of what evolution process has been undergoing and what improvements and complementary points are needed in the future. First, the role of public finance system should be strengthened in order to stimulate angel investment and private capital inflows to start-up companies. Second, in order to cultivate investment professionals in the region, it is necessary to grant local funds to local institutions, and to run investment expert training courses in universities. Third, cooperation between related agencies is needed to add accelerator functions to existing incubators and to foster new accelerators. Fourth, in order to expand the role of local governments, it is necessary to establish funds, to open innovation mindset of public officials, and to communicate effectively with the central government. Fifth, basic venture ecosystem infrastructures such as inflow of excellent manpower, prevention of technology deception, improvement of rechallenge environment should be expanded. Sixth, it is necessary to reorganize the step-by-step start-up financing policy of 'Establishment - Growth - Exit - Rechallenge'. This study is meaningful in that it has grasped the current status of venture start-up financial ecosystem in Daejeon, which is changing rapidly. In particular, it is different in that it identifies financial difficulties venture companies in Daejeon and finds ways to utilize existing financial ecosystem efficiently.

  • This study is to look into the spin-off ventures which was incorporated based on the technology developed by public research institute, but underwent difficulties confronted during the development stages focused on the growth process and the factors contributed to their success. The case study was conducted with i-Sense Co., Ltd. which is a ventures organized by professors as a form of research based spin-off venture. i-Sense Co., Ltd. is a new-technology based ventures to produce self-tester for blood sugar level which was incorporated by Prof. Cha, Keun-sik and Prof. Nam, Hak-hyun of Department of Chemistry in Kwangwoon University along with the graduate course students of the Research Laboratory of the University. The two professors operated the Chemical Sensor Research Center at the Kwangwoon University where they produced many preliminary research outputs related with bio-sensors. They also executed the service works at the specialized company they established for research development to make research fund. They established i-Sense Co., Ltd. with the aim to carry out the research they want to. But contrary to the initial intention of the founders of the company, i-Sense Co., Ltd. has grown up as manufacturing company which produces and sells the self-tester for blood sugar level and is expected to be listed by Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the KOSDAQ in 2008. This study is to analyze the foundation and the growth process of i-Sense Co., Ltd. as successful research based spin-off ventures, to find out the factors contributed to their success by enabling them to overcome the difficulties experienced during the growth process, and eventually to provide with suggestive meanings in policy and practical point of view that leaded the research based spin-off ventures to success.

  • As the interest in entrepreneurship increases, entrepreneurship education programs for people that are preparing to start a business increased rapidly. Entrepreneurial supporting policy from the government has been diversified and because of increasing support of entrepreneurship education, the demand for entrepreneurship education has been rising. As of today, most educators of entrepreneurship education program are management major, expert or people who has the experience of starting a business. Lately, target of education has been diversified and as the demand of entrepreneurship education increases, the importance of systematic training for entrepreneurship educators have been raised. In the present study, we are going to take a look at the current situation of the training course for entrepreneurship educators in Korea and then do a comparative analysis of the cases overseas. And then we derived the improvement plan for the current situation of Korea. When our training courses for the entrepreneurship educators are compared to the courses overseas, we do not have a systematic and ongoing courses. Training for entrepreneurship educators is not something that can be done in a short period of time. The training of educators has to be done prior to the development of education programs. In accordance to the existing school system, we should strive to achieve educational infrastructure that cultivates specialized educators.

A Study on the Impact of Innovation Capabilities of Venture Companies on Business Performance by Growth Stages (벤처기업의 혁신역량이 성장단계별 기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • This study analyzed the impact of venture companies' innovation capabilities on business performance by growth stage. Innovation capability, which is an independent variable, is composed of entrepreneur characteristics, technology development capabilities, marketing capabilities, and external cooperation. And the dependent variables were set as sales and long-term growth prospects. This study utilized data from the '2022 Precise Survey on Venture Companies'and conducted descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis as research methodology. As a result of the analysis, the negative influence of the educational background of entrepreneurs' characteristics was found to decrease as the growth stage increased, and the long-term growth prospects of entrepreneurs with abundant industrial practical experience were perceived positively. Research and development personnel was a negative factor during the start-up period, but as the growth stage increased and technology accumulation occurred, it changed into a positive factor. Marketing competency level was found to be an important factor in all growth stages. For external collaboration activities, all hypotheses regarding sales were rejected, but hypotheses regarding the start-up and growth periods regarding long-term growth prospects were accepted. it is interpreted that external collaboration activities are necessary to overcome the limitations of internal resources.

대규모 공개 온라인수업 MOOC 기반의 앙트러프러너십 교육 활성화 방안 고찰 및 제언

  • 2010년 이후 대학을 중심으로 앙트러프러너십 교육의 중요성이 강조되면서, 그동안 창업과 기업가정신 관련 프로그램이 양적으로 급격하게 증가하여 왔다. 또한, 부처들이 모여 '대학창업교육 5개년 계획'을 수립하고 추진하며 그 확산은 더욱 빠르게 진행되었다. 하지만 현실은, 앙트러프러너십 전문교수자의 부족, 창업인프라 편중현상으로 인한 교육혜택의 지역편차 심화, 천편일률적이고 파편적인 교육커리큘럼, 그리고 빠른 변화의 스타트업 환경과 속도를 따라잡지 못하는 대학 내부체계 등 앙트러프러너십 교육의 전반적인 문제점이 심각하게 거론되고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 문제들의 해결을 위한 하나의 방편으로 온라인플랫폼을 바탕으로 하는 앙트러프러너십 교육의 질적향상과 양적확산을 통해 문제를 해결하려는 움직임이 일어나고 있다. 이미 해외에서는 대중을 대상으로 온라인플랫폼을 통한 대규모공개수업 MOOC(이하 '무크')가 확산되고 활발히 연구되고 있다. 온라인플랫폼 기반의 앙트러프러너십 교육 또한 비즈니스 범주에서 주요한 위치에 자리를 잡고 있으며, 효과성에도 좋은 결과를 내며 진행되고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 대규모 개방 온라인교육 수업과정인 무크에 대한 정확한 개념과 구조적 배경의 이해를 통해, 무크 현상의 본질적 가치와 의미를 발견하고 앙트러프러너십 교육에의 적용방법과 기대효과에 대한 고찰을 하였다. 목적한 연구의 진행을 위해 질적연구방법론을 사용하여 최신문헌 검토 및 참여관찰, 심층면담, 이해당사자 인터뷰를 진행하였고, 근거이론을 기반으로 핵심키워드를 도출하여 연구의 전체적인 맥락을 구성하였다.
