Internet Trade is the new type of business transaction, which sells and advertises the product and services by using the Internet, which is spreaded rapidly to the world. Under these circumstance, our country should discuss the proper position and role as the center in the trade amount in the world trade market, and face the irresistible changes of trade environment. First, in the institution and legal aspect. Second, the price payment system of the internet trade. Third, the so-called infra construction, the physical sector for activating the internet trade, the comprehensive plan of super-highway information communication net work by the government authorities is expected to be promoted. There is no perfect solution that internet trade could be completely done in front of monitor and will be solved one by one along with the development of electronic commerce. At last, the government's and industry's joint positive concern and participation in the rapidly changing new world trade trends of internet trade is expected fit for our position in the world.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the environmental equity of the accessibility to public transportation services in the city of Daegu. The 2005 census data as well as bus stop and subway station datasets were integrated for building the GIS database. Public transportation service areas were then identified by a coverage method. Mann Whitney U test was used for statistically comparing the socioeconomic characteristics over different levels of access to the public transportation services. Both Dong-gu, Suseong-gu, Dalseo-gu, and Buk-gu located outside of the city had worse accessibility than others while Jung-gu, Seo-gu, and Nam-gu had better accessibility than others. There appeared no environmental inequity pattern in terms of the percentages of men, women, and teenagers over the city of Daegu whereas there existed some environmental inequity pattern in terms of the percentages of people above the age of 65 and people below poverty line. This environmental inequity pattern would be caused by some factors. Firstly, the lower income class has tended to reside in the declined or blighted areas far away from public transportation facilities since this class can not afford to pay expensive rents and land prices around the main roads with higher accessibility. Many old people belonging to the lower income class also reside in the declined or blighted areas. Secondly, there has been no law to locate bus stops and subway stations considering residents' socioeconomic characteristics and the spatial distribution of public transportation facilities has been not managed systematically by the city government. This research would shed insight on building the public transportation policy to locate bus stops and subway stations and to select the routes of buses and subways considering the spatial distribution of residents' socioeconomic characteristics.

편리한 금융거래 수단으로써 인터넷뱅킹을 포함한 전자금융 서비스가 생활화 되었으며 그 중요성 또한 갈수록 증가하고 있다. 이에 대한 부작용으로서 사용자의 실수나 금융기관, 쇼핑몰, 포털 등의 해킹을 통한 전자금융 접근매체의 유출, 비정상적인 지불결제나 인터넷뱅킹 이체 사고 등 침해사고 또한 함께 증가하고 있다. 금융권은 금융감독원을 중심으로 전자금융 종합보안 대책 수립(2005년) 및 전자금융거래법 시행(2007년) 등을 통해 고객 PC의 해킹방지를 위한 다양한 보안프로그램 제공 의무화, 보안등급에 따른 이체한도 차등화, 금융권 통합 OTP 인증체계 구축 등 전자금융 침해사고 예방을 위한 적극적인 노력을 기울여오고 있으나, 최근 들어 피싱/파밍 등 신종 사이버사기 기법이나 해외의 전문 해커에 의해 개발된 고도의 지능화된 해킹툴이 사용되어 보안프로그램을 무력화시킨 후 고객정보를 유출해가거나 일반 포털사이트, 웹하드, 웹메일 등의 해킹을 통해 인터넷 사이트에 등록된 고객의 인터넷뱅킹 접근 매체를 유출하여 인터넷뱅킹 침해 사고를 일으키는 등의 신종 침해사고를 완벽히 차단하지는 못하고 있어, 더욱 강력한 전자금융 침해사고 예방 통제 방안의 수립과 함께 침해사고 발생 시 원인 파악 및 범인 검거를 위한 역추적 시스템의 구축 등 기존 보안체계를 대폭 강화할 필요성이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시중 은행의 인터넷뱅킹 침해사고 발생 현황 조사를 중심으로 최근 발생한 전자금융 침해사고의 추이분석, 침해사고 주요 원인과 기존 대응 체계의 현황, 한계점 등을 파악하였다. 그리고 전자금융 침해사고의 효과적인 예방 및 대응 강화 방안으로서 사용자 관점에서 공인인증서를 중심으로 한 전자금융 접근매체의 관리 강화 방안을 제안하였으며, 전자금융 서비스를 제공하는 금융 기관 관점에서 효과적인 전자금융거래 로깅 및 역추적 시스템의 구축 및 전체 금융기관과 감독기관 간의 유기적인 공조를 기반으로 한 침해사고 공동 대응체계의 구축 및 운영을 위한 시스템의 구성 방법, 운영 프로세스, 관련 법률의 검토 및 대응 방법 등을 제안하였다.

Since 2008, large-scale personal information breach incidents have occurred frequently. Even though national education, policy, and laws have been enacted and implemented to resolve the issue, personal information breaches still occur. Currently, individuals cannot confirm detailed information about what personal information has been affected, and they cannot respond to the breaches. Therefore, it is desirable to develop various methods for preventing and responding to personal information infringement caused by breach and leakage incidents and move to privacy protection behaviors. The purpose of this study is to create understanding of personal information security and information breach, to present services that can prevent breaches of personal information, to investigate the necessity of and analyze the potential public demand for such services, and to provide direction for future privacy-related information services.

Nowadays due to the development of IT, hacking has become a major issue and importance of information system security is rapidly increasing. This research focuses on problems of training system security experts within Korea by analysing university's management information system curriculum and proposes an alternative way to solve this problem. The result of this research is the following. First, reformation of university's curriculum for successfully training system security experts is crucial. Second, theories that was learned in university courses need to be coherent to the actual work that the system security experts do in the field. Lastly, advanced IT countries like the US and Japan have already made standards on training system auditors and reinforced it with laws. Therefore Korea should establish a formal standard system like the other IT industry advanced countries.

A shipbroking is maritime service business, which is consist of market of freight, shipbuilding, sales & purchase and demolition for intermediation between customer and supplier. In this way, a shipbroking business has strong relationship with shipping industry and is also knowledge service business for creation additional value based on shipping, shipbuilding, financial and law etc. However, the research on the evaluation items and a method for shipbroking company were not carried out in previous research. In this paper, We defined evaluation items with three high level, six middle level and sixteen low level for evaluation of shipbroking service by expert's brainstorming and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method. And also carried out survey to employees of shipbroking company as supplier and shipping company as customer. As a result of survey, result of service in high level, convenient of middle level and credibility of low level are evaluated highly, and also business credit rating, profit of customer, achievement of customer's object are considered to more important than others items. In case of comparison between group, a method of contact with client, problem-solving ability, good relationship with clients of international and domestic evaluated importantly in common.

The study aims to discuss issues on alternative materials for the disabled. For the purpose, it analyzed related policies and legislations. As a theoretical study, it explored definitions and types of altermative materials, and discussed a history of the information access rights for the disabled. Then, the study analyzed the disabled service part of the library development master plan. Futhermore, it discussed library act, disabled welfare act, and copyright act which define the rights and responsibilities of the interested groups. Based on the analysis, the study conducted interviews with members of the interested groups to explores their acknowledge and perspective. As a result, it argued the problems related to production and service of alternative materials, and provided five enhanced strategies.

코로나19 팬데믹을 계기로 원격의료의 수요가 폭발하여 비대면 진료가 가능하도록 법률을 개정하려는 추세에 필요한 서비스로 시간과 비용이 없고, 거리 두기 단계 상향등으로 병원에 방문하지 못하는 환자가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 시중에 건강상태를 확인할수 있는 장비를 판매하지만 전문적인 지식이 없는 일반인은 정확하게 결과를 알 수 없고 한가지의 검사만 측정이 가능하기 때문에 검사결과를 확인하고 싶으면 병원을 방문해야한다. 본 논문은 전문적인 지식이 없는 일반인도 자신의 건강상태를 확인가능하게 하기 위해 심박, 심전도, 산소포화도, 체온센서의 측정값을 그래프로 표현한 후 검사결과를 토대로 의사와 원격진료가 가능하여 병원을 방문하지 않고 의사와 상담 및 진료가 가능하다. 병원에 입원이 불가능한 환자일 경우 산소포화도 측정값이 95%미만이면 산소공급 즉 응급처치가 가능하다.

Due to the development of Internet and the collection and usage of the individual information, the infringements of the personal data have been increased rapidly. Regarding the personal data protection in the medical industry, it is clearly described in 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and information Protection, etc.'. the law is ratified on the basis of the service provider, therefore, it has its own limitation to be applied to medical industry. Therefore, this paper is to set the security standard and to discuss the range of legal application and considerations on its basis for the domestic medical institution at the electronic medical record system. We exemplify specific applicable content of the electronic signature in the electronic medical record also, present a security assessment item in electronic medical system and set the criteria for the security standard in the medical industry.

Since Korea is highly dependent on energy imports, it has been making efforts to save energy resources by enacting laws to promote resource saving and recycling. Recently, as a part of recycling of empty bottles, a bottle unattended collecting machine has been installed in the big shopping mall in the metropolitan area. However, there is no commercialization of the unattended collecting machine in Korea and the smart device application for providing information on empty bottle recycling is not yet provided. In this paper, we have designed and constructed a bottle recycling information management system to promote resource recycling. The manager has built a homepage that can manage the information of the empty bottle and the a bottle unattended collecting machine. Also, many people with smart devices can easily access bottle recycling information by using camera and barcode search and label search.
