Community roads pose risks for traffic accidents, falls, crimes, and disasters, threatening pedestrian safety. However, current road management and safety systems primarily focus on arterial roads, and fail to adequately consider the unique characteristics of community roads. This study presents a methodology to more effectively predict various pedestrian accidents on community roads by categorizing risk zones based on a distribution of risk factors. Through field surveys, key risk factors for each type of accident were identified, and the frequency of these factors was used to classify risk zones, which were then visually represented using GIS. Applying this methodology to Seoul's Seocho 1-dong, a comparison with actual accident data revealed a partial correlation between the predicted risk zones and actual locations of traffic and disaster-related incidents, thereby validating the methodology. This study is expected to serve as a policy tool for preventing accidents and enhancing safety on community roads.

We analyzed the effect of urban disaster on urban growth in 82 cities in Korea. It is interesting to note that violent crime has a positive (+) relationship with income growth, and other theft crime and violent crimes have a negative relationship with anticipated crime. Disaster accidents and incidents do not have a direct effect on employment and population growth, and are the result of rejecting hypotheses presented in previous studies. Finally, although the three indicators representing urban growth, that is, income, employment, and population, have different characteristics of statistical data basically, they show significant differences in explanatory power even though they use the same explanatory variables. This result suggests a new research task in addition to suggesting the use of the three indicators.

Industrial secrets that companies own recently protected by various act related industrial security such as Trade Secret Act, Act on Prevention of Divulgence and Protection of Industrial Technology, etc. However, despite such protection infringement and leakage accidents of industrial secrets is increasing every year. According to a survey conducted by KAITS(Korean Association for Industrial Technology Security) annual average of estimated damage by industrial secrets leakage is estimated to be "50 trillion won." This is equivalent to the amount of annual revenue of small businesses more than 4,700 units. Following this, industrial secrets leakage causes serious damages to competitiveness of nation and companies and economic. However investment and effort to the industrial secrets leakage crime is lack of level compared to the scale of damage. Actually, most companies except some major companies are lack of response action about industrial secrets leakage because of shortage of separate organization, workforce, budget for industrial secrets leakage security. This paper aims to understand the overall flow of the industrial secrets leakage crime through various taxonomy such as cause of occurrence and leakage pathway and grasp the condition of damage from industrial secrets leakage through analyzation of internal and external industrial secrets leakage crime. This is expected to be the basis for related research.

최근의 범죄 동향을 살펴보면 묻지마 범죄와 여성 혐오 범죄가 계속해서 늘어나는 추세이다. 낮과 밤을 구분하지 않고 일어나는 사건·사고들에 특히나 범죄에 노출되기 쉬운 여성들은 일상생활에서조차 안전을 보장받지 못하고 있다. 이를 위해 생겨난 여성안심 귀갓길이라고 지정된 보호구역은 보호라는 말이 무색하게 제대로 사용할 수 있는 방범 시스템이 제대로 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이와 같은 상황을 개선하기 위해 기존의 시각적 방범과는 달리 탐지 범위가 넓고 상대적으로 제한이 적은 음향으로 접근한 새로운 방범 시스템 개발을 통해 여성들의 안전을 보장할 수 있도록 제안한다.

Korean Peninsula is surrounded by ocean on three sides. Because of this geographical quality over 97% of export and import volumes are exchange by sea. Foreign ship and international passenger vessels carries foreign tourist and globalization and internationalization increases this trends. Leisure population grows with national income increase and interest of ocean. And accidents and incidents rates are also increases. Korea Coast Guard's jurisdiction area is 4.5 times bigger than our country. The length of coastline is 14,963km including islands. One patrol vessel is responsible for 24,068km and one coast guard substation is responsible for 94km. Efficient patrol activities can not be provided. This research focus on this problem. Analyze the status and trends of maritime crime and suggest efficient patrol activities. To deal with increasing maritime crime rate this study suggest to use geographical profile method which developed early 1900s in USA. This geographical profile analyse the spatial characteristic and mapping this result. With this result potential crime zone can be predicted. One of the result is hot spot management which gives data about habitual crime zone. In Korea National Police Agency adopt this method in 2008 and apply on patrol and crime prevention activity by analysis of different criteria. Korea National Police Agency analyse the crime rate with crime type, crime zone and potential crime zone, and hourly, regionally criteria. Korea Coast Guard need to adopt this method and apply on maritime to make maritime crime map, which shows type of crime with regional, periodical result. With this geographical profiling we can set a Criminal Point which shows the place where the crime often occurs. The Criminal Points are set with the data of numerous rates such as homicide, robbery, burglary, missing, collision which happened in ocean. Set this crime as the major crime and manage the data more thoroughly. I expect to enhance the reinforcement of marine crime using this Criminal Points. Because this points will give us efficient way to prevent the maritime crime by placing the patrol vessel where they needed most.

범죄나 사고 소식을 접하는 대다수의 사람들은 자신이 직접적인 피해자가 아니라는 사실에 안도하면서도, 혹시 발생할 지 모르는 만약의 사태에 대비하곤 한다. 그런 의미에서 최근 언론매체를 통해 등장하는 개인정보보호 유출사고 소식에 대해 일반인들은 어떤 생각을 갖고 있을까. 또 각종 개인정보 유출 사건사고에 의한 간접 학습효과는 얼마나 될까. KISA가 남녀, 연령대별로 구분해 사용자의 개인정보보호 의식수준과 개인정보보호를 위한 실천 수준을 측정하기 위해 온라인 설문을 실시했다.

공공기관에서 발간하는 공식통계자료들을 살펴보면 대부분 관찰값으로 총 빈도수나 또는 전체를 기준으로 하여 그 빈도수가 차지하는 퍼센트 그리고 지수 등으로 나타나 있다. 이러한 자료는 단순히 공무원들에게 행정용으로 활용되고는 있으나 일반인들이 자료를 이해하고 나아가 활용하기는 어렵다. 이런 자료들이 일반인을 위한 자료가 되기 위해서는 국민 한사람(또는 기본 단위)당 그 발생 확률을 구하여 제시하고 나아가 개개인의 여러 복잡한 현실 상황을 고려해도 그 확률 계산이 용이하도록 기초적인 자료를 제공하는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다. 즉, 육하(六河)원칙을 근거로한 현상에 대하여 확률을 구하고 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 이 논문에서는 경찰청에서 발표된 교통사고에 대한 통계자료와 대검찰청에서 발표된 범죄사건 통계자료를 통계학의 기본인 확률의 개념을 도입하여 보다 이해가 쉽고, 나아가 교통사고와 범죄 피해를 최소한으로 줄일수 있는 자료로 변환하여 설명하고자 한다.

지난 3월 4일 국내 일부 금융기관과 포털 사이트 등이 분산서비스거부 공격으로 접속이 중단되는 사태가 발생했다. 이번 사건뿐만 아니라 세계 곳곳에서는 범죄적 양상을 띠는 다양한 사이버 범죄 발생이 증가하고 있다. 이에 앞서 미 정부는2009년 "사이버스페이스 정책 리뷰(cyberspace policy review)"를 발표해 사이버보안의 책임 공유, 사이버보안 사고 발생시 긴밀한 대응을 위한 유관기관 간의 정보 공유 및 사고 대응을 위한 체계 구축 등의 전략을 내세운 바 있다. 이러한 전략의 연장선으로 예상되는 사이버보안에 대한 국제표준화 활동이 ITU-T SG17 Q.4에서 진행되고 있어 사이버보안 분야표준화 동향과 함께 Q.4의 주요 의제인 사이버보안 정보 교환 기술에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

Recently, as violent crimes of crime without reason (Korea : Do not ask), women and the elderly are getting serious. In the existing system, many CCTVs are installed, but it is difficult to prevent crime due to only follow-up measures after a crime occurs. This device prevents crime through this device for incidents in shaded areas and closed spaces such as apartments and buildings. To do this, we research this technology to develop products and software. It sends an alarm signal using communication technology to a specific place where you want to receive an event of an alarm or a CCTV device operated using image analysis big data technology and convergence sensor technology for a specific target of the behavior expected to be a crime or movement. Develop the device. This development device researches and develops this device and supplies low-cost devices to consumers, which is used as a device that predicts the occurrence of crime in advance, processes it as an alarm signal in real time, and transmits it, and constitutes a standalone device and a server. Will provide the device to be connected.

This study is trying to analyse the private security prevention role of citizen, For this analyse the public opinion survey on the crime prevention of the private security was carried in Kyungnam area about the crime prevention system and the storage and institution, the role of the crime prevention of private security etc. So that, we have experimented a fact-finding survey about civil consciousness. The result of this fact-finding survey about crime prevention system is on the hand pointed out the circumscription of the police power, and the other hand they have the age-old ceremonies on the dependence about police system. Because the public security order needs the compelling power to maintenance the peace and this power is exercising only by police. They don't have the trust about the role of the private security as the crime prevention institution. But, they consider the private security is just for anyone in particular and special class by their demand. And also, they consider the private security is very expensive to utilize for their security in the everyday life. There for, some people have trust for the private security and if they have a chance for the security, they consider to utilize the private security for their safe life as an security agency. The private security has a powerful experts and so many high-tech equipments for the security. Thus, we have to find a solution to get the best out of it. Because the private security is also a part of crime prevention institution as the police agency.
