A Study on Riprap Size in Meandering Channels by Hydraulic Model Test (수리모형 실험에 의한 사행하도의 사석 크기에 관한 연구)

  • Flow in meandering channel is a great concern to civil engineers and may further be characterized as one of the key problems in river morphology. It is difficult to state generalized criteria for channel improvement applicable to any particular river. But it is important to provide some principles and quidelines for the design engineer. The objective of this experimental study is to suggest riprap size, principles and quidelines for the design engineer by the hydraulic model test. For the sake of effective uses for the bank stabilization, hydraulic model tests about riprap weight and size are performed and examing thoroughly. Riprap weight for the upstream of the curvature appex can be computed by U.S.B.R. and Brahms' equation, and the size by Mavis and Laushey's equation. Those for the downstream can be computed using Brahms' and Steinberg's equations, respectively.

  • Korea follows the slope design criteria during construction. It was enacted by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. There are cases where the Soil-nail is designed as a measure to secure slope stability. The arrangement of the soil-nail may be arranged at equal intervals or may be arranged differently depending on the soil failure model. The optimum design of the countermeasure method is determined by securing stability of the slope through optimization of dimensions and shape. However, when uniform nails are placed at low elevations in slopes, the standard safety factor is exceeded, which may hinder economic design. It is preferable to arrange the reinforcement of the nails over the entire slope. When the horizontal spacing of the nails was topology optimized according to the slope height, it was possible to minimize the amount of reinforcement while satisfying the standard safety factor. Since the active load is reduced in the section where the slope height is lowered, the safety factor after reinforcement may be excessively increased. Therefore, the phase optimization method is proposed as an economical optimal design method using the reinforcing shape density. In addition, a relational expression was designed to optimize the horizontal spacing by slope height.

  • 정보의 양이 늘어나고 그 크기가 커짐에 따라 많은 분야에서 대규모 분산 파일 시스템을 제안하고 사용하고 있다. 현재 제안된 분산 파일 시스템은 대부분 확장가능하며 장애에 견딜 수 있고 신뢰성이 있는 시스템을 기본으로 하여 구성되었다. 따라서 분산 파일 시스템은 장애에 효과적으로 견질 수 있고 높은 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해서 데이터의 복제를 만들어 서로 다른 스토리지에 배치한다. 본 논문에서는 대규모 분산 파일 시스템의 복제 배치 기법에 관하여 비교 분석 하였다. 먼저 분산 파일 시스템의 동작 구조를 확인하고 분산 파일 시스템에서 보편적으로 중요시 되는 특성을 파악하였다. 그리고 복제 배치 기법이 효과적인 분산 파일 시스템 구성 시 고려해야 할 것들을 부하 분산, 디스크 분산, 장애 분산으로 나누었다. 이 세 가지 요소를 기준으로 하여 분산 파일 시스템인 GFS, HDFS, Ceph, MooseFS의 복제 배치 기법을 분석하고 각각의 특성 파악하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 GIS, GPS, Web기술을 이용하여 레미콘 차량의 운행상황과 이동경로 등을 실시간으로 파악 한 후 차량의 위치와 목적지 도착시간, 복귀예정시간 등을 예측하는 레미콘 차량 관제 시스템을 레미콘 배치플랜트의 도입 시 효율성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 공사현장에서 복귀하는 레미콘 차량의 도착시간이내 복귀거리등을 사전에 미리 차량관제서버로 전송해 주는 알림기능으로 인해 배치플랜트의 다음 배차를 위한 레디믹스가 반자동적으로 작동하여 차량의 대기나 다음 배차를 위한 차량 위치 파악 등의 지연시간이 현저히 감소되었다. 이는 1일 8시간을 기준 20대의 레미콘 차량을 분석 한 결과 실시간 운행정보를 통한 배치플랜트의 가동으로 인해 1일 155분의 시간이 절감되어 일 평균 2.5대의 레미콘 차량의 추가적 운행이 가능하였으며, 이를 비용으로 환산시 일 평균 90만원, 월 약 1920만원의 추가적인 이익이 발생하여 레미콘차량 관제 시스템에 따른 배치플랜트의 작동은 기업차원에서의 경제적 측면을 고려할 때 매우 효율적인 것으로 판단되었다.

  • In this paper, the optical arrangement of LED lamps was studied using an optical design software for illumination applications. A standard source was constructed, and then simulated its light distribution characteristics of the basic arrangements by shape, by angle, and by displacement. And the color variation circuit was constructed to obtain stabilized light and color output in consideration of the electrical and optical characteristics of high brightness RGB LEDs.

  • In this paper, finite element analysis of Steel-Concrete panel(SCP) was conducted considering the local buckling behavior and the optimized design of shear studs arrangement was studied by comparing with design guidelines. If the spacing of the studs of SCP is widened, it is easy to be manufactured and the weight fo members become lighter. On the other hand, the steel plate would be vulnerable to the local buckling behavior. Therefore, the guidance and design of SCP limit the maximum spacing of the studs to prevent the development of shear cracks and local buckling, however this is based on the design criteria of the other composite structures. Parameter studies with changes in stud spacing on steel plate and SCP are conducted and the obtained result was compared with values given in design guidelines.

Site-Plan Types of Common Design's Goon Office Buildings and their Addition & Remodeling in Japanese Colonial Period (일제강점기 '공통형' 군청사의 배치 유형과 유형별 증·개축 경향)

  • The purpose of this study is is to organize the site-plan types of common design's Goon office buildings in Japanese colonial period based on the main building's shape and main & attached building connection way and to investigate all the types' addition & remodeling ways. The study used literature research method, analysing the digital images, the annotation of the images, official documents between the Japanese government-general of Korea and To, and articles of newspapers or journals. The site-plans are sorted 5 types and subdivided 13 as their addition & remodelling ways. The initial shapes of site-plan were changed to apply every Goon's site circumstances, The main buildings were always in the center ahead and attached buildings behind or next to them in any cases of new construction, addition or remodeling. The buildings of the common design's were constructed until early 1930s and it means that their architectural level was lower than Pu office buildings, although both had same administrational level.

GPS 관측자료를 이용한 광속조정 Program 구현

  • 본 연구에서는 국내의 항공사진측량에서 적용되지 않고 있는 광속조정 Program을 구현하였다. 또한, 구현된 프로그램을 이용하여 과천지역에 대한 측량자료를 처리하였다. GPS를 이용하여 결정한 카메라 노출중심 위치를 이용하여 광속조정에 적용한 결과는 지상기준점수가 감소하여도 정확도는 완만하게 저하되었으나, 지상기준점만을 이용하여 광속조정에 적용한 결과는 지상기준점수가 감소함에 따라 정확도는 급격하게 저하되었다. GPS를 이용하여 결정한 카메라 노출중심 위치를 광속조정에 적용한 결과 블록 가장자리에 배치한 4개의 지상기준점 만으로 공공측량에 적합한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 GPS로 결정한 카메라의 노출중심위치를 항공삼각측량에 적용할 경우 필요한 지상기준점수를 축소함으로써, 비용을 절감할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • Since the method of generating 3D Spatial Information using aerial photographs was introduced, lots of researches on effective generation methods and applications have been performed. Nadir and oblique imagery are acquired in a same time by Pictometry system, and then 3D positioning is processed as Multi-Looking Camera procedure. In this procedure, the number of GCPs is the main factor which can affect the accuracy of true-orthoimage. In this study, 3D positioning accuracies of true-orthoimages which had been generated using various number of GCPs were estimated. Also, the standard of GCP number and distribution were proposed.

  • LRU layout is a complex problem that requires consideration of various criteria such as airworthiness, performance, maintainability and environmental requirements. As aircraft functions become more complex, the necessary equipment is increasing, and unmanned aerial vehicles are equipped with more equipment as a substitute for pilots. Due to the complexity of the problem, the increase in the number of equipment, and the limited development period, the placement of equipment is largely dependent on the engineer's insight and experience. For optimization, quantitative criteria are required for evaluation, but criteria such as safety, performance, and maintainability are difficult to quantitatively compare or have limitations. In this study, we consider the installation and maintenance of the equipment, simplify the deployment model to the traveling salesman problem, Optimization was performed using a genetic algorithm to minimize the weight of the connecting cable between the equipment. When the optimization results were compared with the global calculations, the same results were obtained with less time required, and the improvement was compared with the heuristic.
