Reconstructions of soft tissue defect of the posterior ankle including Achilles the tendon should take into account not only coverage but functional outcome. Various methods of tendon transfer and tendon graft have been reported as a single-stage procedure. With advances and refinements in microsurgical techniques, several free composite flaps including tendon, fascia, or nerve have been used in single-stage reconstructions of large defects in this area minimizing further damage to the traumatized leg. However, when free flap is not feasible for some reasons, this cannot be accomplished successfully. Here we present a patient with Achilles tendon and circumferential large soft tissue defect. Because of circulatory compromise of the lower extremity, free flap reconstruction could not be applied. Instead, cross-leg composite flap of the dorsalis pedis flap including the extensor hallucis brevis musle and tendon, and tendon strips of the Second, third and fourth extensor digitorum logus were employed, Functional reconstruction of the tendon and resurfacing were obtained at the same time. The flap was detached 3 weeks postoperatively, and the transplanted flap has survived without any complications. By 3 months after surgery, full weight bearing, tip-toe standing and even walking without crutch assistance was possible. When functional reconstruction with the free flap is unattainable in the large defect of the posterior ankle including the Achilles tendon, cross-leg composite island flap of dorsalis pedis flap and tendon strips of the extensor digitorum longus tendon is a viable alternative.

The purpose of this study were to investigate 1) present condition of children's usage of computer game, 2) difference in extent of immersing in computer game according to grade, and 3) difference in extent of immersing in computer game according to conditions of computer game usage. A total of 239 children from 1st to 3rd grade in an elementary school in Busan were surveyed with two kinds of questionnaires about usage of and immersion in computer game. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 program. It was revealed that the 1st graders showed higher scores on experience of computer game, frequency of computer game per week, and amount of time for each computer game than the 3rd graders. However, there were no significant differences in extent of immersing in computer game according to grade and to conditions of computer game usage. The findings of this study implies that the age of using computer game is going down rapidly. Discussions and suggestions for further study were provided.

This study aims to determine if we can draw significant strategies for development and improvement of hotel wedding business by analyzing the future-going and consistent wedding & ceremony culture of superior hotels in Seoul. Though the study, I could make conclusions as follows; First, human service in hotel wedding services which can be roughly categorized into human service influence on positive or negative emotion reaction of the client directly. Second, positive or negative emotion reaction of the client for the hotel wedding service commodity result in positive or negative influence on the client's behavioral intention. I hope that there will be further studies from sampling to positive study on this issue in consideration of the conclusions and the limits of this study.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of social support from teachers and friends on the career maturity of students at technical meister high schools. The Social Support Scale adjusted by Kim, Hye-Jin(2006) and the Career Maturity Attitude Inventory Scale produced by Lee, Ki-Hak(1997) were administered. The data from 194 were ultimately included to analyze. Corrlational coefficent and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 21.0 statistical package. The results were as follows. First, perceived teachers' social support was higher than friends. Second, the effect of teachers' social support on career maturity was not significant but the effect of social support from friends was found. Among sub-factors of social support from friends, emotional and informative support were found significant effect on career maturity. The implication of these results were discussed in terms of career counseling and education of technical meister high schools.

This study examined the relationship among flow and satisfaction of college physical education class and psychological well-being. An analysis of 264 college students from 3 universities in D and G city revealed the following. First, flow of college physical education class had a positive influence on the satisfaction of college physical education class. Second, the flow of college physical education class did not affect the psychological well-being. Third, the flow of the college physical education class had a positive but indirect influence on the psychological well-being mediated by the satisfaction of the college physical education class. Fourth, there was a moderation effect of the leisure sport participation level on the relationship among flow and satisfaction of the college physical education class and psychological well-being.

This study examined the needs assessment of in-service education on teaching for school health teachers. The subjects of this study were 504 school health teachers, who were working in G-city and J-do. The data was collected from questionnaires of school health teacher's teaching from Nov. 9 to 23 2013. The data collected was analyzed by frequency analysis and a $x^2$-test. The conclusions were as follows. The first priority of the school health teacher's work is 'management of health problems' and the second is 'health education'. A difference was observed between the school levels (p< 0.01). The teaching methods mainly used on health care instruction were lecturing, discussion and practical training. The teaching materials of health care instruction mainly used were ppt, internet video, and textbooks. Most of health care teachers agreed to creativity education but they used creativity education less in practice. Most school health teachers want to in-service education on teaching and the contents of the course are creativity education or storytelling for new teaching.

This study is to test the relationship between job stress, social support and subjective well-being among security agents. From 2. 23 to 3.30. 2009, covering a 35day period, 14 private security companies in Seoul were selected. Total 356 copies were picked up as the final sample. First, job stress of security agents showed that it was related to social support of neighbor and there's no relation to social support of family. Second, it showed that job stress of security agents negative affected on subjective well-being. Third, social support attentively affected on social well-being. Especially, it showed that the more social support by family was, the more subjective well-being was. Considering all the factors, social support by neighbors functions as an important parameter in relationship between subjective well-being and job stress among security agents.

This research surveyed parents' perception on the accreditation system of public type child care centers with 202 parents of 7 public type child care centers in K-province. The results were as follows. First, concerning the necessity of the accreditation system of public type child care centers, high necessity was shown. Second, concerning the influence of the accreditation system on child care center selection, positive responses were shown. Third, the concerning level of perception on the accreditation system of public type child care centers, parents had focused on only the tuition of child care centers. The conclusion was that publicity activities are necessary for parents to understand the goal and role of public type child care centers and to have social concern on it through the various media. The parents' opinion of public type child care centers should be surveyed and is reflected on the accreditation system of public type child care centers for increasing the choices on the public type child care centers.

This study was investigated preschool the prinicipal and mother's agreed to the question sheet by writing mother's along with hand From April 3 distribute to May 30th 2006 collected. The Target was a part preschool childern between analysis Taegu city 242 persons and Gyeong-ju city 201 persons. The results were follows; 1. The most popular by the reason hungry eating of bewteen-meal intake. 2. The most popular by the choice motive of between-meal intake to mother's of admonition (Taegu city of 61.2%, Gyeong-Ju city of 63.7%.) 3. The most popular by the time of bewteenmeal intake to afternoon between evening (Taegu city of 90.5%, Gyeong-Ju city of 88.1%.) 4. The most popular by the place of between-meal intake to Taegu city and Gyeong-Ju city it's home.
