CONSUMER BEHAVIOR UNDER TIME-PRESSURE AT ELECTRONIC COMMERCE (전자상거래에서 시간압박감이 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향연구)

  • Time variable has been one of the most important ones to explain consumer behavior. Time-pressure could give some impact on decision making process, consuming process of goods, the frequency of purchasing activities and their behavior about after service. It is widely accepted that on-line shopping through Internet can overcome the time and space limitations consumers usually meet for their shopping activities. If that concept is true, on-line shopping through Internet might be an attractive way for those who feel high time pressure for their shopping activities. To test the impact of time pressure on consumer behavior at Electronic Commerce, this paper set three hypothesis. Questionnaire were distributed to married women around Taejon. Sample size were 73, 39 of which from women who have job, 34 who don't have job. The result of this paper might shed some light on the policy making to develop Internet shopping malls.

Nationwide Comparison of Postal Motorcyclists' Driving Behavior and their Workloads using V-World Platform (브이월드를 활용한 집배 이륜차 운전자들의 운전 행동과 업무 부하의 비교 분석)

  • Although motorcycle safety studies to date have identified the causes of motorcycle accidents in general, very few have investigated postal motorcycle accidents by studying the delivery postmen's specific work environment. To better understand postal motorcyclists' driving behavior associated with their delivery workload, we developed a system using V-World platform which visualizes driving behavior in real time along the driver's delivery route throughout an entire work day. We conducted a field test to examine the feasibility of our system by involving six delivery postmen currently working in Songpa, Seocheongju, and Gangseo, respectively. To show the potential of our system for nationwide comparison of postal motorcyclists' driving behavior and their workloads, we present several sample analyses using the collected field data. Although ideally, postmen's workloads should be standardized nationwide, we found large variation depending on regional characteristics of work area which affects postmen's driving behavior.

Effect of e-service quality of O2O cosmetic delivery service app on satisfaction and loyalty (O2O 화장품 배달 서비스 앱의 e-서비스품질이 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, the effect of e-service quality of O2O cosmetic delivery service app on satisfaction and loyalty was investigated. To this end, a total of 210 questionnaires were collected and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed using the statistical package SPSS 25.0. The main results are as follows. Efficiency, order fulfillment, system availability, and privacy, which are components of O2O cosmetic delivery service app e-service quality, all had a significant effect on satisfaction and loyalty. Also, satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on loyalty. In order to increase the number of consumers who use the O2O cosmetic delivery service app, it is necessary to increase the availability and efficiency of the system, which has the greatest impact on satisfaction and loyalty. To this end, it is necessary to provide a comfortable environment without interruption and fast access while using the O2O cosmetic delivery service app, and to build a system so that it can be used efficiently.

  • Motorcycle accidents are increasing at an average annual rate of 10.01%, and fatalities are also increasing by 2.64%. Enforcement cameras are installed to enforce safe driving of more-than or equal-to four-wheeled vehicles on the road. Even though the main purpose of this enforcement camera is to disencourage the speed violation of all types of vehicle, one cannot expect complete enforcement by these cameras. In particular, enforcement of the motorcycle should rely on on-site activities through the input of on-site personnel. Recently, to discourage the illegal acts of motorcycling, the National Police Agency introduced the 'National Police Agency SMART National Report'. However, it is necessary to prepare an appropriate practical plan to maximize the effect of enforcement requiring continuous manpower management. This study proposed four types of rider certification IDs for delivery motorcycles. These IDs are institutional devices to manage delivery motorcycle riders. In addition, a experiment on enforcement was conducted using those license ID systems for delivery motorcycles. This experiment confirmed through the image-processing program (D-MESO) if one of the systems was possible to implement for enforcement on the delivery motorcycle rider's license.

  • SET is one of the useful protocol for credit payment in the Electronic market. Since, the delivery problem is conformed to delivery cooperation not payment problem, the classic SET protocol didn\`t consider about the certification of delivery. But the environment of electronic market be changed to manage the sold, delivery and payment etc.. In this paper, based on this consider, we propose a new SET protocol which has an function to verify the delivery based on SKP and verify it after analyzed by Petri nets. Specially, we consider SKP between Customer, Merchant, and Acquirer for improve the verify function.

  • 편지나 소포 등의 우편물은 한해 47억 통 이상이 접수되어 고객에게 배달되고 있다. 우편 서비스는 고객과의 접점에서 우편물 접수로 시작되는데, 구분 및 배달 부문 등에 비해 정보화와 자동화가 덜 이루어져 있다. 본 연구에서는 접수서비스의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 해외사례 및 관련 기술에 대한 분석을 통해 문제점의 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 정보화 인프라와 이의 운용 측면으로 구분하여 전략을 수립하고, 시스템 및 기술의 단계적 구축 도입을 위한 방안을 제시한다. 연구의 결과는 향후 우편접수 서비스 부문의 정책수립과 기술 개발에서 참고될 것이다.

  • 인터넷의 발달로 e-Commerce가 발달했듯이 무선 인터넷의 발달은 M-Commerce의 시대를 예견하고 있다. 현재의 M-Commerce는 간단한 정보 서비스에 머물고 있지만 머지않아 e-Commerce의 대표적인 거래형태가 무선 인터넷으로 확장될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 PDA 등을 비롯한 이동형 기기를 이용하여 기존의 오프라인 형태의 택배 시스템을 배달하는 시점에서 효과적인 배달 정보를 제공할 수 있는 모바일 오피스를 구현하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 메시지 암 복호화는 물론 디지털 서명 및 배달 증명이 가능 가능한 보안 전자 메일 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 이메일의 내용을 암호화하여 이메일 수신자만이 그 내용을 볼 수 있도록 하는 기밀성을 제공해 주며, 디지털서명 기능을 제공하여 송신자라고 주장하는 사용자와 이메일을 실제로 보낸 송신자가 동일인인가를 확인해준다. 또한, 메시지 무결성, 송신자 부인 봉쇄 그리고, 배달증명 서비스를 제공한다. 제안된 시스템의 구현은 자바 암호 API 클래스를 기반으로 하였고, GUI를 위해 J빌더 6을 사용하였다.

  • 본 연구는 Heuristic 알고리즘 및 유전자알고리즘(GA)을 이용하여 수거(Pickup) 및 배달(Delivery)을 동시에 고려한 통합차량운송계획 모델의 개발이다. 본 연구는 기존의 TSP의 문제를 확장 응용하였으며, 이는 한 Route에서 수거지(Origin)와 운반지(Destination)를 포함하는 수요들을 만족하도록 운반되어야 하는 문제이다. 이러한 통합차량경로계획문제(VRP Vehicle Routing Problem)를 해결하기 위한 접근방법으로 Heuristic 방법을 사용하였으며, 기존의 Saving 알고리즘과 유전자알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm)의 각종 연산자(Operators)들을 계산하여 사용한 TSP문제의 해를 본 연구의 해의 초기해로 사용하였으며 수거 및 배달문제의 특성을 고려하여 해를 구하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 다양한 운송환경에서, 거리산정방법, 가용운송장비 대수, 운송시간의 제한, 물류센터 및 운송지점의 위치 및 수요량 등 다양한 인자들을 고려한 통합시스템으로 프로그램을 개발하고 Sample 문제를 통하여 응용결과를 보였다.
