The central core of the Traffic Management System is an Incident Management System. Whole approach has been component-orientated, with a secondary emphasis being placed on the traffic characteristics at the sites. The first action taken during the development process was the selection of the required data for each components within the existing infrastructure of Algeria freeway system. After review and analysis of existing incident detection methodologies, Paramics was utilized to test the performance of APID, DELOS algorithms. The existing system of Algeria freeway was tested in a different configuration at different sections of freeway, thereby increasing the validity and scope of the overall findings. The incident detection module has been performed according to predefined system validation specifications. The Paramics simulation was done with the use of synchronous analysis, thereby providing a means for testing the incident detection module.

PDF는 미국 어도비 시스템즈(Adobe Systems) 사에서 만든 전자 문서 파일 포맷이다. PDF에는 일반 문서 및 문자, 도형 그림, 글꼴 등을 포함할 수 있으며, 동일한 문서를 컴퓨터 운영체제와 관계없이 모니터, 프린터 등의 출력 장치로 같은 모습으로 출력하기 위한 목적으로 개발되었다. 현재 거의 모든 운영체제에서 PDF 문서를 읽거나 인쇄할 수 있으며, 온라인 및 오프라인 환경에서도 쉽게 PDF 문서를 공유할 수 있으며, 보안성이 높아 공공기관, 연구소 등에서 자료를 배포할 때 많이 사용되고 있다. XML은 사람이 쉽게 읽을 수 있고 컴퓨터와 같은 기계가 쉽게 판독할 수 있는 형식으로 부호화된 문서를 작성하기 위한 일련의 규칙을 정의하는 데 사용하는 마크업 언어로서 W3C에서 정의하였다. 현재 XML은 인터넷 상에서 데이터를 표현 하거나 교환, 저장, 검색할 때 가장 널리 쓰이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PDF 문서를 인터넷 상에서 쉽게 활용하도록 도와주며, XML 데이터 처리가 가능한 응용 프로그램에서 PDF 문서를 활용할 때 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 도와주는 PDF-to-XML 변환 소프트웨어를 구현하였다.

This essay begins with the following questions; "What is a fundamental source of media power?" and "How can the media power dominate market?". This essay aims at answering the questions. I made my selection of countries such as Venezuela, Italy and UK for this article with a political economic approach. This analysis found evidence that an enormous conglomerate ownership, and alliance or convergence between media and political power are two fundamental source of the media power. With the integration of newspaper and television the media monopoly increased their supplies and political influences as I have shown. Despite the growing threat of media monopoly power to democracy and public interest, in recent years, governments worldwide have chosen to ease regulations.

Foreign countries have been used closed captioning for people with hearing loss. Recently some TV programs in Korea also have started to use it. Closed captioned films and video tapes of foreign countries are especially useful for people who want to learn foreign languages as an effective educational tool. In this paper, we propose a method of implementing captioning functionality to an existing streaming software. In addition we added repetitive and group selection of video segments for the new interface of our prototype system. We keep adding additional data and extending functions of our prototype system.

본 논문에서는 얼굴 검출에서 좋은 성능을 보이는 Dual Shot Face Detector (DSFD)을 WIDER FACE 데이터 기반으로 네트워크의 성능 및 특성을 분석한다. 얼굴 검출 엔진의 동작 및 학습을 확인하기 위해 WIDER FACE 데이터를 기반으로 DSFD 를 학습한 후 기존 논문에서 발표되었던 성능을 보이는지 확인한다. 성능 확인된 얼굴 검출기 DSFD 를 세부적으로 분석하기 위하여 테스트 데이터를 10 개 그룹으로 분할하여 AP 측정 후 성능 열화가 높은 그룹의 이미지를 집중적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 얼굴 영역 주변에 모자 헬멧, 방패 등에 의해 가려진 경우 얼굴 검출에 많은 어려움이 발생했다. 또한 이미지에 있는 상황을 61 개로 구분하여 정량적 분석을 수행하며 분석 결과 Car Accident 와 People Marching 상황에서 성능이 열화되는 것을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 DSFD 네트워크의 성능 열화 부분 및 경향 등을 분석하였다. 이러한 내용은 DSFD 얼굴 검출기의 성능을 개선하거나 특정 도메인에 맞는 검출기를 개발하는데 매우 중요한 자료가 될 것으로 생각한다.

With the development of communication technology, various forms of digital crime are increasing, and the need for digital forensics is increasing. Moreover, if a textual document containing sensitive data is deliberately deleted or modified by a particular person, it could be important data to prove its connection to a particular person and crime through a system that checks for data modification detection. This paper proposes a data modification detection system that can analyze the hash data, file size, file creation date, file modification date, file access date, etc. of SHA-256, one of the encryption techniques, focusing on text files, to compare whether the target text file is modified or not.

This study studied the improvement of job-Related skills by grasping the status of color use of game designers. The use of color centered on designer was surveyed. As a result, the ranking of color use was in the order of digital color, color harmony, color perception, color mixing, color emotion, and color name. Finally, it presents the opinion that it is necessary to open a color curriculum centered on practitioners and to focus on the 1st to 4th in color fields.

Domestically, the importance of system semiconductor design is increasing, and the balanced development with the high-end memory semiconductors should be promoted. Using Xilinx Vivado as a development enivronment tool, it reduces time and cost dramatically in implementing the processor on FPGA. In this paper, the VHDL language which provides record data structure for an efficient digital system design is used for designing a pipelined out-of-order superscalar processor. It has been simulated extensively, synthesized and implemented on FPGA and verified by Integrated Logic Analyzer. As a result, the pipelined out-of-order superscalar processor could be executed successfully.

최근 들어 세계적으로 크게 관심을 받는 메타버스 및 몰입형(가상현실, 확장현실, 및 라이트필드) 콘텐츠 서비스의 응용 범위를 확대하기 위해서는 3D 객체의 실시간 전송을 위한 압축 기술이 필요하다. ISO/IEC 23090 MPEG-I Part 5 로 2021 년 표준화 완료된 V-PCC (Video-based Point Cloud Compression)는 이러한 산업계의 관심 및 필요에 의해서 국제 표준화된 동적 3D 포인트 클라우드 객체 부호화 기술이다. V-PCC 기술의 압축 성능은 기존 산업계 기술에 비해 매우 우수하나, 부호화기의 연산 복잡도가 매우 높다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 V-PCC 부호화기에서 가장 높은 연산 복잡도를 갖는 법선 추정 알고리즘의 결합 고속화 기법을 제안한다. 법선 추정은 2 개의 알고리즘으로 구성되어 있다. 첫번째는 "방향을 무시하는 법선 추정 알고리즘(normal estimation)"이고, 두번째는 첫번째 알고리즘에서 추정된 법선들을 대상으로 하는 "법선 방향 추정 알고리즘(normal orientation)"이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 고속화 기법은 2 개 알고리즘을 결합하여 첫번째 법선 추정 알고리즘에서 획득한 부가 정보를 두번째 법선 방향 추정 알고리즘에서 활용함으로써 연산량을 대폭 줄이고, 또한 법선 방향 추정 알고리즘 내의 우선순위 큐 자료구조를 변경하여 추가적인 고속화를 달성한다. 7 개 테스트 영상에 대한 실험 결과, 압축 효율 저하 없이 법선 방향 추정 알고리즘의 속도를 평균 89.2% 향상시킬 수 있다.

The objective of this study is to explore audience perceptions of and responses to broadcasting deliberation and analyze their characteristics. The study employed factor and cluster analyses to categorize audience perceptions of broadcasting deliberation, resulting in the identification of six types of preferences: strict standards applied to positive deliberation etc. The results indicate that audiences, which can be categorized into three types, are more likely to prefer positive deliberation over broadcasting codes. The ratio of civil compliance to a minimum standard of positive deliberation is higher than ratios involving the other standards that were included in the study. The study applied a range of theories, such as cognitive dissonance, inconsistency of perception and response, and psychological reactance, to examine and distinguish audience perceptions and responses. The study's findings provide valuable information for researchers and interested organizations and can help to lay a cornerstone for systematically classifying audience perceptions and needs in the future.
